This was my first time ordering from a local bakery, also from out of state but the process was so easy and helped take stress off of this part of the celebration. Melissa was very friendly and professional; the cake was sooo yummy and the perfect size for our get together! I took a pic while it was still in packaging because I couldn't wait. Thank you again Melissa!! I hope we can order more from you next time we're in town 🥰

The cupcakes are delicious. I love how they layer them with icing in the middle and cake on top. The raspberry is truly my favorite because the tart of the raspberry balances the sweet icing and cake so well! During Mardi Gras loved the extra touch of the baby in the cupcake lol

While visiting NOLA from S.C I had to place an emergency order for my best friend which was a success!!! The company even called me back the next morning to make sure I received the invoice. They offered a reasonable and fast delivery price along with a friendly welcome...Last but not least the strawberry shortcake cupcakes I ordered were delicious!!!!

I originally saw this place on YELP, was impressed with the pictures, looked on their Facebook page and wanted to come. Then the pandemic happened and life and I finally stopped finding excuses and came one weekday after work. The lady working the counter was so very nice and described everything. I ended up with a lemonade and a birthday fairy cake and a chocolate iced vanilla fairy cake. Both were amazing. Not too sweet and just moist enough. I look forward to coming back for special occasion desserts.

Customer service is great! The cupcakes were okay... They weren’t as fresh as I thought it would be. It taste like a regular cupcake. Nothing set out to me but the price that is too high for too little. 6 big cupcakes or 12 mini cupcakes for 20.00 bucks. I could’ve went to Walmart and got just as good or maybe better fir the prices. Not really worth it... But that’s just my opinion. Maybe I had a bad batch...

I ordered a dozen cupcakes from Cupcake Fairies to surprise my brother and his family for a special occasion and they were so wonderful to work with. I live in Canada, so I had to communicate with them via phone and email but they executed the order perfectly, decorating as I asked and calling me as soon as the cupcakes were delivered. I highly recommend going here to cater to your sweet tooth. We met the owner, who was very pleasant, and basically gave us a full view of the menu and a description of everything on display. It's a clean, beautiful establishment and the cupcakes were AMAZING!!! My favorites were the caramel and the cookies and cream. We hope to return when visiting New Orleans again!!

I love this place so much, I come just alot everyday for their lunch special and to just be around the very pleasant owners. You can feel the great spirit within the establishment and it always smells so yummy in there. Definitely recommend their Macarons! They are my favorite! Great place overall.
