Loved the beer donut! I had a fun date idea to taste test donuts from a well-known shop in MA vs Sandy’s. Sandy’s donuts was better! Really enjoyed the flavors. Blueberry claw was such a unique and delicious idea. I loved that they also offer a variety of delicious vegan options!

Love me some donuts 🤤🤤🤤 family favorites are the blueberry old fashioned, cookie monster, pink frosting and sprinkles, and the OG glazed. 🥰 We get Sandy's donuts once a week for our family and friend group. It's a fun thing for the kiddos to look forward to and a great way for the adults to not have to cook 🤣 lol I love this tradition we started!

I’ve never seen a donut so good that it caused someone to involuntarily throw a large cup of coffee across the room in a fit of sublime bliss. I really don’t know what’s better, the delicious, affordable, donuts that come in a wide variety, the tasty hot coffee, or the excellent service that not only sought to make sure everyone was OK after the ‘incident’ but was also incredibly patient and kind in regards to cleaning up and getting my friend another coffee. Now I personally don’t recommend attempting to wear the coffee, I didn’t really suit us, but I can recommend to all visitors, locals (and the other, less known group livisocals) that this is a must visit location and a Fargo classic. Truly excellent service (Friday 8am), really good donuts, great prices. Also, bring back the bagel donut #justiceforBD

I've had Sandy's quite a few times and every time I wonder, "Should I be impressed?" And every time the answer is "Yes!" It's delicious. I can't speak for their coffee but I've had multiple styles of donuts and I always feel I should probably have one more. Edit: I had their coffee today. It's alright--nothing special, but not bad. It's pretty mellow.

So.delicious.... They have a large variety of doughnuts that are reasonably priced! Stop in and grab a doughnut and stay a while! The atmosphere is very unique and would be a great place for a late night snack or a first date before a movie! Street parking is available and is also 90min only!

Sandy's offer many unique donut varieties, that in my opinion, are not found elsewhere in Fargo. Paid $5.50 for two Maple Bacon, standard sized long johns. Not a deal, but not awful for a biannual treat. They also offer variety, pick and choose, boxes that are bound to be a hit in the office or at a party.

I always love Sandy's Donuts! I especially enjoy their downtown Fargo location. Such a cool vibe. Great customer service as always! They have such a great menu and options of different flavor donuts. I enjoyed the Almond Joy donut today. One of my favorites! It didn't disappoint, as great as ever! Looking forward to going back again soon!!

We like to check out dounut shops when we travel. Doing a Google search we found this place. Based on all the other reviews we saw we figure we would give them a try. Just entering the store gets your senses going. They have seasonal flavors along with their regular selection. What is selection they had. We went in for one each and left with a box. Soooo good!

The service was quick. There were several options available. We got the strawberry rhubarb fritter, apple fritter, and a coconut glazed donut. I'm typically a fritter lover and they were great, but that coconut donut was extra delicious! I definitely recommend Sandy's if you're looking for a sweet treat.

The gigantic blueberry and apple fritters are delicious, and the cold brew coffee is fresh and not watered down...what's not to love here? The many other varieties and flavors like smores and peanut butter are not overly sweet and too rich to finish. Great people as well and always happy to help, even near closing. This is how to run a business!

September, 24th 2022 around 11:15 AM I wish I knew the guy name that served my friend and me. He was very friendly and welcoming. Ironically, I've eaten from this place often but never have done an in-person walk-in. (I was actually off the clock) but my reporter instinct kicked in. The employee was all but happy to engage with my friend and me and answered each question very animatedly and direct. this was one of the smoothest interviews I've had in Fargo, thus far. As far as our order. My friend ordered the house black coffee for both of us. My friend ordered a Maple-Nut Longjohn, while I ordered Chocolate Bavarian LongJohn. BOTH were flaky and sticky and you could tell it made the day FRESH. The coffee, not the typical coffee I like was GREAT. if I had to nick-pick just a little bit, the coffee was too hot, but taste great. The ambiance was not distracted from the construction outside of the building just a little bit tucked away for now. In any event, keep buying pastries/doughnuts and coffee from here and at least do an in-person walk-in every so often. One of the best doughnut shops in the Fargo/Moorhead area. I wish I could give half a star but my rating is 4 and 1/2 stars (4 out of 5 stars, 💜💜💜💜🖤)

*Addition* - We recently had Sandy's do doughnuts for our wedding! Not dissapointed. They were a HUGE hit with everyone and the extras were perfect for the gift opening the next morning. - Who doesn't love Sandy's for a breakfast treat? They're a staple of Fargo/Moorhead, with great and unique doughnuts. They do run very sweet, and filled doughnuts are VERY filled. Good coffee with optional almond milk. This downtown location is super cute, with angled street parking right outside. There is a good amount of sitting space inside too.

Amazing donuts and great coffee. I will stop here every time I'm through. Out of many options in the area this is the best. Try the maple bacon and the Smores. Update. I have recently found a local donut shop that sells a few look alike donuts. I of course tried them as i was happy i didnt have to travel thousands of miles to get my favorite donuts any longer. However the local fare wasnt close to the quality and detail these donuts have. I was sad and am still on the search to find the perfect donut.

Came here for take out. I picked up a dozen donuts and asked the staff to pick out the best ones. They were all fantastic! The price was a bit high for the dozen, but it was still a great value. Parking is ample and I look forward to coming back when I'm back in town.

Premier spot for donuts in the region. Raised donuts have a nice fluffy dough and cake donuts have the right balance of texture and crumble. Lots of specialty donuts decorated for kids, special flavors, styles, etc. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Some fun apparel, coffee cups, etc for sale. Broadway location isn't large, but right sized for a downtown donut spot.

Incredible Blueberry Donut ! I’m so glad that I stopped by before leaving Fargo, I just wish I had been able to enjoy it more! I stayed a night there and on my way out of town before an 11 hour drive I grabbed a donut from Sandy’s and it was a great treat for myself. The staff was also very kind! If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely be stopping by.

You've got to try their maple bacon donuts! They're so delicious! They also have an amazing caramel roll that they warm up for you and it is melt in the mouth delicious! I got the one with pecans and thoroughly enjoyed it! The classic cake donuts are really good as well! I don't think you can really go wrong with any of their donuts, but those are my three favorites!

Great donuts, coffee, and friendly customer service! The almond joy is my favorite. Really creative flavors here! Come in the morning for the best selection. I made a comment a year ago on how a donut was raw in the middle, and Sandy corrected the issue! Super happy to report, hasn't been a problem since. *old comment* Sometimes the filled donuts are raw in the middle, so I think that could be improved.

I feel like I'm in a small town donut shop that's very busy with little to no room, but everyone keeps moving, everyone gets their orders fast and I Ferrell everyone is treated well. The donuts are great and I love all the specialty donuts they offer. Some are seasonal, some are all the time, but all that I've tried have been good. I'm positive that of you go, I'll find a donut you like too.

These are by far the best donuts I have ever had. I would rank these above Bogarts in Minneapolis simply because they are lighter and not as overpoweringly sweet. My favorites are the espresso bean and cookies and cream Bavarian. The fillings in Sandy’s Donuts feel lighter than marshmallow fluff and they aren’t cloyingly sweet. I can eat the whole donut and not feel like I dumped a pound of sugar down my throat. The coffees could use some work. The mocha I had was nothing special (could have made better at home with chocolate syrup, coffee, and milk) and the hot vanilla latte I ordered came hardly warm (maybe their machine was broken?). For donuts you can’t go wrong, for coffee you’re better off paying $4 elsewhere.

OMG These donuts are amazing. The dough is so light and tasty. I've had many donuts that filled me up. These ones did not feel heavy in my stomach after eating. The apple fritter was so delicious. My kids had a chocolate covered and the other had a smores donuts. My wife shared and we all agreed these were great. Definitely be back next time we visit Fargo.

Who Doesn't like a nice donut in the morning? This place has a large variety of sweet pastries. Whether you like a delicious classic or a Gourmet creation they have something for everyone. I would highly recommend the German chocolate, an angel filled, or a maple bacon Long John. They also have a variety of coffee and other items to satisfy everyone. If you are visiting the area this is a must stop..

I stopped in with my grandsons and was not disappointed. Previously I had only been to the West Fargo location which is my favourite donut shop in the world. They were sold out of a few types, but there were still plenty to choose from. Not as great a selection as main store, but great for downtown convenience!

Oh my gosh do I love Sandy's donuts. I go here more often than I care to admit, because they have seriously the best donuts. They have a wide range of traditional style donuts but also an exciting selection of gourmet donuts with fun toppings. The donuts are on the pricy side but well worth it. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Check it out!

BIG delicious, fresh donuts at a not-so-big price! My entire family LOVES Sandy's donuts, and their cozy shop with friendly staff has a "hip yet homey" feel somehow. My ONLY complaint is that they're closed on Sundays, which is a bummer, but that's life. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is open on Sundays! Google Maps has the hours way wrong. It's also open till 7 PM Monday-Saturday (close at 1:30 on Sunday I think). Came here to satisfy my sugar cravings one morning and left satisfied. I had their Vanilla iced raised donut and one of their maple bars. The Vanilla Iced was by far my favorite, although the maple bar was good. They give you a free donut with any lunch that you order, so that's pretty cool. I didn't order any lunch, so I can't comment on it - but the person I was with had the Chicken Salad sandwich and really enjoyed it. Great place for donuts in downtown Fargo.

Tastes good... but stopped doing vegan donuts and the customer service is terrible (they're quiet, they hardly smile, and we've never gotten friendly help with knowing what our options are, in fact, multiple times they've not known if it was maple or peanut butter or what filling was inside, resulting in us bringing home the latter of what we chose). Also, it basically seems like most of the good donuts are picked up by the box, for offices on the weekday mornings so there isn't ever much left for the rest of us if you feel like waiting past noon for a sugar rush, although, this is just a theory.

Sandy’s Donuts is an establishment that transcends my understanding of donuts. Before Sandy’s I was adrift in a doughy world of mediocrity. Other fried bread wad stores will never be donuts sellers by comparison to this eatery. Rumor has it Nicholas Cage will soon star in National Treasure 3, in which he, Riley, and Abigail will spend the film finding clues eventually leading them to Fargo, ND where they find Sandy’s Donuts, a true American treasure. (My only request is that someday they would bring back the Sour Patch Kids donut. It was the best donut experience of my life.)

A large selection of delicious donuts. In addition to the pastries served here they have coffee and a variety of fountain drinks. The only issue being with the place is it's smaller size and location seeing that it's directly on Broadway and finding parking for anything more than two vehicles can be difficult. If you go here expect yourself to be touring downtown shortly after because it's in the center of it all.

The doughnuts taste like any other doughnut. The deference is the atmosphere, the employees are constantly smiling. A good chunk of customers are regulars and the staff welcome them by first name and ask how they are doing. Which is way different than any other doughnut shop. Coffee is not good at all. Reasonable prices across the board, giving where the location is.

Did an order pick up for their out of town pickup. Order was canceled without notice. There was no cut off time listed on the Facebook page or the order app. In fact the Oder app says open 12am to 11:59 pm order will be ready at said pickup time. Sent a message response was sorry you had a bad experience but others seem to be happy. Horrible customer service. Update: owner has continued to reach out and make things right.

I go to their downtown Fargo location. The donuts are creative, fresh, and satisfying. The coffee from Stumbeanos is an excellent accompaniment to the sweet pastries. Finally, I've had engaging and fun interactions with the staff.
