I’ve been going to the location for 5 years while living in North Loop and NE. I love ordering ahead and they always have my food ready along with my coffee. The manager with the blonde hair (don’t know her name) is the of the best! She always makes sure every customer is being handled in a timely manner. She also is friendly and greets everyone with a smile! She keeps/helps all the other workers stay up to speed when things get chaotic. I don’t have anything bad to say about this Brueggers. Fast service and friendly— what more do you need?

I’ve literally never had a bad experience at this location. Bruegger’s has been my pregnancy craving and they always have the bagels I want. The staff is incredibly kind!

This Bruggers location clearly changed management a couple of years ago and has been excellent ever since. Was just reminded of this this morning when I picked up sandwiches. The staff is fast and friendly, and the manager even does a great job of upselling with coffee or other items without going over the top. Great job, keep it up.

This was my first time going here. Service and staff was amazing at 6:30am. I got the Western on an all wheat everything bagel. So so good! I will definitely be back!!

Picked up the Bakers Bundle this morning. It wasn’t as busy as usual so I got in and out fairly quickly. The Bakers Bundle is an excellent deal with 13 bagels of your choice and 2 - 6.5 oz tubs of cream cheese for $16. The bagels are delish. Easily as good as the bagels I got in NYC. The service was also great. My savory bagels were packed separate from the sweet bagels❤️ And the cashier saved me $ by suggesting the Bakers Bundle. A great way to start my day.

Love the management staff!!!!!!!!! They are always accommodating. Update 8/2/22: ordered a large last-minute catering order for 6am pickup... This breuggers has always delivered and always exceeds my expectations!!! You make my life easier when I have to set up breakfast for 45 at the office.

Awesome, fresh and always 100% quality! What would I do without Bruegger’s? I don’t know, starve? The bagel God is still undefeated. I always lose my mind when I take a bite into the fresh baked bagel that immediately takes me into the bagel heaven where I am welcomed and guided through the rest of the bakery. With two years of COVID politics having killed so much of downtown Minneapolis, including the former 651 Nicollet Brugger's, this location's very existence is fortunate. That is if you don't mind crossing the river to get there. The sandwiches are rather expensive for what you get, even before the suggested tips at checkout, and are build to order. This location discourages customers from watching the sandwich being made by giving you a handwritten note of what you ordered torn off a notepad and moving you on to give it to the register attendant. This is unfortunate as my orders were constantly missing items or included inadequate amounts, like just one portion of meat instead of two for the feature sandwiches. Ordering the 'build your own' I discovered is not a good deal as you get just one meat portion. It's better to order a feature sandwich and customize it, but you should check if everything is right before leaving the store. To their credit, the manager remade my sandwich the couple times I bothered complaining. However, for the price and mistakes I would just stick to ordering simple items here. The closing is still an early 2:00PM as of this writing.

The weekend manager here, petite, blonde, female (I dont recall her name unfortunately) is outstanding. Always friendly and very attentive. Quick service even with a long line. Parking is metered on the street and typically there is a spot available. I go here most weekends for bagels and I'm now realizing I need to learn the managers name! Sorry!

Pretty standard cover bagel-focused coffee shop. Very clean, quiet, and pleasant place to stop in the morning for a chicken and egg sandwich on whatever bagel suits your fancy for the day. You can even go across the street and get more points on the same linked phone apps at Caribou and getting coffee at the same time. The hardest decision you'll make will be not which bagel to get, but whether to use your points here or at Caribou. Edit: They no longer share apps or points. The food is still great, just a little bummed about not being able to get free baker's dozens anymore.

We came to the city to celebrate my birthday. Our first stop was for a quick lunch at this location. The food was delicious, as it usually is at Bruegger's, but the reason for my 5 star review is the excellent customer service we received. Dave was wonderful. He was polite, friendly, helpful, welcoming, and patient. I hardly ever write reviews like this but I was so delighted, I had to call attention to the impeccable customer service he provided. Dave made our day! Thank you!

They had five people working, but only one was helping customers while the rest were food preping or something, putting cookies in bags and putting stuff on the line. I got a cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese which was delicious, but my friends ordered the crispy chicken & tater breakfast sandwich which they had to wait for at least 15 minutes after they were already cooked for an employee to just put cream cheese on it. Sitting area was nice and neat.

This location has bad iced coffee. Every cup is full of brown sludge that makes you gag. Don't order it. Food, however, is great! Service is fast too. However, their iced coffee is terrible and every cup is full of brown sludge that makes you gag. Avoid ordering it. There is a Caribou Coffee just across the street at Lund's.

bruegger's bagels is always good and I often order boxes for various meetings for work. Sometimes I call ahead, sometimes I walk in and order boxes on the spot. Today I wanted 2, so I called ahead before i left my house to let them know and got quite a bit if push back for my order with instructions to order 24 hours ahead for boxes. I said I could call a different location or pick up a little later in the morning, but they said they would do their best. Even when I got to the store for pick up I was again told how my order was a catering order like I was doing something wrong. When i explained i often get boxes with less than 24 hour notice at my usual location she just told me, "well they must be expecting you". I have never had such a bad experience getting a box or boxes for a meeting before. I will not be coming back to this location. I will stay with my preferred location on Energy Park Drive who are always happy to take my order.

[see edit below] It's a wild ride. Sometimes you get an adequate amount of cream cheese; sometimes you wish you hadn't bothered. It depends on who's working. There's a cashier clearly down the autism spectrum. I don't mind any of these potential setbacks, because it has encouraged me to learn to make my own bagels at home. [edit, 2 weeks after] They seem to have corrected these longstanding issues. I have zero complaints now. Well done, Bruegger's. 5th star awarded upon consistency over time.
