I understand why Leon’s is so popular, their butter Pecan custard is so good. I stopped on a Sunday Summer night and waited 40 minutes to get a cone and their Super Sundae Special. Wow! last time I do that. The person behind me asked if it was worth the waiting after 20 minutes of being in line and I immediately replied no, I guess that’s the reason behind the four stars. Good thing they have plenty of parking spots available!

My best friend was in town and I have always wanted to try it so we went. Hands down it was some of the best custard I've had. No pictures of the food (sorry!) but I got the Tin Roof--vanilla with chocolate syrup and Spanish peanuts and an orange shake and she got a pineapple shake. Absolutely a must of you're in Milwaukee and need something cold and refreshing.

Love leons ice cream every time i visit Milwaukee i have to eat this as much as i can have. Always fresh not too sweet my fave is raspberry. This time I tried bluemoon its not much different than vanilla u can hardly tell the difference. From shakes i tried hot fudge shake it was good better than the chocolate one. They always wait till the last sec to close the window. Love their service.

We just had the custard. A two scoop cup sundae with caramel sauce and a two scoop cup with chocolate and vanilla. The custard was excellent. The vanilla was very flavorful and the chocolate was a lighter, milk chocolate, which I loved. Prices are very reasonable. We liked it better than Koop's and it was cheaper too!

What a gem! The place looks straight out of the 50s and the prices seem like it too! Great ice cream(shakes, malts, sundaes, etc!), tasty chili dog, amazing prices! If you’re thinking about going do it!

We weren't the only ones in line on a 40 degree day, this place was busy! The custard is creamy and perfect and the toppings are fresh. Delicious!

Leon's custard is to die for. Rich and creamy... Moreso Thanh any other I've ever had. It's a super old timey kind of place and it brings me back to a different time. Like a time warp!♥️

This is authentic as frozen custard gets. They don’t have many flavors, but every single one is delicious. You know it is good when there is a line of people standing outside in the middle of the winter (regularly) to buy a cone or shake or sundae! If you are torn between two flavors you can get a scoop each. This place really is the best.

This is the best frozen yogurt store in America! No matter what flavor you enjoy it will be delicious! Smooth and creamy could be their motto. The store is always busy but the staff serves each guest with a smile kindness and efficiency. The line moves quickly.
