Hatched has amazing sweet and savory baked goods! I haven’t tried anything I didn’t like. The hand pies are so good with creative flavors. I often give as gifts. I always order their pies for holidays. The flavors are very unique! In winter I love the pot pies. Highly recommend!!

We had Hatched provide pies for our wedding and they did a fantastic job! Everyone I talked to absolutely loved the pie. They also were able to drop them off for us taking a lot of stress off our day. Highly recommend getting pie from them!

Hubby is not one to rave so much about desserts... and he didn't say much about the dill feta scone, but he literally made me try the blueberry pie even though I was over my carb count for the day (on strict keto). He knew if I didn't like it, he was in for it... but I ended up having another bite. So good. It's really no wonder everyone is raving about their pies. And thanks for all the other locations I can find them (Valentines Oak Creek, farmer's market)! But I can't wait to get to their main location, even though it's really out of the way for me. I will definitely update once I do.

There are a few pie shops in the greater Mikwaukee area, but Hatched is hands down the best. How so? The crust melts in your mouth and the fillings are never are too rich to enjoy. The selections change often and we are excited for what’s to come!

I am a very good baker and tend to be underwhelmed but the blueberry lemon curd hand pie was fantastic! Not too sweet, lots of lemon flavor but didn’t overpower the blueberry. Crust was flaky and sturdy as it should be for a hand pie. What a great find at the Brookfield Farmers Market. I would have included a photo but I ate it too fast :)

Hatched did an absolutely amazing job with our mini hand pies for our wedding. Everything was perfect, with the highest level of service to make our day special. The whole process from proposal to the finished product was seamless and easy. All of our guest give rave reviews of all the flavors! If we could give 10 stars we would!

We had Hatched pies as our wedding dessert and they were a hit! Our guests loved them and we were still enjoying the leftovers a week later. Somehow they were still amazing! They have so many yummy flavors and the crust is unbelievable. Highly recommend!

Discovered Hatched right before the holidays and feel so lucky to find great bakery! In a past life I worked at a scratch bakery, and it's made me super picky. Their products are superb and customer service is great! Favorites so far are the snickerdoodle cookies, pies, and cinnamon rolls.

LOVE these pies. We had hand pies from Hatched at our wedding and got complements all evening about how wonderful they were. We are so lucky to live down the street from another location that sells Hatched pies that we can continue to eat them regularly!

Line on SAT morning took 25min. Food was absolutely smashing, though. Price was the most I’ve ever paid for baked goods, though. Perhaps will remain a nice, occasional treat if I see them at a farmer’s market. Def appealing to wealthy suburbanites.

Valentines Day explosion of flavor❤️ Picked up small pies of Cherry Crumb, Peanut Butter Cup, and my favorite The Lemon Chez...but wait there’s more, the valentines hand pie hearts are by far the four best flavors of tart, sweet & salty.

Amazing locally owned bakery. The quality of the product is above and beyond all expectations. Everyone there is extremely friendly and they respond quickly to any questions. If you haven't taken the time to place and order, do yourself a favor and embrace the Love and Lard. You won't be disappointed.
