Ordered a cupcake party package. I’m in another state so it was blind luck based on all of the positive reviews. Everyone one at my cousin’s going away party raved about the cupcakes. My cousin and her family are moving from Wisconsin to Alabama so we put little State flags in the cupcakes and my cousin loved it. I got a couple of texts from people wondering where I got the cupcakes so kudos to the chef! A word of advice for anyone ordering from Bougie Berries for delivery: stay away from grub hub and use Uber eats instead. Much easier customer service for both the customer and the vendor.

The best dessert ever!!!! From the strawberries to the cupcakes my dessert life will never be the same! 🤤 Back again for more delicious desserts. This time I had some marble cupcakes 🧁. Talking about delicious! This was the marble taste I've been missing since Sam's Club stopped making marble cakes in my area. Bougie Berries will always be my favorite premier dessert boutique for delicious snacks!

Ok so this was my first time being a customer and the owner was really sweet and kind. I needed an order for my daughter birthday party and the date that I needed it she was going to be just coming back from out of town but she still found time to squeeze me into her schedule. I thought that was awesome of her! So a day before it was time for me pick up my order I called the store just to confirm my pick up and her Mom answered the phone. I told her why I was calling and she asked for my name, then said I was down for a 2pm pick up which was not correct. So I nicely told her the correct time which was 11am even though the shop was closed and would not be open until 1pm, the owner was generous enough to let me pick up my items before the store actually opened that day…(thank you) long story short the mom was rude about the situation she was like “well I won’t be here until 1pm I don’t know nothing about what you and Kayla talked about you have to talk to her” the way she said it was rude and is not how you speak to someone in customer service, I thought that was very unprofessional of her. I think my overall experience would of been much better if I didn’t have to encounter with the Mom.

It's always a great experience at Bougie Berries with the owner and her mom when she is there to help. All the times I've been there I only had one hick up, I called right away and no questions asked they offered another dessert. Bougie Berries Bougie Boxes are the ishhhh. I cannot wait until I see my order this coming February. ❤️

Definitely a hidden gem of Milwaukee. First time here we ordered a few different types of strawberries to surprise team. We are all in love. The berries were fresh, sweet and huge. Thank you for being patient and knowing somehow my order would get to you. We are looking forward to trying all of your menu!

Amazing customer services! The salted caramel, cookies and cream and the milk chocolate strawberries were amazing. The banana pudding, strawberry crunch and birthday cake cupcakes we moist and extremely flavorful. I would recommend this place any day!

Service was fast and professional. I was in a rush and the owner was able to accommodate me and get me set up with a nice sampling of all their chocolate covered strawberries. While these berries look incredible and are works of art, some how they taste even better than they look. Thanks for helping me make Valentine’s Day perfect!

Heard about this place on a customer service call with Wayfair of all places. She told me she had heard good things, so I had to stop by and I am so glad I did! Customer service was excellent and those berries and cupcakes are delicious!! I highly recommend stopping in when you are in the mood for a sweet treat!

The decoration of the shop is very welcoming and fun and the berries are ALWAYS fresh, BIG, and flavorful. Nothing like your average strawberry. Strawberry crunch is my favorite and it always tastes like my 1st time trying it! These desserts are "berry " delicious!
