Great place for bubble tea and tasty pastries! I tried the Apple leaf pastry and it was great. Also, their standard milk tea and matcha milk tea are delicious. Additionally, the atmosphere of the location is excellent. I definitely could see myself coming here to study, do some work, or just hang out with friends. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Modern and trendy establishment serving delicious Vietnamese sandwiches. Very reasonably priced with quick service. Clean and neat dining area. Highly recommend the Grilled pork Banh Mi sandwich and Signature Paris by night bubble tea. The tapioca however was overcooked.

Banh Mi options are absolutely delicious, pastries are fantastic, their boba/bubble tea makes a great combo, this is one of my new favorite hangouts in town. However, I can tell they're warming up to being recently open and improving their customer service, and could do better with offering assistance, but it was nowhere near as bad as some reviews are making it out to be.

Fantastic service. Tasty tea. My friend got a red bean milk tea and it was kinda chalky like it wasn't mixed right but it tasted nice. The strawberry milk tea was great. The chocolate mousse cake tasted good, was a little stiff. I'll be back to try the bahn mi!!

This place was honestly so cute! Sooo much to choose from and delicious boba tea. Their cups are absolutely reusable so we definitely washed ours and will be using it for morning smoothies. LOVE THAT ABOUT THEM. Customer service was great. Soooo many desserts to choose from. Had the Red a velvet and Turtle cheesecake and WOW. This place is big and open, so many spots to chill out and drink or eat your choosing!

It is a really interesting place. A good addition to the B-town road of Louisville. The shop has a bright interior that lights up the mood, there are some work stations where people can enjoy their drink and work. The people who work there are reserved but helpful if you ask questions. There is a section in the middle of the shop where you can browse around different types of snacks.... I really liked the lychee flavor honey milk with boba. Their ice cream section has lesser options. Though the strawberry cheesecake ice cream is good.

Nearest yet to an authentic Vietnamese bakery in Louisville! Walked in the door not expecting too much and BAM...just like hitting a 5 star hotel lobby in Saigon. Huge selection of freshly baked cakes from traditional Viet to NY style cheesecakes. Pho, noodles, spicy and sweet! Ice cream, coffee, Boba tea...this place covers it all. Awesome place for a sit down meeting, relaxing snack or a full meal. It's super clean with heaps of seating options, relaxing music and quick service. We had two Bahn MI's which were large and packed with fresh veg and flavor. Bread roll was perfectly baked with a soft center and perfect Bahn MI shell. The fried calamari was decent but the star of the meal was the amazing soft spring rolls. Aka...summer rolls. Large, fresh and with the tastiest and real sweet peanut sauce I've had since Vietnam. Anyways...good prices, great location, amazing baked goods and authentic meals. Check it out!

The food was great, the service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was pleasant and the availiable seating areas were great for all party sizes as well as singles enjoying a meal alone! We enjoyed an array of offerings such as tge B9 steak and cheese bahn mi and the vegetarian bahn mi with marinated tofu as the protien and the beef and noodle bowl. We also got baked goods including the hazelnut tarte and the spinach and fetta tarte the blondie was great as well. Their drinks are great as well, we enjoyed the black tea with honey, the Vietnamese coffee and a matcha shake!

Very relaxing and tasteful upscale coffee shop, bakery, and cafe. The boba tea is probably the best in Louisville I've had. It has a ton of flavors and customizations. Very relaxing place to get a refreshment.

Pastries and coffee were amazing! We went there on the grand opening day when they offered discount for all items and the price was still too high. We spent $40 for 4 tiny cakes and 2 coffee, and again, that's with the 25% discount.

Update: They added more entrees beside banh mi. We had special rice and special noodle. Very good! We will try Pho sometimes. Delicious grilled pork banh mi and boba tea. The flavor is very authentic. I’m so happy to have another Vietnamese restaurant close to home. Definitely will come back often.

The bakery looks exceptional with both the interior and exterior designs. I enjoyed the atmosphere, interior decoration and layout. Extra stars for the cool wall paintings! The Bánh Mì, however, was far from exceptional.

amazing sandwiches, worth the visit just for those. their drinks are good as well but it seems like A LOT of plastic waste as each drink is served in a thick plastic cup with a decorative lid. I wonder how much of the expenses for the drink goes in to the cups that can't even be reused. they also have pastries here which look really good but I've never tried them

Best place to eat and hang out in Louisville. We need something new to hang out and open late in Louisville. It’s a really nice place. Banh mi is really good and also other dishes that they just added. Also lots of good drink choices. Highly recommended!

I love the Banh Mi sandwiches here. They are fresh made and the taste is why I keep coming back. There are multiple options for you to make in how they prepare your sandwich it is nice to ask for and have extra of a particular item added.They have added pho options and more so that now their are more reasons to come here to try the Vietnamese dishes. The bakery items are too tempting and I have tried several different ones and each was excellent. The selection of pastries and other cakes and dessert items is plentiful and it makes it hard to choose. I think it is worth the pressure of choosing after you have enjoyed the rich tasting bakery items. It is well worth the visit but finding a convenient parking space is most of the time very hard.

Good bubble tea - pretty much the standard menu and flavors. Would be nice to have some non-dairy options, and cups are very thick plastic which feels unnecessarily wasteful.

Boba and banh mi in one place, what’s not to love? I wish we had this in Columbus, Ohio. I got the artichoke tea and a banh mi with nem (pork sausage). They were so yummy! I also got a bag of deer jerky to bring home with me. Everything about this place was 10/10

The good: The atmosphere and vibe of the place reminds me of some awesome bakeries/ cafes in Vietnam. The wide selection of pastries and drinks offers something for everyone. The bad: The staff were not friendly at all, which doesn't make me want to return. And the prices were pretty high for what you get. Maybe this is a place just to splurge on for special occasions.

This joint is bright, hip, and casual. I won't lie, I don't like the very small sandwich menu or it's lack of descriptions, BUT, the deserts and pastries are amazing!! I've only tried one tea so far and it was OK, but I took a risk and chose something out of my norm. I'll definitely come back and try another and get more desert!!!

I don't know of another place in Louisville that has such wonderful desserts across the board. I have had about 6 different pastries from here, and all of them have exceeded my expectations beyond belief. I am not a huge chocolate cake/mouse fan, and their German chocolate cake and chocolate mouse cake were both absolutely scrumptious. They were everything i thought they should be and not too sweet in the best kind of way. I would highly recommend their tiramisu and lemon berry cake. I thought the lemon berry was going to be dry but it was surprisingly moist and refreshing. Even better, every dessert there was only 6 dollars!! The portions were generous as well so that was a huge plus for me. We also tried a few different teas there as well as the banh mi (of course). The teas were all quite good and well priced. I am always happy with a Thai tea personally, and their honey milk tea had a delightfully full honey flavor. Though i have not had a banh mi from anywhere else i really enjoyed this as my first experience! The textures and flavors mixed well together and i appreciate how it wasnt too heavy even with lots of meat! The staff was also super happy and friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The whole place was very nicely furnished with lots of live plants and very clean as well. All and all i think this place is exceptional. It stands out as more than just a trendy place to stop on Bardstown Rd. I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised how quality it was and i will be going back soon.

Very fresh and VERY delicious. I got the #B2 (Pork, pickled veggies, etc.) I've never been a pickled veggie fan..but this was different. AND SO GOOD. Will definitely be returning. Also, the peach green tea with tapioca boba was very good as well. Everything was in my hands not 3 minutes after I ordered.

Got a Thai tea and it was fantastic. Service was fast and friendly. I took a while deciding and they were also patient with me. They have a ton of delicious looking bakery items and sandwiches as well. Lots of comfortable seating inside. Located right in front of La Bamba. I'll definitely be coming back here.

Met my boyfriend here for lunch and it was SO good. I had the B2 grilled pork banh mi and my boyfriend had the B1 special combination one. Both were really good. I thought the bread was excellent and tasted great with the right textures and the proportions for the banh mi was really delightful. Both had great flavor too, the B1 had a really great amount of spice with it. The pork on mine was very good. The sour vegetables were nice and light. It was a great lunch. I also got a chocolate twist pastry, which was delicious and fresh. We split a caramel dessert from the case as well, it was very rich and I'm glad we only got one to split. I got another bourbon vanilla thing to take home for dessert tonight. I loved the atmosphere, it was beautiful inside. I just wish they had prices and explanations of the pastries and desserts. I had to ask an employee to explain a bunch of the desserts so I knew what they were before choosing. The pastries are away from the counter in their own thing and I wish they had descriptions as well. I wanted to pick them up and look at them, but covid and it's rude, so I didn't. As far as I can tell the pastries are $3.50 and the desserts are $6.00 each. The receipt didn't specify a particular one so I'm assuming they are all the same price.

Great place to get a Banh Mi & Vietnamese coffee! Definitely fills the void that Ngon Appetit! Left when they closed their doors. Only thing which I found odd, the don't offer a glass/cup of water even with a food order, only bottled water for sale. Baked goods in the grab and go cases were average, probably won't return for those, but will return for the Bahn Mi's.

Paris banh mi is such a good place to eat when you want something light. It’s a very nice place to study as well or just to hangout and staff is very nice. My favorite was the banh mi special combo (b1), the drinks were very nice and had a nice variety of flavors.

Very open and spacious. But, there were no vegan milk options for the boba milk teas. If management is reading this, please consider offering oat milk or almond milk for your boba teas. Nondairy powder is not vegan.

I will give 5 stars if I have good customer service. I understand it Grand Opening, Congratulation, I don't mind waiting on food and drink. The customer service make me mad. When my number was called, I was missing my sandwich so I ask the guy, instead of checking my reciepe or check, He put his ticket infront of me and ask " You see what you ordered?" and give me a look like I was scaming for free food. it just wrong and the worse customer service. The way he treated me was so bad and my me doubt to go back there again. He was wearing Blue shirt tonight and the only one in a blue shirt.

They sell excellent banh mi sandwiches, teas, and baked goods. Burgers are also on the menu. The staff is very friendly and helpful, too. Prices are quite reasonable.
