This was my first visit and I decided to go all out and order the mason jar. The employee who helped us was friendly and very knowledgeable. All of the cupcake choices looked delicious and I decided to settle on a red velvet cupcake with red velvet ice cream. It tasted great and my daughter enjoyed her unicorn ice cream. However, that might be the last time we order those. For the two mason jars and two cookies my total came out to $30. I do plan to visit again eventually, but I probably just get a single cupcake or a single scoop of ice cream because the prices are a bit higher than some other ice cream/dessert shops. EDITED TO ADD: I tried the cookies the next day and I was not impressed by either. They look fun and tasty but the taste is not good to me. On the plus size, they are large and shareable. However, if it had been up to me to eat those cookies by myself, they would've been in the trash. I had the M&M chocolate chip cookie and the s'mores cookie. I just slightly preferred the s'mores to the M&M. Neither of them are worth buying again.

Extremely gooood cupcakes. Had a sweet toothe and my husband surprised me with these ! Had several different flavors, lemon, strawberry, velvet, chocolate and Carmel (MY FAVORITE) and confetti…. yum yum YUM ! Must go when your in Little Rock, Arkansas .. Definitely will stop by again.

They are very good at upselling. The cupcakes are massive but affordable and delicious. I also love that they have a new flavor every week, and my only complaint is that there's no variety besides that one per week. Every place has the same flavors, and I would like to see some new items introduced after going to 3 different locations in different states in 2 years. The ice cream is also a must.

Been here a few times and cupcakes were good. Love the ice cream BUT this weekend I ordered three dozen and ordered every flavor! Let me tell you, my guest fell in love! They smelled and tasted amazing! Something about ordering a fresh batch just makes it even better. The young ladies are always super nice and my experience has always been good. Also learned that you can request any special Flavor they’ve made in the past if you order in advance. I was able to get in the infamous cannoli’s cupcake that I always seem to miss during specials! Amazing!!!!!

The minute I walked in we were greeted by both associates with open arms, setting the course for such a wonderful experience. They had high-energy and made my whole ice cream/cupcake buying experience fun. I felt like a little kid again at the candy shop. They were excited to tell us about the different flavors and encouraged us to sample a bunch of different options. Each sample tasted so good, the only hard part was choosing which flavor was slightly better. I ended up getting what they call a “smash cake” which is essentially a cupcake in a cup with ice cream in between. The cupcake I got was a hot fudge sundae one with nuts, hot fudge, and a cherry on top. The ice cream was what they called “Cookie Monster” which tasted VERY GOOD mixed with the cupcake. They don’t skimp out on these portions either. The whole thing took me 20 mins to eat. Smallcakes is definitely Top 10 on my list for dessert places. I hope they stay around for a long time.

I remember the first time I tried Smallcakes in SD about 6 years ago. Fell in love with it instantly. Excellent service and great quality here as well, and I gotta say it's real nice to have access to one so close to home. Well done and an excellent job by everyone on the team. Loved the customer service. I would go back for that. Cupcakes were just average to me though. I got the red velvet and strawberry cupcake. I also got the jar. The ice cream is above average. They have several flavors to choose from. I picked one scoop of wedding cake and one scoop of red velvet ice cream. Delicious

I have enjoyed SmallCakes cupcakes at each location I have been to but this is the first experience I have had with a salesperson comparing this location to others and speaking poorly of the other locations. You have a great product and I would think you would be supportive of other stores….especially ones far enough away that they are not direct competitors.

If I could give this establishment a 10 I definitely would!! I’m a city driver for TForce freight that made a delivery here. The three ladies that were working at the time were SO nice and polite! It took about 45 min to an hour getting all the freight in they ordered. Towards the end of getting it all in one of the young ladies named Kaly (I hope I got her name right lol) helped me finish up getting it all in and situated properly. If you don’t go for the Smallcakes Heck, just go for the people that are so nice and friendly!! By the way, the cupcakes………WERE DELICIOUS!!!! 😊 Thank u for being one top notch establishment!!

I never leave reviews but I had to for JadaWayda. It was my first time there, I had an outrageous sweet tooth and she definitely took care of me. Super sweet, very attentive, informative and personable. I rarely leave tips for to go order but I definitely left one for her. Cupcake and ice cream was so good! I truly enjoyed it and I will be back!

The ice cream is pretty good. Not as good as it was when they first opened. Gave them 3 stars because although the desserts are good, its super awkward trying to decide on what to get when the employees ask a million questions about your day while you’re ordering. I understand wanting a welcoming atmosphere but they’re super aggressive with the questions and the conversation is forced. It’s like that every time I visit. I unfortunately will not be returning for that reason.

My dad is at the burn unit at the children’s hospital in Little Rock. I am visiting from out of town and wanted to get the staff and my dad a little treat. I ordered a dozen cupcakes for the staff and two individual cupcakes for my dad. The staff was so amazing and even threw in a little something extra for the wonderful nurses and doctors at Arkansas Children’s. I also got two hugs that made my day much better. ❤️ The cupcakes made the hospital staff and my dad super happy!! The ladies - and the cupcakes - at this location are awesome. 💕

I bought cupcakes and ice cream. The ice cream was awesome. The cupcakes just a bit above average. The customer service is very good. I agree with other reviews that the prices are a bit high & the customer service can seem overwhelming/aggressive, although it didn't feel that way for me. I will go back, but it will be more like for a special occasion because I don't eat a lot of sweets like this

I go here once a week. I pick up cupcakes for friends (live in Conway) and they always love it. They are constantly asking when I’ll be going again. Always love the ice cream and cupcakes. My go to is a cookies and cream smash cake. The staff is amazing! I am a regular there and they are always so sweet. Cupcakes are moist and always come with the right amount of ice cream. Best ice cream I’ve ever had. I have a huge sweet tooth and this always hits the spot!

Went here today to pick up a birthday cupcake and had the most pleasant experience working with Bree! Great customer service and she answered all questions I had. She even brought the cupcake out to me since I had a baby with me and I could not leave the vehicle at the time. I would definitely recommend Bree and this business to anyone. In addition to the great experience, their cupcakes are also delicious! Sweet all around!

First time going into business. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on everything in their store. Amazing regular menu cupcakes and in store made ice creams. The weekly specialty cupcakes are just amazing. So glad Conway will soon have their own location, Conway Commons right next to target. Hopefully opening in the next month or so.

This is a quick and easy place to get a quality cupcake. They are delicious 😋 Be prepared for the upsale though... The last time I was in there I went in for two cupcakes. I was told about their awesome promotion and how if I bought another three the fourth was basically free. Next thing I knew I had achieved Elite Status and left with a timeshare in Nebraska. Those gals are good. 😉 Kidding aside, the staff is always nice.

Our new favorite place! We tried it out on a Sunday and the staff was so friendly and helpful, they have amazing, freshly baked and made cupcakes and ice cream. We tried out the red velvet ice cream with a red velvet cupcake and it was absolutely delicious. Also took a pup cake to our puppers who loved it!

They are a bit too overpriced for my liking. This was mine and my baby girl and nieces 2nd time trying this place at 2 seperate locations. Nice selection of homemade ice cream and they even have cupcakes for your pup. I just haven't been "wowed" by a flavor yet, and I LOVE cake.

Cupcakes are very good. A bit pricey but for the quality and the handmade aspect of it then it makes it worth it. Only concern I would have for them is the young manager in the black shirt that was working today. He gave away several boxes of cupcakes away because he was friends with the perso. I want this location to do well and I know first hand that people giving stuff away can kill a location. It's a bad impression when people are spending a lot and others get to walk out for free because of who they know. Here is hoping you guys stick around!

I have been to small cakes a few times, and each time the cupcakes have been a good experience, however the problem isn't with their product, it's with their service and prices. I remember trying to just look at the prices, but the person behind the counter wouldn't stop bombarding me with questions. I also had an experience where I only got 2 cups of icecream and 2 cupcakes, but for some reason the people behind the counter went to open the door for us and even walk the cupcakes to the car. Some people might see this as a benefit, like maybe they call it good service, I call it over kill. There is a point where being too friendly is just creepy, they would ask my girlfriend "how did y'all meet, are y'all siblings? How long have you been together?" And it just got super uncomfortable for both of us. Id say in order to fix the problems here, all they have to do just just tone down the "friendliness" The prices are another story, paying 3.50 for a single cupcake is kinda steep, given that you could get a dozen cupcakes at Kroger or Walmart for $5 and they have similar quality. The icecream is about $5.50 for 2 scoops. So for a date, it's about $20 for two cupcakes and 4 scoops of icecream. This could probably be lowered a bit, but given the fact that small cakes is more of a "once a month" kind of place it works out fine. TL:DR. Service is too friendly to the point it is creepy, prices are steep but acceptable.

This place is AMAZING, the smash cuocakes are the best. It is a cuocake with Half in the bottom of a glass, 2 scoops of ice cream with the top of the cupcake on top. So delicious. The staff is super accommodating. If you dont try it, you will never know what you missed.

First time here. They were upbeat and courteous, it was just before closing. I got a red velvet cupcake. My husband got the specialty which was chocolate with a white marshmallow cream and a chocolate cookie on top. The cakes were moist and delicious My husband said yeah I should have got two haha oh and they gave us one for our pup, that was waiting in the car which was very sweet.
