Fresh donuts every time! Friendly staff and great selection of donuts. The best Shipley store in little rock. Highly recommend this location. (Avoid the other locations and take that extra few min drive to this location, you wont regret!!)

Had Shipley Donuts when we lived in Jacksonville, Ar and WOW-best donuts in the country as far as I’m concerned! We now live in SW Missouri with no Shipley 😔 and sure wish we had one! I found them once at a convenient store in Southaven, Mississippi (if my memory is correct!) so wondering where else in the country we might get them? They’re really awesome!

We received great customer service from a woman at this location! Their donuts tasted great!! On customer service and taste review, it would be 5/5. The reason for 1 less star than 5 is the following: the cinnamon roll and cinnamon twist strangely had no cinnamon. (I would have done 4.5 if possible). They also did not sell the butterfly roll or a chocolate cake on our visit, which appear to be staples at Shipley’s. One young worker dropped a glove on the floor, picked it up, and placed it back on the counter to be used. I informed a worker who threw it away. I also asked what kind of nuts this one donut had - if they were walnuts- he replied, “I don’t know. It’s just a nut.” He then asked another worker for clarification, which . It was a learning opportunity for the young worker, which we have all needed before in life. I will definitely try this location again because the woman extended great customer service and the donuts were delicious.

The girl behind the counter was so sweet and when I told her I was from out of town she gave the best recommendations. The Long John's with chocolate filling are the best!!! Though just the glazed donuts were out of this world. If you've ever been to Thomas Donuts in PCB this is a real, real, close second to really being neck and neck as the best donuts!!!!!

Usually Great...BUT🤷‍♀️Chocolate Doughnuts Tasted like some kind of Mint was in the Chocolate??? I called and let them know. The lady acted as though was lying 🤔 I let her know I couldn't return the uneaten ones Because I had delivered them to another location. They said definitely...mint was in them too👍 Just wish she didn't act as tho I was trying to get something for free. .Dang I purchased 3 dozen that morning...Thank goodness only 1 dozen was that nasty Mint contamination 🥺

Great Shipleys store! I have only visited here a couple of times as I live out of town. The times I have visited I went inside and ordered. They were busy inside the store and in the drive through. The drive through seemed like it had more people in line. They provided great and fast service! They were selling the original glazed donuts as fast as they could make them. The donuts were delicious! Would come back here. This has been a great place in my experiences.

You may be able to find better donuts, but the price and service at this shop is far above normal. They serve American fast-food breakfast fare, including breakfast sandwiches and kolaches. I recommend this over nearby breakfast fast food for cost conscious commuters.

Their glazed donuts seem a little undercooked every time I've had them. It's rare that they have the things that I want, they run out of the most popular items far too fast. Their coffee is always good, though.

Served fresh, long lines after 7:15 but moves quick enough, longest wait before 7:30 has been 10 mins before reaching window. Delicious and clean facilities, can walk in or drive thru, workers wear not masked as of 8/13/2021 fyi. Saw all inside customers masked.

This is a great Shipley location. They are very good at staggering their donut production so that they almost always have hot donuts most anytime you come in before 10:00am And if they do not they will make some while you wait - if you really want hot donuts. This location probably has the lightest donuts in town. I do wish, however, they would use a little more glaze on their donuts.

This is a good place for you to get donuts. They are fast in the lobby and at the drive-thou (if you know what you want). They usually have a good selection of donuts and breakfast sandwiches.

They KNOW me at this Shipley's Do-nuts. They open at 5am and close at 1pm; 7 days a week and I LOVE IT! (*Shipley's was created in Houston,TX, but North Little Rock, a few locations in Little Rock, and one in Jacksonville,AR welcomed them with open arms.) The staff at this location, are some of the happiest people on the planet at 5 am and a great stop to make before work.**Dont let the drive-thru line scared you away...it moves fast, but if u have to wait a few extra minutes, just relax and fully understand that the wait will be worth it...😉 enjoy❤

Best donuts I've had, and I've traveled the East Coast extensively. No trendy coffee selections or donuts with over the top decorations, but if you want a simple cup of coffee and one of the best donuts you've ever tasted, you won't do better.

Warm donut holes are great, but my favorite is the apple fritter. If you warm it in the toaster oven for 2 minutes, it's pretty close to nirvana.
