I am so happy with the cake ordered. I needed an understated but impressive birthday cake for a party I was hosting. I called a last minute and spoke to Dominic. I ordred a naked cake with strawberries on top. It was perfection very pretty and it was so good. Not a crumb left over. I will definitely order again.

Quality wedding cake! I was planning my wedding in Las Vegas from Australia. I contacted a few bakeries in relation to a Las Vegas themed wedding cake and I was most impressed with The Gourmet Cake Factory. The service was excellent and I couldn't have been happier with my cake. It was exactly as I had imagined it! The cake was delicious and the decoration was perfect. It was delivered when requested and I couldn't have asked for more. Perfect! Thanks TGCF!!

Wonderful Pastries! a real flour dusted French pastry chef who has a great european touch. Not too sweet but a marvelous aftertaste theat gets better and better. Got a half dozen of the mini pastries, fruit torte, lemon merange, almond, Nepoleon, cheese cake, apple tart.And WHAT A CREME PUFF!!!! I cant imagine any better in the world. Tried pastries from a place in summerlin, awful! and a couple of other places, nothing compares.
