This is a new bakery with a "French " twist. Clean clean clean this place is immaculate. The customer service is above and beyond exceptional. The chef asked if I wanted to browse uninterrupted or if wanted a detailed description on everything. I went for tge detailed version. Now let's get to the "goods". We tried a variety of treats starting with a seasonal eggnog cake, a citrus pudding, carrot cake, chocolate mouse on a chocolate cookie type thing ( wich was my favorite) plus a blueberry cream cheese muffin and a fluffy cheese cake hybrid thinning, and last but not least lemon cake. Everything was yummy. Nothing was overly sweet the mouse and cheese cake were fluffy and creamy melt in your mouth. I will certainly be back again and again. Be prepared to make difficult decisions on what to get or do what we did and get a bunch of things so you don't have to decide lol . You won't be disappointed. I haven't even tried all the breakfast danish or prepared salads. They also make custom cakes that look unique . No cash card card only.

You know how you've lived in Las Vegas for more than 10 years and you've always considered Smith's to be the best bakery, but then you discover Sy's Edible Creations! I love the simple yet modern visual appeal of the desserts, and they taste as good as they look. The ingredients are authentic and the flavors are fresh, inviting, and well-balanced. "You can also order custom-made cakes and request a specific design. They will take your idea and make it a reality. However, I am sad that every time I try to make it to the bakery for my favorites, they are already gone! There's a bus stop right outside the bakery and it seems like everyone is picking up my favorites before I can get there, and I'm told to try again tomorrow. But at least they make fresh pastries daily, now they even have Danishes! I wish I could say these pastries make you fat so I don't have to make my way to Sy's, but even after taking several bites, you'll see that these pastries don't make you feel that way."

Oh my god, this place has the best dessert in a really long time! Don’t let me start on the cakes. The cake I ordered for my niece’s birthday looked so good, it made a grown man cry!

This is a must visit new bakery in the area! I had a cheese danish, apple danish, and carrot cake and the flavors were amazing. When I walked in I could tell how much love and care the folks at Sy’s put into the place. Their desserts and pastries are well priced for the quality, they even had the option to heat the pastries up or keep them cool so they can be enjoyed later. Olivier’s joy and passion for the baked goods were infectious and I felt very welcomed into their shop. Please give them a visit!

Received a flyer in the mail and decided to come by; VERY happy I did. This boutique style bakery is French influenced and 100% from scratch. They offer catering and specialty cakes as well. The menu changes every few days and don’t be surprised if they sell out early. You might just get lucky and hear the owner in the back cooking up some more perfection for your tastebuds. Everything was fresh fresh and SHOCKINGLY well priced for the high quality. the man who helped us knew every ingredient for every treat. Truly not just a bakery but an experience. You can scan a QR code for a quiet browse or let him guide you through their selection. Either way, you’re up for a good time. It’s quietly tucked in the same plaza as the Rebel gas station. Shop local, you’ll be happy you did.

Everything is french inspired deserts. Their blueberry muffins are TO DIE FOR. Its not overly sweet and compliments the fruit perfectly. Will be going back, highly recommend!!

Glad to have visited this wonderful new bakery! Everything was spot on where I expected sweetness instead I got fluffy and flavorful. The owner is a great conversationalist and had a great understanding of what they create, saying they change the menu every 3 days makes every visit special. Definitely a place to come back to with very reasonable pricing to boot 😁

That was our first time in there yesterday and the owner was very sociable showed us everything that t was in the showcase explained everything, we walked out of there with a few items and it was wonderful and will definitely go back there again.
