My husband works in Las Vegas and stops by this bakery often, to grab me my goodies. I highly recommend the jalapeño bagels. He buys them all, I store them in the fridge, and make breakfast sandwiches every morning until the sad day when they are all eaten. The peanut butter cookies are also delicious. I’ve tried the cinnamon rolls, brownies, cheesecakes, carrot cupcakes, etc. Every one was great! If you’re a coffee drinker… GET A COFFEE! It is so smooth and tastes delicious! I highly recommend Starburst Parlor. I’m tempted to drive an hour today, just to try their pizza. 🤤

Stopped by today and picked up some goodies! Owners I believe are super nice and explain the menu really well! The difference between this sugar free bakery and others are these don’t have a weird after taste with the artificial sugar and DONT MAKE YOU CRAVE MORE SUGAR. They don’t use aspartame and sucralose which will make me crave sugar like crack but the cookies, and cup cakes and muffins were all very tasty!

If you're in Vegas and you have gluten and/or sugar issues this is the place to go! Friendly owners, adorable 50's retro vibe, and the food is excellent. I got the egg and cheese jalapeno everything bagel, cinnamon roll, and pumpkin hot coffee with house made whip. I also took a bag of goodies to go. They have cookies, cakes, pot pie, pizza, and so much more to try. Do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem!

Holy Moly! I don't even know if my words will do any justice for the the review this place deserves!! The cold brew is amazing, you can't even tell that its sugar free! The personal Pizza is big enough for two, but it was so good you better believe I ate all of it in one sitting! I couldn't resist getting some dessert while I was in there too! Everything looks so appealing and tastes equally as amazing To top it all off, the staff is so friendly, and such a fun atmosphere to be in! I highly recommend this place if you're in the area, if you're not- go anyways!

The bakery is super cute. All the employees were really kind. Everything I tried tasted delicious. The raspberry danish, banana bread cupcake and chive and onion bagel was my favorite. Will Definitely stop every time I come to Vegas.

The location was a little hidden. But because I was a diabetic and used keto to reverse my diabetes, seeing the "keto bakery" sign lighted up like those huge billboards on the Las Vegas Strip. When we got in there. The owners greet themselves. Real nice people. They explained about what ingredients they used. I like that. Because other places will not give you their ingredients. We tried a lot of stuff and I gotta say not one thing I did not like. My daughter loves the fudge ice cream. I think that's the one she had. My wife had the coffee one. I loved the strawberry and cream ice cream. My wife and daughter also had the pizza, (winner), the cinnamon roll (winner), and some other desserts. (all winners). Definitely will be coming here again when we go and visit Vegas again.

I stopped by today and picked up one of everything and a pizza and holy smokes was it amazing!!!! The pizza tasted super good and cheesy and treats where amazing. Definitely recommend the red velvet cupcakes. Met Jill, the owner and she’s super rad! Definitely stopping by again! 10/10 definitely recommend! :)

I asked a friend that lives in Las Vegas if she knew of any Keto places because I would be visiting and Starburst Parlor was the first place she suggested. Honestly I was so excited it was my very first stop when I got to town. I was not disappointed I bought the snicker doodle cookies (fabulous) the peanut butter cookies (fabulous) the carrot cake muffin with cream cheese frosting (velvety perfection) a banana nut muffin (delicious). I only wish I could order them from California but I will be visiting every time I am in Las Vegas Thank You for all you put into these wonderful treats.

OMG!!! This place is amazing. Absolutely heaven for all keto, gluten intolerant and diabetics. I havent had a cinnamon bun roll in forever and they had it and topped it with bacon and whip cream pink whip cream. They have soooooo many options from sweets the food including pizza....bagels...etc. its a 50s themed place with a rocker vibe. The owner and baker is awesome she reminds you of "Rosie the riveter" with tattoos she sooo awesome and her staff is amazing too. If your in vegas this is the place to go for allllll your cravings if I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

This strawberry cheesecake is a family favorite! I ordered it a little late, but Jill made sure she got it ready by the date that I needed it for. Also, her shop is so cute and full of keto-friendly goodies. I highly recommend this place! Your taste buds will thank me later!

Our final stop before heading to the airport was the keto-focused, gluten free, and sugar free bakery know as Starbust Parlor. I don’t even know where to begin with how joyful this experience was, but the owner and her son were present and treated us to some of the story behind their bakery as well as their love for the mid-century era aesthetic. Beyond the excellent customer was the introduction their highly caffeinated, and flavorful, cold brew and their everything bagel breakfast sandwich. Sadly, I don’t have the coldbrew pictured as i inhaled it and proceeded to run a mile at hyper speed……..be ready for a jolt! As for the breakfast sandwich we ended up ordering two! They were that good! Finally, I perused some of the pins they had on hand as that is a new craze for me; various enamel pins on denim vests / jackets. They featured enamel pins from a local artist, Battleborn, and I ended up buying a couple as well as a pin with the bakery’s logo on it. This is a must visit location when you’re in Vegas; not just for the quality of food, for but for the awesomely genuine folks behind the counter baking up all the goods! Thank you both, I hope we can return soon!

No words can describe how awesome this place is. Everything is diet friendly, absolutely delicious and holy cow, the coffee is divine. No dietary impact, tons of options and made with love and passion. I wanted to stay there for the owner and the treats. Tempted to move to Vegas just to visit each day. I would totally work there for free. This is a definite go to. Everything about this place is top notch.

The absolute BEST KETO BAKERY, ever! And I am on a strict keto lifestyle and I have tried many things keto, take my advice. The owner is the sweetest lady, really pleasant, and the decorations are perfect 🥰 The warm cinnamon rolls are seriously amazing and the lattes are delicious. I had the coconut mocha and it better than Starbucks. Support this woman, she deserves every penny. So much went into this place and I want to see her succeed. We will be back, for sure! Edit: I went back for German chocolate and carrots cupcakes. They were both out of this world. The coconut and chocolate frosting was delightful, very true German chocolate flavor, and the carrot cake... man... I think I'm addicted. I can't wait to come back when I visit again!

I just love how convenient I can go and grab a low carb keto treat. The owner is the sweetest person. If you are on a low carb keto, gluten free or just trying to lower your sugar intake and want a yummy treat that is made with lots of love then this is the place to be ❤❤❤

Superb doesn't begin to describe the quality or the taste of these amazing baked goods. Owner Jill makes decadent cookies, cupcakes, muffins and cheesecakes. Her chicken pot pies are to die for. After 3 years living the keto lifestyle I'm working on my last 20 pounds. Since we found this Marvelous bakery I've lost a pound a day. The food is so filling and satisfying. I eat one serving and I'm full and energized for a fun filled day in Las Vegas. If you are hungry Starburst Parlor Keto Bakery is the Best place to savor a Fantastic meal or treat❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

My wife and I were in town visiting and were very excited to find a dedicated gluten free bakery that sold pizza! She has celiac disease so it isn't often that we get to enjoy a pizza together and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! Of course while there we had to try a bunch of the baked goods and every one of them was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

We visited Vegas after the end of the school year for some much needed vacation time. My wife was looking for keto friendly treats and came across this gem. We ordered chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies. The cookies are delectable and spot on. It is SO difficult to get the right flavor in a keto friendly chocolate chip cookie, but the flavor is amazing. Think of a buttery complex cookie warm dough hug in your mouth and you get the idea. The peanut butter cookie was perfect- not too sweet and excellent peanut butter flavor that bursts through the crumbly dough- SUPERB! When our order came - the owner met us herself and was charming and kind. We also love the retro 50’s future theme on the packaging. 5 stars!

I ordered a sugar free cake for my daughter's 10th birthday. Starburst Parlor created a masterpiece! We almost didn't cut it up it was so beautiful! This bakery is a must visit if you are gluten free or keto. The vibe is a pleasant blast from the past; complete with juke box, outfits, and vintage hardware. The staff is very friendly accommodating, offering us samples of ice cream and going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The food was excellent. We got a pizza and an everything bagel breakfast sandwich. The pizza was made with high quality ingredients and the crust was very good for gluten free, soft but held together. The bagel has an excellent consistency and was very tasty. The ice cream we sampled was all excellent; could barely even tell it was sugar free but we were too full to order an actual portion. Overall this tiny place is a great experience. The good food and unique ambiance makes this bakery a definite repeat visit for us every time we come back to Vegas.

BEST PLACES IN LAS VEGAS TO GO ! This is the coolest place ! Look how they dress in 50s style so dapper and beautiful the food is the same and wow ! Bagels ! I love these they are low carb and no sugar heated up with cream cheese ! Wow and a espresso! Listen you can’t get better bagel taste low carb and no sugar ! I also had pastries ! This place is amazing ! There is no seating right now but they just opened so stay tuned ! but it’s a must go and must try ! I think it’s one of the best places in Las Vegas to go ! Period ! WOW, just wow! The Starburst Parlor did not disappoint! This place is a hidden gem! Everything we tried (which was almost everything since we stopped in 3 out of the 5 days we were in Vegas) was absolutely delicious. Coming from New Jersey, my girlfriend and I made sure this was the first place we got food from after landing in Vegas because we were so excited. From having an autoimmune disease which limits me to a stricter diet, this place allowed me to have treats that I haven’t had in years and it was all delicious! Jill and everyone at the Starburst Parlor were very pleasant and the place has a great vibe! Starburst Parlor will now be a automatic stop whenever we are in Vegas!

Owner has a friend who seems to care about their business. I've never been to Las Vegas, but if I do I might try this place. If you don't mind me asking, does the menu only have gluten free or is there like some "normal" bagels? Just curious because I usually don't like the taste of most gluten free foods I've tried, not that I wouldn't try anything gluten free, just wondering. Thank you and have a great day!

Hands down the best keto bakery I have ever visited. I started with the cold brew and can now consider myself addicted - All the flavor you would want and none of the sugar. Pro-Tip: don’t skip the signature whipped cream on top. I had a very hard time deciding between all the delicious looking baked good options, but went with the jalapeño cheddar bagel. I added bacon and cheese which was a perfect; All of this while being able to keep my carbs low and still enjoy my cravings. Also, can’t end this review without mentioning how friendly and accommodating the owner and staff are. A++ I can’t wait to return and try new things. This place is very special.

Jill is an incredible entrepreneur with a beautiful heart. My husband and I stumbled into her bakery by chance when we were in Las Vegas awaiting the adoption of our son and his six week stay in NICU. Not only did we have lovely treats at her shop (green chili bagels and brownies are to die for!) in between hospital visits, but she was so warm and friendly that we wanted to share her baked goodies with the whole NICU team. She went above and beyond for us, hand-delivering personalized trays of goodies and picking up a photo poster for the NICU team that saved our son. We love Starburst Parlor and Jill!

The magic pixie dust that is used in place of sugar, guarantees your guilt is felt deep, but not deserved. The lie you are living as you indulge is not true, you are still in ketosis. As my wife cries salty tears of joy because she cannot indulge in sugary goodness for health reasons, those salty tears are a little sweeter tasting, still keto. The taste of these treats are nothing like the chalk your grandma served you at thanksgiving after your mom mentioned in passing that you couldn’t indulge in her prized pecan pie anymore due to health reasons. This is legit goodness made by a baker that would put any sugar filled baker to shame. Stop asking if it is worth it, hammer down and buy some of this goodness.

I can’t say enough good things about this Bakery. You can tell the owner is extremely passionate about their business, and that’s what makes it so special and rare. This place is adorned in vintage decor and as CUTE as can be. The ambiance in itself is a treat - even down to the pink whipped cream they top their drinks with. I appreciate all the little details and the heart behind the business. The employees are very kind and hospitable, offering samples of ice cream and suggestions on temperatures to eat the pastries. Found this AMAZING Keto Gluten Free Bakery and went there today! HOLY MACKEREL all I can say is MAGNIFICENT! I LOVE the owner, very friendly and personable. UPDATE 10/9/22: It's been 282 days since I started eating here REGULARLY amd i have never been sick. I have very sensitive symptoms to Celiac Disease. I take Hella food to go to supplement my at home meals. Everything is delicious and safe, the owner and her growing staff are coffee weilding angels of a celiacs heaven. This woman is no chef, she is a magician! How she makes such delicious sweet and savory treats without gluten or sugar is beyond me! Try the pizza, it's incredible. Don't leave without a peanut butter cookie (or 5). Cold brew on tap and the absolute nicest owner and staff ever. Celiac can eat safely here!

I have to be honest the bakery is good loved the vintage vibe the pink whipped topping on the ice cream was cute and a pleasant surprise. I only wish I had asked what kind of sugar replacement they used cause it's not agreeing with my stomach. I also bought a carrot cake cupcake also good frosting was light and creamy cake had a nice texture but I was scared to try more than a bite.

Today was my long awaited visit to Starburst Parlor, and it was worth the wait. I came a few times while they were closed. Apparently they were having licensing issues with the city but believe me it won’t even matter after you try their treats.. I have to recommend the pumpkin pie (and yes get the pink whipped cream). Everything was just the right amount of sweet and it doesn’t have the awful after taste a lot of keto sweets seem to have. The coffee was incredible! The staff was nice. I will be back soon. Absolutely fantastic experience. We were in Vegas for my sons 15th birthday. He is a type 1 diabetic and was excited to have some keto options for his birthday. Oh my goodness!! Amazing!! We ordered a strawberry cheesecake to celebrate our 31st anniversary! We had lots of mouths to feed, so I ordered an extra large and it was humongous! As for the flavor.....unbelievable! No one could tell that it was sugar-free. The taste was outstanding, the berries were fresh, the texture was smooth and creamy. Absolutely perfct!! This is a diabetics dreams come true!!! It's hard not to give in and eat junk but when i go to starburst parlor i don't feel guilty, i get to enjoy all the delicious treats and not worry about my carbs/sugar intake! I received red velvet cupcakes for my birthday, which is something my mom always made me. They looked delicious. I wasn’t sure how the keto version would be but they did NOT disappoint! After getting to sample one of the goth velvet cupcakes and loving every bite, I made a point to attend one of the pop-up events to try more. I got the peanut butter cookies and an assortment of bagels. Everything was so full of flavor and clearly made fresh, plus, no sugar...whaattt!? I've not had a bagel since going GF in 2011. This was my first, an Italian GF bagel, first with butter then with sausage fat. Unusual presentation but the flavor is right. The texture is as expected for almond flour. Lots of other things to eat but not today.
