Went to the “soft opening” tonight during First Friday. The crew was very welcoming and professional. They let me know the official opening date and invited me to the event. Walked out with some Christmas cookies! Already a great new spot in the ever growing downtown area!

Freeds was great! The employee that helped me out was patient and answered any questions I had. The desserts were great, im not a huge fan of cream cheese icing which was the only downfall but the peanut butter cheesecake was delicious!

You know, I'm not sure what to say about this. We have a desert spot in LV that we love and is kind of our regular go-to. It seems as if every time we decide to try a different spot the enthusiasm just isn't there. It tasted fine and the prices were on par with our other place. To be fair, taste is subjective and what we like may not appeal to others. I guess that the bottom line is that we ate some and then forgot about it. When we found it in the fridge a week later, we just shrugged and tossed it. We were sorry that we had wasted it but not sorry we missed out on completing the experience. I guess that tells the tale. It was better than a lot of stuff we've had and we'd eat it again. The service was friendly and fantastic but we wouldn't go out of our way to come back. Most people would probably disagree with our assessment and that's fair. We're going to stick with the Bagel Cafe in Summerlin. For whatever reason, that's our high, holy dessert shop.

The cake and cookies are delicious here. I recommend the salted caramel cookies. The cake in the picture was exactly what we wanted . Vanilla cake with strawberry puree and buttercream icing.

Freed’s Bakery is a great addition to the Arts District. They participated in an event we hosted during First Friday and their food and service were terrific. From the planning process and execution of the event, they were very professional and easy to work with. Their products not only looked amazing, but they tasted even better! We look forward to working with Freed’s again in the future!

Went in and there wasn’t much selection. I guess I was expecting different and wound up not even buying anything which is weird for me since I LOVE pastries. These were more like cake slices and small macarons that were almost $3 each. Decided to go to another bakery and glad we did. Just not my place but wouldn’t discourage others from trying it out I guess especially if you love cake.

There is no better bakery in Las Vegas than Freeds. I am willing to pay whatever the prices (especially for the White Cream Filled Chocolate Eclairs) as I know they stand by their products and well, you cannot find better quality and taste. I stopped in during the First Friday event downtown for a few pastries. They did not disappoint.

Not meaning to be too rude. The Cake Boss has several locations in Vegas. Very expensive. Actually laughable. Freed's blows his stuff away. Not even close. To each their own.

Fantastic bakery staffed with fantastic people. Ryan spent half an hour helping me with a damaged wedding cake that ended up not being from Freed’s. He was so kind and helpful. Thats also been my experience with the rest of the staff. To top it off the desserts are phenomenal! Treat yourself some macrons now! Will recommend Freed’s to future wedding groups too(the bakery the wedding party went with damaged the cake on delivery and just bailed). You’ll love Freed’s! ❤️😋

I am so glad that Freed's is here. We are locals and were so happy to see this comes so close to us. We bought cookies which were delicious and a piece of wedding cake with Bavarian cream. I didn't take a picture of it because I ate it. But it was so delicious.

Where do I start? First time visit. Wow talk about fine desserts! I only ordered a few things because my sister's were with me & they thought I had lost my mind. I only ordered 1 slice of chocolate flourless cake, 1 slice New York cheesecake, & 1 slice some decadent chocolate cake. Ate a sliver of the flourless chocolate cake & it was rich & decadent! I will need to return because I forgot I want to try German Chocolate cake & carrot cake :-). You will not be disappointed.

Went there to satify a sweet tooth craving, and it satisfied that. I got a slice of german chocolate and two cookies. Cookies great but the cake was pretty dry and tasted nothing like I expected a german chocolate to taste so 50/50. Maybe next time I'll try the red velvet which hopefully will more moist.

I think I might be addicted to the cookies, 3 specifically, The Raspberry Walnut Wafer, The Mint Wafer, AND the almond cake cookie! All the cake cookies are good but holy deliciousness that almond cake cookie!!

The raspberry butter cookie was fantastic, my wife’s almond shortbread was soft and and sweet. Also, the orange cream ice cream hit the spot on move warm day. Overall great desserts and awesome customer service!

The delivery was on time.. The lemon cake with lemon mousse filling was out of this world. We had 1/2&1/2 icing with a request to be iced thin. It was….and just right. A perfect ending for a perfect birthday dinner celebration.

Great cakes, try the Parisian chocolate! Cupcakes are a bit smaller than other bakeries. Cookies good. But their cakes are the best
