Reviews of Bouchon Bakery
Mat Lake
Good, bordering on great bakery and coffee kiosk. Location is handy if you’re passing through the casino floor, and even though it can get super busy the staff excel at keeping things moving.
Coffee is more than decent for a basic roast, and some of the cakes / cookies are really, really good.
The only let down are the pastries, which are just alright - not what I expected from the name behind the brand and certainly not a patch on some of the better independent bakeries I’ve eaten at.
Having said that, if they’re made close by then it must be a real challenge handling any sort of pastry dough in the dry heat round here.

It took us awhile to find this place since it is located behind the escalators but it was worth our wondering around to find it. There was a long line but we waited and it moved fairly quickly. The choices of food items, pastries and drinks available satisfied our choice to try this place for breakfast. We ordered an everything bagel, a cheese Danish, a ham, egg and cheese croissant, an OhOh, coffee and a vanilla latte. We enjoyed everything! I would recommend this place for breakfast, a quick snack, brunch or just grabbing a treat or coffee. Prices were within the Vegas standard for each item and the employees were friendly and able to answer any question you may have about an item.

Went here on a Sunday morning and there was a long line! I joined out of curiosity and picked up some pastries and macaroons. Was not disappointed! Flavor was on point, my favorites are the everything bagel croissant and passionfruit macaroons.
Afsana Tabibi
We ordered the everything bagel croissant, kouign-amann, chocolate croissant, and chocolate almond croissant. Everything was delicious. I can't believe how flakey and perfect the chocolate croissant was. The everything bagel croissant should win an award - what a delicious and delightful creation. The kouign-amann tastes like a burnt brown sugar pin wheel, and is wonderful.
My husband and I did a side by side taste test of Dominique Ansel's kouign-amann (DKA) vs Thomas Keller's kouign-amann (photo provided). Both were extremely delicious but ultimately Dominique Ansel takes this win because the texture and caramel flavor come through in his more so than in Thomas Keller's. Ansel's tastes like a caramel brulee in pastry form.
We did a side by side taste test of their chocolate croissants as well, and we found that Thomas Keller's chocolate croissant won in terms of flakiness and flavor over Dominique Ansel's. This was quite shocking because Ansel is known for his croissant work. Nevertheless, I enjoyed both but Keller's is just so airy.

First day in Vegas, spotted this bakery by Thomas Keller and immediately knew I had to try it! Did not disappoint; the high price is well justified by the sheer goodness of the assortment of pastries! In fact, we went back a second time just to try more stuff!

A must try in Venetian resort! Extraordinary macaroons! Wondering why very few reviews. We tried Carlos bakery pastries and it’s worse! Check pictures for updated price. Aug 2022

Solid place to grab a quick drink and pastry. The pistachio macaroon was really tasty and flavorful. The vanilla almond latte tasted pretty good.
Da-Wang Wu
The Oreo cookie was delicious. The chocolate macaron was not bad. The everything bagel pastry had too much cream cheese and too less pastry, and the flavors were not bad but a bit too salty. Overall, I didn’t particularly feel impressed and might not consider coming back. (Follow me on IG ➡️ miss_dawang)

One of the best bakeries in Vegas. This bakery was located at our resort (Venetian) and we enjoyed getting breakfast from there almost every day.
Their croissants are the best as well as the breakfast sandwiches.
I love the Latte they make as well, it was just the right amount of everything in there ( I usually get my Latte with a little bit caramel)
Totally recommend this place.
john p
Excellent bakery with high quality pastries. Their selection is somewhat limited but everything j has was great. Great way to start your morning.
Chan Woo Park
Almond croissant was amazing. Just right amount of flakiness and the almond fillings were spread out evenly.
.
My iced latte was pretty strong. 👍
Chen Jan
Perfect croissant! They are so crispy and yummy. Everything there were delicious and best. Even a monkey bread is made by stack of laminated dough. Macarons are the best, I can’t have cheap ones from grocery store after I tried macarons from bouchon. Vanilla was outstanding! I was supposed to have a bite and leave some for later, but I couldn’t stop eating them all.

This place is located underneath the escalators by the Grand Luxe Cafe. My favorite was the cream cheese danish. It’s filled with sweet cream cheese that is semi sweet with a super flaky exterior. The almond chocolate croissant was delicious as well. It has a strong almond flavor and the chocolate inside the croissant is very soft. I visited the bakery twice before I left Vegas. I would visit again in the future now that I know where it is located.
Pinar Ozcan
If you can’t find it; it’s under the escalators. To go only. They have more than just croissants. I suggest displaying the menu in the area where people wait in line. It’s useless if I can only read it when Its my turn and I have to order and +10 people are waiting in line. I felt bad about taking my time to decide, or to just check the menu.
Marius Popescu
This is the best place to get butter and chocolate croissants in the US. They are really good, they will melt in your mouth.
Try to get there before 11 AM if you want to find enough options.
Austin Lee
The line might seem daunting at 7:30 am, but it does move swiftly. The cheesecake danish was one of our favourites here. The Kouign-Amann was decadent. The ham, cheese and egg croissant was my morning routine. The lattes were very large, but a bit too heavy in terms of creams.
I L
I’ve been to the bakery at Napa and really loved it. Got the almond croissant at the vegas outlet and it was overbaked, lacks flakiness and dense. Won a star for the coffee and service which were excellent
Eiko Ross
It always yummy at Bouchon bakery. The only thing is the service is slow. With many employees, it takes so long to get what you orders c
Gillian Sweeney
I made a point of visiting here especially for the nutter butter! A signature, delicious treat. Such a shame the NYC bakery had to close.
Monica Wang
I don’t need to write anything, because all photos are showing how delicious of these pastry. I literally stand the line for 30 minutes to get this.
Naomi O.
First, this place is the most annoying thing to find in all of Vegas. Shame on the Venetian for their utter failure in making the bakery discoverable. In fact, many of their directories even point to the bakery being in a completely incorrect location.
Once (if) you do find it, the Bouchon Bakery has some of the best little pastries on the Strip. The only croissants and macrons that I've found that gives this one a run for its money is the new bakery by Dominique Ansel at Caesars. But at least you can find Dominique's place.
Phoenix Li
A little hard to find inside the Venetian under a escalator. Pastries are fresh buttery taste great.
Roy Elder
I stayed at the Venetian and got the chocolate croissant, a cheese danish, and a assorted box of macaron. Croissant was delicious, danish was incredible but the macaron’s were absolutely perfect.
And pricing was really good for the quality I felt.
Raspberry, chocolate, and caramel were my favorite.
Great way to start the day get there early and beat the line. But don’t be discouraged if it’s long it moves very quick.
Yevgeny Dokshansky
Without a doubt the best bakery in Las Vegas. The cheese danishes are to die for and the croissants are absolutely fabulous. Also, the cappuccinos are very good and the macarons are lovely.
Sarah Jane Bland
Hard to find- it's hidden under the escalators to the casino floor. Less variety of pastries than I was expecting. The chocolate almond croissant was decadent and delicious, the fruit pastry (almond/pear) was a little weird. The almond paste didn't taste quite right. Latte was good.
S Joseph
Long lines… pricey. Toasted bagel croissant was good with cream cheese inside.
Jing Huang
Everything is good! Wonderful buttery and flaky croissants. We also had the cheese danish which is also very delicious. I love their baguette sandwiches as well.
Marsha Perry
The pastries were delicious! All the croissants were wonderfully flaky, and the Kouign aman was very sticky and flavourful (don't put it on a napkin). The macarons are crunchy and chewy at the same time, and the flavours blend well, glorious flavors! The wait was short, and the employees were very quick and efficient. Everything was amazing, and I will be coming back again at any opportunity!
Peter McGarty
Hands down the best croissants I’ve ever had. The butteriness and flakiness is unparalleled. Had the chocolate almond croissant, honey bundt cake, cheese danish, ham egg and cheese sandwich, and they were all delectable. Their iced mochas are pretty good too. Prices are pretty reasonable by Vegas standards. About $4 per pastry and $6 per medium coffee drink.
Ann Chi
Best bakery I have ever been to! The almond filled croissant and macarons were delicious. There are many options ranging from muffins and bagels to fruit tarts and macarons. Highly recommend this bakery for a snack or breakfast!
Jonathan Bensen
My go to spot for breakfast when at a Conference at the Venetian. Much better coffee than the Starbucks, and a smaller line! Grab a fresh pastry too, they are excellent!
mediscover style
This bakery is among the best in Las Vegas. It is located at the casino level of Venetian. They have a wide variety of sweet items including huge macaroons. The croissants are good size and price is reasonable for Las Vegas. They have grab and go breakfast items like croissant sandwiches. They also have breakfast deals that include coffee for larger groups. The line can form early in the morning but it moves fast. The plain croissant was my favorite.
Kj O
We had to stop here today for the pistachio macarons...I was hoping to get a kouign amann (it is the best pastry-buttery, sugary crispy deliciousness) but they were sold out. You have to go early to get one! This is a great place to grab super flaky croissants, cookies and coffee. It is right under the escalator to the self parking garage, and the Venetian doesn't charge for parking so it is easy to grab a treat!
Cheryl Harne
Buchoun Bakery is really good, but it's overpriced. I prefer to get a full breakfast at Grand Lux. I used to eat Buchoun almost everyday, until I couldn't rationalize paying 14+ dollars for a ham and cheese croissant. One thing I will give Bouchon is how efficiently their line moves. The coffee is good also.
Jangu Creates (JanguCreates)
So tasky and flaky! Very surprised at the quality of the food and pastries for it being inside of a hotel in a small stand. Small location but don't be fooled! Big flavor c:
S M
Glad we have access to such an elite bakery that produces decandant pastries similarily found in France. This LV location is identical to their original Napa Califonia branch, so you're in for an elevated experience.
Tip: For optimal taste / texture, consume your pastries while it's fresh.
Kevin Toyama
It's wonderful to have Bouchon pastries in LV. Of the twelve plus selections, they were all good. A shade lower in texture and flavor pop than in Napa. Still great!
Justin Maxwell
Highly recommend! The almond croissant is awesome. The cheese danish is definitely the best Ive ever had. The line can get a little long but it has moved pretty quick each time I visit. It's definitely worth the wait! I visit each time I'm in town
T Evans
Located inside the casino, all the way in the back by the stairs.
Annoying part is, why aren’t prices listed? Like a proper menu with $?
Is it because the $ is always increasing?
As usual, the salted caramel macaron and TKO’s the best
Brent Augustus
The croissants were awesome! We tried a few other treats that were good too. Great friendly service.
R L
Regular/Almond croissant are good. The other croissants, coffee, and macaroons are O.K. Not worth going just to try Buchon bakery.
Sydney S
The hotel-front location was closed, but they directed us to their second location in the dead middle of the casino, underneath the escalator. A man named Danny assisted us--very warm, helpful demeanor. Service was excellent.
The macarons were also delicious--I had raspberry and chocolate, my friend had salted caramel. I was a little worried they'd be hollow because of their size (and a couple reviews), but they were well worth the $4 per that they cost. A fun Vegas stop. I'll definitely drop by again.
Ekaterina Spiridonova
A little bit overpriced but delicious.
The outside sittings with Venetian view definitely is a nice bonus.
Around $8 for a sandwich, $4+ for a pastry (croissant), ~$4 for a coffee
Jared
Fantastic pastries but hard to find. The main location was closed down when we were there so we had to go to the booth inside the Grande Canal shops past the food court next to the Grand Luxe on the back side of the escalators
Angie H
They have a great cappuccino! I think I will get another tomorrow. They have very little food items. The pics on Yelp show omelettes and stuff, but those are not available. They did have some delicious looking pastries.
Andrina Stewart
Great spot to grab a quick coffee and bite to eat! The croissants and parfait were fresh and tasted great.
John Nguyen
Super flaky croissants and delicious kouign amann. Really can't go wrong with any pastry you get here.
Elena Matviitchouk
We are not a lovers of a huge buffet breakfast therefore Bouchon has always been our favorite spot. Honestly, after the closure of the Jean Philippe Patisserie at ARIA this bakery became the only breakfast place for us. During our recent trip every single morning we were at Venetian...
The staff would normally serve customers super quickly; the pastries were always fresh and tasty, and warmed up almost immediately. Unfortunately this has changed. There was a very long waiting time every morning and it wasn’t because of the increased number of customers. While there were enough (if not too many!) people serving the customers, everything was incredible slow. We noticed that each server was responsible for a specific operation but (trying to explain it in the right way…) they were not helping each other (i.e. the person responsible for coffee could stay doing nothing while the other servers were super busy, or the cashier could start putting together the orders while servers responsible for the orders were simply standing nearby, etc.).
Something didn’t work as it used to be and we would like the bakery management to be aware of it.
While we all hear now many (big & small) businesses are struggling to find workers, we hope this review is still useful. We have always recommended this great bakery to our friends and will continue doing this because we believe that Bouchon will able to solve the issue.
Wishing them all the best and see you soon!
P.S. Are you planning to re-open Bouchon in New York? We missed you at the Time Warner Center!
Carol McGowen
We were super impressed and fell in love with this bakery. The quality of the pastries brought back fond memories of France. Location was perfect - just wish the benches outside were in the shade. This is a MUST if your a foodie on the strip!! Thomas Keller never disappoints!!
D
The best pastries on the Vegas strip! And that's saying a lot since it's right next to the famous Carlo's Bakery. They have buttery croissants, creme filled cookies, and other flakey, crumbly, sweet delights. I did learn something new today that I'll share with you. The item that I wanted was not available at the small location by the bridge. But the friendly cashier informed me of a secret elevator right around the corner that takes you downstairs to another, larger Bouchon location! And they had the item I was looking for! We shall never go hungry (for pastries) again!
Francesca Boscolo
Oh boy... the almond croissants are amazing! I was so ready to have it that I didn't even take a pic! Stop by for a pastry here!
Rylund Lewis
Short wait at 08:30 on a Sunday. Coffee and French breakfast pastries. I picked up a cold brew and pain au chocolat. Pastry was light and tasty, cold brew served iced and had good flavor.
Outdoor patio seating lets you watch the early walkers and enjoy the ‘canal’.
Lots of birds to clean up after you.
Sam Adams
I would say, I had better, and definitely there is better chocolate to be used!
Staff where very nice.
Marleny Santos
There are two locations for it, one is behind the staircase at the Venetian and the other is on the strip (in the Venetian too). For the indoor one, it's kind of difficult to find, and there's nowhere to sit, but you can take your food to the square at the Grand Canal Shoppes and eat it there. The other one is on the strip, in between the Palazzo and the Venetian, it's a little window where you prefer but it has a wearing area.
Every pastrt and dessert from this place is unbelievably amazing.
Kelly Walsh
I got the chocolate almond croissant and a cappuccino. Personally I've had better croissants, though it was decent, but could have used more chocolate. The cappuccino was good and not bitter, though I prefer the cappuccino I had at the illy cafe in the shops area.
Raymond Flee
This place is hidden behind a stairway at the Venetian Casino. But has good coffee and baked goods. It also has sandwiches and other food but I haven't tried them.
Nina Williams
The Macarones are to die for! The main store front is closed right now due to Covid, but they have a little bakery by the main food court under the escalators. Highly recommend!
Terry Gibbons
I've had most everything there - pastries, sandwiches, breakfast items, coffee, and those awesome macaroons. It's always good and always has been.
Chintaginjala Prasad
Good food. Have a sit out outside the bakery. Almond croissant is very good
Shannon Jex
This bakery is located below the coffee bean and under the escalator. Delicious macarons. We tried raspberry and vanilla.
Shreya Gupta
Loved the bakery collection. I got chocolate almond croissant which was totally worth the price and delicious. They even pack everything very beautifully of you are doing takeouts. I also got short bread cookies for trial on my last day in the hotels. They have mouth watering and I did regret not getting more of those earlier.
Michael Shively
We’ve been going to the bakery every morning during our stay at the Venetian & the pastries are exceptional, but I wanted to take a moment to commend your staff of young ladies that work there. My sister lost a T- shirt she bought for her husband back home, we thought she left it at the bakery, turns out the girls found it, took good care of it & even tried to find us to return it (it’s a small thing I know, but it was a big deal to my sister). The professionalism & kindness of these young ladies in the face of long lines, all types of customers & a very cramped workspace is impressive and is a big part of the reason we will continue to patronize & recommend the bakery to everyone we know. We all know it’s hard to find good help (almost impossible anymore) but these ladies are the exception. Great job & thank you so much!
hilary
Was very lucky to be able to walk in and get a table within a few minutes for brunch! Chicken and waffles are amazing.
Eyal Peled
When everything is so expensive in Vegas, Bouchon actually offers a high quality latte and a delicious pastry for less than $10.
Ko-Shin Leu
Good cappuccino. Ham and cheese croissant was surprisingly filling and heavy. Chocolate bouchon was great!
Tim N.
Fresh warm baked goods. Usually has a long line though so plan accordingly.
Kasie Pardi
The coffee is amazing and so are the Pastries. Not quite the selection you can get at other Bouchon Bakeries, but it’s not too bad. Knocking two stars because it’s always incredibly busy, and consistently understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for 2 cups of coffee because of the morning rush and the fact that they only had 2 (very slow) staff working.
Jay Fairladyz
Came yesterday at 8:43am, had the ham/cheese croissant, and it was amazing!”
Today:
“wE oPeN aT sEveN”
It’s 7:18am, google says they open at 6am. This is tragic.
Mike Caporicci
My wife and I had Brunch. Food was good, service was excellent. The sad thing is that there was 4 women sitying by us running a scam. Eating half the food and returning it. The waiter brings more and this went on and on. The worse part is that the restaurant knew and it what it is. It crasy while I pay full price people who coming feel they are bit entitled and owed.
Anna Kudimova
Absolutely adorable place: good coffee, amazing pastries, small and cosy outdoor area with tables and pigeons like on the real Italian Piazza San Marco!
Eric Tam
Good place for early morning pastries. Even though it's a Thomas Keller venture, the pastries were good but not French Laundry level.
Their Almond Croissant was flavorful and flaky without being too buttery. Price is reasonable. Their coffee was nothing spectacular and something that will get you through the morning. Their macaroon was slightly bigger (about double the size) and their vanilla macaroon was good and light but the filling could've use a hint more vanilla extract.
Anne Wilkes Skipworth
I have been to Las Vegas four times and I have gone to Bouchon Bakery there at least 8 times. It is amazing! The macarons are delicious as well as the muffins and croissants. They are all reasonably priced and the lines are pretty short. Everything tastes fresh and well made. I cannot wait to go back next time I am in Vegas and try something new!
Jamie Dalton
Unreal treats and coffee which makes up for the subpar service. Get the everything bagel crisso and iced latte. Don’t forget to warm up your pastries!!
James Buckner
The menu is not extensive but the selection is diverse enough to accommodate a range of preferences. Layers of flavors from savory to sweet and different textures and temperatures make for interesting cuisine that keeps things fresh and never boring. It's a good place for Sunday brunch but make reservations because the wait is almost a sure thing.
Jim Vitek
Great coffee and sweets. The extra large macron's are fantastic.
Mahmoud Z
Loved it every time. It is great for quick bite or a breakfast on the go. Get a coffee with a pastry. You can choose from a good selection.
Try the almond croissant or the chocolate almond croissant.
The cookies are also delicious. One of my favorite is the oat meal cookie
Alisa Makowski
So delicious! It’s great for coffee and a quick bite to eat or desserts. I love coffee so I can say it’s very good quality. The desserts are also on point. I know the actual restaurant is just as good in the Palazzo. Nice that they have a patio area to sit at. Great place to go! 5 stars!
Cathy Bogaart
I enjoyed their pastries for breakfast, including beignets and croissant. Their style of coffee isn’t my favourite but I’m very picky about coffee. It’s good quality though. Expensive like everything there. We took it out to eat in our room, as we wanted some quiet.
Tu Anh Tran
A friend invited me out for brunch and suggested this place. To my surprise, they have a great and reasonably-priced menu!! I ordered the french toast with a side of sausages. They prepared the toast in a breadpudding style drizzled with syrup. Make sure to order the syrup on the side; I did, because I knew the syrup will make it too sweet for my taste. I loved the sausages, such well prepared, juicy and perfectly seasoned sausages. They were a great compliment to my delicious french toasts!! The coffee was a bit too strong for me though. I will come back for more sausages and French toasts.
Jeff Holman
Their Pastries were great but the reason we went here every day of our stay was their coffee and latte's, truly a step above most places.
T L
Lines are long… but better than the alternatives.
Yi-Ting Tsai
The pastry are one of the best I've had. I especially love the croissant, it tastes incredible. I'll always it as breakfast every morning when I'm in Vegas.

This Banana Bread is like no other. The taste is unique. The size is perfect for a quick snack on the go. I really enjoyed every bite. I look forward to having another slice. The freshness makes the taste better.
Tammy Yau
Super friendly staff. The complimentary bread with the strawberry jam is AMAZING. They gave me a container of strawberry jam to take back home and even gave me a bunch and it was amazing (I used it on everything!). The chicken and waffles is pretty good (waffles are soft but not soggy!), french toast is pretty good (more on the soft side though), and eggs benedict are also very good!
Velma Kennedy
I'll try to be fair but I can't for some folks who like savory breakfast foods. I'm not a savory breakfast fan so please take this with a grain of sugar. I like the blueberry toast. It's soft and toasted brioche bread that goes very neatly with the blueberry base. I wholly enjoyed it even without having to use the supplied maple syrup.
Jon
The food was so good I had to take pictures of all the dishes we ordered!
Be sure to wear something nice before coming here. I looked like a fool wearing shorts, a shirt, and sandals.
All the dishes were unique. I remember trying their escargot as well as some of the other well-known dishes like their white sausage. (Be sure to look at the pics I took!)
Once you finish eating at the Bistro, stop by their bakery which is locate on the lower level of the Venetian. Their macaroons are the best and they have a greater variety than the macaroons in Manhattan.
Sav Byer
Cheese danish and kouign amann are so good it's worth coming to vegas for just those two alone :) The look may be underwhelming, but it tastes way better that you might think. Best bakery in Vegas. Try it.
Ofri Wolfus
Lovely place, excellent service and decent prices. Try the Eggs Benedict, there have a salmon option that's not on the menu and is really good.
Soléil McCants
Small bakery inside one of the casinos. The pastries look amazing. I had one pastry that had this caramelized bottom on a very flaky pastry, it was amazing. The croissant had mutliple layers of flaky goodness.
Staff could have been more friendlier. After i paid the young lady packaged my order and left. I didnt even know we were done with our transaction and i wasn't offered a receipt. Despite that i probably would go back.
근성
I ordered egg benedict and found out it was overcooked a bit. So I asked the waiter to change it, then he took it away right away and brought a new one. The staffs are very kind, but professional and hearing voice from customer very seriously. Also, the menus are tasty! Nice people, nice bread!
Mike Dalton
Cheese Danish was good. There was a line but it moved quickly.
Meghan Burford
My husband and I went to Vegas and for breakfast one morning, I was craving beignets! Bouchon was the only place I could find them at online, so we decided to go there.
The food was good, but not the best we have had! Also the service was average at best. At the restaurant, beignets seem to be more of an appetizer on their menu. But being that it was what I was wanting, I ordered that and a side of bacon as my meal. When I told our waitress that, she gave me this look of shock, like she wasn't happy I wasn't ordering something more expensive. My husband had eggs Benedict and he thought it was pretty good. He liked how they didn't use the normal Canadian bacon!
It was an okay experience and we probably won't be back.
bdotlv MTB
I had the pleasure of dining there for brunch recently and it was absolutely amazing. The service provided by our server, Rosemary, was impeccable and she was amazing! The quality of the food, service and ambience of the restaurant make Bouchon an absolute must while staying at The Venetian or near by. its tucked away in a quieter area of the resort, (venezia tower)... but that should not stop you from joining them for a meal. Thomas Keller has done an amazing thing here and that is the reason why its been here for a while and continues to be one of the very best! Enjoy!
Ryan Tymkow
Perhaps my favorite breakfast place in Vegas. Their pastries are outstanding. I live the chocolate croissants. We always have to ask for more jam too, its homemade and amazing. The service is great, and the atmosphere is beautiful.
Kevin Brooks
I didn't like having to wait 40 minutes for breakfast but it's probably my fault for showing up in an overly hungry state.
The Omelet Du Jour with roast chicken, red peppers, cheese, and crispy bacon was simple but elegant. The brioche toast practically melted when eaten. Some enjoy that, while I prefer my bread to have a firmer chew. The stand out was the country sausage with a mild rustic flavor and smooth texture.
The portions were just enough to be satisfied and the prices were nice for an upscale Vegas breakfast.
Alexis D
I love the baked goods here. The macarons and sandwiches are fantastic. I greatly appreciate that Bouchon considers the tea drinkers with the same care that they consider the coffee drinkers. The tea is very good, which is fairly uncommon at bakeries and coffee shops that are not explicitly tea shops. My only issue here was that the staff was not very knowledgable about the menu. Also, one of the types of macarons was not in the case but the sign was there. I asked if perhaps there was more in the back or if they were out for the day. I was told they were out for the day. No sooner has she put my second choice into a bag than another tray of my first chad was brought out and put into the case. The employee at the register was unnecessarily slow and I attentive and had to be told several times what we had ordered. However, I would still put up with the poor service for the sake of the wonderful light meal.
Kirstie B
The macarons are MASSIVE but delicious and worth the price even though I have to pay the exchange, we visited twice during our 5 days in Vegas! Try the chocolate or pumpkin if it's in season, you won't regret it ; )
Travis Bach
Amazing. Perfection. Where do I start? Until this day, I have never truely eaten a real croissant.
The French toast made from bioche was divine. Crispy crust and outside while magnificently fluffy and rich on the inside.
High praise for the service as well. It was impeccable.
I cannot recommend the Bouchon enough. It is something worth going out of your way to try.
Patricia Ladd
This place was the perfect restaurant to celebrate my birthday! I ordered the gnudi, a stuffed pasta with a heavenly mushroom-butter sauce. I will probably dream of that dish and try to recreate it in my own kitchen to no avail. The dessert I ordered (a sort of strawberry ice cream parfait) was complex and beautiful, and each of its components was delicious on its own. Together, they were a symphony of happiness. Also, it came out with a little candle because it was my birthday!!!
The decor fit perfectly, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the space felt light and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it!

My husband and I visited for breakfast last weekend while in Vegas with friends. This was easily our favorite meal during our visit. The service was fantastic...the setting outside on the patio was very relaxing and the food was delicious! The Croque Madame was delicious, fries had the exact amount of salt to be tasty but not too salty, the daily omelet special was fluffy and full of flavor...but the best thing going was the homemade beignets. The homemade beignets with homemade strawberry jam were almost enough to make me roll out of bed the next morning and make the walk all the way down the strip to enjoy them again. YUM!
Alice Lin Glover
Only ever been here for brunch but everything is delicious. I particularly love the trout and the croquet madame is amazing but heavy. The pastries are of course delicious also! Can't go wrong.
James Beswick
Bouchon is a Thomas Keller offshoot from Napa that features great pastries and unique signature dishes - the Vegas location doesn't disappoint on either front. It's possible to dine here and just gorge on the breads and pastries but don't forget to leave room for the American Breakfast, which includes coffee, juice (and a pastry) for $22. Believe it or not, that makes this breakfast superb value for the strip location, plus the ambience and service here is more in line with a 5-star restaurant than a Vegas buffet.
Brad Monroe
While the look and feel of the place was impressive, the food and service left much to be desired. My drink order was not taken until over 15 minutes after sitting down and was evidently promptly forgotten by the waiter as I had to remind him that I had ordered something. After waiting for an hour, my drink arrived. It wasn't bad. Neither was the bib salad that I had ordered. The entree was a different story, however. I ordered the steak medium rare and it arrived at my table overcooked and tough. I really wanted to like this place but, for an expensive restaurant that prides itself on food and service, it left me regretting my choice.
Michelle Solitaire
Such a delicious bakery. The ham and cheese croissant was amazing. I also got a pistachio macaron and a chai latte. Everything was great and the price was good as well.
Jamison Moore
Went for a casual Monday morning breakfast on our way out of town. Food was spot on, but it's breakfast, so it'd be weird if that wasn't the case. Service was excellent, atmosphere in the dining room is great, and then there's the pastry. If you're into pastry, you have to grab a kougn amann and a sticky bun and some macarons. They're all amazing. You have time on the drive or flight home. Just do it.
Kobi Mayfield
Pastries and coffee were absolutely incredible! I enjoyed it very much and would go back in a heartbeat!
Dave Webb
You can’t order anything bad at this place.
Megan Coburn
This is my go-to place for coffee in the Venetian/Treasure Island/Sands Expo area. The line is always super short, the coffee quality is superior to other nearby locations, and the selection of food fantastic. Service is always friendly too! Best of all, it's less than 5 minutes from the Sands Expo, which makes it faster and better than some of the more popular chain store locations with lines out the door. #letsguide #pgashow

When in Vegas, one must visit the Bouchon bakery. They have an excellent variety of French baked goods and, of course, their fine array of specialty drinks. I always make an effort to get my cup of caffeine with a red velvet muffin or a walnut croissant. I highly recommend it.
David Corley
The ham, egg, & cheese croissant and latte were amazing. The line can be long and it's a little on the expensive side, but it's totally worth it.
Alyx Barranger
Came here for brunch, and it was pretty good! I ordered the croque madame and it was a little bland, but mostly good. I wish that the flavors stuck out a little, but I still managed to finish the whole thing. I loved loved loved the french fries that came it. Delish. I ate every last one.
I also ordered the Habiscus and bellini champagne cocktails. When at brunch... am I right? I liked the bellini more, but they were both pretty good breakfast drinks. :)
James Alleman
Delicious pastries. If you want pastries that are actually quality and not just tourist cash grabs, go here.
Sarah Stierch
OK, I'm spoiled - I live within a 10 minute drive from the original Bouchon. So no, this is not as good as that one!
I had brunch, by myself, at the bar. Had a nice cappuccino, followed by a glass of champagne. I had a sausage dish. When it came out, it was raw in the middle. They swiftly took it away and brought out a fresh "well cooked" dish. It was just "ok". I didn't finish it, and left with a meh feeling. I would go back to have dinner or lunch, though.
Staff was efficient and friendly. Courtyard outside is nice for relaxing and enjoying your coffee and a pastry. People in Vegas tend to forget what the outside is like, unless they are poolside. So, the courtyard is a real treat.
Matteo Rossi
Friendly sit-down version of the many bakeries in the complex. Short menu with traditional French items prepared in the American way. Some pastries and egg dishes are more American than French but I guess it's the best you could get.
Shihho Yu
One of the Thomas Keller's restaurants. Ambience is fine..a little too close to other table. Always packed. Foods were amazing. Cheese Danish and pecan sticky bun ($4.25 each) were both elegant and delicious. Loved 2.5oz terrine de foie gras ($25) but seems overwhelm for two people. Brioche Doree ($12) was decent. Quiche (13.5) was one of the best quiche I ever had. However, our server was slow..had waited a while to get the menu, water, and dishes. Really nice place to dine out.
Mai Nguyen
There's always a line in the morning for a reason, the freshly baked goodies are awesome! Coffee's not too bad either. The macaroons are pretty good here as well.
Katie Hallock
While exploring and wandering around after dinner, we came across this little place! Mr. P was sweet enough to treat us all. I was more than pleased with my over-sized chocolate macaron!! I usually don't end up buying macarons because they're always so tiny! I take one bite, just begin to discover the flavor and it's gone. So these large macarons are just perfect!!
Edward Moselle
Breakfast at Bouchon is a Vegas/Yountville tradition for me. The thing about the Vegas edition is that I always find myself enjoying the drinks more than the meal. With that in mind, I'd stress that this is one of the best places to get a proper cocktail before 10am in Vegas. Aside from that, their sticky buns and chicken and waffles will make you feel sinful even as you listen to your friends relive previous trips to Vegas in sordid detail. The cocktails though, don't sleep on them.
Constantinos Michael
Had an excellent meal there. The dining room is beautiful, maybe even understated for vegas in a hotel that has a fake canal. Had an extremely attentive server, who brought us glasses of wine to try before ordering a bottle, and even brought us some tomato confit (wasn't on the menu as a standalone item), and, when she saw we couldn't decide whether we should get goat cheese or blue on the endive salad, she brought both.
Onto the food: Delicious, and rich. We got both the terrine of foie gras and the pate to start. Their terrine is very mild, delicious, and the serving sizes are generous (and they even offered to bring even more bread!). The pate de campagne was very aromatic, very nicely prepared.
We followed by the beet salad with truffle and blue/goat cheese. Mostly yellow beets, extremely mild on the beet flavor, and very well balanced combination of flavors. Usually the beet overpowers.
Then came the leg of lamb (with beans, garlic, and thyme jus). The lamb was perfectly cooked, and the beans made for a perfect accompaniment (I don't even like beans).
We also got to try the Boudin Blanc (the white sausage) served with roasted french prunes and mashed potato. The prunes were easily the highlight of this dish, having some of the flavor white sausage typically lacks.
For sides, it was the brussel spouts (with bacon) - excellent, they had been big-pot blanched then charred on one side, and the bits of bacon make this side just delicious. We also got the fries, which were good, but can't say they were the best fries in the world.
Desert, the three bouchons (perfectly made brownies, moist inside and crunchy on the outside) served with a delicious cream cheese ice-cream (weird, but it totally works).
Overall, a fantastic meal.
Tom Mulders
Excellent restaurant. Our kids had escargots, mussels, gnochi, and profiteroles. I had the roasted chicken, and the salmon tartar. All prepared excellently. Staff very accommodating, and friendly. Perfect dinner!
David Mark
Second trip here. Had breakfast and it was very good. Pricey but I would recommend. Their baked goods are a notch above the others. The roasted chicken and waffles are fantastic.
Brian Downing
Pretty good french spot only accessible (or, at least, easily accessible) to folks staying in the hotel. Table bread was addictive and my salad was good. Nice, funny waiter who was patient with our large group.
Michael Moore
I'd say it's probably a 3.5 rating but why not round up. Good food and good bread I just was expecting a bit more from Thomas Keller restaurant. I'd take Metropolis in Boston over this chicken hands down but it's a good solid choice for food.
Rach
Tried the chocolate almond croissant and peanut butter filled cookie. Both were really good. The items were on the expensive side, but were worth it for a once in a while treat.
Julia Ross
Bouchon Bakery Las Vegas has a patio the overlooks the Venetian canal and is a nice place on the strip to enjoy French pastries and coffee. Chocolate Bouchon hold the title of the best brownie you will ever taste.
Nick Mastersen
Quite possibly one of my favorite French Restaurants in Vegas. The food is absolutely fantastic, the foie gras was my favorite, but I would also recommend the octopus and duck confit. The service was excellent, the one downside is like everything in Vegas it was a bit expensive but totally worth it.
Pat McCray-Hankins
My first visit to Vegas & best omelette at Bouchon on 26 May. I want to give Jean Drummond applause for her out going attitude, attentiveness and smiling face each time she approached each of her guest. I see she loves her job and loves meeting new people from around the world. Thank You Jean!!!
สมนึก โลกคำลือ
Enjoyed the place's atmosphere service and food.
Gorge Fly Shop
The staff at Bouchon where excellent, polite and willing to make recommendations if they did not carry a certain item (thank you for the Woodford suggestion). We where treated for dinner by a few of the boys from G. Loomis, they certainly new their stuff. Recommending an excellent red wine from our local area. The Foie gras was by far the best thing we ate and it complimented the meat and cheese platter that we would certainly order again. We had the pork short ribs that we all enjoyed but I hear the chicken and lamb are also excellent. Lastly, don't be scared of the oysters on the half shell as they are flown in (you wont be disappointed).

They are a little difficult to find but worth it. I had the chocolate almond croissant which was great but I mainly got ot because it seems like they were out of most everything else. Next time I would try earlier in the day.
Sharon Lynn
The best macaroons ever! I almost want to lick my finger :D Pork sandwich is good too. Mint mocha is too sweet and not minty.
EJC
Disappointing. The first visit here for all but one in our group. We expected far more knowing the Thomas Keller heritage. Our meals were good, but not as good as other meals in Las Vegas (and not all at high-level restaurants). It was certainly not as good as we expected. Some in our group think I should give service a poor-fair rating vs. good rating, but it wasn't that bad... just not good enough for this level venue. I visit Las Vegas regularly and have a list of favorite restaurants that never disappoint, including L'atelier de Joel Robuchon at MGM, Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill at Caesars and Aureole at Mandalay Bay. Bouchon just doesn't make the cut.
Catherine Albanese
I love coming here for breakfast. The best waffle I've ever had. Plus the pastrues are to die for. I need to come try their dinner menu. It is expensive for breakfast but hey it's vegas.
Rachel H
The macarons are delicious and fairly priced for their large size. We were disappointed we didn't get here again on our trip, as we kept thinking about them!
Corrina McKinney
Yummy, but get your wallet out.... Whoa!
Jacqueline
Review based on one ham and cheese baguette and one pain au chocolat. Good, but overrated! And I paid $15! Had way better for cheaper.
Gavin Georgitsis
Fantastic, but pricey. You pay for what you get but what you get is amazing.
Stephanie Benton
It's a really neat french bistro style atmosphere. Wasn't blown away by the food though. Got quiche lorraine. Husband get a chocolate croissant.
Hendri E
Fantastic baked good, similar to the main restaurant. Love the convenient location on the strip. Service was a bit slow, but the pastries are super.
dolores deguzman
Best macarons, blueberry pistachio danish are to die for..
Sang Yoon
Food overly salty. French onion soup inedible. Service was fantastic though. Dining in the back room was not enjoyable. Should let diners know before forcing them back there. Looks nothing like the pics.
David Roth
'un vrai bistro'-a true bistro. superb mussels; great pommes-frites; delightful atmosphere with a charming patio for al fresco dining; friendly service; excellent carafe wines; and all in all reasonably priced. classy and unpretentious with a chef who kno
Robert McGrath
Went for brunch with a friend and was well taken care of from start to finish. Excellent bread to start followed by a croque monsieur. Great meal from start to finish.

Fenomenal from star to finish! I've been visiting CES for a number of years, but the last 2 years i've been a frequent visitor of Bouchon. Let me review this from a simple term. I have no vested interest in this, i get no money, i trully get nothing, other than the joy to tell you about my eperience. I make it a point to go at least 1ce to Bouchon and dine. The ambient is spectacular. The walkway into Ventian, and onto Bouchon is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, the hostess(es) are amazing but the highlight oh my visit is Paul, the head wine sommelier. I met Paul through a colleague of mine 3 years ago and from the get-go he was very personable, likable, genuine, charming, charasmatic, just amazing! He knows his wines, and me being a wine .. not even a beginer, but someone who has had 3 drinks in the last 10+ years i was just impressed with his knowledge.
I would strongly suggest you go visit Paul and dine @ the Bouchon ... you will not be disapointed!!!!
p.s. You have to try foie gras (duck liver)
Victoria Gnatoka
After visiting Bouchon in Napa, could not resist not to eat there again when in Venetian in Vegas. The experience was different from Napa and menu was slightly different too but nevetherless it was delicious. Hidden a little bit away from loud touristy spots, Bouchon was a pleasure to enjoy in a quieter setting.
Mike Ryker
Coffee (Equator) was awesome. The pastries were good but seemed like they could have benefited from a bit more freshness.
Grace Berg
Great service and nice outside balcony seating. Food wise the quality is not up to the price. Another diner did state the salmon was very good and fresh.
Aaron Porter
Located on the exterior of the Venetian shops, a nice outpost. Smaller selection than in Yountville but the same Equator coffee and incredibly friendly staff.
NooralMalak a.k.a Mona Sarrai
Delicious very fine French food. We had chicken with 2 side orders for brunch on Sunday.
Kind of expensive but worth going there.
I recommend this business.
Juan Pablo Raigosa
an absolute must; the decor is spectacular and makes you feel in france... great meal, ambience. breakfast is also to die for, particularly the fresh pastries.
Brian Fox
We have been here multiple times and always had a good experience. The original in Napa is a bit nicer but we love this place. You can go big and expensive. But really some of the best items are the less expensive ones.
sandra colwell
Vanilla macaroons are delicious! Wish they weren't so pricey I would of take more. Chocolate chip cookies were great!
Justin Evans
The store on Las Vegas Boulevard is closed. You have to go to the kiosk inside of the venitian casino, next to the venitian theater. If you are uncomfortable going through the casino, probably not the bakery for you.
Teresa Zazenski
We had brunch on the patio. I'd heard good things about the braised beef dinner so I opted for the braised beef crepes, which were really good - a little on the sweet side.
Jade Myers
I like this bakery in NYC but here it was a little understaffed and took a while for me to get service. They also served a customer behind me in line first because they knew them. Made me a little late to my conference. But the pastries are pretty yummy.
neta z
First (and only?) place in Vegas that serves big macaroons, totally worth the price (3.?) Although it wasn't the best macaron I have had.
Anne Marie
Delicious bake goods, friendly staff and cozy little "French themed" pastry shop. Love the coffee too!
Scott Fletcher
Varied breakfast choices at vigorous prices. Very attentive service. The merguez hash has been overly Americanised with more sausage than potatoes.
Karissa Eckert
This is okay if you are in a pinch for time. Pastries were okay but nothing special. A bit pricey but not awful. Pretty much coffee and pastries only
A Joo Kim
Great eating outside the patio! Especially when the weather is nice. Food is alright. We got Les Oeufs and Tartine du jour. We might come back for the ambient.
Ryan Boone
Top notch pastries and coffee. I walked all the way from Caesar's most mornings. Worth it.
Ken Wong
Blueberry croissant and coffee. Solid afternoon snack.
Coffee is always consistently good. Pastries are always delicious
Courtney Colmenares
Fantastic place for a classic French brunch. The coffee was so good. The smoked salmon Benedict was the best I’ve ever had. The bread the bring to the table with butter and jam was soooooo good.
Kenny Tao
Great outpost for Keller's Yountville restaurant. Delicious bistro fare albeit a somewhat limited menu. Very busy with tourists, so be ready to wait.
Noelle Lewis
There are two locations, this one and another inside Grand Canal Shoppes. Best. Pastries. Ever. And $4 for a kouign amman is not bad.
Gary R
We had the large macaroons and they're amazing! Our favorite is the salted caramel macaroon!
Garry Wicka
Great food, had the half order of truffle ravioli which were amazing. For main entree I had the chicken, this was maybe the best cooked chicken I have ever had.
Verity Cardenas
Delicious pastries &, variety of breakfast options, the restaurant has s nice view to the pool on one of the towers. Good to get away from the hustle.

Arushi Meharwal
I absolutely love this place!!
I came here two times for breakfast and the food was EXCELLENT! The staff were friendly and the service was fast. It is a tiny bit expensive though, but in my opinion worth it!
Taj Campbell
Great brunch: food and service are excellent, beautiful sun-filled dining room, good coffee. Best yogurt parfait ever.
Rafael Quezada
Almost flawless -- I have to nit pick to find fault. Having said that, I thought it was not up to Keller's usual standards to have servers ask who gets what when the food arrives.
Food, Service, Atmosphere, Value
Jocelyn Chino
I am often in the search for a new brunch place, Bouchon is definitely on my favorites list. The food and service are excellent.

This location isn’t correct. It’s currently open across from Venetian theatre. This location is closed. They should have a sign!
Michał Drewniak
The food was good; if it were cheaper I would've given the place 4 stars. Unfortunately, the flavor didn't match the price.
Piper Ryan
still the best place for breakfast in vegas. and a great escape from the mobs of tourists since you have to purposefully choose to go there instead of stumbling upon it.
Natt K.
Coffee is good, not great but the pastries are delicious.
Brian McClendon
On Saturdays they offer a chicken and waffles breakfast that is possibly the best breakfast I have ever had. Wow.

Incredible room and service are not quite matched by the food. While innovative ideas, preparation and execution is often uneven.
Jesus Perez
Everything looks and tastes delicious
Adrian Dalca
Great location and service. Brunch food was fast. Not necessarily mind blowing food but great for the price.
Lawrence Chan
What can I say? Thomas Keller rocks. Everything is good, but I particularly like the macarons and coffee.

Good place to grab breakfast, but come early as they sell out of pastries when it's busy.

The Cinnamon Roll alone is worth 5 stars. A sweet sin! Selection of pastries and sandwiches is great, all fresh and tasty. There is also yogurt with granola which also tastes great. Coffee and latte are also very good. Half star deduction, a bit too expensive for my taste. But I always go back, so 5/5 😁
