Taylor’s Bakery is decorating beautifully and it feels inviting and warm when you walk in!! The prices are very reasonable. The cookies are huge and cost $1. So far I’ve only tasted the cookies, donuts, and cheesecake. It is so delicious. But they have so much more to try! They have gummy bears, flavored popcorn, assorted cake and cookie trays, and more! You must go see!!

Excellent service and a wide selection of cookies, doughnuts, Danishes, ice cream, breads, rolls, and popcorn. You can get custom cakes and cupcakes for your special event. The staff appeared to be enjoying their work. The staff member helping me was patient, friendly, and offered good advice. I went in to get a dozen cookies, but waked out with a tray of cookies. The tray of cookies was $1 less than the dozen I went into purchase. The cookies made several people happy and we made ice cream sandwiches from those that were left. Delicious!

I have never seen such a set up of cookies, donuts,pies, breakfast pies ect....I feel guilty if I don't remember everything they had in that store, it's a Christmas wonderland of treats. If you don't stop buy YOU missed out.

OMG, I gain 10 pounds just by walking in the door. The staff is very efficient and can easily get you in and out. They have the best sweets in town. The cakes are incredible, the icing is PERFECT. I haven't tried the donuts yet because I can't get enough of their bear claws. I have no idea what they do to them but they are addicting. The cookies are also high on my list of deliciousness, always decorated so pretty for every and all holidays. If you want a top notch sweet desert Taylor's Bakery will definitely deliver.

I cannot even explain how perfect this cake was for my husband’s birthday! We have an inside joke about sprinkles and this cake hit it out of the park. (The banner was my addition). Taylor's Bakery went above and beyond helping me get this surprise just right! And it is not just beautiful, it is absolutely delicious! I may or may not have had cake for dinner tonight—don’t judge! Been a customer for a while love the quality and how many varieties of baked goods there are. I was in with my son and gf the representative that helped us put me in a rush .She did not give me the same treatment or service as others .With all the variety is a little hard to choose especially since I had not been in a minute .She gave a me attitude when I asked her what she had said as she was wearing a mask and did not catch what she was saying .Really ruined my experience at this place as it has been one of my favorites.I did spend my 30 bucks but really disappointed by the service. Wish I would have gotten the kid with beanie he was really friendly…

We hired Taylor's for our wedding cake and donuts. Yo at the Indianapolis location was so friendly, helpful, and patient. We received a sample cake to try flavors, and all was delivered on time and enjoyed by everyone at the wedding! The donuts were a huge hit, too.

My wife and I used Taylor's for our wedding cake. The consultation was fun, we got to view all the various styles and options that were available to us, which were numerous. They delivered the cake to our venue in Brownsburg flawlessly with no issues. The cake was delicious and looked amazing! The entire process from start to finish was handled very professionally. Overall we we're extremely pleased with the service at Taylor's. I highly recommend Taylor's Bakery if you're planning for your big day.

I woke up craving something sugary, and decided to try out Taylor's Bakery for the first time since it's so close to where I live. The customer service was excellent! I was even sent home with a few complimentary donut holes to try out! Unfortunately, of the 4 items I picked out to try, I only really liked one of them. The lemon square was delicious! The raspberry cheesecake square didn't taste like cream cheese at all. The cream cheese danish was pretty good, but WAY too sweet. And the carmel cake donut tasted like it had been fried in old oil. I may go back at some point to try other items, but regrettably my first visit was not a great one!

We love this Indianapolis bakery located at 62nd and Allisonville (close to Broad Ripple). The service is ALWAYS friendly & personal. We enjoy their donut holes, dinner rolls, loaves of bread and cakes. We have bought several birthday cakes from Taylor's. The cakes are always delicious and never disappoint-- we love the red velvet. Cake prices are more affordable than other bakeries in the area.

I asked for a custom cake with a black motorcycle on it. I'm not sure why they put a man on the bike but that is NOT what I wanted at all. I was soo upset but crunched for time. Im not even sure where the back of the motorcycle is!!! I just took it and left. Luckily my husband LOVED it and it had great flavor.

We got our first taste of Taylor's Cookies at Limestone Bank here in Louisville, KY, and they are to die for! These cookies are prepared to perfection. The combination of the texture and flavor of the icing coupled with the perfect sweetness of the cookie itself makes these without a doubt the best cookies out (as opposed to making them myself).

You can't go wrong at Taylor's. Ever since I've been coming here, I have never had a bad baked good. The brownies were soft and fresh. Their popcorn is good and doughnuts that make you want to eat enough to fill up on. They are that good. It's on the other side of town, but worth the trip.

Enjoyed going to this bakery. They had a wide selection of products. We got several items they were a little bit pricey and the only complaint I have is that nothing had any prices on it so we had no idea how much anything was so we ended up spending about $80 on a dozen and a half cookies and a cake and a sweet roll and some other things. Overall it was a great experience it was my mom's birthday and we were picking up some items for the party.

Got my favorite desserts from Taylor's Bakery on 62nd and Allisonville rd location. The Vanilla ice cream is the BOMB 💣😋, and that cherry pie 🥧😋is sooo ridiculously awesome. Get your own pie,peach,apple,Dutch apple,caramel apple,pumpkin pie is to die for,love those pecan rolls. Mmmmmm. Dutch apple pie sends me on some type of vacation in my mind. Lol. Anyway, stop by either location and buy and enjoy one of any of these desserts and or treats!!

We had a brunch wedding with donuts and a small cake. Taylor's provided both the donuts and the cake (most vendors don't have both). The ordering was VERY easy and inexpensive (we even had some donuts left over). They delivered to the venue which was also very nice to not have to worry about the pick up. We got many compliments on the yummy donuts. I also appreciated the phone call a couple days in advance to ensure delivery on time etc. They were wonderful to work with!

Taylor’s Bakery is always a staple in Indianapolis. The donuts are amazing if you get there early enough. I like their fried danishes. They are amazing. The donut holes and the Chicago Mix popcorn are just tasty. I haven’t really tried anything else from there as those are always my favorite choices.

So next week is my mother's birthday and I ordered a specialty cake for the celebration. The ladies at Taylor's took their time with me and helped with every detail. You can also order a taste test before you order your cake for free which they suggested but I tasted a small cake and fell in love so Delicious!!! The customer service was outstanding!! Got a 12” round double layered baby reveal cake. It was exactly what I wanted and delicious!! The only small complaint is that they said it would serve 40 people, I had about 30 and each person getting a slice of cake only left 2 slices, and they were cut so small that the smallest part of the triangle shaped slice was almost paper thin. So if you need to serve more than 30 I would recommend getting the next size up. All in all though I was very happy with the price and quality :)

I love this place! Tiny pecan rolls, wedding cake cookies, eclairs are great chocolate is a little thick but still very good, tiny cake donuts and the holes, lets not forget he rum cakes, hmmm! I stop by every time I'm on the east side of Indianapolis. Try them you will like them. One of the few bakery in town that is still a bakery and not a wanna be!

Taylor's was AWESOME for our rescheduled intimate COVID wedding! I had actually gone to another friend's wedding who had a Taylor's cake and loved it, so naturally, I booked them for mine as well. The cake was spectacular (even though I only had time for a bite)--everyone raved about the vanilla/strawberry and chocolate/raspberry cake. They made us a small two-tiered cake as well as a full slab for the rest of our guests. I had to send a bridesmaid to the appointment because I live out of state, and the communication between us and Yo was phenomenal. She made it so easy to set up. I sent them a picture of my wedding dress as an inspiration for the cake decoration and they made it so beautiful. I couldn't be happier with Taylor's and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Looking forward to having our top tier in a year!

My dad's parents were regulars of this store when my dad was growing up, and my dad says that the store has the same great, consistent quality it had years ago. It's out of the way for me, but I always stop by once or twice a year to purchase birthday cakes! Always have to buy a loaf of that delicious bread when I stop in too

Another one of those Indy originals that have been around forever but I hadn't got around to trying. I will definitely be returning regularly. I had a pecan iced twist and it was delicious. If you haven't been because it's a little out of your way it's worth the drive.

The incredible experience begins as soon as you walk in the door. It smells SO good in there! The available selection is overwhelming in the best way possible. And everything is as good as it looks and smells. We've never had anything we didn't love. The service is always super friendly and helpful. You'll be hooked after one visit.

I visited for the first time, it's a wonderful place. Only issue is the cake I bought for my daughters bday was not fresh. The frosting was hard as a rock. Everyone pointed it out at her party. I'm sure the cake had been sitting there for at least 3 days. Dont know if I will return....

If I had to list the things I miss about Indy, Taylor's would be at the the top of the list. I've yet to find a bakery whose goods even come close to comparing the scrumptious sweets available at Taylor's. My favorite item is usually the seasonal iced sugar cookies: who can resist giant cookies with adorably decorated alligators, Indy cars, or Santas?

Taylor's is the classic Northside bakery, the only place to get your cakes and cupcakes after Roselyn closed down almost 20 years ago (!). They make the perfect bear claw, and while no one beats Long's for yeast donuts, Taylor's is the winner for cake donut varieties.
