Nice chill bakery and coffee shop! Ordered a cappuccino and iced coffee with a chocolate chip cookie. The coffee was smooth and delicious. The chocolate chip cookie was sweet and soft. The servers were nice and friendly. Only thing I could recommend is to maybe add a few benches and chairs to the front. There is honestly space to do so. There are chairs and benches nearby however as well from other shops.

A walk-up bakery, coffee and ice cream place in a charming white building. There are concrete benches in the front lawn space where you can eat your treats. I visited on an early Saturday afternoon, and there were four people in front of me in line. Service was fast, though, and I didn’t have to wait long. I ordered one scoop of milk & cookies ice cream on a waffle cone. It was a vanilla cookie dough flavor that wasn’t that sweet and lacked a rich vanilla flavor. The chunks of cookie dough weren’t chewy. I would much prefer a scoop of Ben & Jerry’s. The scoop was generous, and I can’t imagine being able to finish two scoops. The waffle cone was excellent. My wife got one scoop of vanilla caramel crunch in a cup and really enjoyed it. The young lady who served us (Pri?) was friendly and efficient. We paid about $8 for two scoops of ice cream. I didn’t try the coffee but it smelled lovely. The cookies and other baked goods on display were enticing, and I’ll be back to try them.

What a cute little hole in the wall! They don't have a huge selection of cookies, but their chocolate chip cookies are DELICIOUS! They will warm them up for you, and it turns the cookie into a soft gooey delight. There are other pastries and coffee options available as well, but you can also just get a cup of milk to dip your cookies into. Downside: there isn't any seating

Ice cream was good and the baked goods looked delicious as well. Only 4 stars because no prices were listed anywhere, which is a big pet peeve. I got one scoop and it was $5.96.

This place has the best cookies I have every eaten. If you are not paying attention when you go, you will pass it up. When you walk up, you can smell the baked goods. They have signs outside for you to view to choose what you want. They are not allowing indoor seating due to COVID but there are some really nice people that take your order at the window. They have big windows for you to view the inside. I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies and the triple chocolate ice cream. These cookies were TDF (to die for)!! OH MY GOODNESS….. the warmth and butteriness! That chocolate chip cookie just melted in my mouth. Soooooo freakin good! I will be going back for more. The ice cream is really good but I don’t care for chunks and I didn’t really read the description I was craving chocolate ice cream and read triple chocolate. The ice cream itself was really good!

Absolutely loved. I have never loved cookies, homemade ice cream and bread so much. Until I came here to Milk&Cookies. It's not overly expensive but it is also not the cheapest either. I spend about $40 for 9 cookies (either regular or sugar cookies) one scoop ice cream, and a lemon poppy seed loaf. Would come again.

Along with excellent baked goods, they now have breakfast tacos in the morning! But get there early before they sell out. Their house-made tortillas are amazing. Please inquire if they sell them…if enough customers ask I am hoping they will be a regular offering. They’re excellent.

I'm selfishly taking a star off what should be a perfect review because I don't want them to be flooded with people. The chocolate chip cookies are so good I keep them stocked at home for an after dinner snack with the missus, and the staff is always happy to point out anything just made, new flavors, and is just generally pleasant. Keep doing what you do. It's perfect.

haaannnddss down the BEST cookies I have ever had. Though these cookies may be slightly expensive, I am more than willing to splurge every once in a while. I only ever come here for the chocolate chip cookies. They are gooey, soft, warm, chocolatey...melts in your mouth goodness. My mouth is watering just talking about it. Except what I will say is, do NOT buy the milk! For just a cup or literally 8 ounces is $2. Let that sink in. I could buy a gallon for just $2. Don't cave in and buy the milk just to enjoy your cookie. I always tell people how much this place is better than Tiff's Treats but people argue. But who cares cause I will ALWAYS think that. Tiff's is just good for delivery. Buuttttt if Tiny's did delivery, then OH MY GOSH, GAME CHANGER. There was a point where I went and bought a box of 10...call me crazy but that's just how consistent and good they are! I have tried a few other items such as the brownie/cookie bar and that's just cavity inducing for me. I have the biggest sweet tooth, but I would eat a bite at a time for that. I have yet to try other items just cause the cookies are the best, but one day! One day! This place is just a walk up window, so no places to enjoy your cookies, except for in your car or sitting on the curb next to the bank. Orr...just laundering around with your friends to finish your treat. I usually just like to get a few and go home to enjoy.

Awesome ice cream at an affordable price. Milk and cookies is the classic namesake flavor that has delicious vanilla ice cream mixed with chunks of their perfect chocolate chip cookies. I mean, their cookies are just the right amount of sweet, and the chocolate chips are really high quality. I also really like their fresh strawberry ice cream, which tastes very fresh, fruity, and non-artificial, and has chunks of strawberry in it - without a doubt some of the best strawberry ice cream I've ever had. They have several other flavors and some seasonal flavors too, but I'm a creature of habit. And they have pastries and cookies! Please come here at least once (and I dare you to only come once).

Everything was ok... really didn’t like how there’s not a place to sit and enjoy your ice cream so I probably won’t be coming back. Ice creams was the reason I chose this place and just a little disappointed. The chocolate chunks should be a bit smaller since they’re hard to bite while frozen.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. It was my first time there and the lady was very helpful, she explained what the products were and what they contained as well as helping us with how sweet or not they were. Their most common sold is the chocolate chip cookie which I did try and they are very good very chunky chocolatey. Definitely recommend!

Been there many times, it's a small neighborhood bakery with what can possibly be the freshest and best flaky croissants in Houston...I mean French quality. Also to note is that they have several alternative milk varieties for their delicious hot chocolate. Friendly service. The Kouign Amann is the BEST pastry in Houston. Parking on site.

Very good cookies, the hype is real! The people working were very kind as well. The cookies are obviously good but the cinnamon bun was even better. If I go back I'm going for the bun! I also got a chocolate crossaint but it wasn't my favorite.

A small interesting store located in a decent neighborhood with awesome ice cream and cookies. They got a lot of varieties for you to choose from and great quality ice cream. The reason I only give 4 star is that they don’t have seat, u just grab and go. But if you don’t mind u can just stand there chat with friend or walk around. The area around the store is really chill and nice for a walk.

Really cute little spot for ice cream and dessert! I had the s’mores ice cream and it was amazing. I also got a chocolate cookie because the cashier says they are known for them, but it wasn’t good at all. She handed me a pre portioned bag of the cookie and it just tastes like it’s been in the bag for way long. It would be better to just get a fresh cookie off the rack. Other than that I’d definitely recommend!

Tinys Milk & Cookies deserves 7 starts, not 5. Everything is absolutely perfect. Their cookies are orgasmic. Their Ice cream is insane and their customer service is just about the best thing they have. Yes, it's better than their cookies. It's almost like you're at friends house having fresh cookies out of the oven. I've never tried their coffee, but thats because 'm too busy stuffing my face with cookies and ice cream. They make an ice cream sandwich between two of their cookies... WOW. And their brookie (Brownie & cookie mixed) is ridiculous. Great place to take the kids. They are a counter service place so there's no place to sit - but it's a beautful area to walk around while enjoying your delicious desserts

Jimmy Fallon ordered Tiny’s when he filmed the Tonight Show in Austin, and you know Jimmy only gets the best!!I was first introduced to Tiny’s at the Austin Film Festival fundraising dinner. The staff are great and I can't believe I hadn't been exposed to this deliciousness earlier!! You need to get desserts from here. The cookIes are out of this world and they also have wonderful blondies and rice crispy treats. I am now giving these to clients for work and the cookies are individually wrapped. Have I convinced you to go yet? If not, I have not done my job. Stop what you are doing at go there now!

Nice shop. Chocolate chip cookies were a little undercooked. It's a good recipe, but I prefer mine, room temperature or a little colder. Croissant wasn't much different than what I could get at a grocery store. However, the service is great and they have a wide selection of goodies. I just wished that they had more cover for Texas summer days. Super hot standing in line.

this used to be my favorite cookie shop in all of houston BUT more recently (in the last few months i’d say after their expansion) their cookies have definitely changed and it’s never consistent anymore! sometimes it hits, but sometimes (most times) it just tastes like a regular, very oily cookie.

First time here. Came around 11. A lot of the items were sold out already, but the cinnamon roll and blueberry muffin I got were tasty. Packaging could be improved slightly, as the muffin was stuck to the paper. Cannot complain about the quality of the food. Service was fast and friendly.

This place is amazing. I’m a bit ashamed of the number of trips I’ve made, but they have the best chocolate chip cookies on the market. They also have a phenomenal ham and cheese croissant and some really good ice cream. It’s a bit pricy, but I’d say it’s well worth it. I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade ice cream on a hot summer’s day.

Thought their chocolate chip cookies had a bit of a peanut butter consistency and flavor but I loooooved their sugar cookies! They even had some decorated for Halloween! The chocolate chip cookie was delicious. The milk and cookies ice cream though was not. There was a taste that I did not like. Maybe it was the vanilla or the milk maybe? I do not know. The brownie was very good, too. The cinnamon roll was fine, but it was a bit tough. The shop is tiny and is inside of a residence area. We had a bit of trouble locating it at first. I guess we did not except the place to be so tiny.

I make an hour drive to buy their cookies, and their other pastries are no slouches either. The cookies are simply amazing, I love how cute this cookie shop, however, there's not even a little bench to sit down... I get it that it is not the intention to function as a restaurant, but they should have at least some benches for people just to enjoy a bite of their cookie and coffee while it is still warm. Also considering that the prices are the same as if you were eating at the restaurant... but in the restaurant you are siting down, and getting service here not. But like I said before, their chocante chip cookie is amazing.

These could be the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever tried. Soft and chewy from middle and enough crisp on the rim. They're a little pricey but worth it. If you plan to visit have in mind there is no seating place and sometimes a long line.

The staff is absolutely awesome! The ice cream is good, my particular favorite is mellow brick road which happens to be gelatin free! A little overpriced with tax and grat it can come out to be pretty expensive, think shy over 5$ for a single scoop of ice cream, especially when you consider there is no dedicated seating area. However, it is rice village which has it's amazing ambiance, so you decide for yourself it is worth it.

You must try Mint Chocolate. It's not fake green. They make it fresh with real, fresh mint leaves and the perfect sizes of cacao chips. Yes all the flavors are delicious. I recommend getting 2 scoops (with each scoop a different flavor). When you find your favorites, you can order pints to take home. By the way.... they have coffees and fresh pastries! There is usually a line, but with a short wait time. ENJOY!

Very cute and trendy place for some sweet snacks and beverages! There's a variety of ice cream flavors that are all very delicious and rich with sweetness; the lavender-flavored ice cream is especially worth the taste. The cookies are freshly baked and super soft, and the coffee is exceptional. Stop by here because it'll be worth it!

I was so excited when my boyfriend took me here! He knows that I love lavender, and when he found out that this place sold "honey lavender" flavored ice cream, he took me immediately (partially due to me watching Weylie's YouTube video and she said honey lavender tasted bomb). I was so mind blown with the flavor, it literally tasted like honey and lavender. I come pretty frequent now since I live close by. The scoop cost around $4, but the pint is around $8. So I think it's a better deal to grab the pint if you like the flavor!

Tiny Boxwood's best/most famous item is their cookie, so an outpost of just that and other desserts makes it far superior to their actual restaurant. The ice cream here is great, and throwing their famous cookies in it? Y'all need to find your way here to try it ASAP! It's truly that great.

Delicious small shop with tasty cookies and fresh tasting ice cream. The mint in particular had the taste of real mint leaf in it instead of mint flavoring! Waffle cone was the right amount of crispy/soft and delicious on its own. Recommend getting a cookie in your ice cream cup as they are soft and wonderful.

I know the ice cream is home made but I wasnt a fan of it. But god damn best chocolate chip cookies Ive had anywhere. They are the real deal. I wish they had some seating here, because you either have to eat it standing up or take it to go.

Large pastel blue barn doors open up to this cute walk-up ice cream, bakery, and coffee shop in West U. My fiancé and I bicycled up to it! Ice cream: made in house fresh! This is as real as real ice cream gets, folks! I got the Milk & Cookies (signature flavor) and my fiancé got the Fresh Strawberry (so good). The chocolate chip cookies here are honestly TO. DIE. FOR! GET ONE OR 12! Also also made fresh! You can even have one put in the bottom of your cup of ice cream for extra decadence. I will say adding a cookie to the Milk & Cookies ice cream flavor specifically is a bit too rich / sweet though, and that's saying a lot coming from my sweet-tooth-self! Other desserts: haven't tried yet but there are sooo many to choose from: croissants, brownies, muffins, a few breakfast items (i.e. parfait, granola, croissant, biscuits), even frozen cookie dough! And more! Definitely want to get one of these goodies next time! Drinks: coffees, lemonades, juices, etc. My fiancé had the mint lemonade and said it was "the best lemonade I've had in years, especially since it was 100+ degrees outside at the time." Excellent customer service! Happy employees :) Easy neighborhood (very safe) parking! I couldn't give this 5 stars because there isn't anywhere to sit outside and enjoy your ice cream. It would be super awesome if there were just a few small, basic fold out tables & chairs. Anddd a delivery service (like Tiffs)!?!? Oh, I'd be all over that! Regardless, this place is a definite must for all the sweet-tooth-ice-cream-lovers out there!

**Tinys is Tiny parking is limited** you walk up to a window and place an order (this establishment is outdoors) Tinys was definitely a treat after church service Sunday. The chocolate chip cookies (depending how you like them) were super soft and melted in your mouth. I would also recommend a vanilla scone you will enjoy every bite. These are some of the best chocolate chip cookies on the planet!!! Like, they are just an ooey gooey explosion of chocolate in every bite. They are sinful when warm and worth the 37 minute drive from cypress when room temperature. How ever many you order, add 1 more so you can eat it in the car (At east that's what I do). And everything else there is good too. Had salted caramel ice cream, glazed donut and a brookie (cookie and brownie combo) pastries are all legit. Just go!

At first approach, I was pleasantly taken aback by the charming store front. The menu is simple, and plain. Nothing on the menu too adventurous or foreign. I stood for minutes studying the delecious selection before my eyes, almost to the point of indecision, vircariously vascilating the alternate sensational futures my palate could experience. Would it be a cookie, a brownie, a brookie, or perhaps ice cream, or a donut? What about dat cinnamon roll "dough"? (a.k.a. though) Thumbs up if you see what I did there. No wait, what’s that over there with the sugar on top? Can I have it all? No, preposterous! I figured, this is what Le Penseur must feel like. Obviously struggling and cravings unmet, I cleared my throat and queried the baker. “Excuse me, what is your most popular item?” “Definitely our chocolate chip cookie!” “Hmmm, I’ll have one of those please.” I read on the website that the owners mission is to “make each and every experience a memorable one.” Mission accomplished. 😊 Their chocolate chip cookie is everything I’ve always wanted my cookie to be. Gooey, thick, and full of melted chocolate chip chunks. With that being said, if you like your cookies firm, you may not enjoy these. But I’m confident your bound to find something to enjoy. As an aside, note that there isn’t any obvious seating available. The bakery is literally a whole in the wall. There is a small area around the corner the staff can direct you to. It’s outdoor seating that’s shared with a restaurant. Keep that in mind if your thinking of making this stop a part of a date. To summarize. Tiny’s Milk and Cookies is a sweet discovery, and a bakery I’m sure will be talked about amongst West U locals, neighboring Houstonians, and posterity to come.
