This place is so sweet to the soul. The ambiance is refreshing and calming. It's nice that they have keto and gluten free options for those who require that but still want to indulge a bit. Although we just picked up our food, it's a wonderful place to sit and sip tea. My favorite piece of art is the scripture post on the wall above the cash register. I hope this local business continues to thrive! My recommendation is the blueberry and lemon scone if you don't want something too sweet or the cinnamon roll if you're looking for a wholesome breakfast bite. But really though... everything is delicious here

Absolutely love the vibe here! Perfect spot to hang out with your girlfriends/date or even alone to get some work done, while you enjoy your coffee and pastries. The menu is small, but packed with great options. You order towards the back counter, they hand you your order number and you walk over to the register to pay. There is also additional pastries already made, where you can pick out and bag. Good amount of seating options inside and out. Everything we ordered tasted so fresh. Looking forward to more visits.

First trip to Manna today for to go lunch. Ham panini, potato soup and a to go cappuccino - all delicious. The bread was toasted and buttery to perfection. Soup was delicious. Lots of fresh bakery options including a gluten free section as pictured. My visit was at noon, so they have a bigger bakery selection the earlier you go in the day. Beautiful and quiet interior space makes it the perfect spot to meet friends or for business.

We were looking for a coffee shop for desserts after lunch in Tomball when we spotted Manna. They had not officially opened, but, were doing a soft opening that day. Lucky us! The place is comfortable, naturally well lit, and spacious. They even have space that can be closed off for private meetings. The staff are all pleasant and friendly. We met Christin, owner of the bakery, who took the time to chat with us about her bakeshop. Her goal is to offer an international variety of pastries on her menu. We will definitely come back often to sample what they offer at different times of the year. The pastry selection was, understandably, not yet complete at the time we were there (their website shows so much more). We had a peppermint chocolate cake and coffee. The cake was great and was not overly sweet (my preference). It looks like they will have outdoor seating as well age that would be great in the spring and summer seasons. Give 'em a visit if you're in the vicinity. I know where we'll be when we are in Tomball - having coffee and pastries at Manna.

Lol....sooo i scarfed it down so fast...i didnt take a picture.... But attached pics from the visit before. They are delicious and i'm glad that i found this place. The food is amazing, the building and interior are masterfully designed, and they have fantastic service to match. They are expensive $6 for a danish so it can only be an occasional treat for me given that I can get 6 Shipley donuts at that rate...but they will get my $$$ occassionally just not as often as I would like. Probably a good thing for my hips and waist line 😆 Wishing them continued success! Cheers!!!

Every experience at Manna has been wonderful. Whether it's your first time or your 40th, the staff here strive to make sure you have a great experience. The food is light and delicious. It's probably the absolute perfect destination for your light breakfast/brunch. Just be aware, you might be waiting for a table for a couple minutes, because they stay decently busy.

Wonderful experience! Many gluten free and keto options available... Picked up a blueberry muffin and bear claw on steroids in honor of my father who passed away in Sept (his bday is monday)... What a hidden gem in Tomball!!! The interior is beautiful, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious! We had a wonderful Lorraine quiche, an amazing cream puff, and a huge chocolate muffin, all 5 star quality.

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is like Pottery Barn or a Cafe in Greece. The music is uplifting and kid friendly. The food! Wow! We had the Strata and the Panini. Amazing!!!!!! I created my own late of oat milk, coffee, vanilla, almond and white chocolate syrups. So tasty! I could chill here all day. I feel so much peace in this place. Truly will put Tomball on the map.

Sadly disappointed. I really wanted to be more positive but... We arrived early on a Saturday morning, 8:30am, hoping to find, like most good European bakeries, at least a few loaves of freshly baked bread. Not the case. We were greeted upon entering the store; there was a family seated at a table enjoying their morning pasteries , but other than that only us. I counted four employees. We stood looking at the products, I guess I would have expected someone to say "welcome can we help you"or "let us tell you about our baked goods" or "our _____ is fresh this morning", something, anything more than "Welcome to Manna", but not a further word until we checked out. What we found were 2 baguettes? (Not sure if that was what it was masquerading as or something else entirely), a loaf of white and one oat bread(?), a loaf or 2 of sourdough, 1 focaccia and 1 cinnamon swirl, none freshly baked and all at least a day old. There was a nice selection of pastries; cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, scones, cupcakes and what looked to be some really well prepared biscuits, among a few other things. But, the bread selection was serious underwhelming - especially from a bakery named Manna-Bread from Heaven. The whole reason we came was to purchase bread. I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now, perhaps we just came on the wrong day for fresh breads? We purchased the long skinny "baguette", the focaccia, a croissant and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was very good. The croissant, unusually large, had a lovely buttery flavor, the interior was airy with visable layers, as it should be, maybe a bit heavy due to it's huge size, and while the exterior was a lovely even golden brown, it was neither crisp nor flakey; all in all, almost right! The "baguette" and the focaccia missed the mark completely. The baguette, or whatever it was, was underproofed, tough, no real golden color, in fact, a bit anemic looking and there was no hint of a crisp crust; the focaccia was slightly over done and more than a little greasy and rubbery. The ambiance of the store was lovely. If I was looking for a breakfast pastry I might return. The bread was just a huge disappointment. I might return, but I certainly would not be in a rush. I wanted to love them, what a lovely story on their website. Who knows maybe we just came at the wrong time, on a bad day/week? I wanted to believe that great bread and a traditional bread bakery was a viable thing in modern day USA...haven't found it yet.

This place is an absolute gem! The smell was intoxicating. The staff took the time to share what they had fresh out of the oven. They were also very patient with me as I was taking time with my choice and had my toddler with me. Staff was knowledgeable about each type of bread. I drive from memorial city about once a month for gluten free treats. Their staff is always friendly, and the bathrooms are clean! The only reason for 4 stars is they don’t have a set schedule so I don’t know what will be there when I get there (I always want cinnamon rolls and they randomly make them so even if I call before they may not have them).

Me and my partner come here often. The place is extremely warm and welcoming to customers. Their selection is vast (but sells out quickly!) You also call ahead and order custom items too. Just found this place. So good. I signed up for the frequent rewards program they have. They have gluten free items here. I bought a loaf of cinnamon bread. It is excellent. Along with some jalapeno pull bread and a few other goodies. Please stop in... you can smell them when you park. Who doesn't like baked goods? Oh, they also have some great cheesecakes. They are small personal sizes so you don't feel bad when you eat the whole thing.

I've only had the gluten free options of a chocolate chip cookie, a sticky bun and a bread loaf. Cookie was tasty, unfortunately the sticky bun was just dense and hard. The same thing with the loaf it was dense and had the consistency of? Hard pudding? Not sure how to describe, maybe a bit under baked. Outside of my food experience the place smelled delicious and it looks like they had a great variety of normal baked goods. The staff was attentive and friendly, the restrooms were very clean and they offer complimentary coffee.

You can call ahead to check that they have the item you want before you drive over! The gluten free chocolate cake is my favorite, but the cinnamon rolls are just as good! I love this bakery! It's the only place I've been able to find with great baguettes, soft breads, delicious kolaches, and at least one new dish every time I go there! The staff are all wonderful and kind, and Clinton especially was very helpful in providing information on what breads were better for my specific appetites. The soup is also delicious, and all service is done wonderfully and with a smile. One thing's for sure. Manna is my stop for fresh bread whenever I can get it!

Yummy. Love this place! They have delicious gluten free and Keto items. FYI THE GLUTEN FREE ITEMS ARE ONLY ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS. I had recently found that out and wanted to let others know. The pull apart jalapeño cheese bread is tasty, not too salty (my husband has high blood pressure), a little kick, and some of the cheese melted and give a crunchiness. We also bought the raisin bread, it is soft inside and taste almost like danish. The girl in the front is friendly! What a great place to go!

The owner really knows her business and her staff is wonderful to work with. They also deliver if you live within a certain number of miles. The name of the business is truly a it is named. There is something for everyone. Excellent different types of homemade labs of bread also. I highly recommend this business. If you sign up you earn points and get a free pastry after so many points. Cannot say enough good things about this place! I have to eat gluten free for health reasons and this bakery offers more gluten free yummies than any place I've ever been! Not only are there lots of options, but probably the best GF pastries I've ever had! My go-to fave is the GF cinnamon roll. I love this place!! Me and my boyfriend have just started our keto journey earlier this year but sweets are always out downfall and I love how great these treats are! I have tried 3 other keto bakeries in the area and when comparing the quality and pricing this place wins!!! My dad is a diabetic so I’m always looking for sugar free treats for him and he absolutely loved the lemon pound cake. My favorite were the cream cheese squares and the cinnamon rolls which my boyfriend made me come back to buy since they were still in the oven. The best part is they are 15 min away and right down the street from my parents house so I am beyond happy I found this place!! They have regular baked goods and once I allow myself a cheat day I will definitely buy those products!

What an awesome place. As soon as you walk in, the smell of fresh baked delicious breads overwhelms the senses. We grabbed some cinnamon rolls and pretzel rolls and they did not disappoint. So excited to start using this delicious bread for sandwiches instead of the mass produced stuff at the store stuffed with preservatives. I recently went gluten free to improve my health, which has made Saturday mornings difficult as we like to enjoy traditional donuts every weekend. While searching for gluten free donuts/pastries for myself, I came upon Manna - Bread from Heaven bakery and saw they had great gluten free breakfast pastry options. I originally went for 2 scones but opted for a huge GF cinnamon roll instead. It was fantastic! The taste was perfect and the only way you can tell its GF is that its a little more dense than a traditional cinnamon roll, but really VERY good! I plan to continue to stop by on Saturdays while the rest of my family continues with their donuts! Thanks MBFH for a great Saturday morning breakfast!

Best bakery ever! The pastries are top notch and everyone that works there has been extremely kind and helpful. My favorite is the cream cheese danish and my husband says their kolaches are the best he’s ever had. It’s our new tradition to start the weekend with cinnamon rolls on Saturdays. Such sweet and friendly staff. I walked in to look around and walked out with a variety of pastries from cinnamon rolls to jalapeno cheese bread. Everything is good and Fridays are Gluten Free baking day so you can get something fresh if you are avoiding gluten.

First thing that surprised us was heading to the bakery and finding out it wasn't opened yet. A bakery that doesn't open till ten is a little strange. Second I walked around seeing if I could find a hours open sign. They did not. Three staff saw me and never came to the door to tell me when they opened. We finally bfound out they opened at 10 Am. We went back to give the place another try. When we got in at 10:05 they only had a quarter of their menu available. The things that where ready where items like there $8 herb bread! The prices were not outrageous on the menu, but they where pricey. We decided to go with the pretzel rolls since they where under $2. To find out they were not ready yet. We have never been to a Bakery that opens at 10 Am. Certainly not one that doesn't have most of their menu items ready. Hopefully the business side of this place will step up so the community can enjoy the cute little shop. The smell was great as well. You can't eat smells though.

If you have something specific you want or need it is always good to give them a heads up in advance. They do rotate what they make and the popular( most of them) items do tend to sell out quickly.

This is such a hidden gem! Quality ingredients + quality people makes for some amazing baked goods. Of course they are known for their sourdough bread (which is out of this world!) but they also have tons of other stuff! I have tried their keto kolaches and their sticky buns (they were sold out of cinnamon rolls, gotta get there early before they sell out!). Everything is made fresh that day and is absolutely delicious. The sourdough bread doesn't last very long in our house because we can't stop eating it! Check this place out, you won't be disappointed!

Tried this bakery twice and each time the service was great as well as the quality of the Baked goods. I have to say the Crescent rolls are wonderful as well as all of there otther bakery items. Bread is the main items but sweet items are available as well and the owner stated that a soup and salad menu is Forthcoming. The Bakery is new but I think will quickly become an area favorite. I think this bakery is we'll worth a trip to Tomball to try those soft hand crafted wonderfully buttery Crescent rolls.

This is my favorite bakery, it is the bread from Heaven! I have tried many of their bread and pastry, they are all amazing especially when they just came out of the oven! The owner Christin pours her heart in making all her bread and it shows with the perfect taste and shapes! My personal favorites are the Focaccia bread, the jalapeño cheese bread (dangerously delicious which I can eat the whole loaf) and all her artisan bread. So happy to have this gem in our neighborhood!

I was meeting a friend here at 8:30, and there was a sign saying opening at 9 today. I decided to wait in the car for my friend to discuss alternative plans. Finally, after driving by several times and telling myself I need to stop by, I did today. I'm now kicking myself for not coming in sooner. Walking in the front door felt like walking into a cocoon of freshly baked love. The wood decor creates a rustic, authentic atmosphere which speaks to the centuries old art of baking. A full counter of freshly baked goods greets you right away: loaves of freshly baked bread, brownies, cookies, cinnamon rolls, bear claws, pretzel buns and even a dedicated "keto corner." Literally everything is freshly baked. I was admiring a couple especially attractive loaves of bread with perfect crusts. As a hoby baker, these beautiful loaves helped easily imagine the whole baking process, from mixing the ingredients to rising, resting, rising again, baking and the utter satisfaction of pulling the perfect loaf from the oven. In the back, you can see the prep kitchen, lined with glossy brick and oh-so-homey. I bought a cinnamon roll, brownie, almond bear claw and a pretzel bun. So far, I've only gotten into the pretzel bun. It's unbelievable: dense, chewy and somehow still light with just the right amount of salt and maybe washed or boiled in honey? I can't wait to get to the rest of the baked goods I brought home. The employee who helped me couldn't have been more welcoming (I'm terrible with names, my apologies, I think her name was Kayla? Kailey?). She walked me through the offerings and definitely shared my enthusiasm for baking. She was absolutely wonderful! Even better, during our conversation, I learned Manna is an independent business (as in, the only one ... for now) and it's woman-owned!!! Personally, as a hobby baker with a lot still to learn, this place spoke to me at a deep level. Regardless of whether you enjoy baking or just eating baked goods, the love for the art of baking is palpable here. I can't recommend Manna enough!

The bread is so good here especially the jalapeno bread I had scone this dessert was so good and they warmed it up they also have soup there coffee sandwiches and the people are extremely nice you can sit at the table and play dominoes checkers they are really nice here I will be going back

Every time I walk in, it is always a warm and welcoming experience. The staff are always friendly and inviting. There are so many delicious options and it is hard to make a choice from the selection. They are expanding the menu with new great features after moving to their new location. I have never been disappointed with anything we have gotten. I love the tasty gluten free options, as they have you ask “Are you sure these really are gluten free?” Definitely glad we had tried them and have returned multiple times since.
