Crumbl keeps you guessing with the new flavors of cookies each week. I can appreciate the variety that they offer making them stand out from cookie places. These are not your typical cookies. Besides the different flavors that they offer each week, the cookies are oversized. These are the type of cookies you can sit down and eat one and either finish it, share it, or save it for later. You cannot finish in one, two, or three bites. We normally cut them in fours so we can try the different flavors once we purchase them. They also offer ice cream, which we tried for the first time on this visit. I would definitely encourage anyone to try them out if they haven't. Just go to their website and look at the video each week showcasing the cookies being offered. They can be hard to resist after watching the video. I recommend trying them warm for those ones that are served warm. They are that much better when eaten warm. Enjoy!

Got a 4 pack of cookies as a gift and was quite surprised. I believe the selections I got were Chocolate Chip, Oreo, Ruby(?) Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter. These cookies are huge, freshly made, soft and tasty! I'm not a cookie person but I wouldn't object stopping in sometime in the future to try some other flavors!

Baebayyyyy!! When I tell you thick, soft, fresh, warm cookies that melt in your mouth. They taste like none other. Everyone is so nice when you walk in and will answer any questions you have. You can either order at the smart machine on the wall or go to the front to order. They have some cookies out to show you in person what they are and the name of them. Once you complete your order, they call your name and show you your to confirm it is correct. The cookies were delicious.

If you want to know what happiness tastes like, try these cookies. I have gotten the churro cookie, posted below, which was great especially with the icing. My absolute favorite cookie so far has been the sea salt Nutella. I could eat that one every day. Personally I feel like the chocolate chip cookie is ordinary, it is good but not worth the drive. But, the specialty cookies are always worth the drive.

We're on a mission to find the best chocolate chip cookie in Houston. We came across Crumbl Cookies in Bellaire. It's located in a strip plaza and has plenty of private parking spots out front. We ordered a "Single Box" for $3.48; this consisted of one large chocolate chip cookie. We also ordered a chilled 16 oz of white milk (2%). The cookie was quite soft, thick, and moist. It was undercooked if you like that raw cookie style. The chocolate chips were overly-sweet for my taste to the point it hurt my teeth. Overall, the place was nice, but I thought the chocolate chip cookie was okay. I personally like the chocolate chip cookies at Tout Suite or Luna Pizzeria much better in Houston.

This is a great cookie shop! Cute theme and interior decorations. The cookies were very large and very good!! I had the chocolate chip, churro, funfetti, and nutella sea salt. My order was wrong twice but I only noticed it the first time; the staff corrected the mistake that first time. I completely understand though because it was opening day and they were packed. I highly recommend this store and their staff! Glad that my work is close to this shop. Wish there was one where I live, in Midtown.

10/10 my new favorite cookie place. I used the kiosk to order and it was super quick and easy. I think everyday they have different flavors. We got the lemon one(my fav), Neapolitan, chocolate chip, peanut butter, and biscoff one. They were all great and served warm. Keep in mind they are really sweet but they sell milk as well. I paid $12 for 4.

Crumbl (with a special note depending on how bad you messed up). You want to impress your boss? Crumbl. Cute store front. Nice presentation for the display cookies. Nice packaging with the pink boxes. I was greeted shortly after walking in. There was no wait in line. I like the variety in cookies offered. I played it safe and ordered the chocolate chip cookies. The size and thickness were great. However, the flavor was nothing special. It almost tasted like a prepackaged healthy alternative cookie. It was also dry.... maybe because we went at 9 pm? The cookie was also advertised as a “hot” cookie and the employee said the cookies were in a warmer. The cookies I received were not warm. I’ve had better cookies elsewhere. I would go back and try a specialty cookie.

The location on Bellaire just opened so I wanted to grab some of their cookies for a get together. It was my first time trying this bakery/brand and I have to say that they were great! My friends and I loved them. Also, in case you can't tell from the images, the cookies are massive (which I'm happy about 😁). Each flavor was delicious! The Churro and Nutella Sea Salt flavors were my personal favorites, but there wasn't a bad one in the bunch. Also, you can order using an app ahead of time to make sure cookies are freshly baked and you can get curbside delivery which is great in the time of COVID!

Finally tried this place and did not regret my decision. The cookies were enormous and delicious. I received my cookies very fast; they were warm with a nice crispy crust and soft gooey center. They have new flavors each week, which makes you want to go back and try each unique one. Cookies are 3-4 dollars but are worth it! Definitely would recommend if you love cookies!

Best cookies when they are hot I went to the locationon Yale street and I just placed an order for the French toast cookie 🍪 staff was very nice at the Yale location if I had to pick at something it would be saying good when customer comes through the door everyone was busy making the cookies I had to follow the lead of another customer that knew what to do meaning going over to the computer on the wall placing and paying for your order before evening speaking to the staff so maybe hire a greeter so the person can give direction to first comers like I was . I would also say maybe tissue in box to separate the cookies just a thought but cookies are great this will be my second order within a week

easy, fast, great service. Cookies are huge and menu changes often, but they keep the Chocolate chip every week. I had a smores cookie that i totally underestimated. So good! I get the box of four and do 1 to 2 cookies a day. Then store the rest in the refrigerator. Already had the chocolate chip before this pic. Left to right - dulce de leche, chocolate chip and chilled samoa. Never had the dulce de leche or the samoa, but if its anything like the smores, I am sure I will be pleased.

3.5 but I always go up. So today was my first Crumbl experience. Yes I'd come back which is why I didn't give 3 stars. But I guess these aren't my type of cookies. I'm conflicted- see the flavor is good and I like the lightness of them but these are half cake half sugar cookies and are a lot. (Is that really a criticism?) For me -yes. I would not recommend the chocolate chip cookie. The animal cookie was a 4/5. The churro was a 5/5 and the stawberry cheesecake on a double chocolate cookie was a 4/5. I also got their ice cream - chocolate cake. It was okay. Their service is really good and efficient they have both in person and virtual (screens on walls) ordering and it was very clean. Go check it out for yourself!

These cookies really were as amazing as the reviews made them sound - very decadent, every flavor unique and worth trying. I took my girlfriend and it made for a great date. We ordered using the touchscreens they have installed and the process was actually really fun. If you wanted to get these cookies for somebody as a gift, they make it incredibly easy to add a little gift note and see exactly how it will look in the end.

The size and price of the cookies is fair. The service at this location is always fast and friendly. I just wish that curbside was still an option. The ice cream is also pretty legit 👌🏾

Depending on what time you come to the place, the wait can be a little long (15-20 minutes) but regardless, the cookies are always baked pretty well, crispy edges, soft inside which is the best. Flavors can be hit or miss, but for the most part the cookies are solid 8/10. Milk chocolate chip is always available and always a 10/10. Good place to try if you haven’t.

Frosted sugar cookie is always a solid choice. German Chocolate was almost better then a slice of the cake! So much yummy gooey topping. Yummy. Best to cut up and share all the flavors with friends.

The breakfast cookies were delicious my favorite was the fruity pebbles served chill. You get two cookies in between frosting and the fruity pebbles remained fresh. The waffle cookie tasted exactly like waffles and came with syrup to compliment the cookie, and last the old fashioned donut cookie literally had the texture of the donuts from Starbucks. I love the creativity of this place and how they have new flavors every week. It’s usually slow during the weekday and busy during the weekend.

Found this cookie place on a whim one night through Yelp when I was craving a dessert and everything else was closed! Great cookies and great atmosphere! Love the modern vibe. Better version of Tiff’s treats in my opinion although they seem to specialize mainly in cookies. Would love if they introduced other sweets as well! Great experience overall. Only negative is the cookies I got that were frosted they only put the frosting in one dollop in the center instead of spreading it evenly on the cookie like it was in the display. After saying something she fixed it however. Other than that it tasted really fresh and delicious! First time but will be back!

The cookies were pretty good! I got the cinnamon roll, chocolate chip cookie, cosmic brownie cookie, and sugar cookie. The cosmic cookie was not very sweet and bitter tasting (least favorite). The wait wasn’t long and there was plenty of parking. Staff was super kind and sweet! I also think the price was fair for the size of these cookies.

So I’ve had “tastings” of this place from fellow co-workers who’ve graciously shared their treats. I went today to pick up a 4-pack for my best friends bday. I had such a hard time deciding on 4, that I actually got all 6 they offered. They did NOT disappoint!!! I had no idea that these cookies are “dressed” while you wait!! Meaning they don’t sit in a display case waiting for you to pick them out, the cookies wait in a warm oven and the employees ice them while you wait for your order! FRESH!!! Absolutely amazing...can’t wait to try more flavors!! 😍

The store is always organized and clean. Workers are really nice and always give a welcoming feeling. This place has easily become my favorite dessert place. Cookies are always warm. I have tried their confetti, peanut butter bar, Reese’s cup and original chocolate chip. I have yet to find one I did not like. Please come and try !!! Let me start by saying, the cookies are amazing. Cookies that warm your heart and you never have to eat another cookie again because they are that delicious. The app to order was also easy to use and nicely done. I debated between giving 2 or 3 stars mainly because I did curbside pickup and they did not really do curbside pickup so I didn't have a great experience with this store. Maybe I got spoiled with COVID and maybe it's because most places that offer curbside pick up now are fast, but I decided to order curbside pick up because I was in the area with my newborn in the car and didn't really want to go into the store. However, there was a long wait for curbside pickup. I was waiting for so long that I ended up having to go in and pick up my order which was not even ready (I was within the window they said I could pick up). This seems high maintenance but trying to go in with a baby in a car seat while in a busy parking lot was very frustrating. What made me decide to reduce the number of stars was that when I walked in, there were 10 people working there and not a long line of customers and several of the workers were just chatting. If you're not going to really do curbside pick up, don't offer it. This would have easily gotten 5 stars had it not been for the wait for curbside pickup. In fact, just ordering at the store was fast.

1st time visiting crumble based on recommendations from Twitter! This week flavors included peach cobbler, strawberry shortcake, cake bater, sea salt toffee, chocolate cake cookie. There was a crowd at times the line out the door. Service was quick, cookies freshly baked. You can order from a kiosk or at the counter. For a box of 4 it runs 12.10. You can get them in singles. I drove an hour through traffic and it was worth it. Mom loves the sea salt. Favorite was a toss between strawberry shortcake and peach cobbler. The chocolate chip cookie is really sweet!

Unfortunately it took 30 minutes and my husband and I both got down even though we chose curbside and they told me they were busy and then my husband got down. They said they already took it out but it wasn't to us the only truck in the parking lot. We understood it was busy but cars pulled up and got their orders faster than us. If they gave it to the wrong vehicle just fix it not blame us when we're empty handed after 30 minutes.

So, I found out about Crumbl and the free cookie giveaway Friday morning on the news. I figured since I was gonna be in the area later that day I'd stop by. I got the Churro , the Brownie, and the free Chocolate Chip. All three cookies were warm when I got them. The Brownie cookie was good and the peanut butter dollop in the middle of the cookie was a good touch. It was warm a gooey when eating it. My son had the Churro cookie. He wanted that one cause he liked how it looked with the circular frosting. He really liked it. Said it tasted like a warm ginger bread cookie with good frosting. We split the chocolate chip cookie cookie. It was really good warm. The two cookies I bought were about $7.50 Although they were good, probably won't be going back for a while. Lost my job last month cause of Covid-19, and can't really afford to be eating out,but I give it 5 stars.

My Doordash driver stole my delivery, I had a large order For a work event and was so upset that they didn’t arrive. I dealt with Doordash for an hour and was hung up on three times. I called Crumbl and they not only replaced the order but handled the Doordash issue for me. I love this place and wanted to share with my office! Got individual boxes and paid .25 extra for each box and was disappointed they do not have bags to put them in. I asked for even a trash can liner so I wouldn’t have to carry 15 cookies, and they couldn’t even provide that. Kinda rude THAT day and acted inconvenienced... but the cookies are great

Yesterday was my birthday and instead of cake I decided to have Crumble cookies since I have become addicted to them since your store opened in Bellaire. This is the 1st time I was disappointed with the experience...the salted toffee only had toffee in one part of the cookie ( the rest was as if having a regular chocolate chip cookie). Then to top things off my favorite chocolate chip cookie didn't have chocolate chips in at least a forth of the cookie. Not sure if there was a mixing problem or what but this was a disappointing experience.
