Went here after a night put with friends and it was great! Got our cookies quickly, they were delicious and we ate inside instead of to go and it was really nice! All the staff were great and there's even a fridge with milk you can get with your cookies which I didn't know they had until I visited the store.

It's called Insomnia Cookies for a reason. Eating freshly and delicious cookies during the night. Great for take-out as you just order your dessert, and take the box home eating warm, excellent cookies. Outstanding value of cookies and variety of desserts to eat. Staff and cashier's are amazing. Small restaurant gives you the "reservation feel," since the desserts are expensive. I'd recommend going to Insomnia Cookies, just don't get addicted to the cookies.

Warm and soft cookies to order. Extremely sweet, wont need more than one or two. Cookies can be turned into and ice cream sandwich. Cookies can also be delivered or ordered as a cake. Overall nice place.

Really busy place in downtown. They deliver a lot of places but not to our hotel so we had to drive down. It's a small place so if its busy it can feel crowded. Cookies were really good.

We love these cookies. They are a little pricey but very tasty. I do want to mention, we drive up from Texas, every summer, to visit family. We went by the store today (Sunday) to buy some cookies but they were closed. The website said they were open from noon to 1 am. We pulled up at 5 pm and doors were locked. That was a little frustrating.

I understand now why this place is open until 2am. Lots of college students come here for treats. My husband scarfed down his regular chocolate chip cookies and I was so impressed and delighted they had vegan cookies. I bet anyone trying a vegan cookie would not be able to tell the difference. Insomnia Moorhead understood the assignment!! I live across the country from my mom and wanted to send her fresh cookies for Mother’s Day. The used a third party delivery service that for whatever reason didn’t get the cookies to my mom, so the amazing manager re-made the order and delivered it using store employees. My mom was so happy to get her cookies tonight, and I’m a happy customer of Insomnia Moorhead!

We had some questions about their ordering system because GrubHub was acting weird and wasn't giving us all the options we thought there should be, called in and had the most nice, pleasing experience! She answered all of the questions we asked, super patient and very pleasant. Am blown away with the customer service! Would 100% recommend them! So I'm new to North Dakota and when my cousin recommended trying this place I was confused. Haha insomnia cookies? But I 100% love the concept and the cookies were perfect!!! Warm and soft upon being delivered. And they were delicious!

This was the first time walking into the cookie store and I will admit that the shop has a warm feeling with the dark purple painted walls, but the menu on the wall will really catch your attention. Not only that they serve you cookies, also milk and ice cream, plus they offer the classic milk and cookie combo. Worth the trip for a sweet cookie.

If you love warm, delicious cookies ordered on a whim this is the place for you. Whether you stop in to their shop or order online, you're sure to get amazingly soft still warm cookies. I just love this place. The deliveries are usually pretty quick, even late at night. You might have to wait in line if you go to the store because it's relatively small, but the experience is still worth it!

The cookies are sooo buttery soft and good! Their ice cream was decent and has some toppings options. I wasn't impressed with the cookie dough topping option. There's not a ton of seating, but it is good for a quick and simple dessert option. The cookies are a little pricey compared to like McDonald's cookies, but you'll forget about that once you start eating them.

EDIT: My order finally came, after an hour and forty minutes, roughly. The cookies are very good and soft, and the ice cream is pretty good, but I'm not sure I'll be ordering delivery again. It's not really worth the wait and confusion. Three stars because it took so long and it still doesn't make sense to me that the store has no working number to call and check on your order.

I am a Uber Ears driver, this is my FAVORITE place to pick up orders. The staff are so friendly and great to talk to when I stop in to grab orders. The wait is never long either!

Fantastic cookies, terrible management. I went there 2 Saturdays in a row to be greeted by a locked door and the "I'll be right back" sign. This in the early afternoon, both times. Other times I have come in and was told that they were out of all cookies but 2 of the choices. If this is a staffing problem, you guys need to fix it. You are leaving money on the table.

Delivery took forever ordered through Grubhub took 2hrs(my app said 8:20-8:30pm I didn’t get it till close to 10pm) to get to me but they were super nice when I called they re did my order and they put some extra cookies for the time inconvenience. I will give them 4 stars because the cookies are good but the one star off is because of delivery taking 2hrs

The cookies are starting to get more and more sugary tasting and less and less flavorful with time. Every time I go it's getting worse. The prices like 1.65 for the plain cookies and twice that for the premiums isn't really worth it anymore when the product is getting equivocal to most other take out places cookies.

It took 1.5 hours to get my order delivered and then it was incomplete. Two hours on, still haven't gotten the last part of my order. Honestly this is more of a comment on the Corp. than on this particular branch - they should have some sort of time estimate other than their basic 20-30minutes estimate so people can expect a longer wait rather than just waiting with no idea how long it will be. The driver was really nice though.

My niece harassed me for two days straight to take her here. We were having lunch in the area, so we stopped by for dessert. There was street parking available...which was unusual, due to limited parking. The inside is sort of small...being that it was four people in front of us and we were almost touching the front door standing in line. I was shocked to see that they had a couple of my favorite ice cream flavors (strawberry cheesecake, peanut butter banana, & cookies n' cream). My niece ordered the cookie a la mode. She picked the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie with strawberry cheesecake ice cream as the topping. I ordered a scoop of the peanut butter banana ice cream. The girl and the front counter was really nice. She was able to convince me to get a cookie for myself as well, so I selected the sugar cookie. My cookie was warm and moist! The peanut butter chunks in my ice cream were kind of overwhelming. The peanut butter overpowered the banana flavor. I'm ready to go back to try other flavors

I *love* the cookies! Delivery takes about an hour. I asked for an extra scoop of ice cream with my deluxe cookie a la mode and got one, no extra charge. Also, they now have your typical ice cream flavors as well (vanilla, strawberry, etc).

I’ve ordered from insomnia delivery before, but had never gone in the store until last night. It was six drunk girls stumbling in at 2am wanting some cookies, and the employee, Reed, who was working was so amazing. He was patient with our rowdy selves and gave us delicious cookies. What else could drunk girls want?

The cookies here are absolutely great! They are ALWAYS soft and warm like straight out of the oven. I will say that the prices are pretty high (for cookies), but if you're looking to satisfy a cookie craving, this is definitely the place.

Cookies are soft, but not too squishy. They are savory when paired with their ice cream! Both alone are tasty but together they are definitely the staple of Insomnia cookies. If you are craving ice cream and cookies, come! Only downside is they don't have much of a selection of ice cream but do serve favorites like vanilla and cookies and cream.
