So excited they opened one here. My kids and I love these cookies. Very moist and delicious. Definitely worth trying. It opened today in West Fargo so it's clean and several staff members to keep line going. Can see their work as you walk in. Busy baking delicious cookies. Recommend you give it a try.

Just took my son the staff were awesome and I talked to one of the owners mother she was super sweet. The cookies are so moist and delicious. Definitely coming back again.

I’m doing 3 stars. Not because they weren’t good cookies they are, but because two of my cookies were almost raw and gooey and it’s a texture I did not care for. I may return when they hype dies down and isn’t so busy or a long wait to order. Willing to give a 2nd chance for some fully cooked cookies. The maple glaze and coconut had potential too I’m so sad.

I love Crumble Cookie. My experience today was slightly different. The kiosks to order were down and not available. So I had to place my order with one of the staff. There were numerous staff working and making cookies, but there was only one person who knew how to take orders. She was making cookies, so after she stopped what she was doing and took off her cookie making gloves she came to take my order. She was very friendly and helpful, just a brief awkward moment. Great customer service though. Very friendly staff. Always love their cookies!! I will definitely stop again as I always love their weekly change in flavors!

I love crumbl cookies! But their curbside pickup is a joke. I ordered cookies online, which I don't normally do, but my friend sent me a digital gift card that could only be used on the app. I didn't want to pay for a delivery so I set up the curbside pickup option. After sitting in the marked spot for 10 minutes I finally walked in to see why they hadn't brought my order out and it was just sitting on the to go shelf. They were cold by the time I got home. They should have at least sent a message saying my order was ready and to walk inside. Lazy customer service.

Crumble is the best. I’ve eaten these cookies in several states and the taste is always amazing. The cookies are typically not cooked all the way through so expect that. I will say the ones in Fargo are much less cooked than other Crumble Cookies I have had….but you will still eat the whole thing!!

My daughter works here and appreciates those she works with and the management. Management recognizes hard work and is very appreciative of their employees. Personally, I love the cookies and get the added perk of seeing my daughter when I go in and order.

Such a simple concept, a few cookies featured weekly on a brief menu, but so BRILLIANT! The cookies are the most delicious bought cookies I recall ever tasting!

I love that they have a drive-thru! The cookies are tasty, and the rotating menu will keep me coming back when I see flavors that are intriguing. My only complaint is that they have been sold out of flavors I’ve wanted to try—those must be the best ones!

I like how clean the staff and process is, wish all places in fargo take them as a model. It was really nice to see how they make the cookies directly. As for the cookies, they are nice except they do have very very very strong egg smell or odor. I hope you could do something about that Thank you

The lemon cookie was great. They are expensive but they are a bigger cookie. Not sure if it outweighs the price yet or not. I would still recommend though.

Went to grand opening. The staff were very welcoming. For being grand opening, I thought they did a very good job getting people through the line at timely matter. The only thing was they were sold old of the fruit cake cookie, my favorite.
