At my most recent visit I was handed a Hot Donut immediately as I walked in for free. It was delicious, as usual. The staff members working look like they were somewhat short staffed that day but I was really pleased with the donuts that I picked up for an event and I will be back

This is the best place ever to get doughnuts when the light is on or off. They are the best when the light is on tho they melt in your mouth and feels like heaven. The best time to get is all the time. Definitely recommend this place no doughnuts are better than these.

I just want to recognize the woman working this morning around 7:30am. On my receipt it shows the name Leota so I am hoping that's her! She was the only staff member working the day before Thanksgiving which I feel like has to be such a busy day of customers taking doughnuts to work. I was in the drive thru for quite a while but realized they must be short staffed before I pulled up. Leota was so kind and patient and never showed a ounce of frustration or being overwhelmed in a situation I know would have overwhelmed me. She was so sweet and working hard to accommodate everyone. I really hope that staff were scheduled or showing up soon. Bless her heart. She deserves a lot of recognition and a raise!

I got mini donuts and a chocolate iced donut. They did not have the pumpkin donut and they did not have chocolate iced mini donuts. I also bought the lemonade strawberry slushy drink. It was too rich for me but I loved the idea.

Sweet but bitter service from the older lady picking my donuts. Instead of looking and hearing me probably, she grabbed the wrong donuts twice. Then she dropped the box of donuts on the counter. At least the cashier had been nice, but his efforts to be nice weren't enough to make up for her lack of good customer service. Still, there's nothing like fresh made donuts and I love the new flavors they've added!

Unfortunately, they were closed (6pm on Sunday night) though the posted hours showed they should be open. There was a sign up on the drive thru saying 'We are closed, sorry for the inconvenience'.

I feel badly for the workers. The past few Sunday's we have tried to go they weren't making the special cinnamon rolls. The inside would be closed. Online has little to no options. They close early. I think covid has really hurt them.

I've only been there a handful of times in the last few years because the staff is typically in a bad mood. I'd say 90% of the time. If I'm that big of an a-hole for ordering donuts and a medium coffee at a donut shop, I can get them from the gas station I guess.

Sometimes this store is closed all day for some reason. Apparently no one shows up for work. The kiosk is old and needs replaced. The donuts are very good. I always pay cash, not a CC.

Donuts matched the level of customer service. Stopped in for a quick donut when we saw the sign was on. Cashier was not rude but not very friendly and the donuts had a weird aftertaste. I would go to a different Krispy Kreme location. ____________ Update:Went back to this location, donuts were delicious and service was good.

Love this place the donuts are amazing. The coffee is love hate, so take it at your own risk. The staff can be hit or miss some are great and others make it a pretty unfortunate visit. The drive through its quick if unfriendly, and there's plenty of parking. All in all, I love the donuts so I recommend them despite the occasionally lackluster staff.

I love the employees here at the Krispy Kreme. They are always super friendly and are always willing to help me out. Like today, I had a birthday reward for a free brewed coffee and the employee was so nice that she made me a Carmel latte as I do not drink plain black coffee. I always go back to this location whenever I want a donut! Especially when that Hot Light is on!

My favorite donuts ever. If you're going to cheat, eat these best donuts anywhere. Did you know they gave away a donut and ANY size coffee on Nat'l coffee day??? And the Largest coffee chain Starbucks gave NOTHING?? Seriously? Sorry Starbucks, our relationship is over. All I do is give and give and get nothing in return. The doughnuts were awesome, as usual, but their coffee is pretty bitter. We got the Smooth coffee at the recommendation of the lady behind the counter because it was supposed to be less bitter. I got a small and had to add 6 creamers before I could drink it! That's ok though, now I know to just stick to what they make best... those awesome, warm, sweet little rings of pure joy. 😊

I am actually not a huge fan of these doughnuts but they have huge following and they are a typical chain doughnut shop product. What they do have a an extremely friendly staff regardless if you are going in the lobby or through the drive thru. I find the location difficult to get in and out of. I have never gotten a bad or stale product from them. The service is fast and as I said they are very friendly and that makes it worth little extra time to go to this location.

I've had mixed experiences with the staff here (sometimes friendly, other times downright hostile), but at the end of the day, these are consistently good donuts - who can complain too much? The original glazed are out of this world when the "Hot Doughnuts Now" sign is lit, and their Kreme filled, custard filled and other specialties make a good way to round out a dozen.

A normal morning you want donuts so you go to Krispy Kreme. but then like a bad dream your keys get locked in your car. what do you do but sit there and stress eating the entire dozen of donuts. until all of a sudden the very kind employee runs from the back with a makeshift apparatus he believes can open your door. and no it does not work your heart is warm you stop stress eating the donuts and peacefully wait for AAA

Service was awful, was to lazy to make my iced coffee. So unorganized, I think 3rd graders would have done a better job. They were out of almost all the specialty donuts, probably because of more laziness. Wish this wasn't the only location in Columbus. I'd love to boycott this one but can't because it's the only one here.

I personally favor cake donuts. But. Nothing better than a hot glazed krispy kreme! It's the only way to eat them. Well... I will eat them the next day too. The kids like the flavored ones, they are decorated really cute.

Wow! This place was amazing. My 6 year old daughter has severe food allergies. Everything here was safe for her. When they found out that this was the first time she has ever been able to order doughnuts in a shop, they gave her a dozen assorted doughnuts as a gift! This really made for a special memory. The staff were wonderful and would not accept a tip.

Great Doughnuts as always, and it was fun to watch them being made. Just a nice little break from life sipping coffee in a doughnut shop as I watched them being made. However as I tried purchasing some to go.... The loud noises being made by one of their coolers out in front made it very difficult to hear the poor girl behind the counter. Which in turn probably made me sound either incredibly rude by repeating myself, or like I was some difficult asshat that I didn't mean to come off as. I genuinely could not hear her soft spoken words. So to the nice lady behind the counter if I offended you in any way I apologize to you again. And thank you for my order.

They are not enthusiastic and not rude; rather neutral and or carefree. It'd help if they smiled, greeted and dealt with customers a bit more enthusiastic way. Some employees also show somewhat of dislike and unwelcoming attitude towards 'non-whites', for the lack of better words.
