The first time I ordered 12 different cookies they were packed in the larger box to accommodate the order. The second time I ordered 12 cookies I got a smaller box with only 7 cookies. After placing a call to the store, the order was corrected to my satisfaction immediately. I like the cookies. Especially the vegan chocolate chip cookies. They taste like the original chocolate chip cookies. I would recommend this location because the cookies are tasty and they will correct your order if they make a mistake.

I've been here a few times now and I've had an amazing experience and a horrible one which was tonight. The 4 cookies I ordered were old and didn't have that warm felt cookie desire by any means. They literally tasted like a cookie sub way had on the shelf for 2 days. For $11 I'd say the cookies are far from worth it.

Listen and listen good. These are the best cookies ever. I dont care which city you find insomnia in they'll be the best in the city. I just dont understand how they get so much peanut butter packed in one cookie. They are the softest, warmest most peanut buttery cookies ive had. Oh and if you really want to take it up a notch heat then up.a little and add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream in top. YOU'RE WELCOME 😊

I love insomnia cookies. The cookies here are always warm and delicious. The only down side to this location is the line that starts to form at around 1 am and then you have to wait in line for a little while for a cookie and the store is not very big so you stand outside but the staff is friendly so I would recommend going here.

These cookies are so dank u gotta wait in line and the line goes outside the door. My favorite is the chocolate mint cookie. They have good choices to pick from and its awesome how long these things stay warm for. These cookies are baked to perfection and its awesome how late you can get them.

First time getting Insomnia Cookies and I wasn’t disappointed! I got the peanut butter chip cookie sandwich with salted caramel ice cream in the middle and it was a pretty good combination!

The place is small and popular so we were crammed in making our order but it was well worth the wait. The cookies are warm and gooey and they sell milk which hits just the right spot. The wait time was not unreasonable given when we came in. They are open late which makes it really nice. Parking can be a pain so bring a ride along to go in while you wait in the car and make life easier for yourself. I will be going back next cheat day.

I must have been the only one in our group to not get something unappetizing. Not sure how you mess up vanilla but it was not good. Neither were the peanut butter cookies. My chocolate ice cream was good as was my chocolate chip cookie even though I ordered sugar.

The cookies you can get here are quite scrumptious. They have many more unique kinds of cookies beyond the classic chocolate chip cookie or the sugar cookie. They also sell quite a few different kinds of yummy ice cream flavors. My friend and I were able to get our half dozen cookies extremely quickly after ordering them. Furthermore, the person on the cash register was extremely kind and patient with my friend. It is a place I will go to again.

So excited to see another location. When I lived near Athens and would venture down court street this was a perfect snack spot. The cookies are always, ALWAYS, warm and fresh. This location held up the same standards what I have previously encountered. The prices are great for the size and freshness of the cookies. They also deliver the cookies up until 3am. :)

Fantastic idea and who said you can’t be a capitalist and charge $5 for a milk. I guess the cookies are cheap enough...my only complaint is and I know I may be in the minority - I don’t think they cook them long enough. Oh yeah, and the old location was more mysterious to me and I enjoyed the experience over the increase in space at the new place.

Cookies are always very good and delivery has been spot on until tonight. I’m assuming this delivery driver was new, ended up being pretty late, said our order was delivered before it actually was, and sat outside very confused at bringing them to our door. By the time we got them they were pretty cold and we had to run around outside to find the guy. Spot on food- delivery leaves something to be desired.

I don’t see the hype about how the cookies are amazing. They are made from frozen dough and they are just okay. I personally would expect something a little bit more interesting from a place that sells exclusively cookies. However, they aren’t bad either and the prices are reasonable.

The cookies are always cold once I get them, I remember when I used to get warm, fresh cookies delivered in a reasonable amount of time never extending over 2hrs

My true rating would be about 3 & 1/2 stars. The cookies and other items are okay, but nothing special. The truth is, the experienced that accompany going to this place is why I like it. I love that they’re open so late! It’s let me and my friends have many fun midnight trips downtown to get ice cream, instead of going to Kroger instead. Parking for it can be a massive nightmare, however... we usually end up walking kind of far, which can be scary considering it’s at night downtown. I enjoy it enough to spare some time for a trip every once and a while though.

They were unloading their truck and an employee was rude in asking us not to stand in front of the door. Then a female staff behind the counter was rolling her eyes and had the whole yuck face going at another employee. That most definitely was a bad vibe...

The cookies are fantastic. I love the premium cookies in particular (s'mores is my favorite). They even deliver, for very reasonable rates. I definitely partook far too often in grad school. The only reason they don't get five stars is because it was not uncommon for my cookies to arrive cold, which was very disappointing when I lived only two miles away.

Very friendly staff, great presentation of available products, fantastic cookies, wonderful aroma in the car all the way home on I70 so we could wash our hands before trying them. Employee we saw was wearing a mask. We wore ours. One caution: no cash transactions. Only plastic.

I have been to this location before and had a really good experience! The staff is very helpful and nice! The front door has a steep step that makes it hard for people with disabilities to enter from. But there is wheelchair accessible entry through the back. The space inside is a bit small but there are a few high chairs to sit and eat at.

Love the cookies and love how late they stay open and deliver. I want to know why when I tip them 20% ahead of time they don't come to my door and I have to walk outside and find them. Sometimes they don't even get out of their car. Every other restaurant that delivers brings it to my apartment so why is this business struggling to do that?

Small shop, just grab and go stuff. Their "cookiewich" (ice cream sandwiches) are great, but beware the SIZE of a deluxe. It's a 2-3 serving type deal for most people. The place is a tad pricey but their cookies are pretty dang delicious, especially the fresh ones out of the oven. Smores cookie was great!
