Clean store and delicious cookies! These are the best cookies I have ever had in my life, no joke! I absolutely loved this week’s Lemon Cupcake, as it was so lemony! The strawberry pop tart was also so incredible. Crumbl cookie is a must stop every time we are in Columbus!

I have heard so much about Crumbl, I had to try it. We purchased a four pack which gave me a good variety. I am not a huge coconut fan, so I was super surprised that my favorite was the cowboy. The cookie had so much going on, but was nicely balanced. I was also surprised that I wasn't impressed with the milk chocolate chip. The cookie base was not flavorful and the milk chocolate pieces seemed waxy. I'm glad I went, but not sure if I would go again.

Just ordered myself a treat and had been waiting for the return of The Banana and shortbread. The delivery was prompt and the cookies packaged beautifully, they were still cool since the cookie has a pudding and banana slice. I will definitely recommend these as a treat or to send as a gift.

The cookies are great considering the price, however; I will never order for pickup (curbside) at the Eastern location (wasn't thinking about it being a Saturday). I scheduled to pick up between 8:30 and 9:00 and after I checked in it still took 45 minutes to get my cookies. They were hot and fresh and the young man who brought them out was extremely polite!!

i've had the confetti cake and classic oatmeal before, now the pecan pie. i think the size and presentation is always great, but actual taste is a little lacking. this pecan pie cookie is just a thick, bland, shortbread type sugar cookie with a flavorless, gritty pecan topping. i say gritty because it's literally sandy with uncooked sugar. the only flavor note is occasional nutty pecan and that's surprising considering how generous the serving of pecan pieces is ! i want so much to love these cookies because the flavor concepts are always so appealing. i think there's just great focus on presentation and not enough on taste. ALSO the wait is consistently crazy. the first time i went, i had to walk out after waiting a while and attempting a couple times to use the self checkout, just to realize it wasnt working. btw confetti cake was tasty, just not a fan of cream cheese frosting and i was so excited for an oatmeal cookie sans raisins, but it was dry. a little moister and maybe a white confectioner's drizzle on top would have been chef's kiss in my book. all to say, each cookie i've tried could have used a little tweak to make it worth reordering.

It's a lovely place and I really like being able to see the people work with the cookies, ice and make the dough but they seems so overworked as the place is almost always packed and the workers try so hard but they seem understaffed. The employees are so helpful and work as fast as they can so please be kind to them.

I love Crumbl cookies! I usually have a great experience at this location although I went and purchased a four pack which included the Kentucky butter cake cookie I was very excited to try! To my surprise the cookie was very SALTY. I called the location to inform them about the situation and the associate told me there wasn’t anything they could do for me because they use salted butter on top and the salt varies depending on how much butter is added 🤷🏾‍♀️ I only asked for it to be replaced but she said nothing could be done for me and sorry… definitely won’t be finishing that cookie..

Crumbl was extremely busy tonight! They had at least twenty people in the store waiting on cookies, not to mention all the curbside orders. The workers never stopped! They were running around making cookies and icing, running orders outside, and to customers inside. I know they were behind, but it wasn’t for lack of effort! Great job filling orders as fast as you could! I never knew so many people order cookies at 9pm on a Friday! lol 😆 🍪 🍪🍪 And the cookies taste amazing!

Their cookies are large and yummy! Large enough that you could split one. They have 5 or 6 varieties for a week and then they change them for the next week. Most varieties they serve warm. I had the classic chocolate chip cookie and it was great! They don't have any tables or chairs to sit and eat. It's carry out or delivery only.

Bought these for a special occasion and I ordered chocolate chip, oatmeal, peanut butter, sugar, and brownie and we enjoyed every last crumb. The cookies were large which was a joyful delight. We highly recommend for class parties, special occasions and more. Delicious!

Over 7 people working at once and we had to wait over 20 mins for a cookie to bake and cool. One employee had an attitude about it when no one wanted to switch cookies. I'm not sure how no one notices you're getting low on a cookie when you have that many peole working at once. Cookies were good and the store seemed clean.

I love these cookies, we literally visit every week. But the pickup process at this location is horrible. I regret coming every time. I've been in line for almost an hour at this point and the app has only moved me from position #5 to #3 in that time for my order pickup. You schedule a pickup time only to have to wait an extra 30-40 mins when you arrive at that time. I know it's a small operation but even my teenager said today it's just not worth it anymore. I'd almost rather pay the outrageous delivery fee to avoid the inconvenience. The crazy part is there is zero hustle on the part of the staff despite the lobby being full and there being a large line outside. I hope they figure it out soon.

The pick-up process and flow/organization needs A LOT of improvement - my timed pick up order was a hour late and I'm used to seeing people wrapped in a line around the store and out the doors waiting for their orders for more than 15min minimum every single time I'm in their building.

I love crumbl cookies and they are always good. Today was absurd, waited over 20+ mins for a order placed on the app. There were 15-20 people waiting for online orders. People we're leaving, people were getting mad, and delivery drivers were having to cancel orders due to the wait. They were not adequately staffed for a Saturday afternoon. All of the workers were miserable and obviously didn't want to be there. Gave it 3 stars because crumbl cookies are always good, but next time I'll go to the new Albany location.

I Placed a curbside order on the app when I arrived a staff member came out and said there was a cookie that was just coming out the oven I asked how much longer it would be he went in to ask and came back to the door and gave me 5 fingers for what I assumed 5 minutes 15 minutes go by and a manager comes out believe his name was Matt he then told me the apple pie cookie wasn’t ready and needed to sit 45 minutes I asked him why the other staff member told me 5 minutes he apologized and stated the staff had something’s happen in the morning that were out of their control which I get things happen these aren’t your average cookies so I get the higher cost for them but when you pay for something you expect to get what you paid for $32 and a $5 tip and I didn’t get what I wanted first experience wasn’t what I was expecting at all the manager did include a free cookie on top of the dozen I paid for
