Why did they have the HOT sign on at 930pm? Why do that to me!??!! I quickly made a U turn in the middle of the road to get those hot and soft doughnuts. Love, love, love, this place the donuts are always fresh . The staff is always friendly and give great customer service. The only problem I have here is I could eat a whole box to myself . Warm glaze is my favorite, they melt in your mouth with every bite. Keep a look out they always put out coupons for a dozen donuts . I highly recommend this place if you need to feed your donut craving.

Not very impressed with this location. Came here to get my friend a free dozen for her birthday. We went inside since we weren’t sure how the free dozen worked. We stood at the counter and watched 5-6 employees all stare at us for 5 minutes before asking if we needed anything. Then I inquired about the free dozen for my friend and she said we would have to have the app to redeem. My friend said “no problem, I can download it in a few minutes and come back up”. The lady said that wouldn’t work since it’s not an immediate thing. Since I wasn’t sure how any of this would play out, I asked if my friend could show proof of her birthday, but the lady said no it’s app only. Thankfully another customer came in and heard our situation and bought my friend a dozen. So thank you to that very sweet lady for doing that! We also made a pit stop to the restrooms and no toilet paper.. yikes. Anyway, the drive thru would’ve been the better option but it is what it is.

If you want great service don’t go there. Go to Knox Abbott Drive location. If you want to order a variety don’t go there bc the order will not be straight no matter how many repeats you say. Best doughnuts ever!

The ONLY other donuts that I’ve tasted, in 60+ years, that were close to Krispy Kreme’s taste and freshness was Voodoo donuts in Portland OR. They however were akin to going to Disneyland which is awesome but Krispy Kreme is like going to Heaven. We love you Krispy Kreme, with your heavenly delights !

Why stay open until 11:00 PM if you run out of doughnuts before 9:00 PM? I went in to order a dozen classic doughnuts, and the worker said they were out. I said fine, then an assorted dozen, and he said they are out of them too. All that was left were Cinnabons, no thanks, that is not what I came for.

We stopped late tonight on a six hour drive home for donuts and coffee (also kids needed a place to pee). Staff were nice and professional. The donuts were warm and coffee was great, my daughter even got a couple free donut holes!

This location is okay. Surprisingly, some of the Halloween donuts had a bitter taste, due to the frosting. I thought that maybe my taste buds were off, but the kids said they noticed the same thing... disappointing.

This use to be a great location but this staff needs to really be reevaluated. Last two visits have been not so great. First one I let slide this one not so much. Had no original doughnuts then a terrible attitude when I was shocked they had zero original glazed doughnuts. All three workers had some hood conversation going at the window and for some reason when serving me I was not as entertaining. Dear owner Don't ruin this great spot by tolerating hood behavior. Send these folks to chic fil a for training.

Good store. Helpful service. Little booboo with the coffee...the young girl wanted to give us our coffee fast (trying to please us) so she made a new pot of coffee but gave us the very two first cups out of the maker instead of the pot. The coffee was too strong. But kudos for the effort!

Hot, fresh donuts all day long here. Never much of a wait time and the employees provide good service. Beware of the crazy parking lot situation. Not that they can't help it, just follow along the side of the building by the Firestone and you'll see where to pull up for the drive thru. Pretty good iced coffee here too and never overpriced.

It's Krispy Kreme, so you know the donuts are good. The service is polite and friendly, which isn't something I expect anymore. A pleasant treat. Did I mention they are Kosher approved? The store is actually up to standard, not just the food.

Would have been a 5 star review until I was skipped over in line because I was waiting at the doughnut case. I guess I stood there so long as the only person in there before getting helped they thought I just enjoyed the smell of it. The customer that walked in behind me certainly got helped as soon as she walked in about 8 minutes after I did. I go there every Friday for work so maybe the next time it will be a bit better and I can update this.

I love Krispy Keene donuts and really look forward to coming to my hometown for some Krispy Kreme. The service is a 5 star. My donuts are a 3 star. KRISPY KREME WHERE'S THE REST OF MY DONUT?!? Do you know how far I come for these? And to pay about $10 for a dozen to have mini donuts. Very disappointing! I'm Hurt!

I haven't been to this Krispy Kreme in quite some time, drive by it often, and decided to splurge this morning and get some Christmas doughnuts. Ordered at the drive thru. Got home and was a bit surprised. I can remember when a dozen doughnuts filled the box. And, some of the Christmas doughnuts made me wonder who is in the kitchen. Hope they taste better than they look. Wanted to share a pic, but couldn't.

I order cinnamon twist donuts one night and the guy didnt like how they came out so he gave them to me and my friend for free. They were nice and warm and fresh and great. I would definitely recommend this place. Their donuts are to die for and the experience there was nice!

Traveling through the lovely city of Colombia we stumbled upon this well-known bakery for some delicious coffee and donuts. We came in with high expectations. Everything was winter wonderland-themed and festive except for the lady who attended us. She definitely didn't want to be there and never made an effort to smile and spoke the least she could. Fortunately we didn't let it get to us and assumed she was just having a bad day so we went on with our stay. The lounge area was caked with donut frosting and sprinkles, making it hard to stay that long.

The "hot" sign is always in but these donuts are like warm or cold. The donuts have gotten smaller and smaller, especially the original glaze. A dozen doesn't even fill the box any more. The customer service oce is always good and that's one of the reasons I attend this location.

Went into the Krispy Kreme store (110 Clemson Rd) this morning. It was very packed because if the 81st birthday. The crew and manager working we're very nice and pleasant. On person in particular (Matthew) he was very curtious, helped me with my transaction and the use if the mobile app. I really appreciated him for that. I would have told the manger then but it was very packed and everyone was really busy. I tried to call to talk to a manager and all I got was a recording.

This location is great for most things. I have two issues with them: 1) they keep the "Hot" sign constantly lit rather than using it properly, 2) what ever happened to maple bars? They can't tell you.

Always always always have trouble giving an order at drive thru. I think it's the equipment as the faces always change. Krispy you should get 5 stars, not 3....where is the head office with good decisions? And now I gave given up waiting for my coffee, because they didn't have any ready. It was just going to be a few minutes to wait on them to brew coffee at 9 AM on a Saturday, really? I got sick of being that guy with the complicated order in the drive-through so I drove off, I hope someone inside enjoys the free coffee.

The store is always clean, employee's friendly, even though you can tell that car wash next door is the devil with the dryers running all day, personally for a store that doesn't make it's donuts (so how can they control how much filling goes into a donut, common sense people not a production store) it's a good store to go in and relax while you wait for your meds to be filled or car to get done being serviced. love the couches, wifi, and power outlets close at hand
