My only complaint is they were too expensive. I feel like I paid for part of the electric bill for 6 cookies tote warmed when I could do that on my own at home. I would come back if I am really craving that double chocolate chunk because it really was life changing.. The place was clean, the staff looked like they hated their jobs, and the ice cream wasn't amazing. I would try this place at least once though.

There was nothing special about the cookies. I tried the oatmeal raisin, double chocolate mint, and snickerdoodle... I really liked the double chocolate mint. We ordered delivery but the status never updated. After waiting for some time, it still stated the order was being prepared. We called and were informed the cookies had been delivered. Someone placed the cookies on the ground outside and didn't think to knock or ring the doorbell.

Good variety of cookies and I stay open until 2 a. M. Only thing is the cook is a very expensive unless they have a special going on and don't even think about buying the milk. But if you have a sweet tooth late at night this is the place to go. They also sell ice cream and ice cream cookie sandwiches.

Went to order chocolate chip cookies & the young guy at the register told me that there would be a 13 minute wait, which I was fine with. 5 minutes later he hands me another person's order & tells me that they cancelled, & that the cookies are still hot & fresh. I understand he wanted to reduce my wait time, but my mind was set on hot cookies, which the ones he gave me were not. It's okay though.

Usually not a fan of cookie places but this place was amazing. A woman with blonde hair was very friendly and nice the whole time. Just for the service alone is enough for me to come back. Oh, the cookies were good too

This was my first time having insomnia cookies. Not bad at all. At one of the specialty cookies and it was very soft and gooey in the middle. Like it wasn't baked all the way through. Since I've never had them before, I don't know if this is the usual or mine just wasn't baked enough. But the brownie was great so I'll definitely be back again to give them another try.

Great for a late night treat since it's one of the only places around that stay open truly late that isn't a fast food chain. I love the peanut butter chunk cookies! And the brownies are amazing too. Give it a shot!

Amazing cookies, and I used to be a regular here and ordered often, but recently the staff has been extremely unkind. After a mistake that was, I admit, a mistake on my part, the woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely condescending, interrupting me several times, and made me feel like she was belittling me because I had selected the wrong address and wanted to know what other options I had in terms of a possible refund or nothing at all, which also would have been okay.

Definitely not a place to go everyday. If you think about how much it costs them to make that cookie or how much you can buy a pick of cookies for (which I know I know it’s not the same but...) it makes you see how expensive it actually is. It’s a great place to go every once in a while or if you’re having cookie craving. The cookies were absolutely delicious and very rich. will be back (:

The cookies were delicious but there are some customer service concerns. The driver couldn't find my office, so three hours after they were supposed to be delivered and I had left work, he called and said he'd deliver them the next day to be sure they arrived warm. Then, when I got them today (warm and delicious), the receipt was taped to the box. It was clear they were a birthday gift, so they probably shouldn't have a receipt attached.

The cookies are amazing! I wasn't super impressed about the carry-out options for the ice cream cookie-wiches though, because mine melted on the way back to my destination and became very messy. The hours are great and the service was decent. They need to amp up their efficiency a bit though, because we did end up waiting a few minutes to be served because of slow staff.

This was my second visit due to there caramel cookie. My very first caramel cookie on my first visit was awesome. This time, something was different about it. I didn't enjoy it. It either had too much butter or too much oil. There was a lot of oil left on the box liner. I was disappointed. I couldn't eat the rest of the cookie. I also got the oatmeal chocolate walnut cookie. That cookie was ok. A person that loves chocolate would love the chocolate on the inside of the cookie. Both cookies were over $7. I will try the caramel cookie again in the future, but no time soon. Like I said, my first caramel cookie was awesome. To make my cookie experience worse. i got a ticket for forgetting to feed the meter. The location is good for people who like Five Points. Parking is terrible.

This place has always done right by me! They always deliver my cookies fresh, warm and quickly. Tonight they accidentally switched out my order (with the same number of cookies but different types) with someone else with the same last name and I didn’t call in to complain or even tell them (because honestly I like all of their cookies so it wasn’t a big deal) but they sent someone back about an hour later to deliver my exact cookies. I have extensive training and education in customer service and the restaurant business and that is top notch customer service!

I work across the street and I order cookies from here all the time. They even deliver to my house out in West Columbia. The cookies are usually still hot, they make them fresh for every order. You can earn cookie dough points and earn free cookies. The people are super nice and they can always find my house (which is hard to find). I love this place but I'm getting fat and I blame them.

Cookies are awesome but the last 3 times I have been to this location they are out of the type if cookies I want. Then I pick another and they are out of that too. I never go at the same time of day it has been different times and they were not busy at all. Every time I go I always bring friends, i have talked up the cookies and everyone is excited to get yummy cookies. Then we are all let down because they are out of cookies. Not sure I will be back. Very sad day indeed.

Wasn't too impressed here. The perks for me were: being open late (they close at 3a.m.), they deliver, the sugar cookie was great and they carry strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Serving size for the price....just didn't match up to me.

Delicious cookies! Always warm when you pick up a Togo order.. and very friendly staff. There is also a convenient parking lot across the street if metered spots are full (must pay, but cheap). And they deliver downtown

Would you like diabetes? Yes? Well then this place is for you. The cookies are delicious, soft, they melt in your mouth. You want more because they are perfect. They deliver and this is a terrible thing because this means they can come to you as you continue to swell to 300 lbs and require no movement what-so ever. The reality is this place is delicious and if you haven't tried them yet, get the s'mores cookie you will not regret it even if your body does.

Delicious cookies for any sweet tooth. The downsides? Poor parking (It's Five Points, so parking is bad) and it's fairly expensive. Cookies are over $1 each. I mean they're good but c'mon. It's a treat, not a staple.

If you're nearby, actually visit the store. Everything is fresh! They're open relatively late, so this place is always an option. For deliveries, there are sometimes issues with missing cookies. I think this has to do with the store being out of a specific type, but they always reduce the price to fix that problem. Five stars!

Amazing job... I’m wqs home visiting on leave from Louisiana and I started craving cookies... the prices were high but it was well worth it not to mention the delivery time said 25-35 minutes but seems like they came in 10 and my cookies were nice and hot.

I order from this location frequently but it is often hit or miss. A few times the milks I've ordered have been forgotten. Once, I was promised a credit for a free milk to my account (via phone with customer service) and yet never saw anything more about it nor did I receive it upon my next order. Today, I ordered a pint of ice cream and recieved half a pint of ice cream. No one called to let me know or to ask me if maybe I'd prefer another flavor. $8 for half a pint plus extra for m&ms. Really disappointed by this service. I'd suggest steering clear of ordering delivery from this company.

These cookies are hands down AMAZING! I went with a classic line up that included chocolate chunk, sugar, peanut butter, and macadamia nut. They were fresh out the oven. I literally had goey melted chocolate dripping from the cookie when I broke it in half. It was like something out of a commercial! Pleasant staff at this particular location as well!
