Using DoorDash, I ordered the Skinny Zesty Egg White: egg whites, Turkey sausage, Swiss cheese and sun dried tomato spread on a skinny wheat bagel. My order arrived on time. The bag came stapled and my sandwich was hot. The sandwich was delicious! Will definitely order through DoorDash again!

I enjoyed Bruegger's Bagels last weekend on a Sunday morning after a big football game Saturday night. It was my second visit to Bruegger's and I was so happy with my first experience I wanted to go back. Tasty food, friendly service, reasonable prices. They make the breakfast sandwiches fresh, right in front of you which takes time, so it's a bit of a wait. On both occasions there was a line to order... but there wouldn't be a line if the food wasn't really good, so I think that in itself is an endorsement. And if I'm being completely candid... it's worth the wait. There is seating in the store although I do see a lot of folks take theirs to go. This is my new go to breakfast spot in Columbia.

Love this place. The staff is super friendly. Service is quick and the food is so delicious. I always get the farmhouse bagel. The peppered cream cheese paired with the cheesy hash brown bagel omg it’s next level! Definitely give this place a try the next time you’re in the forest acres area.

I ordered the ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel and decided to add avocado for $.80 extra. Then I added the little hash brown bake, which was OK and then got a bottle of simply orange juice. My total came out to $12 for all of it. For $12 it was all right. The size of the bagel was normal. However, the ingredients on the bagel are a little slim. And the hash brown bake was very small and not that great. I don’t recommend adding that for an extra dollar. The atmosphere was good and they did also have coffee. I would not make a special trip here only because I live so far. But it is a nice place to grab a small bite to eat if you’re on this side of town.

Sure, the parking lot is a bit small, and sure sometimes (Saturday mornings in particular) the line can be pretty long - but they have GREAT bagels - easily one of the best quick stops for breakfast in Forest Acres! The staff has always been lovely and can be a real pleasure if you say hi!

I eat here 2 to 3 mornings every week. The staff is lovely. The bagels and the combinations they offer are mouth watering. Prices are very reasonable. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The best fresh bagels. The best tasting decaf HOT, fresh coffee. And a plus…I love Ms. Beatrice. She’s a “no nonsense, let me focus on getting your food accurate and to you fast” type of person. She listens, she’s prompt, she’s accurate and she’s a very hard worker. The hustle and bustle of running and preparing food in a fast paced restaurant can be overwhelming so I have to throw in the hellos with smiles…thank you’s…I appreciate you’s…last time the food was on point…I like coming here and I thank you for that. I hope Brueggers appreciates her very well. To all the customers that say the staff may come off a little less friendly…I immediately put myself in their shoes, look around and realize it’s not easy and that “less friendly” vibe can be easily turned around by saying Hi with a smile, thank you with a smile and how good the food/service is… instead of just placing your order demands. 🤷🏾‍♀️

This was our 2nd time there. The 1st was a Sunday morning (it was packed) and this time was mid-afternoon. Both times the ladies in there were so sweet! They didn't rush us and they were very patient with my son (who is in a wheelchair.) The bagels are great. They don't skimp on the fillings and help you chose if you're not quite sure what you're in the mood for. As has been my experience in other places. here they don't get upset or aggravated if you ask to substitute something or leave something off. Over all a good experience and we will be going back.

Good bagels they just hardly answer and then put you on hold forever. I hung up and called back and they then took my order like what? I had just been waiting 10mins. They do get busy and the DoorDash option is shut off as well most of the time in the mornings. Inconvenient for people that hate huge crowds and long lines plus the small parking lot small! Be ready to wait long and sometimes don’t bother even calling it’s a waste and creates frustration.

Overall I have been very satisfied with Brueggers, but the last few times I have been disappointed. One time I asked to have my bagel toasted and it was not. A couple of times recently the person who prepared my order used about half the amount of cream cheese as normal.

My GF loves this place, she always gets the same thing & it's always done the exact same way, PERFECTLY. She loves the Smoked Salmon on an everything bagel with a medium hot hazelnut coffee. She couldn't be more elated with the flavors.

I’m giving 5 stars because Maria & Jasmine saved the day on 08/09/21. On 08/07 I pre-ordered 2 dozen assorted bagels split and toasted for a 6:30 am pick up. The cashier wrote down my order. She spoke with another employee who told her “ we don’t typically toast that many bagels.” When I asked if that applies to pre-orders, she shrugged her shoulders. I offered to pay in advance and she declined. The cashier grabbed her note in such a way that I suspected she was going to crumple it and throw it away. When I showed up at 6:30 on Monday, guess what was not waiting for me? Maria jumped right in and began putting my order together. She never said a word about toasting or not toasting. She simply took care of it. Once Jasmine finished what she was working on in the back, she jumped in to help Maria. I appreciate the way Maria worked to accommodate my order and the teamwork of both ladies to get me out the door ASAP. Without them, my review would have been only 1 star. It’s a shame their coworker put them in that position so early on a Monday morning. Good job Maria and Jasmine! Thank you.

Got the deluxe with salmon and avocado on an everything bagel. And a coffee. Kind of pricey but good. Good for a one off, but don't see myself going very often as I can just go to the grocery and make the same thing.

I love love love this place. It's called brueggers bagels for a reason. Everything is mostly bagel. But it's a SANDWICH bagel shop 😍. And it's delicious. You can choose your bagel and what goes in between. You can also buy a whole bag of the type you want. I would give them 5 stars but they only stay open till 3 😟, another reason you might want to buy a bag of bagels.

My new go to place for bagels in Columbia! The specials are s little pricey, but if you're just looking for a bagel and cream cheese, it's pretty reasonable. Nice atmosphere, good food, and amazing coconut coffee! Definitely would recommend!

Nothing beats a fresh toasted bagel and a cup of hot coffee when I'm in town for an appointment. I can always rely on Bruegger's to be the place for me to grab a quick bite to start my day off right. I especially appreciate this location because it's convenient and the service is quick and polite no matter how busy they are on any given day.

An oasis in a bagel desert. Fresh, real boiled bagels are toasted to order and topped with a number of good (sweet or savory) offerings. Service is friendly and efficient. If buy for the week put the in plastic and chill. They are real and show age quickly.

This is a really nice place to come and have breakfast they have good coffee great Bagels and bagel sandwiches. The restaurants pretty clean and customer service is pretty friendly. This is a very popular place and there's always a lot of people coming in and out of here but the wait's never really that long, the employees work pretty fast behind the counter

There are not many places to go for a good bagel and that makes a triip to Bruegger's all the more fun. They closed the one in Lexington, but this is a fine shop with good choices, helpful staff and generally good service except when it gets very busy. Love the light cream cheese and they make delicious sandwiches. It would be nice for them to be open later, but people seem to want a sub at later hours. So meet friends for breakfast or brunch.

Never call in! The reason I say this is because whenever I call in a breakfast order they never get the bagels right! I always ask for a Everything Bagel and on more than one occasion they get it wrong, they always for some reason give me Asiago. I don't know what their deal is with giving me that type of bagel, don't get me wrong, Asiago is good in it's own right, but I'm more of a Everything Bagel person. I would give them 5 stars but this has happened several times. Get it right guys, like its not quantum physics. They even say it back and always say the right bagels, but never get them right!

Very average place. Charges ludicrous prices but service is what you’d expect in a fast food restaurant. I work nearby so I go sometimes for lunch but otherwise I’d never come here. Ordering system is confusing and several customers were served before me even though I was standing right by the line.

I'm from NJ sooo lol. Long story short you aren't getting many bagel shops in the south. This place is a good compromise I guess. Staff is great.
