Well, I had been wanting to cream filled Krispy Kreme Donut for a while. So Friday 3-24-2024 we drove 1 1/2 hours to get a donut. Couldn't wait to bite into the donut. What no cream, we must have gotten glazed by mistake. Then in the last bite some cream. 3 hour drive for glazed donuts with one bite of cream. Won't do that again. Was so disappointed.

Donuts are good especially hot! Service not good. Been here multiple times and after every thank you, you give there is none in return and no greeting to start with. They get in no hurry to help you.

Ordered online for neighbor gifts. Would have given 5 stars however not a single employee acknowledged me while I waited 20 minutes to pickup my order that was already sitting by the front counter. Had to interrupt someone as they walked away and loudly say can I just grab my order there please... as I left another group of people eating inside said wow, that was sitting there when we got here. 5 halloween dozen boxes, so easy to know it was my order. I get it that they are busy, but maybe just say hi, we'll be right with you. Would have made the world of difference. Otherwise, the donuts were perfect and the neighbors loved it. Super cute halloween boxes too.

Having a Krispy Kreme near you is a wonderful thing and this location always performs above and beyond for me. I've only had one bad experience but it wasn't the employee's fault, it was the ice cream machine having issues which was completely fine. The employees all tried but weren't able to get it to work and they refunded me. I highly recommend to come and check this location out, it's great.

We've taken to stopping here on Saturday nights for hot donuts! They're always good and we normally just get glazed, but their other donuts are great too! The staff is always prompt and friendly, they could upgrade their credit card machine but otherwise top notch.

I had just gotten off a long shift from TJ Maxx and all I wanted was a Triple Espresso Machiato from Krisp and Kreme. I placed the order at the speaker as usual, I had a bit of a hard time understanding what they were saying, but all is well. I was almost pulled up to the window when my blood ran cold. My vision started to fail me, and I could hear the distant cries of 1,000,000 damned souls. Needless to say, I was petrified. I could still hear the honking of impatient drivers behind me, enraged that I had slammed on my breaks in the drive thru line, but the shrieks of eternal damnation seized my corporal form in all manner of ways. I was weightless, but at the same time, the sins of 10,000 years of debauchery and conquest were an unbearable weight. As I was enveloped in fear, an ethereal voice, not unlike the blissful notes of a piano, rose triumphently over the cacophony. When I refocused my gaze, a figure stood before me. To say it was a spirit, even an angel, would not encompass its great righteousness. I saw its form, but I would be unable to account for its physical appearance with mere words alone. Not one of us would be able to understand. Even I, who bore witness that day, will ever fully understand what was seen, not in our limited, human existence. It spoke to me, wordlessly, without a mouth. "Thy ways are wicked. Pleasure is temporary. It thrives, and then rots away into nothingness, surely as thou will in the realm of the damned. Make not haste. Turn your eyes toward the Lord and His beloved son, the Lion of Judah, the Lamb of God. Thou hast been made aware. Go now." I'm not sure how much time had passed until I awoke. I was still in the Krisp and Kreme drive thru, but it was well into the morning hours, and the store had closed hours before. I am thankful for this experience. I was given an opportunity very few others are blessed to ever have; spoken word directly from God. As I sat there reliving the occurance, the joy and determination I felt soon turned into curious concern. Why me? Why was I chosen? Was I a prophet? Regardless, I heard what was said to me. I made no haste. I left the Krisp and Kreme parking lot, determined to turn myself away from carnal pleasures like Triple Espresso Machiattos and towards the light of God. 10/10 I saw the face of God in the Krispy Kreme drive thru.

Noel and I enjoyed a mother daughter day especially after the horrible past 11 wks. After lunch at Thai Elephant, Noel and I decided to get a Donut for Dessert. We went specifically for one of their three new Carnival Flavors. Our choices were Caramel Apple, Cotton Candy or Caramel Popcorn..i took the first Noel the 2nd, neither chose the popcorn one...it looked okay but.... The caramel apple had the flavor, looked lovely but tasted like this Avon Chap stick Noel used to own!!! The cotton candy was exactly as advertised....sugary spun sugar sweet Both were good, I just could eat everyday....what do you think? Tried them yet? Update: June 18, 2022 Krispy Kreme Donuts are a real treat for us. Whenever we are in the area we stop especially if the HOT sign is on cause my grandkids love to watch the donuts come off the conveyer belt. Tonight we stopped and my grandson got his favorite a strawberry sprinkle donut and my grand daughter got hers, chocolate sprinkles. They were very happy!! Great memory maker that brings tons of smiles, yummy to their tummies for only a few dollars!!! Can't beat that with a stick!!!

Edit: I was contacted after my email and received a genuine apology and I’m waiting to receive a coupon through the mail to come visit again and redo my dozen donuts. Thank you for caring about your guests Krispy Kreme! Visited there 11/02 at 3:58 PM. Went through the drive through and the lady kept telling me to speak up. She kept relaying my order wrong even though I spoke louder each try. I thought we finally got it right so I pulled up to the window and paid and got my box. When I got home it said I had ordered a lemon filled donut along with my raspberry filled ones. I considered it no big deal if they got one donut wrong. but when I bit into one of them there was nothing inside of them.. Not sure if it was a mistake out of miscommunication or spite.

Just before 9pm on a Saturday night and they were all out of most of their selection. I thought that was pretty bad... But the ones they did have were good! Glazed and Cheesecake. Maybe we will go back maybe not. Can get the same selection of their donuts at Speedway or Kroger... Disappointing... Would have given them a 5 stars rating if they were better prepared for the Saturday night rush hour. They had the hot fresh donut light on and they weren't hot at all either.

Tried the Key Lime donut today.....it was good. Pina colada donut wasn't as good. My granddaughter loved the island time donut. We drive there from Wayne because there isn't a store closer to us. I just wish we could get there at a time when the hot light is on.

Stopped for the experience of watching the donuts being made! Start to finish it was so fun to watch and enjoying a donut afterwards was the cherry on top. I asked my son what he wanted to do for his birthday and he asked to visit Krispy Kreme! Could of had a better experience with the clerk that checked us out. Felt rushed and seemed to be taking up her time. Still a positive experience and will be returning!

Just stopped in to my local Krispy Kreme doughnut shop. As I walked in the door to get some fresh delicious donuts. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello and a friendly smell. As I selected my donuts out we made small talk and made a quick mention of how I worked up at the hospital during these crazy days. I walked up to counter to pay for my donuts. The manager said he would like to make a donation to the hospital and said no charge. I would like to think the Krispy Kreme crew of South Charleston West Virginia for making our crazy day seem a little more normal with A tasty treat.

I give this place 3 stars, because of the service! The doughnuts were awesome!! The night shift was horribly cold, short, and unfriendly. My husband and I went inside. I had to repeat my order 4 times to the gentleman, simply because he just was not paying attention, and he cut me off in mid sentence and asked "are you getting a dozen?" Which I said yes. He rolled his eyes, and for them, and asked me yet again what else I wanted.... He was so rude when we checked out as well, which my husband did not appreciate in the slightest. We told him to have a very nice day, with a smile and it was as though we were staring at a wall the entire time we were waited on by him... The only time my husband and I will be going back, is in the day time, when there is a different shift. Hopefully they will be warmer and welcoming then, and hopefully employees will actually be attentive to the doughnuts while they are going through and not being on their cell phones, letting them stick and burn only to be wasted.

Everytime I order a mixed dozen of doughnuts they always charge me wrong & have refund the over charge. I end up with 1/2 dozen free doughnuts. But have to wait a week on refund lol.

Doughnuts are great. The parking lot can be a little rough when the plaza is busy, but otherwise not too bad at all. Been thru there a couple times when the kids working the the drive thru weren't so friendly or helpful. But the rest of the time they are ok.

a few weeks back I got me the new nutella donuts drive thru and they were in a bag all the icing stuck inside on the bag . I wrote the company and made a complain that with those donuts they need to be in a box , received a reply a few days later that they fixed it and the management of this store will contact me . Well I never got a call . Today going thru drive thru I mentioned this to Kaycee , she was shocked that I haven't got a call and made more then needed up to me for the managers shortfall , big shout out to Kaycee the donuts were great , she should get a raise or a promotion , she did right by me.

Krispy Kreme is the best! I was traveling to West Virginia and stopped to get some doughnuts for my team that had never tried them. I was a bit disappointed to see that the doughnuts cost about 50 cents more per dozen than they do in Alabama. Not sure why...I would think they would be the same or even cheaper, but apparently not.
