Really impressed w/ these bagel sandwiches!! Especially the Carrot Lox (vegan sandwich) . Vegan cream cheese was fabulous. I will go back to Willows just for the cream cheese. I seriously could not tell the difference!! Much different than other vegan cream cheeses I have tried. My fiance loved the Rufus Steak and egg bagel very much as well. We will definitely be back. 😋

Outright absolutely AMAZING vegan options, I haven't had a breakfast sandwich like this in years, great service, simple to order online & pickup (walk up window) . There vegan egg is soo good & the sandwich as a whole was just spot on perfect!! I also enjoyed there vegan pup-tart which (not for dogs) was delicious!!! Thanks for the hard work & dedication and making what you offer a possibility.

Update: the quality of bagels is very inconsistent. UPDATE 12/9/8: The bagels have massively improved! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They handle food allergies very well. However, every time we've gone the bagels have been thin, dry, and hard.

I literally haven't had a better bagel sandwich in my life. I loved the softness of the bagel, I loved the ingredients inside the sandwich, and I was angry that my stomach could not handle more. (I had the Triforce without the banana peppers, on a roasted red pepper and asiago bagel) The ownership is super friendly, and I can't say enough about how much I am happy I came here for a late breakfast :)

Glad we came here early so can order in-person. Many vegan options, including for cream cheese, eggs and sausages. They didn't post pricing for the create your own menu, so had to ask the cashier. I got the Yashi and sandwich, and asked for vegan egg substitute and cream cheese. The cashier said the egg had to be add-on, but I could get some cream cheese in addition. The sandwich was amazing! Tofu was not too firm or chewy. Vegan egg had great texture and taste. Veggie cream cheese was flavorful too. My friend got the garlic bagel, in which the fried garlic was too bitter for him, so that might be something to watch out for.

WOW - my daughter told me to try this shop... so glad she did! BEST bagels in BTV - soft, but not too soft (and definitely not doughy) on inside, beautiful crunch on the outside! Sandwich was LOADED with ingredients - they don't chinz. LOOOOVVVE this bagel shop!

Once again a wonderful breakfast sandwich from Willow's bagels! A little greasy but with that being with "worst" thing, I have no complaints. The service was kind, fast, and professional. To know that Willow's is invested in the well being of their community makes them all the better with their participation in the Everyone Eats program which was spurred on by the Covid Pandemic. I will come back over and over to this company and not go anywhere else.

If you prefer a less doughy middle, ample flavor (doesn't taste like cardboard), and a very generous crusty portion of toppings (seeds, salt, etc..) on your bagel then look no further! These bagels seem like they were designed wide and lean specifically for making great sandwiches. Almost a bialy but still have enough flavorful middle to satisfy your hunger! These are definitely the best bagels in Burlington and I'd say for me personally the BEST bagels I've ever had anywhere and I lived in NYC for over 18 years, so that's saying something!

We showed up probably five minutes before Willow’s closed but they were so kind and took our order. They brought our bagels out to us at the picnic table and they hit the spot! We had been so hungry, thank you for the nourishing food!

Chewy, boiled bagels that were still warm from the oven and very good, I appreciated the butternut squash flavor. It tasted nothing like squash, but I liked the creativity! We tried several bagel places in Burlington, this was our second favorite. I'd definitely go back if given the chance

1st time customer. The family and I decided to order take out and it was really really good. We've frequented all the other bagel shops around the area for years. We were pleasantly surprised about the fast service, interesting menu and most of all the taste of everything. We will DEFINITELY be coming back again. Best bagels in town. Good portions for the price and really creative flavor combos for bagels and sandwiches. Everything is delicious. I accidentally ordered the vegetarian version of my favorite sandwich today and it was still SO good. Miso-glazed carrot slabs instead of lox.

Soo good. A bit costly but worth the price, great for local college students. Many vegan options including 5 vegan cream cheeses to go with your homemade bagel. Will be back many times to come. Only downside was it was very messy but I did have a lot of things in my bagelwich. Also they unfortunately left out the spinach on my wife's sandwich. Would love to see some homemade hash browns in the future but I'll take store bought frozen for now.. Bon Appetit!

They’re bagels are AMAZING and it’s great you can customize them! But definitely avoid going on Sundays at all costs. They take up to 2 hours to finish your order and even then they probably will mess it up… I don’t mind waiting, but they don’t give accurate wait times so you’re probably going to sit there for an extra hour.

Bagels much improved over the last few months! I haven't been to Willow's in a while, I felt the bagels, which were quite bready, weren't worth the trip. I decided to go back in this morning and was very happy I did! I'm not sure what they've changed since my last visit, but my bagel today was quite near perfect. A nicely sized bagel (not overly large and misshapen), lovely crisp on the exterior, and chewy and flavorful on the inside! Topped with caramelized onion cream cheese (which I feel like I've never seen anywhere else) was heavenly. I will be adding them back into my morning breakfast rotation for sure!

The gluten free everything bagels are DELICIOUS and crusted with TONS of seeds/spices! Just how an everything bagel SHOULD be. Ordered the "Spike" and "Rusko's Lox" breakfast bagels. Both were amazing and very filling. If I didn't live so far away I would be here every weekend!

The atmosphere here is really great and comfortable. The bagels are good, not the best bagel I have ever had, but the staff is really welcoming and I like spending my mornings here. On the downside, the bagels/drinks/etc. are expensive (especially because they really aren't that amazing). 6/10 bagel but 9/10 place and staff.

The quality here is some of the best in the neighborhood. I've eaten a lot of bagels, and these guys have a great recipe! Lots of fun little items like their ingenious"bagel bombs" too. It's owned and run by some nice local guys, and the staff is very upbeat and friendly. Very comfortable space, thougtfully designed for sitting and working or chatting.

Delicious sandwiches made while you wait. Sometimes you can get half dozen bagels at a good sale price. The cookies, lemon bars and pop tart-style pastries are especially good. Good WiFi but the place closes fairly early in the day, so go for breakfast or lunch only.

Hot and flavorful, I leave satisfied every time. I think someone really enjoys fennel, you seem to taste it in all the bagels, but don't let that distract you too much as you chow down. Some very yummy baked goods (a good number of which are vegan) that I can't atay away from. This has become a routine breakfast stop, on my way to work or on a lazy Saturday morning.

OMG, I can't believe I haven't reviewed Willow's on Google until now. It's my favorite place to hear m get a bagel/breakfast sandwich in Burlington. Their hash browns on their sandwiches are magic, always crispy and delicious! My favor breakfast sandwich ever is the Triforce on an everything bagel.

Okay bagels, below average amount of options, good cream cheese. Not a good quantity of food for the price either. Messy chalk board menu. Pretty okay place over all. The location is a perk, since it's the closest thing to the east end neighborhoods. But it's just a couple more blocks to more options. Best when wanting a quick snack or wanting to avoid large crowds in downtown. In that case, it's the best option.

This is my new favorite bagel place in Burlington. I am sooo hooked! Their bagels are dense and delicious abd their pastries are wonderful as well. I recommend the salted peanut butter cookies as well as the the yashi, the jasper and the spike. Every sandwich I've had has been exceptional! Also the staff is super friendly and helpful!

Willow's is such a great addition to Burlington! The bella sandwich is delicious. The bagels have excellent crunch and great flavor, not the doughy and chewy kind that sit like a rock in your stomach all day. I can't wait to go back!

I have stopped in here several times and I've had the pleasure of trying many things on the menu. First off: all of the staff are great. They're friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of the menu. 2nd: If you're vegan and looking for a variety of options for bagel spreads, this is your place. The changing variety of vegan flavored "cream cheese" is a welcome change of pace. I recommend the Caramelized Onion & Pesto. Also the bagels themselves are great. I'm a big fan of the Fennel and Sesame Seed options, but you can't go wrong. Crunchy outside, soft and tasty inside. I haven't had one I didn't like yet. Another unique item is the bagel bomb! Try a bagel bomb! Rad little bagel bites filled with a variety of feelings. I had the Sweet Potato, Field Roast, and Cherry Tomato. The sandwich variety is great as well. The Tri-Force is a favorite for my partner, and the rest of the menu is super enticing for omnis and veg(etari)ans alike. Check this place out!

My husband and I are not from the area and stayed a weekend in Burlington, when we found this place by accident. So glad we did! Everything is super fresh and so tasty, right down to the coffee and OJ. (Best OJ I've ever had!) I grabbed a spinach black pepper and Parmesan bagel, and he grabbed their Tri Force breakfast sandwich on a Jalepeno Cheddar bagel. I can't remember everything that was on it, but it all paired so well together and was absolutely delicious. I should mention that who I think the owner was, was super nice and helpful, and that all their cups and straws are compostable, which is a huge win in our book! We will definitely be back!

Willow's has great bagels. They have lots of vegan bagels including: butternut squash, everything, fennel, and carmalized onion among others. They have lots of vegan cream cheese flavors: plain, veggie, carmalized onion, scallion and chive, and pesto. They have field roast vegan sausage and vegan cinnamon buns. I had an everything bagel with vegan veggie cream cheese, vegan field roast sausage, spinach, and pickled red onion. It was delicious. Cool vibe and lots of yummy sounding options for non-vegans.

I am a New Yorker. I root for the Mets, I yell in traffic, and I look down my nose at any bagel shop not on the lower east side. Willow's is GOOD. They aren't trying and failing to be a NY bagel, they aren't those bagel-like products from Montreal. They are something else and they OWN it with consistently good bagels AND some of the best sandwich materials in town. Let's go Mets and let's get a bagel from Willow's.
