Wow! All kinds of bagels! I had chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and garlic mayo on an asiago bagel. Yummy! And the folks there are so nice and so helpful! They wanted to make sure everyone got exactly what they wanted. Such great service you don't see every day anymore. Thank you all so very much! And hello to Arizona!

Feldmans used to be the best hands down. And it still is - that is if you catch it on the right day. Consistency has fallen off a cliff over the past 1-2 years. In an effort to limit the potential of disappointment, we started buying their cream cheese and bagels to make at home. When I opened the tub of cream cheese at home today, it looked as if it were already used. Either that or poorly filled. This is one of many recent examples of poor quality control - from the to-go cream cheese, to the service and even the bagels themselves.

We were looking for a decent place to find bagels to take on our sight-seeing tour through western VT. We had trouble finding one we'd been told about, but we passed Feldman's and decided to give it a try. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly, telling us about the specials, the kinds of bagels. We ordered bagels with cream cheese to eat there, then each ordered a sandwich for lunch later in the day. I had a roast beef sandwich, lettuce, with a delicious horseradish mayo on a sesame bagel. The mayo was perfect, not too heavy on taste.

Excellent spot to grab Montreal Style bagels, sandwiches, salad, soup, treats and more! 4 stars only due to the high prices. 2 bagels 🥯 comes to a bit over $8.00! Still an amazing place to grab a bite for the morning or afternoon when in a rush or have a few minutes to dine in.

Ever since the online ordering they have always gotten the order right and on time. I go about once a week as a treat to myself or if I am on my way out of Burlington. I recommend taking a look at the system and ordering since it it easy, has plenty of options (what does a triple toast look like?), and easy to do from a phone, but I tend to just do it on my laptop. Nice little spot since the cheapest gas in town is across the street and I get a slushy with my bagel... Can't recommend enough and go Everything (toasted) with the Maple Walnut cream cheese!!! M

This is an excellent bagel shop. Standard NY-style bagels, not too puffy (like Midwestern bagels), and not too skinny (like Montréal-style). If you want several dozen I recommend that you call ahead. They also have good coffee and bagel sandwiches.

Kinda crowded on a Saturday closer to lunch which is great for business but made the entering a little chaotic. Great place for day old bagels though! The strawberry cream cheese is AMAZING!

Felmans didn't fail-man! When it comes to good bagels, they known how to get it done. I walked in and ordered a number two turkey bagel with the apple slices and I have to say, it was probably the best bagel samdwich I've ever had. I had some trouble getting my coffee lid to fit on my cup but I don't really see that as a reason to remove any stars but if you see this felmans, it might be something to look at or maybe it's just me. Either way keep on making those tasty bagels

During vacation time, I stopped by here for the first time and had the Western Sunrise bagel sandwich. The food was great! I will be back again the next time I'm in Vermont! The staff, store and atmosphere was just great!

Bagels are consistently delicious, which is why I go so often. But man oh man, my order has only been fulfilled correctly once. I know they have a lot of turnover, but maybe a different system for inputting customers’ orders would be helpful. Love this place but want to be confident that the bagel I’m walking out with is what I asked for. Update: orders are still wrong 80% of the time but bagels are still delicious, so I’m still a customer. Win some lose some.

A well oiled establishment, run with great care and pride in all respects. Was greeted with a warm and friendly welcoming smile, all while effectively handling a long line seamlessly. I was in and out of there in no time with my delicious bagels and lox (even with a line). Everything on there menu boards looked so tempting. Unfortunately, I was in a rush. I look forward to returning to enjoy there many other items, that all looked so good. So many options - not just for bagels. All appeared to have quality ingredients. Not to mention the unbelievably great prices. Exceptional value all around. Thanks, Feldman’s!

The bagels and everything else that they make are always delicious. Like, you need a Feldman's bagel. and some of the staff is incredible but sometimes one of the girls is really unpleasant when she takes your order and quite often mine and my friends who go there almost daily get our orders messed up if we get anything other than a bagel with cream cheese. I love it here and would recommend it to people, just not feeling five stars yet.

Love the iced coffee, bagels are usually very good. I used to love their cookies however I haven't seen any the past few times I've gone. Generally very quick to receive your order. Getting into the parking lot can be a real pain, especially if you're turning left.

Burlington location on Pine St does a good job but the Shelburne Road location is understaffed and the service is incredibly slow. They don’t have a good system in terms of ordering, making bagels and having someone at the register. Very disorganized.Wouldn’t recommend.

In the world of Burlington bagel shops, there is a plenty to choose from. However when I'm in the South End, Feldman's is my spot. You can get great food, quickly, with friendly staff. They have excellent coffee! The seating is good as well for a quick bite to eat and run. All around great place.

Feldman's is a really good local bagel shop that is conveniently located near a major road. It is open really early and the prices for bagels is really reasonable. It was only $3.71 for a sesame bagel with strawberry jelly and an orange juice, which was way cheaper than I expected. And the bagel was really good as well. If you need a good bagel for cheap, I can't recommend Feldman's enough.

These are hands-down the best bagels in the Burlington area. They are also the only Bagels I've been able to find in the past five plus years that's still have caraway seeds in there everything mix. I say that having lived in New York City during that.

Feldman's bagels is a truly wonderful bagel shop. Growing up in NYC I have a keen appreciation for what a bagel should be. They hit the nail on the head here and I am eager to try the other bagels they have since they have so many. Good local coffee as well from Speeder and Earl's is properly brewed and delicious. Big bready style bagels. Great toppings for sandwiches. Usually very quick service. Plenty of natural light if you want to sit in. I had one of the salt and pepper bagels with sausage egg and cheese. Hearty meal for the price. Friendly staff. Lots of variety for breakfast or lunch.

Food is great, service could have be better. All staff are friendly, but orders get mixed up and sometimes even forgotten about. Not the best place to go to if your in a hurry, but when done right food is absolutely amazing

Wonderful bagels, truly delicious. I give it 3 stars instead of 5 because unfortunately, the parking lot is not disability accessible. There is a accessible parking spot with access lane, but the access lane does not connect to the entrance to the store, so if the parking lot is full there is not a paved path to the entrance (you would have to go over several feet of grass up a slight hill). If one or more of the front spaces are empty, you can access the storefront via the parking spaces. The easiest remedy would probably be for them to reserve one of the first few parking spaces for use as an access lane. If this is fixed I will gladly give the deserved 5 stars

Edit: Feldman's manager, Ryan, reached out to us in a timely manner, and rectified the situation. My daughters are excited to hear that they will be able to keep their tradition alive after all. -- We have been regular customers of Feldman's for a few years now, and have loved it up until this weekend. The bagels are great, and the service has traditionally been pleasant. Unfortunately, one of my daughters has a mild allergy to dairy, and my other daughter loves cream cheese, but neither will finish more than half a bagel in one sitting, so our regular order has been a single bagel for them, split in two, with one half having peanut butter and the other half cream cheese, plus whatever I end up ordering for myself. Until this weekend, there has never been a problem, then out of the blue, the person who made our order this week let me know as I was picking the bagels up from the counter that they would no longer be able to fulfill such an order in the future. My daughters were both quite saddened by the news as it was our Sunday morning/afternoon tradition whenever we are in town.

This place is the closest there is to a New Jersey bagel joint in the area that I have found! I had an everything bagel with vege cream cheese, and it was fantastic. I highly recommend stopping by here for your breakfast on the go or weekend morning! Also, the staff is very nice and add to the atmosphere that's already comfortable with rotating art pieces and free books to read while looking out on a busy intersection outside.

Not everyone's everything bagels have salt on them, but Feldman's do. They also seem to put more seasonings over the whole bagel and not just the top. So that's pretty cool of them. Like most bagel places, they have a "punch card" for bagel sandwiches/dozen.

The best made fresh daily Matzo Ball soup! The bagels and sandwiches are great too. They also have a small bakery case with fresh made goodies from Healthy Living Market. They use compostable plates and utensils. The staff is friendly and there are always little vases with fresh flowers at the tables. One of my favorite places for lunch!

I loved stopping by here to a breakfast sandwich in the morning. They have some of the best coffee in the area. The food is really good, and the service is fast. The prices are really good, not expensive whatsoever. This is definitely one of my go to places when I am in town.

For a bagel, it's ok/good. As a Vermont bagel, it's exceptional. I use my childhood taste buds as my gauge. Back in the Bronx 50+ years ago was where I established my bagel tastes. The water was a major player in the end result. Feldman's does not have that advantage. The bagels are smallish, but not offensively so. The texture is good. I think given the facts that in general, bagels are now generic and easily found, I will continue to cycle 90 miles round trip to get a dozen. Half price after 2pm is a real bonus.

Usually they are great but the past few months orders have been wrong several times (and yes made right) but it becomes a hassle when I'm coming in for something quick. Credit card machines are sometimes down so that's no fun either. I don't know what changed but the customer service vibe is just different now.

The flavor and texture are certainly on-point, however the price-to-size ratio is a little off in my opinion. Resembling dinner buns more so than bagles, other bagle shops nearby in neighboring towns seem to beat out Feldman's by a narrow margin. However, Feldman's is the best NY style bagle you'll get that's close to downtown Burlington, and their bacon scallion horseraddish cream cheese is exceptional.
