Reviews of Zinneken's Belgian waffles Harvard square
Very cute shop with great food!! The inside space has some seating, but it is a popular spot so said seating may be limited on availability. The variety of food and drink options is fantastic. Our food came out reasonably quick and tasted delicious. I did take off one star as the seating areas were a bit dirty, the price seems a bit steep for the amount of food you actually get, and one of the two waffle options seems to often be sold out (which is always disappointing). Otherwise I love this place and would return!
The waffles are AMAZING and they come with different toppings for you to customize them to your tastes. The seating space is very small but if you came when it’s less busy seating down and enjoying these waffles is a must. I will definitely be back.
I had a waffle with strawberries and whipped cream. It was very good, the waffle texture was perfect, crispy and chewy at the same time. The whipped cream was fluffy and not too sweet and the strawberries were yummy. I really enjoyed it. One of the two waffle options was sold out shortly after the place opened. The place is tiny with limited seating options, so consider that when going there. When I went (on a Sunday) the place was packed, but the staff were nice and the waffles didn't take long, which was amazing.
This location is not suitable for large groups greater than 3 people. There are narrow steps to enter a cozy almost house like feeling restaurant for breakfast. Seating is first-come first-serve so find a spot before you order if you can. The liege waffles were nice and chewy. I got one with Nutella, which had a lot of Nutella but not too much as to overpower the waffle. The waffle plates had great presentation with powdered sugar. The berries on my friend’s waffle looked very fresh. The restaurant has a nice low key vibe and a great aroma. We did not need to wait long for our waffles. I couldn’t find napkins. They also sell coffee and tea here. I would go back and perhaps get a plain waffle since I liked the waffle a lot.
A very good place for dessert.
Waffles were crunchy and chewy at the same. It wasn't too sweet for me. We also ordered a Matcha Latte and it has the perfect sweetness.
The space is cozy and small. Great atmosphere. The staff were super friendly as well.
10/10
Food: The food presentation and taste was great. Very straight forward menu.
Service: No table service. Quick service. The staff is very professional. The seating is FCFS.
Atmosphere: The inside is not spacious but the ambience was great, cozy, lively, city vibe. It's right around Harvard university and gets the school crowd.
Hygiene: The restroom and restaurant were very clean, tidy and smelled nice.
Other: Parking is limited and is on the street.
I love the vibes of this shop! It’s smaller than I expected but super sweet! They offer water and metal utensils. The waffles are $4.90 by themselves and then you can add toppings for $1.00 or $1.25 for fruits. The waffle itself wasn’t anything special in particular. I wasn’t amazed but it was still good. The plating was also very aesthetic.
Delicious waffles with lots of options for toppings. I'll be going back again! It's small in the inside with limited seating, but if you find a spot it's great to eat inside.
Had this twice during my convention in Boston! The amazing waffle smell drew me to this! Had the fruit & nutella, but there are more I’d love to try in the future.
Zinnekan's had a great atmosphere and we had a really good time. The waffles were delicious and reasonably priced and we appreciated the fresh fruit. The restrooms were also clean. Will definitely visit again!
I actually really enjoyed it. Bought the Dame Blanche: waffle with chocolate sauce and homemade whipped cream which had a light sweetness to it. Just buy the one and share it with a friend. That’s what I did, dessert is best shared. No need to be a gluttonous buttonous!
If you have a craving for liege waffles this is the place to go! A tad pricey but the waffles are perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy with a bit of chew on the inside! Great combinations of toppings and a cute interior.
Highly recommended, the best ever waffles 🧇 I’ve had on my life , so good and delicious, the ladies who were there were amazing and so nice 🤍 …
Stopped into Zinneken’s this morning and was totally blown away. The waffles were amazing and the staff was SO kind. Absolutely will be coming back for more! Worth the trip.
Delicious Belgian Waffles! Both Liege and Brussel style! Lots of delicious toppings available!
Cute, cosy and delicious!!! Worth a stop. These waffles taste just like the ones in Europe. Amazing!!! 🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪🇧🇪 …
I got the liege waffle plain with the almond velvet tea! The waffle was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the tea was definitely a unique experience (though not sure if I’d get it again). They have a huge selection of fun teas to try out if you like trying new flavors. It would also be fun to try the Brussels waffle to compare. Good snack at a good price!
Tasty waffle 🧇 I love the smell you walk by! Always a good spot to take friends and family to when they’re in town and want dessert …
The best waffle I've ever tried! Not much into pastries, but this one is definitely something I'd eat.
Our go to place for waffles in Cambridge! Very cozy place with amazing waffles! 😍👌👌 We have tried both waffles. Liege is my favorite! …
Damn good waffles a very good place that I’ve been a repeat customer, their fruit waffles are so delicious and finger licking good
They give you so much whipped cream! The waffles are fluffy but the vibe of the place takes the cake. I love that it’s open for dessert after dinner, the smell of the waffles wafting onto the street with the string lights inside really draws you in.
Zinnekens is a top tier Cambridge dessert spot! If you have a sweet tooth you must visit Zinnekens. It is popular with Harvard students for good reason. All the waffles here are dense and very sweet. I love getting the Nutella waffles here and I am always satisfied with my dessert!
I always have a craving for this place when I see it in the Science Center Plaza. What 1st struck me when I walked in was how warm it was in the establishment, but I suppose it was warm outside for the start of November. The menu is fairly simple with not too many options, and their selection of hot teas are displayed by the cash register. Be warned that these waffles are insanely rich, so you'll definitely need some water. The store is small and the vibe gives me European cottage. I noticed a lot of peeing baby statues so I'm curious to learn what prompted that. The waffles were brought to our table on metal plates, arranged absolutely beautifully. The slight crunch of the caramelization of the sugar in the waffle is delightful. They are very keen on self service, as everyone is required to separate their dishes when finished. I should have learned my lesson by now that I get a terrible sugar rush after eating these, but I keep coming back.
Sooo delicious ! I’m really sad that I didn’t discover this place earlier. The liege waffles were perfect. It’s a small , cafe style place but it’s cute. I wish they had a larger location with sit down service - it’s that good
A cozy place to get some delicious waffles! I got the strawberry waffle and it was chewy and caramelized to perfection. One small downside is that it can get so busy that it is hard to find seating, so you may have to pick-up or wait in line!
This place is legendary and has brought me so much (calorie-laden) joy throughout my undergrad years. The liege waffle base with strawberries, nutella and bananas is my go-to. Coffee is decent but I really enjoyed the speculoos latte.
First time I came here on a Friday night had a whopping 45 minute wait. Kind of crazy wait time for dessert so we didn't stay. Next time I came around mid afternoon on a Friday and it wasn't too busy. I got my waffle with bananas, nutella, and ice cream and it was very good although I don't think the ice cream is even necessary.
Five-star for presentation. The shop is very small and cozy, even at 10am on a Saturday morning, people have to line up to place orders and wait for seating. Belgian waffle tasted the best when it’s fresh and hot, but gets soggy after it turns cold. Wish they have something other than just waffles such as savory options.
Good overall place for meetup (limits to two people).
The waffles were crisp and flavorful, with generous and balanced quantities of toppings. The shop has very little seating, so go early or off peak times.
A bit overrated. The waffles were stickier than I expected.
Not bad for a Belgium waffle in the US.
A bit pricy (5$ to 10$ for one waffle)
I would recommend only the fruits as toppings if you take the Liege waffle (it’s already pretty sweet).
Zinnekan’s waffles is a MUST when I visit the Boston/Cambridge area. It’s simple, it’s well-priced, and the waffles are soooooo good. The banana, whipped cream, and caramel one is the perfect combo. 10/10 would recommend
The waffles were absolutely delicious! Freshly made, not overly sweet, berries were very fresh. Service was good but slow due to a shortage of employees. No savory waffles are served here. This location is tiny, but the best tasting waffles so far! Chocolate and caramel toppings are excellent.
A very cosy Belgian waffle and coffee place a short walk from Harvard Square. Most of the waffles on the menu have chocolate and or berries. Next time I would prefer butter and perhaps lemon.
First time here and I just have to say wow. Absolutely great waffles. Eeally nice and fluffy. And they aren't too expensive either! Highly recommend!
Zinneken's was the perfect place to end a whirlwind weekend in Boston. The staff were friendly, the service was fast, and the ambiance of Zinneken's itself is great. Oh, and the waffles are to die for, obviously!
Great little waffle place at Harvard sq! Love the waffle at this cozy cafe. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick.
I love this place! The waffles are great, I just wish the portions were a little larger so I could eat more!
If I had to be picky, I wish they had more flavors, more seating, and bigger portions. Basically, I want more. But without sacrificing the nice, cozy feel of the place.
Chewy delicious waffles, great whipped cream, great menu, fair price, great atmosphere, great restaurant. If you're looking for breakfast in Harvard Square this is THE spot. 10/10 A+ work
I’ve been to this place several times now. Their waffles are delicious, freshly made and great toppings! The Nutella waffle is my favorite
This place is dangerously addictive. They have delicious waffles with excellent ingredients. The price... Something like 7.50 a waffle, is really quite high for something you can easily make at home, but it's still hard to resist going in when I'm walking by.
Give it a go!
Friendly staff. This place is cozy, clean, and well organized, with a European hint that perfectly matches with the delicious Belgian waffles they serve. A gem in Harvard Sq.
Great prices and really good food. Got the bananas and caramel Belgian waffle and speculoos iced latte. The Belgian waffle is crispier than most waffles I've had, but there's an option for a softer one, too. I definitely will come back to try another!
Very fresh, delicious waffles with great fruit toppings. Both waffle varieties are good, however I personally prefer the liege waffle. A bit pricey however worth it.
The food was freshly made, and tasted even better than the photos you take. If I could rate this 10 stars I would
Best waffle in town! Calorie bomb makes you happy! It is also a comfortable small shop for friends gathering or study. Their food truck will show up near Harvard sometimes.
I feel like it's an obligation to go here whenever I visit Harvard Square. The waffles are so good. It's fairly priced as well. I would recommend going at an "awkward time" like 15:00 or so, because it won't be crowded at that time, since it's not a popular time to eat. It's a small cafe and could easily be missed. When it's crowded, it's hard to get a seat. So, that's why I recommend an unconventional time. That's just me though. This place raised my standard for waffles, since they're actual Belgian waffles. The batter is different than what you'd usually get at an American breakfast restaurant. Also, no syrup on the waffle :P These waffles are not meant for syrup, but other nice, tasty, and beautiful toppings. The staff were nice as well. They bring the food and utensils to your table. Furthermore, there's some complimentary water.
They have a nice and simple one page menu. Waffle was not as filling as I would have thought but it was delicious! It's a small space with limited seating. So plan on waiting a bit to get a seat. Along with Belgian waffles they also have a good selection of coffee types.
These waffles are absolutely delicious. The Belgian chocolate is perfect drizzled on top of the waffles, and the espresso is great too. It’s a really cute, small shop with a great view of the Harvard Square area. I would highly recommend Zinneken’s!
They serve two kinds of waffle, one is more soft and the other is more crispy. For me soft one is better. The whipped cream is very good!!
Waffles made by belgians. Not sure you'll find a better breakfast spot in all of the boston area! I went with just two plain liege waffle and was very happy with my choice. These waffles do not need any toppings, although many are offered. Can't wait to try the Brussels waffle next time I go back.
Delicious waffles with a wide variety of toppings to suit all tastes. The cozy setting is perfect for couples to enjoy a lazy weekend morning.
If you're not sold on the pic alone, then I don't know what to tell you. The place is small, and the line is long, but well worth the wait. I got the traditional Belgium waffle with strawberries, bananas and nutella.
Best waffles I've ever had! You can choose between two types, I recommend the "chewy" one.
Delicious! The smell draws you right into this small cafe. It is such a pleasant place to eat an amazing waffle. The Liege waffle is at least as good as the waffles I've eaten in Belgium.
Found this cafe on Instagram and went to visit the following morning for breakfast.
Had an Almond Tea Latte and "Liege Waffle" with Nutella, Bananas and Strawberries. The latte complimented the waffle superbly well.
A few words to describe my experience would be rich and decadent.
The cafe is a nice cosy environment with friendly and helpful staff =]
Best waffle you’ll ever have. The cookie butter waffle was divine. Atmosphere here is classy and comfortable too. You can’t go wrong.
Very taste waffles my only remark is they weren't cheap, and one definitely isn't filling. That's being said, it tasted great. If your in Harvard area and are in the mood for a waffle this place would be my suggestion.
Stopped in quickly for a simple waffle to go. The staff was friendly and engaging. The waffle was WOW! So fresh, warm, and transported me right back to Belgium. I will most definitely be returning to try their waffles with toppings. Plus, they have twinkle lights! Always a bonus.
We had crispy waffles with DIY toppings which were very tasty. The Americano was great and the coffee went a little too light. Definitely we will come back.
We expected the waffles to be soft and thick, but here the waffles are very crispy, but the taste was good.
Tasty liege and belgian waffles, but they might have QC issues. The first time I was there the waffle was crisp on the outside, but the second time was quite a disappointment as it was a bit soggy. Quite inconsistent so far. The toppings were great though.
Loved everything, waffles are great I tried both with Nutella and Belgian chocolate 👍🏼 the latte was perfect and balanced too. My only complaint is that there is only one guy working in the place, they need at least 2 I can't imagine how the service is going to be when it's crowded. …
Belgian waffles, excellent tea selection, and great lattes. Manneken pis decorates the cozy space.
My favorite waffle in Boston by far! Crispy on the outside and chewy soft on the inside. Just the right amount of sweetness.
Excellent waffle with nutella and banana. I am quite picky with waffle as i dont like it if you can smell the eggs in them. These were perfect. And also they were nicely crispy and fluffy and not too dense. Loved it.
This place is amazing! Would highly recommend getting the regular waffle with extra Nutella and vanilla ice cream! Also, if you can grab a window seat, you'll get a nice view of the church.
Been a buncha times always get a hot liege waffle with a scoop of vanilla ice cream so good
Really cozy and just walking by smells amazing
This place was cute and small. Good place to grab a quick bite. I didn’t order food but it smelled delicious. I ordered a strawberry peach smoothie and it was a little more tart but still nice on a hot day.
Genuinely some of the best waffles I have ever had. 10/10. Whether you're a local or just visiting Cambridge, you need to swing by here at some point for breakfast (or literally any meal of the day because... waffles.)
Great lil place for waffles. Perfect for a date, wife loves this place. It's quite small so if you planning on sitting down, plan ahead, specially on weekends. We been going there almost every weekend, and sometimes during the week I go pick up some waffles for the wife. Drive all the way from Natick, that's how good they are.
sooo good! the place is pretty small and can get crowded on weekends but definitely worth it. got the brussels waffle with banana, strawberries, and belgian chocolate with whipped cream. delicious!
The waffles were super yummy, just a little overpriced. Maybe $11 for a waffle makes sense since it's a delicacy, but overall worth it. I'll be back!
Always like the waffles. Fruit seems to be reliably fresh. I usually get one with chocolate and strawberries. Tried a smoothie and that was good too. Seating spaces are on the small side, so feels like the next table over is there with you, which some people might not like.
Waffles are second to none. Get the raspberry Nutella with whipped cream 😋 …
Great waffles, would recommend. Cozy place to enjoy breakfast.
Absolutely love the waffles here! Very helpful staff.
Best Liege waffles this side of Belgium! It’s on the expensive side for what it is, but definitely worth it every once in a while!
We're going to give it another shot before we leave town but this may have been one of our bigger culinary disappointments of our trip. We are huge fans of Belgium street waffles and hoped to relive those memories and actually planned activities around eating here. Unfortunately our Leige waffle was doughy/raw and our hot chocolate barely lukewarm. It wasn't busy so not sure what happened. We are going to try again just in case this was a fluke ...will update if it is better.
The waffles were a bit stale to our liking and the drinks lacked taste. The place is definitely short on space and the high rating isn't justified.
Tasty waffles, with two types that you can choose from. Totally costumizable with toppings, or you can choose from a number of preset topping combos.
A teensy bit of a wait, but totally worth it. I got the liege waffle (plain) - definitely one of the best waffles I've ever had.
Amazing waffle and coofee. I fulle recommend this place.
The waffles are amazing, but the staffs seems quite stressed and annoyed.
Very good waffles at a nice price! Not much seating though so don’t go at a busy time if you’re hoping to sit down.
The Belgian guy was super cool and his waffles were soooo Belgian!! Loved this place!! Definitely coming back :)
Waffles are great, but I thought the Belgian waffles should have been a little more crispier. Still loved them
It is a cute little place in the Harvard university area. Their famous crispy waffles were unavailable so had the usual ones with Nutella, banana and whipped cream. It was great.
The best Belgium waffles ever! Delicious and very tasty flavors of really huge waffles.
Probably the best authentic Belgian waffles I’ve had outside of Europe
An adorable little cafe specializing in delicious Belgian waffles. Despite the crowd, I was quickly served my Sin Waffle (bananas and Nutella). It WAS sinful, yet so so worth it
One of the best waffle’s place in the town!
I am not a waffle person by any means, but wow are their waffles and lattes fantastic. Mix with the friendly staff this place definitely will have me coming back for more. I had the Oreo waffle with raspberries and I add the chocolate sauce 🤤 …
The waffles were to die for. 12/10 would recommend!
Most Favorite place for waffles 🧇 …
The better waffle I've ever eaten.
Awesome place to have authentic Belgian Waffle. People are really nice. Good food and amazing ambient music. Allover its a must visit place.
Their waffles are the best waffles I've ever had in my life and probably will ever have! They are so so scrumptious that every time I convince myself I'm only going to get one, I always end up driving back to buy a second one! The waffle I always get from there is: leige waffle with strawberries, nutella, and whipped cream. It's delicious :)
Really amazing Belgian waffles. Recommend the fruit delight and smoothie.
Yummy fluffy waffles.
The place is very small though, but its cozy.
The waitress was very nice.
I recommend it!♥️
Cute place, good vibes, easy ordering, fast service. Yummy, fresh, waffles!
The Belgian waffles are consistently 5 stars. But I tried their hot chocolate and it was some of the worst hot chocolate I've ever had. I've tried a smoothie from here once and it was okay. Stick to their waffles.
Edit to describe the hot chocolate:
First off I got it delivered, but it arrived pretty quickly. I've bought hot chocolate from Dunkins before and could easily wait 20-30 minutes for it to cool down to a drinkable temperature, but Zinnekens has their hot chocolate in a thinner material cup (similar to the small cup from Dunkin) so I can understand if they can't crank up the temperature more. Luke warm hot chocolate isn't as good as warm hot chocolate obviously, but imo if a hot chocolate is actually really good, it's fine luke warm.
First off I opened the drink when I got it and the very first thing I noticed was what looked like a super thick oil ring layer (perhaps 1-2 mm thick?). Not sure what drink ingredient would be creating this oil layer. Also the I assume melted chocolate looked like brown dye clouds in water. So I'm like, oh I mean all I need to do is mix it with a spoon and hopefully it'll be fine. It didn't really mix together whatsoever so I just decided, well might as well try it. I wouldn't say it was too sweet or too bitter, I guess the problem is in the consistency/feel of the drink and the chocolate taste was just mild.
Great experience, staff is nice and helpful, has a cozy feel, not a large location with a bunch of seating but that’s fine, food and drink options are great. Would recommend.
If you're ever in this area you have to go to this place, every thing on the menu is amazingly delicious, my favorite is the berries waffle, there vanilla latte is the best in the area!!!
Final edit:
Okay so I went back a third time and tried to order the Liege again with toppings. My friends did the same. This time each order came out in in less than five minutes. And it was all yummy! I don’t know what changed. Maybe I went on bad days before and had the wrong impression. I still maintain that the Brussels waffle was the grossest thing I’ve ever had, but I think this is definitely a five star place otherwise.
Original review:
Very cozy place reminiscent of Europe. Prices are very good. However, I had the Liege Waffle and not only did they take extremely long to complete my order despite not being busy (10-15 minutes), the waffle was not good. So doughy it feels undercooked and so chewy it feels like a bagel more than a waffle. I will try the other waffle (light and crispy type) and change my review accordingly. Still, I hope my order doesn’t take so long next time.
Edit: I ordered a Brussels waffle and deducted a star. I was hoping it’d be better than the Liege but it was somehow worse. At least it came out quickly this time. The driest thing I’ve ever had. It was pretty much inedible and I had to throw it away. So all in all, cute quiet atmosphere but that is literally all this place is good for. The waffles are gross.
Also, the girl working there was screaming on her phone the entire time I was there, her voice was quite loud and abrasive. I don’t think the other staff are like this, but it was a huge turn off as well.
One of my favorite waffle places around!!
Big waffles, and they're super good. Also, the coffee was good too.
Legit waffles here. I would come here for breakfast or dessert. The chocolate drizzle on the waffles was amazing. Tasty latte as well.
Great waffle with the great smell of the chocolate
Best waffle I have ever had in my life. I tried the original with a tiny bit of maple syrup. The place is cute and quaint plus conveniently located. Parking was pretty abundant but we went after 9:00 on a Thursday. My only complaint about this place is the courtesy of the employees--not personable at all and seemed irritated or annoyed. Overall, good experience.
From thousands of miles away and after a few years, this place had great atmosphere (and many of my great nights with my girls).. Good coffee and warm favorite waffles.
The taste of the waffle itself is hood but could be better.
Nice place, cozzy european style, real plates and utensils (zero plastic).
Waffle was very good but underkooked.
Great waffles. I love that it's the right amount of sweet without the need of syrup.
If you want something VERY sweet then this is your place. I don't recommend it for who not into sugar! I did not like their coffee 🤷♀️ …
No contest the best Liege Waffles this side of the Atlantic, and even better than some of the ones you can try in Belgium. It's really worth the try. The waffles texture and taste are really to die for, I will definitively go back again, hopefully by then, they will have a _Castafiore_ Waffle ;)
I came here twice so had a chance to try two of their waffles. I tried the one with strawberry/banana/chocolate, as well as the one with berries and added whipped cream. The first time, I had to wait 15 minutes (I was told this before I ordered), and both times the waffles came out toasty. Quite tasty, but nothing super special. I like the amount of fruit they give as the fruits are definitely not skimped on. The chocolate is a bit too sweet, and the whipped cream is standard whipped cream. The space is small and it gets really hot and uncomfortable, but I guess that's how it is because the waffles are being made. My waffle the first time was $8.24 post-tax, and the second was $10.38 post-tax (wow, I just realized I paid more than $2 for whipped cream; that's a bit ridiculous). Definitely pricey for a dessert, but I guess it is a Belgian waffle which tends to be that way.
Fresh warm crispy and chewy waffles! I've always chewy waffles; this was the first time I had crispy waffles. The topping on the waffles were not over powering the actual waffle taste and texture. I liked that they had both Nutella and Belgium chocolate as options for toppings. I also had the hot chocolate and it was delicious! So, glad that my friends and I came here for an evening snack!
I got the zinneken's waffle with ice cream. It was good. The waffle texture was soft. Loved the combo with ice cream
Do you like flavorful yeat risen waffles? There really is no other place to get them, and it's a perfect treat on a cool night. The waffles are great, and the toppings are what you expect. It's no frills, but it really shouldn't be anyway. Expect about a 10 min wait from order to face stuffing.
Cafe space is pretty limited. Not great for a date, but it's nice to just stop by and satiate that sweet tooth.
Whenever I'm in Boston I stop and have a waffle or two, and wash it down with a cup of coffee. Look forward to it every time.
Amazing waffles with customizability. Come here all the time.
Their liege waffles are so good that I often get it without any toppings. While it might be a bit pricey compared to other more college-friendly prices around Harvard Square, they import their ingredients from Belgium and are serious about making authentic Belgian-style waffles. Highly recommend for breakfast and a dessert/snack any time for those with sweet tooths!
I loved the waffles, and the tea selection is amazing! It was a great replacement dessert for ice cream after dinner in the cold weather!
Liege premium waffle 🧇 banana, strawberry, ice cream …
Such a niche type of dessert 👀 super delicious and would recommend to anyone and everyone. …
Waffles were so good, I didn't realize I ate it without syrup, lol. My daughter enjoyed it as well. Small on the inside, but they're doing their best with COVID restrictions.
Wanna taste of Belgium in the US? Come to Zinneken in Cambridge. They actually make waffles the way they’re supposed to be. The kind that make you want to jump up and down because they’re not overly sweet but they’ve got a cinnamon or pearlescent sugary inherent sweetness that will make you throw away syrup. Wish I took more pictures but instead we all gobbled them up.
"Belgian waffles made by actual Belgians" is the witty slogan you'll find painted on the window of this cafe.
The cafe is small, with only a few tables, but absolutely worth the struggle. You can choose between two types of waffles (I recommend the liege) and then between several combinations of toppings. The prices are very reasonable for a filling meal; a liege waffle with about 3-4 toppings will run you around $10.
On top of stellar waffles, they offer a variety of coffee and tea drinks. The black coffee on its own was great, and a good way to round out the sweetness of the waffles.
Excellent place. It is our family place and I think everyone who is visiting the Boston should try this extra ordinary food
Fantastic delicious waffles!!! We tried both option and I liked more the dry bigger Brussels option. Both the mix of berries and the ores are super tasty. Very nice people here, friendly and fast! Great sweet latte
Nice little place near Harvard square. They have good selection of fruit and other toppings to out on your waffles. Not a lot of seats, but the service is fast and their waffles taste good. They also have several options for beverages to choose from.
I love getting waffles from here. It's always a treat to get a fresh Belgian waffle with some Nutella and strawberries on top, but this place does it right! They are authentic and true to their form. Definitely go here!
the one i ordered isnt the same as the picture. you forgot the cream :(((
A cozy little waffle cafe with an at- home feel to it.
Due to it's size, seating is extremely limited. I would advise to get here around opening time for a proper seat.
I recommend the Red Velvet Milk Tea, it's to "die" for.
Great and fresh Belgian waffles in town
Recommending the Brussels waffles, crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside
Zinneken's is one of best place of waffle in Cambridge, MA. I love this place not only waffle place. Coffee is so good for my taste. I don't like the sour taste of coffee. This place coffee does not have sour taste and, has very deep and rich bitter flavors of coffee. Every waffle menu also good and I strongly recommend to have waffle when owner of Zenneken's makes waffles.
A atmosphere of this place very cozy in not crowded hour.
We shared 3 different waffles, the light and crunchy types, which were fine... The ingredients were reasonably fresh-- berries were bitter-- but I am not sure if the nutella they used was authentic or just a hazelnut spread. I liked the variety offered but this is not a place where I would go back unless I'm in the neighborhood and hungry. We didn't wait in line but I have heard that it is tough to find a spot on a weekend. The service is a little slow but everyone is super nice and the cafe is clean.
The waffles are good but the order came out wrong (it was take out, there was no one in the Shop and the order was 2 similar waffles... maybe next time it will be better)
Very very delicious. Service is sometimes slightly slow for a singular waffle but the handcrafted glory of these liege waffles are well worth it. Definitely recommend the Fruit Delight w a glass of milk.
Incredible nutella and biscoff butter waffle.
Delicious waffles! There are many kinds and flavors to choose from. The fruit toppings are fresh and the waffles are made to order. The decor is interesting as well. Definitely worth a stop for a desserty snack.
Best waffles I’ve ever had!! Would definitely visit again.
i think the waffles are smaller than they used to be but still delicious ! im so spoiled theyre the only waffles i like. delicious fresh tasting fruit toppings
Very solid waffles. Best in the biz. I only wish they had Brussels waffles available more often
Waffles are good but it was cold outside and they propped the open. Everyone was freezing in this tiny place.
This place has the best waffles. I always try to get the Brussels waffle - though its not always available. The also have a good selection of coffee/hot chocolate in the winter and smoothies in the summer.
The place is small but I have rarely had trouble finding a place to sit. You can also use the Berryline (right behind) WiFi while you are here :D
I went with a friend of mine, and we both loved it! The waffles were tasty and the latte was simply delicious. I would definitely recommend it to all who want to try some flare at waffles! :)
This is such a charming little restaurant with adorable views out the windows by the bar seating. The coffee is yummy with the waffles, but the waffles are the star of the show.
I added a picture of my favorite below, but the belgian chocolate is to die for, so I definitely recommend giving it a try if you have the chance. You can customize anything anyway you choose, but you're always gonna have a great meal.
The staff is very helpful, but I definitely recommend eating in. The ambiance is part of what you pay for, and it's worth it. Charming, cute, and the perfect place to have quiet conversations or read a good book while you eat your delicious waffles.
If you are craving for some good waffles then zinnekens is the place to be! The place has a welcoming feel to it. Imagine the aroma of freshly baked dough! That is warm you feel when you enter this join. Liege waffles with strawberries and Nutella is our favorite. If you like the chewy feeling in your mouth then I would recommend you guys to try the liege variant.
I've been going to the Kung Fu Tea next door for a while now, and only recently tried Zinneken's. It's probably for the best that I waited to try them, because now I think I'm going to end up spending all my money there! The waffles are delicious.
Specifically visited for the Brussels waffles, and they sure did not disappoint. Light, airy and crisp (albeit a tad on the dry/overdone side). Do not cover them up with lots of toppings (okay, maybe just a dusting of confectioner's sugar), that would just obscure the flavor! The Liège waffles, however, would probably improve from copious toppings. Not buttery enough and lacking pearl sugar throughout.
All in all, a good spot for a nice waffle treat and fancy coffee drink.
Ate at their food truck at Northeastern University. Perfection. And the guys working the truck were the best!
Waffle comes on a silver platter. It's actually made of aluminum but silver in color none the less. Smoothie is delicious. Take your girlfriend here cuz it's super cute and she would love it. However I do speak without experience because I'm currently single. But anyway. Only gave it 4 stars cuz my dad makes better waffles on Sunday mornings. I have yet to eat a better waffle than my father's.
Most of them are sugary treats. Too sweet for my taste though.
For Owners: You might have one of the best waffles, but one can’t eat them when you have no place to sit every time.
Waffles are good, toppings are ok, some good tea options. It says is made by Belgians, but of course that is just a slogan since the person who is there all the time is Colombian. It doesn't make any difference to me who go makes/handles/delivers the food, but as a latina a do feel like they should just recognize the people that they have working there. Latinos cook really well and I just don't get why they feel like the they should put 'Waffles made by real Belgians'.... It it is just absurd...
Went there for the first time and sampled their signature waffle with cookie butter, chocolate sauce, and homemade whipped cream (the #8) and it was absolutely divine! Also had an iced coffee which was tasty as well. Will be back for another visit for sure
*COVID 2020* I got a delicious hot, crispy, fluffy waffle topped with strawberry, banana, and chocolate. The store is responsible with sanitization and limiting customers inside. The waffle was delicious and with a fro-yo place downstairs and a bubble tea store nextdoor I'll be sure to be back for more
Amazing waffles, fresh fruit, I loved the pineapple blueberry smoothie. I was blown away by how attentive they are; I went with a friend of mine who goes pretty often, and has an allergy, and they remembered her enough that even though I forgot to advise them of her allergy, they took precautions anyway, just in case. Superstars!
I just got back from a trip to Belgium where I ate waffles in embarrassing quantities. I was really excited to try Zinnekin's.
The waffles were tasty but a bit undercooked. They weren't nearly as good as the ones I had in Belgium but they're still waaaay better than any other waffles I've had in the area.
My love for Zinneken’s would never die!! Their waffles are delicious and fruits are usually fresh! I love their Belgium chocolate too.
Their waffles are definitely to die for! My boyfriend said he could eat it for dinner everyday, that’s how good it is!
Delicious waffles, cosy ambiemce. Cute little place.
Leige waffle made me realize how empty meaningless and waffle deprived my life was. I love this place.
The liege waffles are pretty close to authentic- one was perfect and one was not quite caramelized. The price point is extremely inauthentic. Paid close to $20 for one waffle with toppings and one waffle with a tiny scoop of ice cream. They're only 1 euro in Belgium...
Sweet waffles, somewhat small portions, but quite tasty snack
I can say that their Leige waffle was soft and buttery with a slight crust. The dough was incredibly soft, balanced with a slight hint of sweetness from the powdered sugar. Definitely one of the best waffles I had ($4).
Waffles are a bit crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, fruit is fresh, and they provided just the right mix of toppings! Friendly service! Great treat place for a duo or small group!
Zinneken's is my favorite place to get some weekend waffles. This is a little place that has a small menu. Be sure to get some of their coffee..it's delicious, super frothy. Not a great place for large groups. There is only seating for about 20 people in the whole place.
The most amazing waffles in Boston!
My wife is Belgian and this is the closest we have found to the way waffles are made in Liege.
meh. waffles are ok, nothing special. smells nice, but sizing is small and toppings aren't great. no savoury waffles. their tea is weird.
Incredible waffles. They have such good toppings. 10/10 would recommend.
My favorite 👍🏻their menus is so good and delicious
You should try crepes and waffles 😋😋😋😋😋 …
Teeny-Tiny spot that can be easily missed if not for the sweet aroma from the bakery…like a blanket on a winter day! Good spot for a date!
Delicious waffles, tasty fresh coffee
,great Atmosphere & friendly service
Great waffles! 👍 …
A very small but must visit place. Nice and cosy
Amazing must try waffles! Very tasty and authentic. The décor and atmosphere also helps, very inviting and pleasing. Would definitely recommend. (It is also great for late night cravings)
Amazing waffles. Super expensive though considering the same waffles in Belgium cost 1 Euro apiece. But it's good when you want to splurge once in awhile.
Awesome tasty quick n safe
Very tasty Belgian waffles overflowing with toppings. Add a bonus, very large variety of unique teas and drinks. Definitely will return!
The best Belgian Liège waffle you can have in Boston or maybe in the whole USA! They're actually made by Belgians as posted inside the the place.
Tried waffles in numerous places, but never had better waffles than Zinneken's (unless I visit Belgium)!
Best waffle in town!
The sin (banana and Nutella) with the liege waffle was really good!
Great Waffles, That was the best waffles I ever ate.
Best waffles. Must eat if you are in Boston. Do also try the speculous coffee. Amazing.
Amazing waffles with lots of topping options. A bit pricey but the quality ingredients make up for it. I recommend fruit on the liege waffle and something chocolate on the Belgian
Amazing Belgian waffles.. made by belgians haha. The whole place is small but very cozy and you feel like your in your friends mom's kitchen just hanging out eating some damn great waffles
Great dessert idea! From downtown Boston take the red line to Harvard stop.
Small waffles with lots of topping choices. Great coffee selection. Staff very friendly.
:-)
FOOD: SO AWESOME WAFFLES, good selection of hot beverages.
SERVICE: staff is OK, nothing special, but I HATE places I have to clean up after myself, if you have the soul of a waitress you'll love it (lose a star).
PARKING: it's Cambridge so NOOOO.
VIBE: I liked it, few outlets (FEW) for those we like to work, half is like a 4 seasons, the other half like a hardwood floor coffee shop, luminous. they won't kick you out.
Expensive for the size, but delicious. Love that you can get chocolate instead of just nutella. Felt authentic!
Waffles are yummy. They have choice of different toppings. They also serve coffee. The place is small and usually have a long queue to get in.
Absolutely amazing waffles. Arguably one of the best food places in the area. Store itself is quant and feels very comfortable. Friendly staff. 100% recommend to anyone in the area
I'm very happy that the Belgium waffle trend is here to stay! I had the Zinneken and it was just as authentic as the one I had in Brussels. The waffles are made fresh and taste different than your typical American breakfast item. Why? Well, they're crispier and have a burnt sugar aftertaste similar to the top layer of creme brulee. My favorite topping here is speculoos (cookie butter) with fresh strawberries.
Zinnekan's atmosphere is cute and modern. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. All and all, a good experience!
THE best belgian waffle I had. They have a choice if either crispy or chewy and I always like my waffles chewy. I get it plain and simple with only the belgium chocolate on top. Everyone needs to try.
Second time coming in the last year. It's nice and cozy. The service is amazing as well as the desert.
Amazing waffle 🧇 I tried Brussel waffle and it was light and crispy 😋
Service was amazing and staff was super nice and welcoming
Would definitely b back!!!!! …
Taste: Good (Liege waffle & Latte)
Price: Rather expensive but ok ($9.20 for the above)
Staff: Friendly
Atmosphere: Nice. About 20 seats with plenty of natural light. Some study, others chat. Vibration of trains is rather annoying.
Great place to relax and enjoy a warm waffle
Awesome.
I try to go at least once a month, and I have been coming to Zinneken’s for around 3 years. I always get the Strawberry Glamour for a little freshness. I have never really had a problem with the service, and have always loved the food.
As a Belgian, I highly recommend going here. The waffles are authentic and the staff even speaks French! If you want a Belgian experience without leaving Boston, go to Zinneken's.
just ordered homemade Belgian waffle with chocolate and weeping cream.. it was awesome... so chewy. friendly staff and great atmosphere... I would definitely go back!
If you love waffles 🧇😋 any time of day this is the perfect place as soon as you walk through the door that's all you smile is an Amazing aroma …
Fantastic! There are two different styles of waffles (Liege style and Belgium style) with a large selection of toppings to choose from. Everything freshly prepared and very, very tasty.
Each differnt Waffel that they have is diffent and very yummy. They serve very good coffee and expresso. With only about 20 max seating it can get croweded on a busy day.
The batter they use is perfect, and the waffel it self is just crispy and smooth, in other words Delisious! A great place to go.
Best waffle ever
After years in Boston, still one of my favorite places to go to. They do take a bit of time especially when it gets busy so prepare for a wait if you’re coming here on the weekends. They’re also open late and offer great coffee.
Good place for students and people who visit Harvard sqaure.
The atmosphere is really nice, with statues of manneke pis all over the place and Belgian comics. The waffle was a bit undercooked, though I believe this was a one time anomaly.
All waffles 🧇 are amazing !! …
Best Belgian waffles in the metro Boston area!
I've been to Zinneken's a few times. They are a few blocks from Harvard Square, close to the Oberon and Berryline. It has an interesting story as it was started by a Harvard grad and friend. They were super busy when they opened and it took them a while to get the hang of it. You select the toppings that you want and they make it to order, so it might take a while. It smells wonderful. They use a dough and not a batter. It is small, so don't go in starving, unless you want 2 waffles.
We liked the waffle and the tea here. I wish they had milk chocolate instead of nutella though. The rest is perfect.
This was the first thing my wife ate after having our baby. She loved it so much! She said it reminded her of the waffles in Belgium when she studied abroad over there. 5 Star!
Absolutely delicious waffles. Perfect for a late night snack. Small sitting area, but typically not overly crowded that it's an issue.
Best waffles in boston. The toppings and drinks are really good and the place itself has a wonderful atmosphere.
The service is a little slow and I wish there were more seating, but the waffle are just that good. Even just a plain waffle with powdered sugar makes my day 10 time better!
I had a delicious waffle and would definitely recommend a visit. I also appreciated that they had outlets available by the windows so I could charge my phone while I ate.
Great waffles, but the place can get really crowded at times. But if you're able to get there a little earlier, the waffles are amazing.
Absolutely loved it! Must try if you're in the area.
Epic waffles! That's what they do best!
Wonderfully charming place, waffles are incredible. Great for dates or night outings.
Great value, worth the walk from the Harvard Square t...berry insanity was amazing, freshest of fresh berries. Kiddo had to choose between oreo, nutella or caramel, a no lose. Great cup of coffee too, love the bormioli rocco cups. Order at the resister and grab a seat, they will bring your food out.
Very cute place. I think they were under staffed when I went. Waffles were delicious
Serving the waffles solo serves only a specialized taste. A few options for eggs & some breakfast meats should be added.
You must try the Liege waffle, it tastes exactly like the one in Brussels, everything about it makes sense: from the initial crunch all the way to the soft centre. It feels like the American waffle reimagined.
A little out of the way from Harvard Square proper, but the best waffle in town. Was psyched when I was walking by South Station, learned they had a food truck, and I got to order a spontaneous 3pm waffle.
Very delicious waffle and smoothie, just the service wasn't too generous with friendlyness - other than that cute place for sattisfying your cravings!
The waffle is alright, the food truck is better.
Fantastic liege-style Belgian waffles, highly recommended for dessert to anyone who finds themselves in the area. Inconsistent in opening time.
The food was great, but I wish there were a better process for getting a table. Also it took about 20 minutes just to get our coffee nevermind the actual waffles.
Great tasting waffles in Cambridge. Light and fluffy waffles with great toppings and combinations to dress your waffles. The wait can be long at times.
Authentic Belgian waffles, and super-helpful staff. I always ensure to go with friends so we can have different waffle and filling types.
Authentic Belgian waffles. Great toppings offered to go with the waffles, but they're so good you can't go wrong with just a Liege waffle with some whipped cream.
Filthy delicious waffles covered in all kinds of wonderful sweet things. Staff has always been really polite and friendly too.
Best waffles in the town.
Absolutely love this place!! Been a couple years since I've been back here but they never disappoint! If you want a little bit of Belgium then come here!
Amazing waffles. Perfect spot for a date.
Imagine the best waffle you've ever had, and then add good coffee. This cute little place is like a sunny afternoon in the middle of a rainy weekend.
The smell hits you right as you walk in and you get this weird waffle high. The hot cocoa is good and the waffles are heavenly so it's a win win
My coworkers and I happened upon this place. Feel like we won golden ticket like in Willy Wonka this restaurant is what dreams are made of. Yum.
The food is excellent the service is excellent, and the price is excellent! I absolutely love this place, and would eat here everyday if I could. The only reason this loses a star is because the place is very small and can get pretty crowded and a little hectic sometimes. Otherwise, it's almost perfect.
Tasty with excellent texture. No idea if the inhabitants of Líege would countenance adding ice cream, but I think it's great.
OMG WAFFLES!!!. Best waffles in Boston. I got the chocolate, all berries and banana as toppings. I am coming back next week!
Amazing waffles. Our favorite place to take a whaffle as a dessert when we eat around Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA.
Oh my gosh they have the best waffles the best pancakes the best everything there if you want a good breakfast instead of IHOP head over there
Great place, very charming and homey. Had a lège waffle, chewy and sweet. Really good and the service was pretty quick and friendly.
My wife loved this place I'm not huge I'm paying that much for just a waffle. It was good but definitely not a place I would choose to go again
Best waffles EVER!
Fantastic place for waffles, Belgian specializes or just a tea/coffee. A bit small and crammed, but nice.
Just great. Waffles with chocolate sauce, strawberries and delicious vanilla ice cream. What's not to like?
Great place and tasty waffles!
Amazing waffles! This is best place for waffles in Cambridge. I have tried all their waffles and loved everything.
Pretty good waffle!
The real deal, Belgian Waffles with your choice of love on top! Not much seating but its even worth standing. Wow.
I like the waffle with cream. Also, I like latte with almond milk here. The store is really cute and clean!
Delicious waffles at a very reasonable price, but seating is limited during peak brunch times.
As a Belgian myself, I can say that for me these are the best Belgian waffles in the Boston/Cambridge area!
Tasty but the waiter made a mistake on our take out order.. so we weren't so happy in the end.
5 stars for the waffles, 2 stars for the unbelievably slow service. My party got our three waffles and coffee one at a time, 20 minutes apart...
Ordered fruit delight and it really was delightful!
Got here during a mini rush, but we'll worth the 10 minute wait. Waffles we're flawless and best coffee I've had in weeks.
Best waffles. Europe in Boston
Very yummy waffles, and lots of options for toppings! Pair your waffle with a nice hot coffee.
I LOVE the waffles here but the service is pretty bad and they're pretty unfriendly they should get more help on weekends cause the line is huge and they're only two and seem not very happy
Really good waffles
Oreo freakin party!!! Best waffles in the world!
Cute, cozy, place ro have great wakes and coffee. Limited seating but we'll worth the wakes and the atmosphere, great staff. Street parking.
Nice very tiny corner to enjoy a delicious Belgian waffle with many toppings options and a cup of coffee in the Harvard square area , love it !!!
Absolutely delish! They’re often out of their crispy waffles, which is a shame.
Amazing waffle place. Best one around Harvard for sure. Great prices too!! Got the berries insanity and it was great.
Definitely get the melted Belgian chocolate of top!
Very pleasant place with nice ambience and music!! Tried Cafe Mocha and the best one!! Recommended for late evening chats with friends over coffee and waffles!!
I wish I could give it more stars. Stick with the chocolate over the Nutella. Quick service, friendly staff, and delicious waffles!
The best waffles in Boston area. But I would appreciate adding more options for toppings.
One of my favorite spots for waffles. Few steps away from Harvard square. Cozy atmosphere.
Their waffles are absolutely delicious. love it ❤️
The banana and caramel waffles are the best. I always stop by when I'm in town... Nice afternoon spot.
Awesome waffles and coffee, but I always leave hungry. Very pricey for just one waffle.
Best waffles in town!! With chocolate, berries, cream...just amazing!
The waffles are awesome, and their coffee is decent.
That was awesome. I never buy waffles, because I am proud of the waffles I make myself, but this was a new and wonderful experience.
BEST. WAFFLES. EVER
My mouth was full of waffles and whip creams 10/10 experience
Get the leige waffle - it's a thick, soft, delicious treat and every toping I've gotten has been great on it!
Super tasty. Got the Liege waffle with fresh seasonal fruit and a scoop of ice cream.
Yummy waffles. Essentially no sitting room here, so you might need to take them to go.
One of the best waffle in the world!!
Great atmosphere, amazing waffles (has a selection of topppings), and all around awesome
One of the best waffle places in Boston.
A tad bit small and limited in space, but they have tasty quick waffles with mouthwatering variations.
Got waffles to go, and they put the whip cream in a separate container so it didn't melt 12/10
Amazing waffles and good coffee! Really liked the banana-strawberry one!!
Amazing waffles in a cozy little Shop. I'd definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting Boston.
I'm a pancake man myself, but as far as waffles go, these are delicious.
I love their waffles. I think they have the best waffles in town.
Love the Belgian waffles here. They have all the toppings that you need.
Didn't know this place existed and I'm glad I do now. It's a little pricey (like everything else in Harvard Square) but I can see it being a real treat every now and then.
Omg the waffles are amazing. Come out hot everytime.
Excellent service and taste ❤️
Most friendly place I found during my short visit in Boston. Real humans behind the counter. AND the waffle's! Thanks!
The sin waffle was amazing but the esp latte ( with a Belgian chocolate) was totally disappoiting
Delicious waffle! Will come back & try again! Nice staff
Fantastic Belgian style waffle place. Great desert. So yummy.
My favorite Waffle place in and around Cambridge !
Great costumer service. The espressos are very good quality and the waffles are excellent.
Possibly the best waffle I've ever had, they know what they are doing here.
Love the different varieties of waffle combinations and the atmosphere of the place!
Sunday morning waffle place. Genuine Belgian waffle made by Belgians. No complains. :)
Cool
Best Waffles I've ever tasted
I loved it since I never saw / ate a real belgian type of waffle, and it was homemade.
Loved the waffles. Definitely recommend it.
This place has insanely amazing waffles. Quaint little spot in the heart of Harvard Sq.
lovely place with awesome waffles but a bit pricey
Kelly decided to call off the wedding off after eating here. Highly suggest to bring your friends and family here for dessert.
The Sin is great. Nutella and bananas. 👍 …
Amazing place. Best waffles ever!
Love this place, went there several times to savor the delicious waffles.
Looked better than it tasted and it tasted very good. Seriously these waffles look like art.
My personal favorite for waffles
Freshly made belgian waffles that you cant find it nowhere else. Even better than ihope beyond words.
Small light waffle w fresh fruit. I don't even like waffles but I would go back
Lovely cafe that provides authentic Belgian waffles and a nice and warm environment
Best waffles in Boston
This place? Glorious. The waffles? Divine. The staff? Exceptional. Thank you.
Decent waffles and toppings, but I thought overrated for all the 5-star reviews.
Very likely the best Waffles in Boston. They are doughey, crunchy and incredible.
the best waffle ! they also serve excellent capuccino :)
Great waffles and coffee
Limited selection
Nice ambiance
Limited seating and parking
Fantastic wafles, coffee, hot chocolate, and the whole experience! Lovely little place, would recommend.
Best waffles I ever had!!!
Pretty authentic Belgian waffles. A little pricey but worth the indulgence
Good waffles, very slow, liege style weren't as sugary as expected
Waffles are amazing! I always get the nutella ones
Extremely affordable breakfast, and the Brussels style waffle is a novel experience.
Nom nom. Not overly sweet...just enough
A quaint small bistro that serves awesome waffles. Must try if visiting Harvard Square.
Very small and nice place with really good waffles.
Amazing waffles just like I loved in Brussels but without the jet lag.
The best waffle I've tasted in my life! Wow!
Waffles pricey for size... more dessert than breakfast.
Great waffles! They have relatively tiny space though
Great waffles, great atmosphere, but very cramped.
Limited seating but amazing food and drink. Great waffles.
Great liege waffles !
Delicious authentic Belgium waffles covered with the topping of your choice.
Good chewy belgium waffle
Unparalleled food and taste. In my opinion however, the portions are quite small (for context, I'm 6'3").
Great selection of waffles that can be customized from a plethora of options.
Waffles , drinks , service ,atmosphere, everything was awesome . Totally recommend
So I was just walking around finds good place to chill and I stumbled upon this little place and its the best love the coffee and the little design.
Top notch waffles but toppings are a bit too pricey
The waffles seem to have a slightly bitter after taste and the counter staff always seem complacent.
Amazing waffles! The place alone smells scrumptious!
Great waffles, although it's the only thing they do. Seating is limited.
Love Belgium waffles! Too bad they stop serving Brussels waffle version
A little pricy, but a very nice Belgian waffle!
Best waffles in Boston. Their Belgian waffles are amazing.
Good waffles, takeout was a bit confusing. 🧇 …
Fantastic food, really crowded and hard to find a place to sit, but great experience overall
Tucked away. Absolutely delicious. If you want a unique dessert this is it. Cozy and efficient.
Get a Liege waffle with Nutella, strawberries, and whipped cream. No regrets.
Best waffles I've had in a long time
Best waffles ever it’s a must when you come to Boston
A great to enjoy National Waffle Day!
Do you like waffles?! If yes, that's the place to try :)
Looks great, tastes great
❤️
Friendly staff. Yummy food.
YUM!!! The best waffles I’ve ever eaten!
Love the atmosphere and love the desserts. Especially the zinneken waffle.
Simple, cute and a lovely place. Loved the ambiance and the food. Would definitely go back again and again. 😍 …
Great waffles! Bananas and caramel was a great choice!!
Incredible place!! Best waffles in all of Massachusetts.
A bit pricey, but the waffles are out-of-control good.
Best Waffles ever they need to open on in my town
Everything they do looks and tastes delicious!! Wish it was less pricy though.
