Delicious cookies!! Loved the pumpkin and OG. So gooey, fresh out of the oven. They ask gave us three bags of cookie dough that they needed to get rid of so we can make it at home!

oh my god! these cookies are so ####### good. i cannot believe i put my mouth around such a warm and pleasuring cookie. not only that, everybody that works there is so gosh darn hot. they're all attractive and i think its something in the air... i left that store with shaking legs. i love chip cookies and i love you. 10/10 would recommended.

There is nothing better than Chip Cookies! I love how they keep things alive with a new cookie every month - and now it seems like they are doing TWO new cookies per month! I look forward to trying new flavors every month. The product itself is delicious, especially with a glass of milk. The cookies are kept very nice and warm. I do like the think cookies much better than the large, flat ones. Something about the thick ones taste a lot better. The staff at this location is okay - I’ve gotten greeted by very positive and friendly people, and other times it seemed like the poor girl just needed to go home and take a break. Now as for their delivery service, I myself have never tried it but I’ve heard many stories circulating cookies that never arrived, and then when contacting the company not receiving any response. I think this is very upsetting as there have been times I’ve wanted to order them instead of driving 20 minutes for a cookie, but I always refrain from doing so after being reminded of all the reviews. $10 is only $10, I get it, but money is money and if you multiply that by the number of reviews from disgruntled people about missing cookies, that’s a lot of people being robbed of a lot of money. So please caution before you do order!

First off, the cookies are delicious for sure! The biscoff is so good! But if you have the option, just go into the store and pick them up yourself. I’ve had multiple times were they ran out of the specific cookies I wanted and sent something else. Which when you are paying that extra premium to have them delivered, it’s a huge bummer. Their cookies are usually gooey inside, which I personally like. The only downside is I’ve definitely had some that were straight up dough inside.

WE LOVE CHIP! It’s our go to celebration treat. It’s our guilty pleasure and adding weekly cookies instead of monthly has only made the craving worse. The service is always great and we look forward to chip with every visit. Chip’s journey has paralleled our time living in Boise and can’t imagine life without it. Huge chewy gooey bundles of goodness that will make your knees week and your tummy flutter. This ain't your average cookie cutter chocolate chip mom n pop shop. This is THE place to buy cookies. Crumbl's offerings don't even come close. The ingredients are obviously top shelf, because the chocolate chunks are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, this has caused me to develop the habit of treating myself to these things everytime I'm feeling a little down. Or celebrating, Or if it's Tuesday... Wednesday... you get the idea. Those OG cookies are almost certainly 1000 calories each, but don't let that stop you. They're worth it. Plus, you can have them delivered. Best. Cookies. Ever. I think I'll treat myself to some now as a celebratory reward for completing this review... 😁

BEST. COOKIES. EVER. If you are in the Boise area, you would be dearly mistaken to not stop by here for a treat. We came multiple times during our trip and everything was great. The selection is limited- either chocolate chip, Biscoff chip, or their flavor of the month which happened to be Pumpkin Nutella while we were there- but that is all you need because they are so dang good. Pretty reasonably priced- I think it was something like $3 for a cookie or $11 for a box of 4 and milk was only like $2 or $3 for a quart. Such reasonable prices. Our only regret is that we didn’t come more!

These cookies are so tasty! Bought the Mini OG pack, a box of nine cookies that are like regular sized cookies elsewhere. Crunchy outsides with soft chewy insides and milk chocolate chips. I actually prefer semi-sweet chips but overall this was a great cookie. I would give four stars but on this day the only flavor available was the OG chocolate chip and I would really liked to have tried the other kinds (like the Snickerdoodle chip).

Holy cookies! I just received a box of Chip cookies as a 'thank you' and I'm blown away not only by how excellent they were but how fresh and warm they were! It's like they baked them in the delivery truck! I normally am not a fan of chocolate chip but these were the BEST chocolate chip cookies I've ever had! Both were so good! I cut them up and shared with the office of course after taking a picture and posting it on social media. HUGE HIT with the office!

I already loved this place, but holy moly! Their red velvet is the best. I compared Chip's red velvet to Crumbl's for Valentines Day - and it was literally the best. So much more moist and melty. And it even came with icing for dipping! I can't. I ordered it twice... I did delivery the second time around and that was great! I ordered from the website (don't use the app, too buggy right now). It was quick, it was warm, and it was just as good as the first time! I was so excited I was even tracking my delivery driver, which was a handy little tool it offers you with delivery from the store. GET THE RED VELVET! (if you like red velvet).

It was super crowded and only 2 small tables outside. Only offer chocolate chip cookies and they are so big and dense it is almost too much. I like the choc chip cookies better than crumbl though, they aren't as sweet. $3 per cookie or 4 for $10.

Sorry, but based on my personal preference I would rate this cookie average. These are my observations…I had the OG, which seems like their take on a traditional chocolate chip cookie. Chocolate chips were milk chocolate. Amount of chocolate chips seemed low. Cookie was undercooked for my preference, not much chewiness but there was a nice little crunch around the bottom edge. Price at $3.50 seemed a little high compared to other deluxe cookies, but not crazy high. Cookie was served warm above room temperature. I’m guessing around 85 degrees F.

It's more of a meal replacement than a cookie. The selections are simple and everything is delicious. It's expensive for cookies but if you like soft style cookies with crispy bottoms you'll pay happily. Biscoff and OG are the bomb. Avoid the frosting cookie and try every cookie of the month.

I've been a big fan of Chip for a while now. Not only have their cookies been wonderful, but their people are great too! I love their service and being able to track and know when my cookies will be delivered. I've tried a couple other cookie delivery services and we even make our own in the same style, but Chip remains a strong favorite. Something about those cookies is just too dang good! In fact, just today I placed an order that didn't get delivered, but claimed it had been. I even got the "Enjoy your cookies!" message, but I was empty handed. I called them once and the system said they were too busy, sent an email, and then tried calling again and thankfully got an answer. They were super kind and accommodating and immediately sent another delivery out to replace my missing one! I received my cookies only about 30-45 min late, which is an incredibly fast recovery. And on top of that they were kind enough to give me a refund. I will definitely be using that to buy more cookies from Chip in the near future, they deserve it!

This place is TOO good!!! It is a problem how delicious these cookies are and how easy it is to get them. The first time I bought them as a surprise for my partner and had them delivered to the front door with a note written on the box. Because there were only 4 cookies per box, I purchased two boxes not knowing that the cookies are MASSIVE. It was worth it because the are so so tasty and they store well. We keep finding 'special' reasons to buy cookies, always come back to Chip Cookies, and get them delivered straight to our door easy peasy. If you live in the area, are just visiting, or are even flying over the state, you need to get these cookies!

A cookie shop downtown ... I worked downtown when Nancy's Cookies began in early 90's. It grew nicely even selling vast quantities at BSU football games! Delicious, hefty, great variety, wonderful value. Chips is more expensive and currently lacks the variety. Chips tastes good with warm out of the oven packed in as box delivery and was very busy on a Friday evening! Hopefully Chips can scale up, broaden offerings and even add some gluten free options (a huge challenge). Good luck and I'll update as I can. My sweet tooth brought me down, I've got dough to bake in the freezer, my budget said ouch, and my marketing heart hopes you'll thrive for as long as you'd like. I'll be back periodically. CHEERS!

Okay, I have yet to actually consume a cookie from chip cookies but I am a doordash driver and I have picked up several orders from them and let me just tell you how hard working those employees are there as well as being super efficient, incredibly helpful, prompt with getting their orders done on time and generally are just fun people to have a conversation with. Perhaps tomorrow will be my first time trying a chip cookie.

These are really yummy cookies but their delivery was more than 30 min late. We ordered on a Saturday night, they were supposed to arrive between 10-10:30 we didn’t receive them until 11 really annoying especially when we don’t even live far from downtown. I called them directly to ask where my cookies were and the staff was super nice and offered to cancel, I declined because by that point she said they were just being picked up To be delivered and we were the first stop. We got them and they were tasty, just wanted them a little sooner.

Even with the volume of people ordering these delicious cookies, they are always on time, warm, gooey, and all around some of the best cookies that you don’t even have to leave your home to buy. These cookies are very good. They're a bit pricey, but it's actually not that bad once you consider they're essentially mini cakes. I've never been able to finish one and $4 isn't that big a deal once in a while anyway. I'm really glad this is here. I feel like Boise doesn't have a lot of dessert specific restaurants that are open after dinner. Chip fills that niche will genuinely good cookies.

We love Chip!! We order about twice a month and are never disappointed. These giant cookies are perfect for splitting (the box of 4 giant cookies is equal to about a dozen regular sized cookies) and are perfectly crunchy on the outside while warm, soft, doughy and gooey on the inside. If you’re looking for more of a biscuit or something that will “snap,” look elsewhere. I love that they are open late and that they deliver! I saw someone else said that they’ve had better cookies from the grocery store and if that’s the case I need to find her grocery store because these are the best non-homemade cookies I’ve ever had! The seasonal flavors are good but you can’t go wrong with the OG chocolate chip. Thanks Chip, you’ve claimed our business for years to come!

WOE, this is the KING OF COOKIES for sure. We tried the chocolate chip and another cookie that had white chocolate. Both cookies were ABSOLUTE PERFECTION cookies. My son and I enjoyed them lots. Prices are up there but, I hate to say this, I can almost see why. They REALLY were incredible cookies.

I have ordered from Chip twice, (my cookies come out of the Meridian shop!) My first experience was extraordinary! The cookies were delivered on time and were soooo yummy! Attempt #2 didn't work out as well, and it turns out that our neighbors may have gotten some free cookies. I reached out to Chip and their Manager Mason responded to me the next day and handled everything very professionally. Which I truly appreciate and respect! Do you like cookies? Fresh from the oven home baked, crispy on the outside and gooey in the center? Just like mom but mom doesn’t make them this big or with this much variety. A new cookie every month and the same great home baked staple (chocolate chip) classic that everyone loves. Delivered to you at crazy hours of the night when the munchies kick in. Stopped by the store and picked up a cookie for dessert. The shop is pretty barren, with no display and a small video monitor that shows the menu. They keep the cookies in a warmer on the other side of the store. There are two cookie options, the chocolate chip and the monthly flavor. Both are $3 each or 4/$10. The chocolate chip was think, moist, and stayed warm for 45 minutes til I could enjoy it. It was good, but a $3 cookie should be. I wish they offered a few more options as the limited flavors could get old.

I first was introduced to Chip by a friend of mine my freshman year at Boise State, where his parents ordered a few boxes for his birthday since we’re both from California and they couldn’t be there in person. He was suprised as I to see that there was such thing as a delivery cookie service—the future is now! I might have got hooked after first trying it; I was initially hesitant that a bakery primarily dedicated to chocolate chip cookies could live up to the hype, but they are certainly the best cookies I’ve ever bought, and are the gold standard for professional-made desserts. Portions are generous which I really love; I made the mistake of trying to eat a box of four in one night exactly once! And the option to receive your cookies by delivery is clever and really convenient for late night cravings—on that note, it was very wise to open up a cookie delivery service next to a college campus.

Within an hour of this review below, I was contacted by the manager and he was asking me lots of questions to make sure he could fix the issue, and see what was going on. Very responsive. The classic chocolate chip option is year round and it is a timeless favorite. Along with freshly baked cookies, Chip sells the option to buy the raw chocolate chip cookie dough to bake at home. I love Chip cookies, and let me say that I am very picky when it comes to chocolate chip cookies. If they’re not made with quality ingredients I can tell right away. Chip cookies are smooth on the top, soft on the inside and crispy on the edges. They’re perfect! And their chip of the month is always worth trying. Soooo good. But I gave a 4 star because the Nampa store that delivers is not as good. I’ve ordered several times and the cookies have a “bumpy” texture on the top and don’t taste as good. I can’t put my finger on why, but they taste like they’re made with shortening, not butter. And the dough is stale and freezer burned. I’m not sure if that’s true but that’s how they taste to me. Also, the peanut butter butterscotch chip of the month was so flat and looked nothing like the picture. I’d much rather drive to meridian or Boise for my next chip craving. They get it right. Nampa store needs to change something. I thought it was a fluke but every time I order from them I’m disappointed.

UPDATE: After emailing with Mason the general manager, ive decided to change my rating from 2 stars to 5! He was very understanding and helpful. He replied quickly even over a holiday break. He offered to send a box on him to make up for my past disappointments and to my surprise I recieved 2 boxes right on time, hot and delicious. As a growing business Mason has not forgotten his customers. He improved the experience so much, and I will be ordering again in the future :) . I've ordered from here 3 times. First time went smoothly, no problems at all. The last two times have unfortunately been different. A few weeks ago I ordered and got a call from chip, they lost my order- this call was 5 minutes before the deadline for them to arrive. They did eventually show up, cold and overbaked. I let it slide because I know how busy you guys are, and I dont enjoy causing waves of any kind. As for the second time, I'm still waiting on my cookies. 4 minutes before the deadline (8:30 Monday night) I got a text from the shift lead saying the oven wasnt working (i think thats what they meant, typos and weird wording made it a little confusing) and my order has been pushed back 20 minutes. The kicker is, I preordered these last night so I'm kind of upset they weren't prepared or even delivered right at 8! BUT once again i didn't have a big problem with it because after all, theres a 30 minute window and chip has a high demand. Overall, I'm upset that I didn't even get a call... just a poorly written text. Bad customer service in my opinion. As of now, my boyfriend and I are waiting for the cookies to arrive. I'll update my review after they show up, for better or for worse. The one thing they did do right so far was automatically refund the delivery fee, so thank you for that but I hope it's the extent of what will need to be done. Seriously, 66.6% of my experience with chip has been more negative than I wish it was... what's up with that?? UPDATE: they arrived warm and tasted very good. Still disappointed there was even a reason to feel the need to complain.

I’ll start by saying I love Chip cookies and they have always been super yummy every time I’ve ordered. The 3 stars is in regards to delivery. I was really excited when they announced they would be doing daytime delivery (saw it on IG). However, I was very disappointed to find that it only applied to certain areas in Boise. Where I live, the zip code doesn’t allow me to order during the day, however my work zip code does, and it’s only about a 7 minute drive between the 2. I wish they would have been more specific when making this announcement instead of making it sound like all of Boise would get to have daytime delivery. I’ll still drive down to the store every now and then, but it would have been nice to have that option.

The location is great especially since it is quite near the busy parts of downtown, don't expect to find much parking spots, but it's not too far of a walk if you are in downtown Boise. The cookies are always unique and each month they have a a different signature recipe.

This cookie place knows it's crowd. Delicious cookies for sale until late right next to popular bars in downtown, close to BSU campus and even delivers!! The only reason I can't give them a full five stars is because they only have two cookie options- neither of which are white chocolate macadamia nut. Still their chocolate chip cookies are so delicious and big that even drunk me can barely eat a whole one. (Also they are hella expensive for some cookies but totally worth it at 2am waiting for your Uber)

In the words of Britney Spears "Gimme, gimme more gimme more gimme, gimme more!" I need it, I want it, I can't not have it! Ok, all that may be a little dramatic(a little), but it's kinda true! Last night, the kids and I wanted a snack, yet Dad didn't want to go to the store or go bake something, so I remembered seeing Amie's (our Yelp embassador) review and I thought I should try it. The app is amazingly easy to use. Right now we in Boise only have one flavor, chocolate chip. A box of 4 is $10 and you have a small delivery fee $2.99 and I tipped so about $15 for 4 cookies. The order was simplistic. You then get an email or text alerts (you chose) then you sit and anxiously wait. What did I just do?!? Did I really order cookies this late in the evening? Oh, yes-I-did! The text messages kept me updated and I walked out to the car where I was handed these steamy, melt-in-your-mouth, addictive, heavy, large, warm cookies! Within 30 minutes of ordering, I had my cookies. Getting them in the house, I thought the box was awfully heavy. They were perfectly cooked, melted wonderfully, and amazing tasting. Seriously. I couldn't finish one and saved it for the next day. I warmed the cookie up and it was still just as good. All 5 of us mmmmm'd as we ate them. It was the quietest I've seen my kids in, well, forever! As Amie says in her March 2018 review, it's over the top... and lifes never the same, I agree and that's what's awesome about it! Give them a try. They deliver until 2am!

I loved the Reese's cookie and I enjoyed the Chocolate chip cookie. I prefer my chocolate chip cookie to be on the sweeter side and this wasn't, bit it was still good but I prefer Crumbls CCK. The Reese's cookie was incredible though. It had Reese's m&Ms and Reeses peanut butter cups in it and it was magical.
