I wanted to find a bakery near our event venue and found Louise’s online. I stopped by and spoke with one of the ladies. She helped me bring my vision to light! I ordered a cake and cupcakes. She even suggested ordering decorative cupcake liners to make them more elegant. She was spot on! Everyone loved our dessert table! These cakes are also delicious!!

What a great cake place to come across! We have tried other cake places in and around Birmingham and just needed something different. Louise’s provided the cake with quick turn around. It looked just like the picture. We had a red velvet with buttercream frosting, it doesn’t get better than that! So happy we chose this place for our daughters birthday!

We are getting married in April 2023. We are ordering our wedding cake here for several important reasons. 1. The cake tasting- delicious selections! 2. Rational and reasonable pricing- will deduct cake stand fee if our decorator has one, and told us to not order another layer of cake just to have for the “traditional one year anniversary.” 3. Was very transparent and answered all questions. This is what made us select Louise’s for our wedding. We will also be looking into purchasing cake supply items too since my fiancé bakes occasionally. Thank you Louise’s Cake and Supply for the fantastic customer service! Looking forward to having your cake at our wedding!

Always have the supplies I need large or small. Staff is very friendly. I had a last minute order and my edible image machine was not working, I contacted Mary, to see if she can do me an edible image, she said, yes. I sent the image to her website. By the time I made it to her store, the image was ready, by the way, the image was perfect. If you need edible images, check them out, you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience at their “grinch” cake decorating class. They took their time and really helped teach you the techniques. Plus the cake was delicious!

I’ve been in the banking business for over a year now. From the first time I walked into Louise’s Cake , it has been a pleasant and helpful experience. If I have questions about anything Mary or Riley as been there to assist rather is via phone or in person. They walk me through it. Did I mention they have everything I’ve need so far? Yes!!! These last two weeks has been stressful bc I had my first wedding cake order. Mary took her time and educated me on the entire process step by step. Recently injured she still walked me around the building and educated me on everything to bring My Bride wishes true! Thank you so much Mary! Thank you so much Riley! I give them a 10+ in starts!!!

They recently did a carrot cake for us as that’s what the birthday boy wanted & I can honestly say that’s the only carrot cake I’ve ever tried & liked! Mary went out of her way to help me find the products that I needed. I drove all over town to Walmart, Target, Michaels, Hobby Lobby and JoAnns for a specific cookie cutter that I needed. I called Louise's and asked if they had them and they did not. BUT Mary said she would be glad to order them for me. She offered to let me show her what I needed and went over and above to get them ordered and shipped quickly. There was an error in shipper on the suppliers side, and she went through the hassle to get it returned and reshipped for me and still in plenty of time for the party. She did not have to go through all that trouble but she did. She was so friendly and willing to help and make sure I got what I needed. She will go out of her way to help her customers with their specific needs. I will definitely be back! Thanks again!
