It's hit and miss. Sometimes they have some donuts sometimes not. Last time I tried to build a box certain donuts could not be put in...probably should say that on the board since it's advertised you can. Idk nothing stellar miss my fresh IGA doughnuts. Fir the price you'd get a better doughnut from alberstsons or the gas station.

I'm diabetic, so when I'm bad, it has to be worth the carbs. Krispy Kreme definitely is! Unfortunately a 10 hour drive.

Ugh, this location. It’s the only one in Billings, which is why it gets 3 stars, I love Krispy Kreme, but my goodness this location is not the best. Whenever I order a drink it’s only right maybe 1/3 of the time, so I have stopped ordering drinks entirely. They almost never have the new speciality doughnuts that I specifically go there for. They often don’t have the regular doughnuts I want either! They have let me place an order through the app with doughnuts they don’t currently have, so then I just have to deal with a bunch of replacements, when I probably would have not placed the order if I had known I wouldn’t get half of the kinds I wanted. The lobby is permanently closed at this point, which I don’t love, but it’s definitely not the worst part of this location. I will say every once in awhile the service is great and they have what I want and as I said I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts, so it’s not all bad, but this location could be so much better.

Donuts are good, but they're too cheap to staff this location with enough help to open the dining room. This location is a drive through only. That's a problem for those of us pulling trailers.

If you have never had a Krispy Kreme doughnut, then you have never lived. Here is a bonus, watch for the " Hot Light " This means that the original glazed are being freshly made. This happens twice daily, usually morning and evening, these doughnuts literally melt in your mouth.

If you're looking for a really good donut then this is not your place. It's OK but not anywhere near the best. Their saving grace is the original glazed but aside from that I just don't recommend them for donuts and in this town we don't have a lot of options but this one still won't get my primary recommendation

I try stopping here everyday for the hot & fresh donuts! That’s what Krispy Kreme is known for to me. I’m very kind when ordering…but it seems like no matter how nice & patient I am, the young girls that work there INSIST on being RUDE! It’s like they’re aggravated whenever someone asks about the fresh and hot donuts! I don’t get it! Their donuts taste great, however they don't match up with the app very well. After plenty of my time wasted trying to place my order on the app, I found out this location didn't offer Bogo 50% off coupon. Frustrating and the employee didn't seem to understand that she should have tried to make it right with a similar coupon or some kind of deal.

Best donuts ever! Awesome and unique experience with my family here tonight. From the delicious mouth watering donuts (with a mind-blowing endless selection), to the welcoming fun and friendly staff. The manager on shift, Mackenzie, seemed to really be the icing on the cake for us when she came over to us and gave us a tour of their donut production and machinery. She was very courteous and hospitable which really made this family night out a memorable one for the books! Thank you to the staff st Krispy Kreme! You rock!

Perfect timing this morning. I showed up as the glazed were coming out of the machine and they were delicious! However, my review is based on the customer service of the little gal boxing the donuts and running the register. She was super fast, cracking jokes the entire time, and never missed a beat. I wish I had seen her name, but she is a little skinny black haired gal that was working the front at 6:45am today, I'm sure management can figure it out to thank her.

Always love stopping for Krispy Kreme donuts wherever we are. Also love their coupons. However, when I tried using the two dozen donuts for $13 coupon from an email I received, I was told I couldn’t use it because this location was a franchise. I was extremely disappointed by this. Also noticed that donuts here were slightly bigger than other Krispy Kremes. Usually, donuts fit perfectly and neatly in a dozen box. Here, they don’t. Still delicious, though.

Due to Covid, the lobby wasn’t open. The line for the drive-through was long, but the service was extremely fast! Allison who was running the drive-through did an absolutely fantastic job! It takes a special team to work in the service industry, I know I wouldn’t have the patience that these people do! The service was outstanding and I was blown away by the professionalism! This location is awesome! The owner is usually there in the morning and is always working his butt off to ensure this store is ran smoothly. I also got an email about a Krispy Kreme promotion where it was 2 dozen for $13. I went through the drive through and asked if they were accepting it. He said no but he would take care of it. That is amazing customer service. I would have just paid full price but it just makes me a repeat customer!

Okay, do I just love Krispy Kremes. I was a little weirded out that my Krispy Kremes were not the nice round consistent Krispy Kremes that we all know and love, but more a box of misshapen caveman wheels. However, they still tasted delicious and the staff was friendly.

They simply make donuts and they do it amazingly. They don't have anything to prove and they know it. So, while the ability to watch the donut glazing process is very nice and they are usually very fast, the staff is somewhat lackluster as far as their attitudes go.

I live in Minnesota but my 94 year old father lives in Billings MT. I ordered some Krispy Kreme's for Christmas. I put the order in on the 23 of December to have them delivered on Dec 24. I spoke with him on Christmas and he had not received his doughnuts. I called today and was told I had to call Door Dash to find out why they didn't get delivered. I hung up and 30 seconds later Jason called me. He was awesome. He knew of the problem and told me well what kind of donuts does your dad like. I said the original ones. He said well I have to go to the bank in a little bit and I will drop off a dozen for him. Well he was true to his word. Not only did he drop off 1 dozen he dropped off 2 doz along with a t-shirt, cap, mug and a water bottle. He went above and beyond. Jason you know how to make a 94 year old's day. Thank you and your team for being awesome.

What's not to like fast friendly service clean surroundings and amazing pastries! Is there anything better then a Krispy Kreme hot from the fryer ? The drive threw is Handy and they also do Uber eats so you can get your fix in any situation try and eat just one !

Donuts. Warm, fresh, tasty-as-heck DONUTS! I tend to stick with the non-filled kinds since the freshness of the donuts is one of the main reasons I go out of my way to grab them occasionally. Everything one could want in a donut, and served with a ral smile!

It is extremely unusual to encounter welcoming staff at food service locations in Billings, but the staff at this location is probably the nicest I've encountered anywhere. This facility features a clean, new facility and the friendly staff is the icing on the hot fresh donuts!
