The bagels are amazing. I had a supreme breakfast sandwich on the cinnamon toast crunch began, delicious. Paired with a great coffee. Really enjoyed the local business feel and seeing the staff so friendly and working so hard.

Great bagels and cream cheese. Love it for the taste. But highly unorganized. Expect anywhere between a minute and 10 minute wait to place an order. Infact, I've been here when bust and my order was taken soon and when not so busy, my order was taken 7 or 8 minutes. The owner, who is a good guy, should have an order taker, and 2 workers on each line preparing orders. I'll still go there but I'd be lying if I have not walked out on a few occasions. Also, the tables need to be cleaned more often. I see dirty tables evrrytime I go in.

First time I had tried this place. Super great people working the counter and very knowledgeable. I love GOOD tuna salad so asked what it was like and the gal behind the counter said she makes it daily and told me what was in it. Best tuna salad other than my homemade recipe. Big menu. Had no idea all the things you could do with bagels.

Great service and wonderful bagels. The bagels are made fresh everyday and the cream cheeses are house mixed. I had an everything bagel and jalapeño cheddar cream cheese. My wife worried that the jalapeños would be hot when she tried mine but really liked it, she said she could taste the jalapeño but it wasn't really hot and my wife is a wimp when it comes to spice.

I love that you offer delivery for the people that cannot leave their home office. Coffee is good, however, I specifically asked for NO EGG. sausage and cheese only and it came with egg and no cheese.. Now normally I wouldn't complain but what's the point of having 'special Instructions' if you're not going to read or follow them? I'm sure this is a one-time issue so hopefully whoever is looking at orders well start reading instructions. Thank you

First time I went there they were closing in 10 minutes and most of the chairs were put up in preparation for cleaning. The staff stopped what they were doing to make sure that we had good service, one made our bagels, the other made our coffees. There was no rush to get us out we felt relaxad and comfortable. Great food, great service. Second time we went there, different staff, orders were messed up, despite specifically requesting lettace/tomato/onion my bagel was bare except the meat, no cream cheese or anything. My wife made her order, and had to repeat it a minute later as the server had not been paying attention. she watched her bagel be made was told there is no tomato left. We paid and left. Once in the car I looked at my bagel and immeadiatly returned to get the fillings. Lo and behold tomato was now available, the server had not bothered to actually see if there was tomato. So, first visit 5 stars, second visit not so good, I think the server was half asleep.

Some of the best, if not the best, bagels I've had since I left the east coast, but the staff (who is very friendly) isn't very consistent. Sometimes I get almost no cream cheese, sometimes there's so much that I have to scrape half of it off. If they were more consistent, I'd give them 5 stars.

Best bagels in town and their begal breakfast sandwiches are really good. Service isn't the best or the most friendly, but it's a begal place that's not why your going. The place is kinda dirty ( not behind the counter so much, seating areas seems dirty. They layout of the place is super wierd and needs to be re done to be more efficient. The food is good the service is sub par the atmosphere is lacking And the store is kinda dirty.

Fantastic shop with great food and great service! The bagels are so fresh and there is a huge assortment of flavors of both bagels and cream cheese. Their breakfast bagels are worth a try and the prices are more than reasonable.

Hadn't been in here since I was a small child so I thought it was just a standard bagel place, but it's much more than that. Paninis, wraps, coffees, and even pizza bagels offer a pretty varied selection. Oh, by the way, the coffee is self serve with around 5 options.
