Simply amazing cookies. A 5 star review doesn't do them justice. While the decision to visit might be based on their weekly offering you would be hard pressed to not find multiple cookies you would love! They are also gigantic and reasonably priced. Everything is very clean and employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

We just visited Crumbl Cookies and couldn’t decide which cookies to get! We had to take several home to try. They have all been delicious! Our girls loved the birthday cake and the Twix, and we loved the chilled sugar cookie. The customer service was fast and friendly, and the store itself was inviting and clean. Crumble Cookies open in Billings. Delicious cookies. Friendly service. Busy this first day so a little slow, but that will shake out over the next few days. If you like gourmet type cookies this is the place. Cookies are big. Definitely will be back. I have to share that these cookies are great even the next day. Taking the chocolate chip, hazelnut churro and/or the dark dream and 10 seconds in microwave and these cookies are just as good as the first day!

Visiting Billings for the weekend and we HAD to try Crumbl Cookies. The different flavors we tried that day were the Nutella Mudslide and Raspberry Cheesecake, along with the normal Chocolate Chip and Chilled Sugar Cookie. Sadly, we did not get to try the ice cream as they were all sold out (so it must be tasty) - but the cookies were FANTASTIC! Highly recommend!

Crumbl has some of the best cookies around, and they're always changing up their menu! There's nothing quite like a fresh gooey cookie to satisfy your need for comfort. The world may change, but that childish feeling of enjoying a fresh treat will not! The staff at this location are very polite, and clean. Their floors are always shiny and swept. Crumbl has fair pricing on all of their baked goods, so it's nice to drop in to grab a bite. I definitely recommend this establishment, and after you experience it, you will too!

Just wanted to say lastnight was our first experience at Crumbl Cookie and it was amazing! The cookies where fantastic but that’s not why I’m leaving this review! There was a young gal working that was also exceptional! She is an amazing employee and treats her customers fantastic! Her customer service is out of this world, professional at her job yet kind and friendly! Now a days you do not see this all the time so when I do I really want the person to know what a great job she is doing!! Will definitely be returning every trip!!!

I don’t want to bother them to call, I would rather drop them an email to answer at their own convenience. Waited for an hour and a half with a curbside order of 4 cookies. Finally walked in after seeing over a dozen other people walk in and walk out after ordering and having their cookies made fresh. Stood there for about 10 minutes before stopping one of them and asking them if my order was almost ready. She didn't even look at me, just said "we're working on it, you can go back to your car". I asked which order they were working on and she asked if my name is Ashley. I said no. She asked if it's John, Kaley, or Kelsey. She said my order "must have gotten deleted". Well that's not my problem... I just wanted cookies, man. The cookies were good and the people in there seemed nice so if I go again I'll make sure to just order inside (and will be sure not to wear pajamas next time) so they don't get too confused and delete my order. 👍

Cookies are great!! However not impressed with this store and their catering. After I talked to multiple people I discovered they charge more than what the corporate website advertises. I was just shocked nobody had told me and realize I should’ve asked. The website does say “prices vary by location” in very small print which was my mistake for overlooking that, but the manager was not sympathetic at all about this. We put our catering order in 3 days prior to our event. They said they only need 24 hours though. I called the day before to make sure they had the right amounts and a pickup time for noon the next day. The lady seemed very annoyed and quickly said “yup we got it”. We show up the next day at noon and the cookies are not ready. I can see the staff running around with piping frosting bags trying to finish the cookies. 30 minutes later they are done. For catering events I personally do not think being 30 minutes late is acceptable. We were almost late to our own event because of this. We wanted the cookies to be fresh but I guess next time we will need to pick an earlier pickup time since they weren’t ready.

But, we had the sampler and were not impressed with the flavor,especially of the chocolate chip! I have visited the store and ordered online for delivery. Both experiences were equally superior in service, quality, friendliness, and accommodations. A simple call to add non-listed cookies for delivery was met with a friendly attitude and “of course we can do that” attitude. The cookies are amazing, but the service will keep you coming back. Yes, it’s busy, yes there may be a wait, as with most amazing things - it is worth it.

cookies are amazing. the only thing thing is they don't accept digital pay. For a new business this is really weird. if it weren't for the fact that i didn't have my wallet on me and i waited 25 min in line to be told that they did not take digital pay, i would be giving them 5 stars. so if you keep your drivers license in your phone case and pay with your phone everywhere you go beware. In addition there was no recovery for my wait and inconvenience.

THE. BEST. COOKIES. PERIOD. A friend and I came in around 11:30pm, on free cookie day. Of course I had to buy a box because I couldn't leave with just one (even though that is an option at Crumbl). The cookies were definately fresh out of the oven because they were still warm and melty. Even though it was most likely a LONG day/night for the staff, you would've never known. The gal that helped us at the counter welcomed us with a smile. She took the time to explain their reward point system when we paid, excused herself so she could box our cookies, and made sure to show us the box asking if everything we ordered was there before thanking us for coming in. What company do you know that publicly announce one of their products for FREE the day before their Grand Opening? Definately a company that is here for their community, and here to stay! Be warned: Crumbl is utterly addicting! Their flavors are perfected before they present them. Even if its not your favorite flavor it is still so stinkin good. The ones that are your favorites are beyond marvelous. Their ordering process is the easiest I've ever seen & online is super easy too. This location was quick, clean, & friendly. My only frustration is that if you miss a week or flavor or dont get enough when you go, you may have to wait a looooong time before you get a chance at it again.
