Voted Atlanta's best donuts... These donuts are truly the best. They change them out seasonally and the shop is so nice. You see people walking around with blue boxes and you always wonder what those boxes are and then you realize that those are sublime donuts. So I had to try them. It turns out that they change their donuts seasonally so you can't get the same ones usually at the same time during the year. When I arrived around December January I got three main donuts which are the: -FRESH STRAWBERRY N CREAM -NUTTELLA -CHOCOLATE BANANA FRITTER....This was my favorite🥰

This is one of my favorite black owned donut shops in Atlanta! Every time I visit they never disappoint! Right now they are still open & taking both to go and delivery orders. There might be a small wait as they are only letting 10 people in the store at the time, but it's totally worth it! Today I got the s'mores, Oreo, and raspberry filled donut. That raspberry was my favorite the filling was definitely fresh raspberry preserve with just the right amount of sweetness. I have yet to try their coffee or ice cream , but I've heard great things about both. Oh! And the prices are very reasonable. I spent around $6 for all 3 donuts!

Went in this afternoon for some donuts. I wanted the strawberries and cream donut but they were out but the gentleman behind the counter offered to make me one! It was amazing and his customer skills and friendliness are great !!! Best service I’ve got since I’ve been in Atlanta !! That guy was awesome

I ordered late at night one night and was a little apprehensive about how fresh it would be because I ordered late at night, but it was the best and freshest doughnuts ever!! I got an assorted dozen which they pick for you, and it did not disappoint. Everything was so delicious and I will def order again! The strawberry one is my favorite!

The donuts are fresh with a different twist to them. They were soft and moist. I asked the sales clerk what did she recommend it was my first time. She said I don't eat here 😏😶😏 How can you assist them lordt the help we hire. Anywho, my team enjoyed the donuts! The 4 is because the place is clean the donuts are different. Yummy donuts. Great selection. I got the raspberry jelly chocolate frosted. My daughter got some nutella confection. Open 24 hours. Fast service. Covid measures in place Recommend looking at varieties ahead of time because there were so many to choose from. I don't drink coffee but the coffee bar looked good.

I saw that this place was open 24/7 and had to check it out. This venue is not on the main road and it looks closed at night but it is definitely open. I ordered the Fresh strawberries and cream, nutella, and white chocolate peach cobbler. The strawberries was the best donut and actually had fresh strawberries in it. Nutella tasted great but was plain. The peach cobbler was great as well. I will return!

This is my go-to spot!!! They’re one of the best donut spots in Atlanta and their black owned. I’m a food blogger and I found out about this location on Instagram. The unique thing about them is their donut flavors and their open 24/7. You can get overwhelmed with trying to figure out which flavor you want because it’s so many good looking choices. Sometimes they might run out of their flavors depending on what time of the day you go. Not every donut will cost the same depending on which one you get they range between $1.25-$4. They do have seating but at this time due to COVID-19 their not allowing their customers to sit inside and they do require you to wear a mask. Their located in a plaza right next to Tropical Smoothie Cafe with have plenty of parking but it’s shared with other businesses in the area.

I wanted to see what the hype was about. So many people I spoke to said they really like this place. So I went and bought a Nutella doughnut. It was honestly mediocre. I’ve had much better doughnuts than that. I paid $1.95 for it which to me is a tad too expensive for a single item. I’m definitely not gonna visit again. But I do love the blue though!

Diamond and Donovan have excellent customer service! We are from out of town and they went above and beyond. Diamond made some of the donuts they sold out of for us since we didn’t live her. Is good good. Gooder 'n good. Fresh jams and hip people. You had better hurry up and get in there before they close and run out of decadence. Seriously, in there at 9pm and had fritters. Delicious doughnuts but slightly chewier than expected. I appreciated the dude at the counter being super patient to tell us each of the flavors they had. Maybe some readable signs or labels (rather than the tiny menu on the counter), would save all the explanation to every single customer that walks in?

I’ve always go to this location! However, I was having a very emotional day to say the least! Shawn (Sean) assisted me and helped to make my evening better. Not only does he have amazing customer service, he loves what he does! And you can tell by the way he talks about the donuts! I’ve been working in sales for over 25 years and he’s definitely someone I’d want to interact with clients on a daily basis! Yes the donuts are SUBLIME but the customer service will always keep me coming back! Shawn keep being a great human beings! Excellent donuts, helpful staff, and great service. The place is super clean and modern. Asked the lady to surprise me and she picked 6 of their most popular donuts/ones she liked. Wasn't disappoint. Each one was fresh and tasted delicious. The donuts are more cakey instead of mostly air and I like that. Each donut is individually priced though, I wish they had a set price for a dozen/half dozen.

5-5-19 - Cinco de Mayo dessert treat while in the area. Service always good. Our server was a walking menu, and made the stay a good one. Purchased a box of six, and they were good then, and the next day as well. 8-24-18 - Decided on dessert since my son and I were in the area. Good and helpful customer service. Got a variety box of peach, banana, and mixed berry fritters, fruity pebble donuts, and more. Always good. Previous visit - Quite a few people dining in and ordering to go. No problem getting in or out. Plenty of donuts were on hand. The lady who took our order eas friendly and professional, and very helpful. Ordered the peach and apple fritters. They were delicious. The only thing is if they were heated the rating would've been a five. There donuts are always good, as the number of people always here would indicate.

An extension of the best donut shop in Georgia. Went in and it seemed a bit quiet, but it was just because people trickle in. Still the same delicious gourmet donuts its Tech counterpart produces, same friendly and courteous staff, alluring decorations, and reasonable prices. I'd give the Tech location five stars and would go back any day of the week, and no reason not to do the same for the NDruid location. Just ignore DD, keep right on driving past Dutch Monkey, not even worth bothering with them when you have Sublime in your area.

Yum! I was craving a donut and I won’t go to DD anymore because their donuts usually taste stale. Can always count on Sublime for soft, diverse donuts and friendly service. They also serve Octane coffee which is a huge plus!! 💯 worth the visit, even though I just worked out and didn’t really *NEED* these donuts 😂 *Only one donut pictured— the Nutella one looked too yummy and didn’t make it to the photo 😂

This is easily my favorite donut shop. Everything is always fresh, and it is open 24/7! It is more expensive than your typical donut shop, but it worth it! My only complaint is you cannot chose which donuts you get when you have them delivered through Postmates or Ubereats.

I went here for the first time and was not disappointed. They have a nice selection of doughnuts. The prices are around 1.95 and 2. I got the cheese danish (cinnamon roll with danish topping) my favorite of the ones I got. A carmel apple fritter, mocha cream, Bavarian cream and the orange dream (cream cheese filled). Since I got 6, I got 1.00 off my purchase so it was 12.31 total.

Very good donuts. Much better than expected. They had a lot of different kinds, but the simplicity in me made me choose a chocolate and glaze. Both were amazing. We will definitely visit this one again.

I got extremely awesome customer service from Levi today! Cashiers can sometimes seem impatient lol and there won’t even be a line Nonetheless customer service is good enough for me to continue to come back -I have yet to take advantage of their hours or even try a new donut LOL but the Reese’s peanut butter is just my go to! It’s delicious and tastes better than it looks. I also love their ice cream! This particular joint inspired this review, along with today’s amazing customer service from Levi!

Great donuts for a any occasion. The variety is outstanding and ever changing. This time we got strawberry with cream, s’mores, fruity pebbles and cream cheese, peanut butter cup, Oreo cookies and a chocolate covered. At about $2.00 a piece, they are works of art. Great service, great location.

Definitely order their cold brew on tap, it’s underrated. The gelato is also really great! I’m sure others on here have spoken about how great the donuts are, and I agree. What’s nice is that even when they were still making some Orange dream stars, they let us know how long, and frosted a few right away! Super great service. (They even noted that the frosting would melt a bit if we didn’t wait longer, but we were okay with that.) I miss their old hours (24hr), but I’m honestly just happy they’re still open.

The donuts are amazing!! Great quality and not overly sweet. I ordered 6. I also ordered a coffee drink (swizzle, or something like that), and it was NOT good at all. The service wasn’t great though. There was a woman that seemed to be upset about working. I explained that this was my first time and tried to engage in conversation, but she wasn’t helpful or considerate. Overall, I’ll definitely return because the donuts were really good. I’ll try a different location because customer service is important to me.

I love this doughnut shop! Zachary B., one of the employees, always provides pleasant and efficient customer service. The other young employees (whose names I do not all remember) who, also, assists me on some visits provides great customer service, too. And, customers always get $1 off the purchase of 6 doughnuts. One complaint that I have is the glaze and icing on doughnuts is sometimes skimpy.

One if my favorite places ever! This was my first time visiting the N Druid Hills location, but they are as consistent as their Georgia Tech location. I only ask that the staff be knowledgeable of the ingredients in their ice cream. I'd asked if coconut was used in the mango ice cream because I'm allergic to coconut and was told, she had no idea what is in the ice cream and was not proactive in asking anyone else.

I think this place is a little overrated. I drove over 35 minutes to this N Druid Hills location in search of the famous doughnuts I've heard so much about. Although they have flavors I've never tried before, it appears they had been out for hours. I'll try them again but it will be a lot earlier. I got there this time about 4 pm.

I love this black owned business! Amazing donuts and variety of flavors of the donuts, Danishes and pastries. They even have ice cream by the scoop and you can make sandwiches with the ice cream! I love the oreo, strawberries and cream and the Reeses cup donuts! Will definitely be back!!! A must have!

Delicious donuts, and so grateful they are Kosher. I wish they were a bit more uniform in size. They still aren't allowing dine-in, which is their choice. But now they won't allow customers to use the restroom, either, which is challenging.

I am not a doughnut fan, but I absolutely love Sublime. I have been a huge fan of the Reese’s cup doughnut since my days at Georgia Tech. I picked up a half dozen this past Sunday, only to be disappointed. All 6 were hard. So hard that checked the box to make sure I didn’t accidentally buy Dunkin’ instead of Sublime. 1 bad purchase out of 500 is not enough for me to give them less than 5 stars, but I hope that type of quality was a one time freak accident.

The sign is lovely, the purple lighting is cool, I love that they're open 24 hours. The covid protocols are pretty solid but comfortable, so you can scoot on in there, get your doughnut, and scoot on out. The ladies who work there are -very- nice. Even the box is cool. But what really has me taking time out of my night to stop and write this review is these doughnuts. Oh. MY god. These things are made with love! We're talking "made by a professional pastry chef" doughnuts. I don't even know what they did back there, but they are fresh and fluffy and huge, and the crumbles on top tasted lightly toasted- the picture of the doughnut with little wings on the sign is accurate because these things really are sublime. Now, I'm out on the road a lot and I'm familiar with all the donuts. Across the street is a QT, and, their donuts are only like 50 cents cheaper if that, and they don't hold a CANDLE to these REAL freshly baked doughnuts. I think Sublime totally stole me. If y'all are around here and need a snack, you should totally try these donuts- oh, I'm sorry, doughnuts. Because these things really do deserve the "hole" word.

I saw this donut shop on TV and it was spoken of very highly. Decided to go there for dessert after having a big meal with my family. When we returned home everyone had their donut and no one was impressed. Tasted like any other donut that you buy well anywhere. I suppose their best benefit is they are open 24/7 but so is Wal-Mart and Kroger...

This was my first visit to a Sublime doughnuts location. I appreciate that they are not allowing in-person dining due to COVID-19 and that they have social distancing markers on the floor. They also have hand sanitizer pumps for picking up the laminated menus. Those menus really come in handy. The flavor options are unique which is baked into the prices. Four donuts cost $8, as an example.

Decided to hit up sublime for ATL burger week for the ice cream burger. It was good! I ordered it with red velvet ice cream and Oreo cookie topping. There was an abundance of ice cream and topping ratio was great. I wish the donut was warm. That would have been the icing on the cake. Will be back soon!

I orderer the strawberry and cream and peach fritters. The fritters were underwhelming (a bit soggy and cold). I assume this was because they were fried earlier int he morning and don't keep well. The strawberry and cream was very good, however. Pretty small inside, and the donuts were displayed a bit too far for me to see clearly, had to just rely on the small picture menu on the counter.

We usually go here after a performance (my brother and I are musicians), and the service and product is usually pretty good. This last time I went the service was pretty miserable. The person taking our order didn't know exactly what she was doing. They were also incredibly skimpy with the gelato. I got maybe 3 tablespoons that I paid $3.50 for. The doughnuts were good as usual. It was just a little disappointing.

Doughnuts are good. Unfortunately, their service leaves a little to be desired. While the people are nice enough, they just don't seem to care about serving customers! My coffee was barely warm. Their creamer was empty. I asked for more creamer and it was never replenished. I ended up dumping the coffee and buying some that was hot elsewhere. At $2.50 a cup, I expect much better, hotter, and creamier coffee. I'll drive further to a Krispy Kreme next time.

Why not 4 stars? Prices are a bit outrageous and parking can be difficult but these are boutique donuts and are pretty yummy. The strawberries and cream it's a great place to start if you are not sure where to begin. Staff is always friendly and I always stop here when in town.

I am a huge fan of Sublime Donuts. The only reason I am giving it 3 is because of TERRIBLE SERVICE at their BRIARCLIFF location. We have frequented their Midtown location and have loved the donuts, and the wide smiles and warmth with which they are provided. The Briarcliff one falls short on the service count. If you are the manager and reading this, you might need to teach the lady at the counter how to behave with customers. And this is not just a one time incident. 1) A few weeks back, they forgot about my friend's drink which she had ordered. On asking about it, after nearly 20 minutes, all she could manage was "Oh yeah, I forgot". No apology whatsoever. 2) Yesterday we went back again. First I ordered the fresh strawberry and cream. She said they were out of it so I ordered something else, while within 10 seconds of it a tray full of fresh baked strawberry and cream donuts comes out of the kitchen. When I expressed my dismay she just gave me a blank stare and said "I didn't know". No apologies. No offer to change my order. No need for her to have checked before taking the order. Next, we sat down to enjoy our donuts and ice cream which were as usual delicious. My friend needed to use the restroom. After waiting on the restroom which was occupied for close to 45 minutes for god knows what, we asked the lady at the counter. Her response again was a curt and rather rude "Well, it's occupied!" Talk about stating the obvious! We left after that. The food did not disappoint but the customer service definitely did, especially when we have been used to such fabulous service at the Midtown location.

The pictures on the website look way more appealing than the actual shop. But hey, that's marketing right? The doughnuts were good but in my opinion, nothing to rave about. Just some regular, sweet, creme filled doughnuts. The shop was clean and the service was nice. I wouldn't drive all the way back here again from where I live to get more doughnuts. Not worth it. But like I said, the doughnuts were good. Not the best I ever had, and definitely not the best looking presentation wise, but still good.

I can’t drive past Sublime without stopping in. Seriously some of THE best donuts I’ve ever had. The apple fritter..... to die for. The only thing that I don’t like is when I walk in, it always smells really really strongly of pine sol/cleaning solution. Ease up on the chemicals you clean with or switch to something less harsh please!

A small by extraordinary place near briarcliff readily available to the late night student that procrastinated way to long and needs a coffee and sugar injection. This 24 hour joint is one of the coolest I’ve seen in my travels around the city with a diverse but simple menu and ordering process. The people were nice! Jessica helped me and was patient with my lack of experience with the menu. I’d recommend it. Only downside is it’s super small and it’s the winter, turn on the heat!

Note: I did not go to this location but the other one. However I believe both places will be up to the same standards so I will include my review from the other one. Let me just say, I’ve had my share of donuts, and this place, especially when comparing the price to the product received, is up there at the top with a few other of my favorite donut places in the country. A dozen doughnuts for us came out to $29 after a tip, so these are a little more expensive than your typical Krispy Kreme or Dunkin’. But the doughnuts are vastly better. First of all, there are probably 30 different types of doughnuts to choose from. After the overwhelming decision to pick a couple to eat, the real joy comes from eating them. Each donut is unique in their toppings, from fruit to candy bars to different chocolates to even their Saturday only “special,” maple bacon. I tried their maple bacon, their white chocolate peach danish, and their Reese’s peanut butter doughnut. Each one was absolutely fantastic. They said their best seller is Strawberries and cream, and if I go back again, which I am sure I will, I will definitely edit this comment to give my opinion. Overall though, my opinion is that this place is a 10/10 and you cannot go wrong in any couple (or dozen) doughnuts you decide to indulge on!

This is my first visit but not my last time! They're open 24 hrs?! Wowzers! The atmosphere is laid back and full of clouds. The doughnut display apparently changes...DAILY. I thought that was pretty cool. My server was sweet and very knowledgeable when I asked questions. Did I neglect to mention that they have ICE CREAM! Omg! I had to try a few samples. All were good but I was there for one main purpose. The toffee doughnut does not disappointment. It was very reminiscent of 80s doughnut shops in NY. I miss that feeling. The dough itself was so full fluffy. It was as if I had just bit into a cloud. The toffee was great but maybe a little more sugar than I'd like. This morning, I set aside some time for a Mommy-Daughter date to the “donut store” so that I could reconnect with and reassure her. When we arrived at Sublime Donuts, we learned they were closed for some sort of filming, which was DEVASTATING news for my two-and-a-half year old. However, Dawn and the staff stopped what they were doing to make us four special donuts with sprinkles, at my daughter's request, of course. Then, they wouldn’t even accept payment for it. I'm def a fan of Sublime doughnuts for several reasons. One being that it is open 24/7, so if you have a sudden craving, your fix isn't too far. And another reason is that the A-Town doughnut is probably one of the best of their selections they have to offer. Prices aren't too bad, but I think the value of the doughnut/price is well worth it. This location in particular doesn't get too crazy busy, but it's always best to come as early as possible because they do run low on certain selections towards the end of the day. Inside - The store is designed more for people doing to go orders. There are a couple of two seater tables with donut shaped and designed stools. With a small couch area near the register. Not sure if you can camp out and chill here if all the seats are taken. [Service]: Pay, order and pick up at the counter. Upon entering, you're greeted with hello's and they understand that some people might be taking a while to decide on what to order, they'll ask you if you need help even if you're 2nd / 3rd in line. For the ice cream donut "burger", you are given a checklist of sorts and mark off the selection of ice cream and topping(s). Pay at the counter and they prep the ice cream "burger" in the back in a nice, clear plastic to go box. My suggestion is to either eat it there as even the frosting on the donuts start to melt in a hot car. [Food Highlights]: Butterfinger Crumbles donut - Any long time fan of butterfinger candy bars would appreciate this on a sublime plain donut. Mocha A Creme donut - Those craving for something more coffee like flavor on their donut would get just enough to please the palate before taking an actual sip of coffee. Donut "burger"; strawberry rose ice cream, strawberries, white chocolate - Not a bad combination I came up with, I do say myself. As a Instagram account I follow, try it or diet. {Summary}: A 24 hour donut shop that has way better quality than Dunkin Donuts while satisfying the ice cream craving is a plus in my book. Top that off with friendly, helpful service and yes I do feel they deserve 5 stars. I'm glad that I don't have to trek all the way to midtown for my fix.

They even have a cream filled "A" doughnut, shaped as the letter A for Atlanta. There are also frozen treats available. Along with a fusion of both frozen and doughnut, a "Doughnut Sandwich". A doughnut sliced in half, with ice cream and toppings in the middle. You'll have to visit more than once. Because you'll never be able to enjoy everything you want in a single trip.
