Warm greeting, courteous staff. Buying to drop off at a business. Gentleman that helped me suggested a variety box of their most popular donuts....he also advised excluding nuts due to unknown allergies. THAT WAS A PROTIP! It shows you care, thank you!! Then he turned around and crafted these beautiful donuts!! Truly artisanal!! Will be back again!

Not the best place for coffee - at least my personal experience. Donuts are good and usually hot. You can see them making it in front of you. Lots of options to customize your donuts. I wish they had more diet friendly options (e.g. vegan, sugar free, etc.) Limited seating inside and no seating outside so most people order to go.

This was our first time going to Duck Donuts. The place was clean, staff was very kind, and the doughnuts were absolutely delicious. We love how they are made to order, so they are nice and warm and melt in your mouth. Definitely will be coming back here when we come out to Atlanta again.

As a lover of baked and fried pastries, I was on a hunt for the best donuts in Atlanta for my birthday treat. One simple Google search listed Duck Dounts with in the top three in my area. Not a huge fan of Krispie Kreme type donuts where its mostly sugar and air.. but I am a huge fan of cake style donuts, which is the bases of all DD's donuts. They had a nice size selection of " donuts toppings " that they made names up for, but honestly, after eating the first donut.. which was a simple strawberry glazed one. They all seemed to taste the same regardless of the flavor combination on top of the donut. The toppings were added to the warm, fresh donut as I waited.. Zero wait in front of me.. took about 7 minutes to complete the dozen I ordered. Wasn't upset with the price, as the donuts looked amazing. A day later the donuts have lost their pop appeal and just taste okay. Fresh and warm is definitely the way to go.. and limit yourself to maybe just one flavor you really like and savor it's uniqueness.. cause after that.. it's all the same. 7 out of 10.. Krispy Kremes being a 5.

Love the place and the idea. Never been to a place that can customize the donuts and makes them fresh in store. They have a variety of donut toppings available. They also offer drinks and ice cream. It’s a great place to try if you are looking for warm donuts to eat. There free water on the counter too if you want some. It is a small place and does not have a bathroom but you’re also not there long. It was about a 5 minute or so wait for the donuts. Well worth the wait!

The yummmmmmmist hot doughnuts I’ve had in Atlanta! Made fresh to order and even customizable. My only regret is not buying more of the bacon flavored doughnut! Staff was friendly and we had our doughnuts ready I’m within 5 minutes-ish of arriving. We were able to stand by the window outside too and watch the doughnuts be made which was fun for the kids!

Five stars for hospitality! From the second I walked in the door I was greeted so warmly. The aroma was simply amazing. I really started to question why I stayed away so long. It's been months since I've visited and I know I won't stay away so long again. The woman at the register was so helpful when I had tech issues. The donuts look amazing. The menu has soooo many options! Try their breakfast sandwich!! I am still drooling over it hours later. Thank you so much to the team at duck donuts Buckhead! Exceptional customer service is always appreciated but especially during the pandemic.

I went there on a Friday for some coffee and donuts. The worker there was not happy to be at work… asked for coffee and she said they ran out of coffee. I then said ok can I have a breakfast sandwich? She said oh sorry we’re out of eggs.. then I said I’ll just take sausage instead. She was like oh sorry we’re out of sausage… so I just went there and got the donuts. The donuts were really good and fresh although I wish I had more options for other things lol

I came by twice today, on Saturday, to pick up donut sandwiches for boyfriend and for a client. They loved them. It was so easy to call and pay over the phone and pick it up outside. I never had to step inside. And everyone is unfailingly sweet and friendly. Management needs to add a tipping option for credit card payments- nobody is using a cash jar during a pandemic. Give these young-uns hazard pay! My appologies to the young lady behind the counter, kelly? I don't remember your name, but compliments to all of the lovely people who work here!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by (who I assume) is the owner. He was very friendly and explained how Duck Donuts is different from other donut chains - and it really is. Friendly, courteous staff. Hot, fresh donuts made to order that absolutely melt in your mouth. The half dozen I bought for my family and I didn't make it home... They were too good. Treat yo'self and get a dozen of these guys. My favorite is the plain glazed - you really taste the delicious vanilla cake donut this way!!

Friend of my told my about Duck donuts saying: ,, Those are the best donuts you ever eat ‘’ He wasn’t 100% right, but they are definitely most freshest one that I ever tried. All the donuts are made to order, so you can actually look the whole process of donut making which takes about 40-60 seconds for single donut. And you eat donut straight while its still hot , and telling you nothing can’t beat that hot donut melting in your mouth with the toppings and everything.

We were so excited to find a Duck Donuts in town after having moved! These are the BEST donuts anywhere, so you have to go. The space is nice and the staff are really welcoming. Last time we were there we had a trainee working and even though she was new she was friendly, fast, and made sure we had a great time!

Okay so picture this. You've had a night of misery and pain. You escape. You see Duck Donuts a beacon glowing in the pale shine of the early morning. You enter. It's 7. The staff is so helpful. Made to order donuts is exactly what you need. You remember your card is behind a locked door you can not open. You are filled with sadness. Android pay! Your app won't work. Sadness. Online order! You need your card number.... But alas. After all the struggle for 3 donuts I was told it was on the house. On the house! They bought a lifelong customer and made my entire day. This place was amazing and unbelievably tasty. I plan to eat every type of donut they sell.

Excellent presentation, decent product. I found myself with a few minutes to kill this morning and stopped in this nearby Duck Donuts to wait. Obviously, I had to try a donut! The first thing I noticed was the branding and "presentation layer" of the shop. Obviously quite a lot of work went in to making this a cute, colorful, appealing place for kids and adults. I found out later from friends that it's a national franchise, which explains where that evening came from. They make the donuts to order, which is quite a novel experience, and you don't have to wait long. I noticed, again, how nicely my single donut was presented. The donut itself was warm and gooey, but I didn't think it was the best donut I'd ever had. Certainly better than Dunkin/Kreme products, but I still prefer non-franchised local shops.

The staff is very friendly! You can make your own donuts (choose glaze, topping and drizzle) or choose from one of their signature/seasonal donuts. The taste is pretty good and are generous with the toppings. Got half a dozen for around $8-9 which was awesome!

Any hype you may have heard is totally warranted. The basic vanilla cake donut is given a variety of delicious toppings. You get to choose an icing, a topping, and a sauce. And reasonably priced. Absolutely delicious.

I have been trying to get here for a few months! It was so worth the wait! I had an amazing experience! Fresh made to order doughnuts! I ordered 3 of the store favorites and was throughly impressed. Blueberry pancakes.... which tasted like blueberry pancakes. French toast.... which tasted like French toast! And Bacon in the sun.....Yum! Today was my first time visiting Duck Donuts. I decided to treat myself on a rainy day, following a meeting. I appreciate the variety of toppings offered for each hot made to order donut, but my lesson learned is that the donuts are smaller than expected, and the icing is thick and sweet, cancelling out the flavors of the other toppings. However, I really appreciated the customer service I received. The place was clean, and Shaquan was the first person to greet me from behind the register. She was conversational and after ringing me up, she wound up topping the donuts in my order as well lol All in all the donuts were just decent, but the customer service gets 👏🏿

If heaven is a place, the taste of these Doughnuts will be there!! Soft, fluffy and warm on the inside; slightly crisp, baked to perfection on the outside. You know when a doughnut shop can do classics like glazed and cinnamon sugar the right way, and in a way that they only normally seem to understand in New Orleans, they know what their doing with everything else. Just try it. You'll need some serious will power not to come back :)

Fresh made to order donuts, in my opinion are better then KK. The coffee is good, there are some stools and a bar top but it is mainly get and go place. The only reason 4 stars is because they are new to Georgia but already expanding.

Placed an order with Brandon for pick up the day before for a business meeting. Went to pick up, and the order was no where to be found, leaving me to wait 20 minutes.
