This place is AWESOME. I love being a regular at this Crumbl. The staff always gets the cookies out super fast, and they never run out of anything. The cookies always look great. One of the best things to look forward to every week is what new flavors there are to enjoy. Hope the company expands throughout Abq and NM!!

I love these cookies, I'm so glad they're in abq. They are soft and tasty, so sweet! You can order at the tablet inside or wait in line but you never wait too long. There is no seating area so it is more like a to-go cookie place.

These cookies are amazing! But, they are SO OVERLY SWEET. I only ate two little slivers of one cookie and I feel like I’m gonna throw up lol. I would come back again just I wouldn’t get so many cookies. ( UPDATE) I noticed something a little off within the center of ALL the cookies. It was like mushy but it looked cooked but now I have a severe stomach ache and I’m almost vomiting the next night. I don’t know what’s wrong but I hope I didn’t eat anything raw.

I recently visited Crumbl Cookies in Cottonwood and was blown away by the delicious selection of cookies on offer. The store itself was clean and well-organized, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I decided to try the "Cookie of the Week," which was a S'mores cookie with a soft and gooey marshmallow center. It was heavenly! The cookie was perfectly baked and the flavors were spot-on. In addition to the fantastic cookies, Crumbl also has a wide selection of ice cream and other treats to choose from. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Crumbl Cookies in Cottonwood and highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a sweet treat. Five stars!

I think the cookies are great and very creative which keeps me coming back! BUT how in the world are they constantly sold out of cookies when all they do is sell cookies? I think it’s poor management. I’m always excited to try a new flavor and they’re never available when I go. I know I can preorder through the app but I don’t need another app in my phone and I shouldn’t need it, they should just have all the flavors available and work on time management.

I came here with my boyfriend after we saw an advertisement on Yelp app. We immediately liked the black and white minimal look and when we entered it was like the cookie Ocean parted and my eye caught wave of the chocolate chip and coconut lime. The chocolate chip was ginormous and was my favorite of the two. He got the oreo and I wish I did too. He didn't share it but next time he will. Or. He'll be done with. That's the way the cookie crumbls.

I first got to try Crumbl in Lubbock, TX. We went up there for Raising Cane's but stayed for the cookies at Crumbl. That week they were tasting pumpkin, confetti, double chocolate, and a mint cookie in addition to the classic sugar and chocolate chip. I got a four-pack of the pumpkin, confetti, double chocolate, and sugar cookie and regretted not getting more. The cookies are huge, thick, soft, and melt in your mouth. I'm a sugar cookie kind of girl, so in that box, the sugar and confetti were my favorite. However, I was impressed with the pumpkin cookie, it tasted like the perfect pumpkin cake, had no artificial pumpkin flavor, and the cream cheese frosting was excellent. I also enjoyed the double chocolate, super-rich. Fast forward about a week. I see on Facebook that Crumbl is opening a store in my neck of the woods. I'm beyond excited!! This week, about a month after the opening, I finally got over there because they are tasting my most favorite cookie of all time, Snickerdoodle! Oh boy!! They make a mean snickerdoodle. It was crunchy around the edges, soft, almost gooey inside, and had the perfect covering of cinnamon sugar. I don't have a picture of it cause I ate it too fast. The store is cute and clean, and the staff is friendly. You can order on the tablets inside the store, or from the friendly associate behind the counter, or through the mobile app. Moments after you order, they are calling your name and showing you the delicious cookies before closing the box and handing it to you. If you haven't been to Crumbl, I would highly recommend you check them out. They make excellent presents or special treats.

The best cookies. They are BIG cookies, and amazing. They usually have a couple staple cookies (sugar and chocolate chip), and then they rotate through other cookies each week. You can see what cookies they have each week on their website. Google maps will lead you on the wrong side of the mall, just keep driving and circle and look for the "now open sign", they don't have a Crumbl sign up yet. They just opened, so they do have a line, but it moves pretty quick. You can't go wrong, but each cookie feels like a small meal. Worth it.

A little pricey, but devilishly delicious. It’s one of those quality vs quantity type of deals. They’re chocolate chip is a home run for sure. Yeah sure you can go over to get McDonald’s cookies or even Walmart bakery cookies for a hell of a lot cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Not to mention the size difference. One cookie here is as big as my hand! (And I don’t have very small hand either) and thick! Practically a mountain of addictive cookie goodness. In my experience, the cookies I’ve purchased at this joint were always fresh and even with the cheap boxing they use they still tasted fresh after a couple days. Where as the latter who knows how long they’ve been on the shelf as long as it’s within the best by date it’ll sit there at Walmart and McDonald’s. One things for sure, I’ll definitely be back and also very broke after but it was worth it!

Tried Crumbl for the first time tonight. The selection of cookies was diverse; something for everyone. We ordered on the app which was easy to download and easy to order on. We went in to pick up our cookies and the store was bright and smelled great. Our order was ready within a few minutes and the employees were super friendly and happy. As a sales rep, this a place I frequent because the range of delicious flavors brings a smile to my clients’ faces. I have had one batch where the cookie lacked the lemon flavor they talked about, but I order from here at least once a week. Crumbl is usually very quick especially first thing in the morning during the week days. On the weekends, this location has a hard time keeping up with the demand since it’s the only location in town. I have to say that my favorite flavor is the lemonade thus far. It’s the best balanced of lemon cookie they have.

We like checking out new places and seeing what new approach or spin people put on traditional desserts; with that said, the presentation was there and the staff was nice so I ordered a 4pk along with the free promo cookie as well but, the only problem we had was that the cookies were not cooked all the way through. As a baker, I feel I have to finish baking them. Coors location would be 5 star if they were cooked through. Looking forward to seeing what other flavors are offered.

Every time I visit there is always a line of people but they are efficient at taking orders and getting us on our way. There is also an option to order ahead or order for deliver. I have ordered weekly for my kids, they are addicted to these gigantic cookies. They are consistent and soft. Even if you don’t eat them right away, they stay fresh the next day! It is becoming a popular by demand place and I would highly recommend opening a second location in the heights (maybe) to help with the traffic. But all in all it doesn’t take away from these cookies. If you haven’t tried them. You’re missing out.

My mother in UT has a Crumbl near her and I occasionally surprise her with a delivery. She always raves about how delicious they are, so I was excited to have a location here in NM! I finally got to go last week-- the service was very fast and the cookies were delicious! And SO big! Each cookie is easily four servings. I know most of the flavors change weekly, but so far my favorites are gingerbread, birthday cake, and the caramel-pecan. Obviously the chocolate chip was wonderful too, especially when it's warm. Pretty please open another location? Preferably in the middle of Albuquerque!! I promise to visit once a week. ♥️

People seriously need to CHILL with the negative reviews!!! This place just opened on Friday. We stopped by during their soft opening Thursday. It was packed and the menu was limited. Being in the food service industry for 15 years, I was super impressed with the staff as they handled everything extremely well. New openings are never easy and they did amazing. I have a feeling things will only get better. The cookies were delicious. I’ll be glad when they have milk to go with them.

I like some of their cookies but I wish they had more weekly or could have more flavor rotations more frequently. My favorite cookie flavor only comes twice a year from what I can record! It is more seasonal too so usually fall/winter but when I have a craving I'm out of luck for months at a time! I also think it's a tad bit overpriced and sometimes lack frosting but that's probably the employees that day 🤷‍♀️ but I think they are always backed consistent and overall are great cookies

The creativity of these cookies are amazing they keep them warm until you receive them at the counter when you arrive to pick up your order is when they put the toppings on the cookies so that way it's always fresh and the frosting is never hard the customer service was wonderful and when you order the cream (ice cream) they put it in a great container with a top so it doesn't melt and make a mess in your car on the way home they also mix and bake cookies in front of you all in all it was a fun experience I will be going back.

Love the different flavors each week. Noticed though they've kept the plain sugar with the not so favorite icing on the menu for the last 3-4 weeks...was enjoying having a fifth new rotating flavor every week before the sudden change.

I have tried the 4 new flavors each week since they opened here in Albuquerque ( so, I think that is 3 weeks, which is 12 cookies). I have yet to find one that I didn't love. But, I think the Mother's Halloween Circus Animal cookie is my favorite, so far. I think my only complaint is that I can order what I want, on the App, but that doesn't mean it will be available when I get there. If they fix that little glitch, I will be one happy camper!

First time visiting a crumbl cookies, will not be my last. We arrived to a huge line of eager cookie lovers which was quickly conquered by the staff. They kept us rolling through with ease. My family and I got the 4 pack consisting of two choc chip, 1 Nutella hazelnut mudslide , and 1 mango frozen yogurt. All of the cookies were to die for especially the Nutella. That was hands down the best cookie I have ever had. After opening our box of cookies, a quick gaze into their gooey centers must of put me into a trance because I failed to capture any photos and just dove into a hazelnut bliss … We enjoyed our cookies so much we immediately got on DoorDash and had our family’s out of state sent some to enjoy. Can’t wait for our next run in with crumbl cookies.
