It won’t allow me to give more than 5 stars or I DEFINITELY would. Jessica and Brandon (the owners) couldn’t have been more accommodating for a recent birthday. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. They were responsive and just such sweet individuals. The employees were so accommodating and made my 11 year old daughter feel special for her birthday. The desserts are FANTASTIC as well!

BEST SNOCONES EVER! At most shaved ice places it feels like your eating chopped up ice with syrup on it, but at bahama bucks its like eating fluffy delcious snow.

Love love love this place! I like that this location is open till 8 p.m. unlike the one on San Mateo which is open till 7 pm. When we got into the drive-up line we got there about 5 till 8. I was worried that the lady coming out to take orders would not let us order. But they did a really good job of getting everybody's order and getting people through the drive-thru line very fast! I'm not joking, when we got there there was at least 15 cars in the Drive-Thru line. It was super busy and I was amazed at how fast we got to get our delicious shaved ice! The person who lives taking orders at our vehicles even offered to go get us a menu, which I thought was very nice of her! They are all super friendly! I love the fact that they have so many different flavors and they don't just have shaved ice! They have smoothies, iced coffees of some sort, and of course I cannot post this review without mentioning the Snowballs you can purchase! You can get a pack of 25 or 60 snowballs that comes in a special cooler , I'm not sure of the price as it wasn't on the menu. But I thought that was an awesome idea! They also have party packs so that you can make your own Bahama Buck's shaved ice at your own party or event. This is the best shaved ice I've ever had! It's not chunky at all it is completely smooth and very fine ice. They also put a lot of flavor and I love the touch of the little umbrella and the color changing spoon! I cannot say enough good things about this place! I definitely recommend stopping by I'm giving it a try. Their prices are great and you get a lot for what you pay for! I got a regular sized tigers blood and I could not finish it it was surprisingly filling!

This store is great. If you have never been, you have to try it. I love the smoothies but really enjoy the shaved ice also. They employees are very nice and are extremely helpful. We love coming here for the drinks and the staff keeps us coming back!

I am furiously writing this review. It all stared normal, when I when out to get this tasty treat! I started driving, (and I was on the highway!) sipping my slushy , when i got a horrible brain freeze! it lasted almost 20 seconds!!!!!! in all the commotion, I "had an accident". like everyone does!!!! in the fear (and stickiness in all honesty) I got into a friggen car accident!! and guess what that vehicle was? a transporting airport peanuts truck (salty and delicious, one of my favs) , know you've probably never see one, I hadn't ether! but I am DEATHLY allaric to peanuts!!!!! :( i was put in antiphallic shock and now recovering in a hospital thanks Bahama bucks! 🙄 honesty would do it again, ice cream was tasty 😍🤩😫 thanks!!!!!

First time for me and loved it! I didn't know what to get as there are numerous flavors so I asked young lady on the intercom who suggested Blue Coconut. I pulled up to the window and she asked me if I wanted another flavor so ask her again and one of her suggestions was watermelon which was fantastic! Great experience all around!

love the selection of flavors for what ever you are craving. the different types of drinks available are also great. i have the picadilly shaved ice and it didnt disappoint. long slow lines and the girl handing out our drinks was kind of sloppy. all of our drinks had drippings and liquid all over the cups as she handed them out, also didnt even attempt to wipe them down. so when you go ask for plenty of napkins but a very refreshing place on a hot day.

Love their tigers blood and order it every time we go. Went today, had a wait, but got it. The only problem was about 1/4 from the bottom of the cup no syrup just the shaved ice. Don't know if they were in a hurry or just cutting back on the syrup

Waited about 35 minutes in the drive threw, which at first I didn't mind. I thought maybe they were short staffed but when I got to the window they had a bunch of works in there and half of them were standing around talking about personal stuff. I get talking and relating but not at the paying customers expense. Ice was very yummy though. Even with all that said we will still go back for more: )

Not sure I get the hype with shaved ice, though it was “creamy” for being ice… Tried passion fruit and there was very little resemblance in the flavor (or the color). No one informed me that I could mix and match different flavors in one cone at no extra charge until I overheard the person after doing that. Will not be coming back.

I like to take my grandchildren there. We get to talk and laugh. The snow cones are great. They have sugar free syrups that are great. All except the watermellon. It does not taste like watermellon to me. All the others are great. The service is wonderful. A very happy place. One other thing I like is that grown-ups act like kids. Out of the three times I've gone to this location with my girlfriend only one of the times was our order correct and delicious (we get the same thing every time we go there super sour cherry and super sour blue raspberry sooooooo good). The second time the flavors and the cream were super watered down. The third time we asked what we always get but they gave us strawberry, but everything else was fine. I'm not one to go back in and tell them they got it wrong (mainly because I'm on the road already) but it gets us disappointed when they do mess up. Other than the mess ups we absolutely love Bahama Buck's when ever we have money we always get some Bahama Buck's!!

I had Birthday Cake and ordered extra, extra cream. I received extra sprinkles and cream ONLY on the top of my regular size cup. They my take your order bit don't produce what you requested. I requested cream throughout the item. How sad when you paid for the item but you don't receive what you paid for.

I can't believe this place has been open for over a year and still hasn't gotten their act together. We have talked to the owner and they just don't take constructive criticism well. They are really inefficient in the way that they are set up. They are so slow, even though they always appeared to be adequately staffed. They are always busy though, and they have an amazing product so I am happy that they haven't gone out of business. But it is very frustrating to wait 20 minutes for a snow cone.

The shaved ice is extremely fine. It is real fluffy Hawaiian ice. They have a wide variety of flavors. You can select from small serving sizes to very large! It is definitely worth the trip from Albuquerque if you are looking for delicious Hawaiian ice. They also sell milkshakes.

Bahama Buck's shaved ice is THE BEST. It's good in the summer, in the winter. There is an endless list of flavor options. I never knew you could spruce up shaved ice!! I like going inside to order because the restuarants are so inviting. It feels like summer and there are board games to play with at your table. Its a very fun atmosphere.

Finally tried it out and glad we did. #8 smoothie coconut Kolana is my favorite. My wife does not really care for coconut and she loves this one too. Tons of shaved ice flavors and you can add ice cream to any of them! Stamp card for every visit and you get extra stamps toward a free treat if the temp is below 40°

They have a game center inside to hang out as a family! They also have a great drive-thru if you want your drinks on the go! I love the product, but their customer service not only is not great, but they are not organized, their wait times are ridiculous due to this.
