Quick service with really friendly/helpful staff. They work with you and your schedule and make the whole process easy. Found this gem spot through Costco's auto referral program. I have to thank staff and especially Saul for diligently searching & finding... then fixing a jingling noise coming from the back of my car when I went over bumps, it was driving me nuts (I was sorta developing misophonia onset). It wasn't an easy task but he was determined to find it... and accomplished! I also had brakes and a wheel alignment done. Car feels great and reasonable competitive pricing. Will go back again!

I was there today in the morning, I got new tires and wheels. They had the wheels but they needed to order the tires so i went back home. They called me back four hours later to install the tires and wheels. I was told it'll take 60-90 minutes, it took two hours. The customer service and price was good. The only reason I'm not giving it four stars is because of the extended wait.

Better than Mavis for new tires. They serviced my 1992 Acura Legend and my now Acura MDX. Quick honest and cheaper. Love them they also do more than tires and don't charge you for unnecessary stuff! Always a plus!eve. Though as a woman I always know what my baby boy needs and knowledgeable about cars....(this review was 2 yrs ago) Update! Suing for breach of contract! They won't refund my money! Missed August court date due to family emergency. Waiting for new date (This part is Nov 29 2022.)

The guys here are very good. They work fast and I've never had any issues after having work done on my car. They're extra nice, actually. Where other shops try to come up with ways to get more money out of you, these guys will tell you that you don't need something done until you actually need it.

I was passing through the area and got a flat. I called and spoke to Amar who was very helpful. When I came to the shop, they told me 40 minutes to 1 hour to repair my tire, and 20 minutes later I was back on the road! Keep it up! Wish they were closer to where I live...

I had called for information about 20 inch rims for my truck and Eddie told me to come over and check them out. I told him I was coming from Trenton NJ and he assured me to come in. I drove down the next day. When I arrived he showed me the rims perfect for my truck. Excellent service, friendly staff, the wait was not long and they did a very good job. I am happy with my new rims, I have gotten lots of compliments and it really make my truck stand out. Eddie has saved me over $800 from what I was going to pay in PA. All employees here treat customers extremely well. My first time here was about a year ago, I got 4 new tires and new rims placed for an excellent price. Today I came in with a slow leak at 5:45pm, at 6:00pm on the dot my tire was good as new. Any other place would have turned me away because they were closing soon. Got a flat tire on the way to work today. Went to two other locations who claimed they could not help me and then I came across this shop on google. Could not say better things about their service! I’ve been to wheel & tire twice to service my car, first time had brakes and an alignment done. Took the parts in and the service was actually done much more quickly than expected. Very professional and the car felt great after. Second time was more intense with my car, had motor mounts replaced. It was a much longer job but the staff at the place was in contact with me and the car was turned over the next day. The car drove like a dream when I got it back. Overall great service from Joey, Eddie, and the rest of the guys at Wheel and Tire. Would def go back and for sure recommend.

I called around a few places to find the best prices and Andrew helped me find the right tires and priced them out per wheel. I forgot to ask if it included installation, so I called the next day and Reggie assured me that it did. Every single person I encountered there gave great and friendly service, plus they had the cheapest prices of anyone in the area. They also have a tip jar in the front (which is certainly not obligatory, though with their service and prices I’m sure you’ll be happy to leave an extra something for them.) I’ll be referring everyone to this place.

My experience with this place was amazing. From the moment I called to inquire up until the moment I left, The treatment I received was very welcoming. I called them up because I was getting told by a NISSAN car dealership that I would have to pay $1800 to order to order new rims. I was a bit confused because I have a 2019 vehicle (rims shouldn’t have been so damaged)and it was a minor bent. When I called and spoke to Eddie, I told him what I was going through and he had me come over. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and treated so nice. I was in and out in 30 min and my car was fixed for a very good price!!! I am so big on reviews and can truly say that this place is worth more than 5 stars!! Thank you for helping me. (AKA Zhixin Ye) Fantastic service. I newly bought a as-is Subaru used car from another state. I suspected the steering wheel might be a bit heavy. So I brought it to them for checking it. Joey the boss or manager checked it for me. He first test drove and told me it should be normal although it was indeed a little bit heavy. He later had a worker inspect the power steering system in their garage and found no issues. And then he said he could make no money on me that day as the car was good, and didn't even charge me for the inspection. I happily thanked them and said I definitely would return to find them for future service. They are the honest and nice people.

THEY HAD MY BACK WHEN HONDA DIDNT! I went to the Honda because i had a flat. They told me they couldn’t do anything that i had to wait till Monday because they were closing in half an hour. Luckily Wheel & Tire Depot was not too far & they serviced me right away & had me omw in 15! They were closing in 10 mins but they fixed my flat anyway. Thank you soo much. I initially complained about an unreasonable wait on an oil change. I have to update to say what a huge turn around. Things are running smoothly and close to what was promised. Getting tires and an alignment and here an hour. Just got notified that the car will be ready shortly. These guys are great and sure to be my first stop!

I had a lease that was ending. Inspector came and said that I had to refinish a wheel and replace a tire for a ridiculous amount of money. I called these guys and spoke to Joey. Unlike most repair shops, WTD is 99% honest with their pricing and extremely efficient. Find a better price or bring in an honest WRITTEN quote, and, they'll work with you if they carry/offer the same service. Paying a measly few dollars more is worth it for their quality of service. Welcoming. Eddie the owner, real cool guy. Aims to please his customers. You have an idea or specific rims you'd like, he can get. He's fair, honest, understanding and very helpful. People just to give you an example when your warranty runs out on your car be careful of these warranty groups that offer you these warranties at great prices I went with this Warranty Group called Car Shield they suck big time be careful not to get lured in and suckered for your money like I've learned from my experience they offer you this Platinum package at a great deal. I went from $190 to $125 a month for 18 months with three years coverage they don't cover nothing I was warned buy Wheel and Tire Depot about these type of warranty they offer you all this great stuff and when you come in to get your car done they give you the run-around I've had my car at Tire Depot for almost a month and a half nothing has gotten done to my car because they refuse to fix certain things for example I need new front axles, my suspension my suspension is gone I need new brakes, i need a new oil pan because its cracked and leaking and they refused to help me get this stuff done Wheel & Tire has been more than helpful and patient I've never heard of a warranty group that sends out an inspector to inspect the car but they did not once but twice and I'm still up in the air June 30th will be my last day here in New York I've told him this 2 months ago and seveal times ive called and explained my situation of relocating out of state and needing to get my car fixed. And all I have been is rejected given the run around I have less than 3 weeks to get this car up and running and they still haven't done nothing but Wheel & Tire Depot has gone up an above and beyond to help me get this car fixed get the things that I need to get repaired these guys are really good patient helpful I give it up to Wheel and Tire Depot I can say these guys are the best in the industry need new tires and rims these are your guys. They will get you anything you want whatever you want in a timely manner on top of that I still haven't gotten my car fixed because I'm still waiting on this warranty group to approve of the work that needs to get done. They refused to fix the major things but don't mind fixing little Knicks and knacks the minor stuff but they want you to come out of pocket and pay for the major things. Wheel and Tire Depot have some great mechanics good pricing example I took my car for a Diagnostic check to nissan- they wanted to charge me $6,500 I took it to Wheel and Tire Depot $2,200 and still the warranty group is giving me a hard time and the run around a thumbs-up for Wheel and Tire Depot thank you guys for helping me out thank you for being patient thank you. Still haven't gotten the work that needs to be done but they still trying, still working with me, on getting my car repaired. The inspector claims that my car has been modified. Ive had my nissan for 4 years and this is the first time im getting anything major done to my car. Wheel & Tire depot... these dudes are awesome 8 thumbs up for Wheel and Tire Depot

I stopped by this tire shop during a snow storm and the guys up front were ready to help. I had a nail in one of the tires and they got one of the service technicians to attend to the vehicle immediately. However, the gentleman got in the vehicle while I was showing him the nail in the tire and his clothes were dirty which was expected. However, my vehicle has white leather so that was not a good move on his part. I told him I would drive the vehicle into the shop but realized the down ramp was also not a good idea when it snows or has sleet. The vehicle almost rammed the bumper tires on the ramp going dow. This was not a good experience, so I left. Please ask your service technicians to cover the seats of the vehicles before getting in.

Wheels and Tire Depot is an excellent repair shop the two guys to see is Andrew or Eddie and they will be able to help you out with anything that you need with your vehicles it is so hard to find good mechanics now but these guys I trust entirely cuz they are honest with you and they do excellent work and they stand behind their work and they will let you know if it's worth repairing a particular thing or if you need to actually replace it so if you want to stop looking and getting taken advantage of by other mechanic shops I would definitely go to Wheel and Tire Depot.
