I went to this Firestone location for a oil change and the service was excellent. Getting service was very easy. Before the oil change the only information you need to provide was your car's year, make, and model and from there, they do the rest. After 15 minutes, the oil change was done. In comparison, I tried to do a oil change at the nearby Jiffy Lube and my experience was very different. Jiffy Lube didn't do my oil change and the reason they say was because some cap in my car was screwed too tight. That was no excuse since at Firestone, they were able to do the oil change. Plus, Jiffy Lube asked me what type of oil I need for my car. Like come on, you guys should know that or at least be able to look it up in your system. You shouldn't expect the customer to know it.

This place used to be a good place to get your car fixed not anymore the service and mechanics and the quality of work are terrible. They seem to guess at the problem with cars instead of really inspecting the car for the real problem. They’re also overpriced (update the owner reach out and solve the problem thank you)

Brought car in tire had a nail in the side! They replaced tire in no time! I’d like to come back for oil change ect! The service staff was friendly and helpful! The mechanic who worked on the tire was quick! Looking forward to coming back here! Ok so came here for oil change. In and out in about 1/2 hour or so. Will come back again!

The waiting area is not clean.and I was declined credit, the mechanics were were good. But very disappointed in the appearance of the place coffee area was dirty. And so we're the chairs.

I came in half an hour before close with a flat tire and a real predicament. Although I expected to have to leave my car there to be worked on in the morning, they (Patrick and staff) changed my tires half hour before their shift ended. THANK YOU!!!

I had something wrong with my brakes, and it turned out to be faulty maintenance from the last place I took my car to. They discovered the problem and fixed it super quick. They kept me informed and I ended up purchasing more than what I was going to based on their recommendations. My car feels like it is riding on air.

Kind of expensive oil change but it only took about an hour. They did tell me my 2 year old battery was bad and that I should buy a new one. I tested it at home with a multimeter and it read healthy numbers before, during and after startup. Maybe they made a mistake when testing, maybe not.

Always very professional and courteous. Almost always gets the job done within the time frame they promise, which is far better than most other repair shops. And the repair cost is within the estimate they give. [And their rates are reasonable.] Plus, they guarantee the work. Just a few times I had to take my car back after a repair, and they fixed the problem quickly at no extra charge. I've been going to them for 14 years now, and will continue to do so.

They did what they said: unlike many businesses today with the current COVID "Chaos" - these guys have figured it out. Making the appt online was easy. They serviced my car in the time they said. The people were friendly and did not try to up sell like so many places. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK:)

Great crew they pay attention to details and are very customer friendly no surprises and definitely no worries at this location but remember if you have mechanical issues or tire issues please be very specific and give as much information as possible the more details you can provide the sooner they can get you back on the road. Another thing to remember is when you bring your vehicle for service no matter what it may be take your registration and mileage in the office with you, therefore Firestone staff won't have to go digging for your information which can be time consuming sometimes..

Austin saved the day for us! Getting a flat is bad enough, but when you’re out of state and clueless, it’s the worst! We were lucky enough to come across a friendly, knowledgeable person who wasn’t looking to fleece us. We went to the nearby Mavis first because I have a credit card with them, but we were spoken to so rudely, we left and made our way up the road to Firestone. SO GLAD WE DID! Austin gave us a great price, was super fast, and delivered really fantastic customer service. So grateful that Bill sent us your way. 😁 Thank you!

Had brakes replaced last winter at this shop. Was having an issue with vibration while breaking 6 months later. Took my car back on a Sunday morning. They replaced my rotors with 45 minutes and charged me nothing. Customer satisfaction service listed on my $0 invoice. I always get good service at this shop.

I highly recommend this Firestone Complete my xx Auto Care store on 202... and this is why! Was traveling on a rainy Sunday and I stopped into Firestone... NTB turned me away....I saw a ?nail in my tire.....FIRESTONE took my car in right away to examine my tire. Ray came out “seconds later” to tell me that my tire has a very small tack in my tire that had NOT penetrated! Ray gave me my key back and sent me on my way back to home! Ray also said there was No Charge. We chatted a few more minutes and off I went! The front desk/intake person was very friendly and assured me that they would help me! They were a God send to me and were very sympathetic to my issue!

Needed replacement battery and they had an acceptable one in stock. Two issues: 1) staff requested a phone number and/or address to process the purchase, 2) provided an Interstate rebate but did not mention that the rebate required battery installation which I did myself.

I recently purchased 4 tires from Firestone on Concord Pike. Within a week of driving with the new tires I encountered a flat tire and had to be towed from the side of the road, to a local garage. I initially assumed the flat tire was caused by a nail or some other type of metal debris on the roadway, but upon closer inspection determined that it was a stem problem. I then returned to Firestone and they quickly replaced the stem and reimbursed me for the towing fee. I can only assume that the original valve stem was faulty and not installed improperly?

I came with a '14 camry which has a tire pressure sensor replaced recently and need to be sync into the car. Sound easy but it's not. Dealer wants $120, Ponte's auto care across the street asked for $69.95, pepboy is $40 but 'not sure' their tool will work. Funny when the TPMS reset tool itself is only around $120 so I thought about go ahead and buy one. For some reason i decided to make final try with firestone before making the purchase. Their price estimation was $19.99 so i drop off the car but with no expectation. Surprisingly, they called me back after 30' and say the vehicle is done and ready for pick up. good saving, prompt service and friendly staffs. I would come again.

I called the Talleyville location and asked the price for lifetime aligment. I was given the internet sale price without even asking if there was a sale.. Went to the prices corner location and not only was I not given the online price at first without asking but when I told DIEGO 192 was the price I was given by him as well week before my 2nd visit he looked at me like i was crazy and showed me on the computer the price i was getting charged the week before my 2nd visit. It was over 200 bucks.. I told him on my last visit which was like 10 days give or take that I was told 192. He persisted to show me what I was being charged last time I was there.. when I showed him the 20 bucks off with lifetime Alignment from their internet he THAN took 20 bucks of and price went down to 192... smh.. hate when people try to trick people out of their hard earn money... smh.. should be ashamed....
