Wow going to Auto Zone it saved me from buying a $200 battery they check first and it was 100% but I was in Toyota getting my oil change and they mentioned I needed a battery asap so I almost was going to get it but I changed my mind then I decided to stop in Auto zone and I was happy and in shock my battery was just fine and they also perform other text like engine light.

For my auto parts and needs I always go to AutoZone the one on 2nd Street in Wilmington Delaware and the one on 32nd and Market Street in Center City Wilmington. The service people there are very professional and always willing to help you. Very impressed with their services such as putting on windshield wipers or any other Quick Fix items on your car. That's a plus for any customers such as myself we don't have these type of skills or know how. I come in all of the workers at AutoZone for the service that they render.

The staff is always knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I've been able to fix most things on my car by watching YouTube videos and then going to autozone for the parts. I take advantage of the rewards programs too. But the rewards program requires you have to spend at least $20 each trip. Once you make 5 trips you get the $20 rewards coupon. Sometimes my order comes up to $19.98 so I throw in a candy bar to tip it over the $20 point for that visit. Willie helped me on my last visit for a tail light and head light.

If you're getting minor repairs done to you car and need parts AutoZone is a great stop. They have some cool things to put in or on your car too. I got a bunch of cool decals and even found a chandelier for my friends rearview since shes completely obsessed with them and they actually had a chandelier intended for the rearview mirror.

My last experience with them made up for issues in the past. I bought a canister of oil from here a few years ago and returned it same day. The cashier opened it in front of me only so he could give me back half of my money and list it as an opened item being returned. I asked why that was necessary and there was no answer. I didn't bother patronizing this store for years after this. I recently needed a battery changed and had an excellent experience with all of the staff and the process. Shango, the gentleman who helped me, pointed out things that needed to be replaced and assisted me in finding them. This store has had a great turn around that is worth looking into for your auto needs.

I had an appointment with BMW Service to replace my headlight. After they told me the estimate ($118-$175), I picked my jaw up off the floor and called around to price parts and service. The guys at AutoZone were enthusiastically helpful, nice, and after I paid for the bulb ($25) they installed it for free. All of this on my lunch break and I still had time to pick up lunch and cancel my BMW appointment. Thanks, guys! I will definitely remember this and recommend!
