Very pleased with their service and repairs. We are new to the neighborhood. I drove by this place on my way home. The garage area and lot were neat and clean. Always a good sign. My car went in for an oil change. We lived in a small town in Iowa where repairs/service for Toyotas was not readily available. We let a lot of things go until moving to Wichita. The service assessment for my car was accurate and needed. One feature of service here were several texts from the shop. All identified problems were detailed, recommended solutions given, costs for said repairs and broken down in detail via text. I was able to select what repairs I wanted done. There was problem that couldn’t be resolved. One measure of a shop, I believe, is when they can’t make repairs and admit it. That’s honesty!

Rachel was very helpful, kind and explained everything very well. They got the multiple problems fixed on my car (cooling system leaks and belt replacement) in a reasonable amount of time. I was very pleased with the professionalism and service of Woody's Auto repair. Rachel was very good about getting parts at a discount price for my Mercedes-Benz GL450. Plus they came in under budget of what was quoted me!! This please me by it being the holiday season, money is being budgeted! I had struts put on both sides sway bars and bushings not cheap by any means!!! But they worked at getting me fair market pricing. But what pleased me the most, is the way my automobile performs and ride now I am so very pleased with the work that was done on my Mercedes!!!!! 😆😊 Thank you Kyle, and Rachel and the whole staff at Woody's automotive.

I had some car issues that needed addressing. I went to Woody's and met the owner, Sean. He gave me a very in depth inspection of the car. Turns out I needed to replace the Struts all the way around. He gave me a very reasonable quote. He was a pleasure to work with the whole way through. Even helped me get parts much cheaper than I was able to find. Sean fixed my car in a very reasonable amount of time. The price was very reasonable. I'd highly, highly recommend anyone taking their car to Woody's, specifically the one at Central and Oliver.

Had a quite unfortunate event occur when all of the engine oil started dumping out of my wife’s car. Luckily I was seeing her off to work and was able to stop her from driving off. The oil had just been changed at Woody’s so I called and had the vehicle towed. They were able to get us in same day and could the oil filter leaking between the filter housing and baseplate. Thankful for their quick and speedy service.

This time we just needed them to look over our car and make sure it could be taken out of state. We asked them to just check it out. They checked it all out and did nothing before calling us. I tried them out on the recommendation of a mechanic friend of mine that knows the owner and am very happy to continue using them for all my automotive needs. Before I bought my latest vehicle (a van) I brought a few vehicles in for a lookover. I was looking at autos that were about 10 years old so I wanted to go in with my eyes opened on issues that would need addressed soon or approaching and they gave me a great workup and explained things very well. Their employees have always been very good about that. I've continued bringing my vehicles there and continue to be satisfied. I especially appreciate when I drop my vehicle off for the day, they can zip me over to work since I'm nearby. Sure has been a big help for this full-time working momma!

The staff at Woody's carefully examined my vehicle, even looking at it two days in a row, to diagnose the problem fully. They were able to repair my A/C at a significantly cheaper price. I really appreciate their honesty with the A/C problem as well as their diagnosis for future issues that may affect my vehicle.

Originally gear shift selector was worn out and Woody’s installed a bushing kit to correct the problem. The low oil pressure light would come on at idle. After performing a couple of tests, I authorized them to drop the oil pan for further investigation. They found metal shavings and worn main bearings. Due to the age of the truck, I decided not to rebuild the engine or replace it. Woody’s cleaned up the metal shavings and put everything back together. They replaced the engine oil with straight 30 weight and test drove. Oil pressure was better and I was able to drive home. Unfortunately, my truck tag disappeared while it was parked at Woody’s. In filing a police report, I was told that auto repair shops are easy targets for vandals. After a lengthy visit to the tag office and $8 for a replacement tag, I have now installed anti-theft screws on all my license plates.

They have the fairest and sometimes cheapest pricing in town. They thought they fix my ac leak and when I brought it back to them about 6 months later he found another leak that he fixed and recharged my ac for no cost whatsoever. I will be taking every vehicle I have issues with to them for the foreseeable future.

Brought my car in to get my AC checked out. Kyle told me it was the low on refrigerant so they filled it back up and used the dye and ended up finding a pinhole leak in the evaporator. Of course all the guys were professional and courteous, great advice on how to proceed without making me feel bad for not fixing the real problem right away like other shops would. They stay busy for a reason.

Had my drive shaft fixed as well as a leak in my transmission coolant line, they had it diagnosed and fixed in a couple days, even with a previous wreck causing the work to be a little harder !
