Truck stuff helped me with sourcing and installing suspension/lift parts for my Wrangler. It was a bit on the pricy side but it felt good to know it was going to a local outfit. I made a last minute change of heart and chose some upgraded struts after the original order was already placed and received- didn't love paying the small restocking fee for upgrading parts (I understand that eating the cost of shipping parts the customer doesn't want can add up), but it was worth it to me since they were able to quickly source the new part a day before the installation was scheduled. Additionally, I really appreciated the fact that they gave me a bid that included all of the potentially required parts/labor, and then were honest with me after installation about how some of those parts/labor weren't needed and did not charge me. Lastly, I was grateful for the employee I primarily dealt with while in the shop- he made me feel excited and happy with the choices I made and that's important to me as a customer. Nothing worse than paying a good chunk of change for a product/service and then getting treated like just another transaction. Overall satisfied and will continue to do business there.

Had a Titan fuel tank ordered and installed on my Ram 3500 a couple of weeks ago. There was a hiccup with some diesel leakage from the tank, but was addressed promptly the following work day and has been leak free since. I highly recommend this company for truck aftermarket parts and for standing behind their workmanship.

Every staff member and service member I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable! Needed a new top for my Jeep Wrangler and they were able to offer a good variety! Top was installed in a timely manner and looks great! Staff did have to deal with bugging them a bit since the top was being financed through a local dealership but they were still very kind and professional! I will be using they’re services again and highly recommend!

I've been through here several times looking at items. Nice store, clean, some of the staff just seem irritable or grumpy. But the store has great variety. On one visit I was shown an item I ended up buying online due to the huge mark-up in the store. Seems that I now usually go there for ideas then buy them elsewhere simply due to how much its marked up. Nice place though.

Did an amazing job installing the goose neck hitch in my 1989 GMC R3500 Dually 3+3 long box. (It's basically an 87 square body with 88 on up engine and ECU) they treated me fair and they answered all of my questions. Very very helpful and patient with me. They can do almost anything. I asked some crazy questions like installing some drop down running boards on my truck and they said "Yep, but it will be a custom job". Freeken amazing to get that kind of response from a modern shop 100% satisfied!

We drove from Topeka for specific additions to our Ford 350 SuperDuty truck. It was such a positive adventure; their expertise in putting together the new bumper & winch that wouldn't interfere with all the "bells & whistles" of the truck itself was incredible. Truck Stuff also properly hooked up our TransferFlow fuel tank/tool box. (We first became aware of Truck Stuff in Wichita when we searched for an authorized facility for TransferFlow.) With 123 gallons of diesel fuel possible now, we're ready for more RV adventures! We qualified for 2 rebates. Truck Stuff sent one of them in electronically for us. (I received confirmation of it immediately through email.) The form for the 2nd rebate with all the needed information was given to me. They really made it easy for us. We had air shocks added, too. All work was done in 2 days. Our truck was locked up inside during the nights while in Wichita. We really appreciate the attention to details We were specifically asked where we wanted the fuel tank gauge placed. We received a phone call assuring us that the work would be completed by the end of their workday (since we were driving from Topeka to get the truck.) The phone call was much appreciated!! We arrived early enough to watch through the viewing window as they finished working. I was also allowed to take photos through their door. We highly recommend Truck Stuff as everyone was friendly and professional Thanks for everything! I'd like to add that everyone was great, especially Scotty who went above and beyond. We went to Glacier National Park in Northern Montana (& a road trip into Canada), Yellowstone NP, Grand Tetons NP, & Rocky Mountain NP in September pulling our Arctic Fox 5th wheel with the truck. Everything worked like a dream. We received many compliments on the truck additions, the air shocks worked well, and our TransferFlow fuel tank allowed us to purchase diesel when we found lower prices (before the national parks). Thanks so much for your great work that allows us to enjoy our travels in retirement!! We will always recommend TruckStuff to others.
