Josh, Eric and the lady up front we're AWESOME! My truck had the worst steering slop and it was getting extremely scary to drive. They looked at it and told EVERYTHING that was worn. They DO NOT CHARGE TO PUT IT UP IN THE AIR ON THE LIFT TO INSPECT IT. They were honest, professional and they care about the best customer experience. After I left the shop when they gave me my truck back, I loved it so much I drove it all the way to Newton just to test it out and it drove so well that I literally could NOT stop driving it because it drove so good! I drove this thing for a year with a bad front end and it was awful! WOW drives like a new truck!!! 😊😊😊😊😊 If your on a tight budget they offer a great payment option. You can simply pay off the repairs through a store payment plan. ASK JOSH ABOUT IT. Interest free. Why the hell not! I could have probably done this work on my truck myself but just literally did not have the time. Midas on south seneca proved to me there is still honest repair shops around that will NOT screw you around and these people definitely proved it. Had our catalytic converters cut off our truck while staying overnight at a hotel in Wichita. We were stranded on a Saturday morning with little options. With all the supply chain issues they were still able to source a OEM unit and a second universal fit catalytic to get us on the road at least. Very pleased with the service and getting us out in the road safely. Had to replace the universal fit unit when we got home but much better than having to spend an extra 3-4 days in Wichita.

Appointment time isn't really when they'll look at your car.. My 9:30 became a 3 hour wait, brake job ended up taking a day and a half due to part issues and lack of manpower. Long wait times should come with a discount on all work done.

No one wants to go to the mechanic, however they did go above n beyond to fix my rear brakes they got me in quickly did a full inspection, personally showed me what was wrong with my brakes, gave me an itemized list, and worked with me on price. Like I said before no one wants to go to the mechanic but I would recommend Josh and his team at Seneca st. Midas!

I came in needing my whole fuel line replaced, shocks, fuel pump, serpentine belt. I called quite a few times adding to the list of things I needed done. Without hesitation they were right on it. They had my vehicle ready to go with in 4 hours. I could not have been any more please with the work they did. Everything was done right and in perfect manageable time. I will never use another mechanic besides Austin and Jordan at Midas! I have taken my car around a few places to figure out what the issue was. Austin had it figured out in an hour! Unfortunately the part was VERY expensive and the Manager Jordan was an angel and found me the best deal he could! I just moved here recently and needed to find a place for an oil change. The first place I came across was Midas because they had a coupon for oil changes on their website. I booked online and within 2 minutes after selecting my time slot I was contacted by later who I found out to be the Manager. He was very professional and very nice! He said he saw my booking and confirmed the time slot I selected, which was in the same day! How convenient. I dropped off a little early due to other errands I had to run and basically by the time I was finished my errands it was ready. I recommend this Midas location if you’re looking for some quick work with great people. I’m looking to use this location in the future.

I have used midas for years. Jordan is the Manager at the front who has been assisting us lately. He is very thorough and honest, he does a great job with explaining the issues on both of my vehicles. I will never take my car anywhere else as long as they keep the team of employees they have right now. Most recent visits: I have had to make an insurance claim recently where the insurance company wanted to use salvage parts on my car. Jordan assisted me with them to make sure I would get new parts to repair my car with. He was able to help me get the insurance company to pay the difference. I also had a vehicle where my key fob system error was going off. Took my car into Orr Nissan where they said there was no problem and sent us on our way. Two weeks later I started getting the same error. Brought my vehicle into Midas where Jordan and his team had the problem diagnosed and repaired the problem with in a couple hours.

Guy on phone was very helpful energetic and seemed to enjoy his job. I dropped my car off for AC repair and I am very happy with the results. I was told it would take an hour to recharge my AC but after an hour my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I was promised it would be done within the next hour and it was, about thirty minutes later. Not complaining. I had called to schedule the appt just minutes prior to arriving. Thanks guys!

My car was smoking, got it home and realized it was leaking a lot of oil. I called Midas (they serviced my car last), the manager David got me a tow truck IMMEDIATELY. He looked at my vehicle as soon as I arrived, despite the fact it was already 6:00pm. They found my oil plug had fallen out. David and the tech, Alec made sure to secure a new plug, filled my car with oil and looked at everything else to make sure it was all okay. They even took the time to explain everything to me, including things that didn't pertain to the problem I came in for. To top it all off, they even cleaned the underside of my car so the oil that had leaked didn't smoke or smell. I can't thank you guys enough. You went above and beyond to help me. Thank you again, David and Alec! I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I can't think of a better place to have a vehicle serviced, they will treat you like family, and make sure your vehicle repairs are done right.

I went in not long ago to fix a flat tire, mind you not even a week earlier I had my car in at Eddy’s for a tire rotation and I had mentioned the low tire light was on. I assume they filled it and moved on. I found myself stranded with a flat on one of the coldest days. I ended up bringing it to Midas and they were WONDERFUL. Austin was quick and thorough, he ended up checking basically my whole vehicle even though I was just there for a tire repair. While my tire was being fixed, Jordan went through what my options were in case I needed to replace the whole thing and was so helpful! Needless to say I’ll be taking my 4Runner there from now on.

Easily the best Midas in town. The last couple of store managers at this location have been awesome. Great blend of knowledge and customer service. Furthermore, the techs that work there have worked there for a long time. They are trustworthy and go the extra mile to make sure your car runs great. Even if it's a 2001 Honda Odyssey.

I always get nervous going to a new mechanic shop, worrying about how much i will pay or how many "problems" they will say i have. Well today was not the case. I went into this location for an oil change and just a general lookover for my vehichle, and i got exactly that. Dave the manager was absolutely awesome and the auto techs were great. There is so much to say how amazing he is with his customers just out standing people skills. Got me in there did a full inspection of my bird and took out all the oil. Gavin replaced my cv axles, powersteering pump and installed all new tires. All together an 8 hour job, Gavin knocked it out in an impressive 4 hours. I trust this midas on South Seneca.
