The guy at the counter was friendly and the oil change was quick. However the website states that the oil change comes with a tire rotation and my tires weren’t rotated. Just kind of annoying because now I have to make any extra trip to discount when it could have been included in my almost $100 oil change.

Best place for routine lube when I lived close by. The guy at the front was always helpful and once squeeze me in close to closing one day before a long road trip the next day. I always bring my own oil and oil filter and get a fair price for the service. Font desk guy definitely kept my business there for 3 years. Great customer service with HONEST advice. I didn't get the pushy oversell Jiffylube and other places always use one females. I now live farther north but will make the 20 minutes drive there. Thanks 👍

The manager did not show up for work. My 9:00 appointment did not happen until 12:00. I was not given any receipt or printout of the work done. I was simply charged $60 for an oil change and I have no record of the work. If it were not so close I would not consider using them again.

My service for a Oil Change was good. Few problems of my visit was once my oil change was completed, no sticker was added on the window, to Inform the customer when the next oil change is due. I had to tell them about it to put one in my car for me, they didn't inform me about my back right light is out, I had to tell them about that, but they was kind enough to replace the light bulb for me before I left. I just think if they slow it down by working on people's cars, and really pay attention to detail and not rush then they may catch things like this. Overall, they did great.

I went in for an oil change and I’ve used this company before they do a good job with this. But during their check they found I had a torn windshield wiper. I knew I had but have been laid up with an arm injury they asked if I wanted them to replace it I knew it would cost a little more to have them do it but I said OK. When I got my bill they had charged $31.90 for the wipers which is about $10 more than I would’ve paid at the auto store I did not think that was to bad since they were installing them and I knew that I would pay extra to have it done there trying to save some time. What I did not expect was a additional charge of $42.87 to install them which would’ve been done free at the auto store as far as I’m concerned this is a total rip off of the consumer.

I have a 2001 Lincoln Town car with only 62,000 miles. It is a nice used car in good mechanical condition, and should last a long time. But there is one thing on those Town Cars I do not like, the rear air suspension. The rear air shocks are actually rubber bladders, that will eventually wear out and need replacing about every 3 or 4 years. I do not want to have to deal with that, so I bought a coil-over conversion kit to replace the air shocks and then never have to worry about it again. I tried installing it myself but ran into some problems. I decided to have Meineke do it since Rick and the fellas at the 21st and Amidon shop did great work on my pickup trucks exhaust before. After a few trips we ran into a bit of problems, and they sent me to the Pawnee and Seneca Meineke. I wanted to save the air shocks as a backup plan in case the kit did not work, and that made it tough to remove them. I will mention that the staff at both the 21st and Amidon Meineke and the Pawnee and Seneca Meineke are all great people, I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. They quoted me a good price and stuck to that price in the end as well. Brandon was fantastic and was able to get the kit installed, and now my car rides even instead of always sagging in the back end. And to be honest it seems to ride just as comfortable with the coil springs as it did with the air shocks, only now it seems more solid going over bumps. I trust these guys better then many other places because they are more honest, and will return to them for that exact reason they are all great people at both locations Ive been to. Great job Meineke keep up the good work!!

They fixed my air just fine, but the employee seemed very unhappy, which made my visit unpleasant. They’re pretty expensive as well, compared to a couple other places I went to. I just didn’t wanna pay $150 just to get their second opinion.

I got a big chunk of metal in my tire. I was near this shop so I called and asked if they could get me in to fix it. They were able to patch the tire quickly. The tech showed me a couple of times what happened with the tire and make sure I knew what he was doing to repair it. There was no fear-selling and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. Great, friendly service. I'd definitely go back there.

Decided to have a set of brakes done on my truck and had my brakes inspected by Meineke about a month earlier. My experience went pretty well, the manager found a mistake on my quote which saved me money, however I was somewhat disappointed in the supplier of the brake shoes. Advanced auto parts did not send over the correct brake shoes two times in a row which left me sitting in the lobby for two hours. Overall I was satisfied with the service and the price because they beat the closest quote by almost $200.

We were traveling cross-country and were stranded 10 hours from home after hitting a coyote. We expected to be stuck for potentially a couple of days. These guys had us back on the road in hours. They helped us find a part we couldn't track down, answered every question we had, and were overall just incredibly friendly and professional. 10/10, outstanding service

Been here 3 times. First 2 were pretty good, and price seemed better than down the road. Last trip I went in for a check engine light, they did, but also changed my oil. Which I didn't ask for, or even need yet. But it sounds like they are going to do the right thing and refund it tomorrow when I go back in.

The other place I use to go to just lost a good customer. I will stick with south seneca meineke. They are way way more better.

Called on a Saturday, Randy was able to get me in same day! He was honest and compassionate about delivering bad news. After telling me it was going to be costly, he said if I had been thinking about replacing my vehicle now would be a great time. I told him that wasn't an option at this time, he broke it down to most pressing to what can wait a bit. They worked on my vehicle all the way up until closing to make sure I could get it back on time for work on Monday! They were professional, honest and efficient. I will return!

This car care center, imho, sets a standard that others should try & emulate! Clean, very clean shop both the front & work areas. Meineke has many different levels of services, management has never steered me wrong for my needs. They don't try &sell me a service I don't need. Their app online allows to set & monitor the time work is performed & completed. Service techs are knowledgeable & professional. I don't know if this is the way all Meineke shops are run as it's the only one I've used. I've had four vehicles they've done sevice on over the 6 years I started taking them in. I've never had problems or complaints. Keep up the great work guys!

It was red as it needs to be I was told not to flush it and that I needed a new transmission which is not the case due to it not being black

You know, This is kind of a mixed review. I bonded really well with the guys that worked there. Most of us are Veterans in some shape or form. We were able to relate to military life and the sacrifices our family made for us while we did our job. However, I couldn't help but to feel like that were trying to "up-sale" me on services that I did not need. I was cashing in my "rain check" voucher from Veteran's Day. I showed up at 0730 hoping I would be the first one in the door (which I was). The mechanics didn't show up until 0800 but when they did, they took my truck in right away. After a few minutes of looking over/servicing my truck, the mechanic came to me and let me know that he has completed his 5-point check and noticed some things that needed to be brought to my attention. The first was windshield wiper blades. Told me the wipers were bad, which I found funny because I literally just replaced them. He said nothing and moved on down the lost. He than mentioned how my rotors were "bluing". As we looked at them, the manager was giving me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix them (which was outrageous no matter what). I paid my bill (so much for free oil change) and left. ( I had even brought in extra oil to cover the difference in the extra oil that would be necessary since my truck requires more oil than the average car). I called some other businesses to include a personal friend of mine who is also familiar with brakes. All advised me (after looking at pics I had sent) that my brakes were fine and they the business was trying to get more money out of me. Bottom line: I don't feel I will ever go back because I don't think I will get an honest inspection of my vehicle. I feel they will always find something to alert me about and estimate me and outrageous price on the cost of fix. Good guys, just beware and be prepared to get an honest second/third opinion if you are unsure.

I am not a bot. I am not getting paid for this. I took my car in for the Free Veterans Day Oil Change. They were busy so I got a rain check and came back a few days later. They were professional & I was happy with the work. A few days later I noticed an oil spot in my drive way. I called them and set up an appointment to get it looked at. They replaced the bad filter and topped off the oil at their cost. About a week later, my wife noticed a new oil spot in the drive way and the check oil light came on. I call them and explain that this is an issue. I had not had a single issue with my car in the three years that I have had it. They get me in at the end of day to take a look. Turns out that the oil cap on top of the motor was not put back on proper & was now missing. They got a new, car specific, oil cap and replaced it at their cost. Not once did anyone imply that any of it was my fault or become unprofessional. At the turn of the year I intend on replacing my tires. i will be doing so at this shop. Great Job.

I got 3 quotes for muffler and tailpipe replacement. 1 mom and pop shop was too busy. 1 mom and pop shop quoted $300. And this Meineke quoted $600. Kaden at Meineke did what was best for me and not to make a quick buck. He told me the other shops would give me better value for my money on this particular fix. Thanks for your honesty, Kaden.
