Had a damaged tire, arrived at 12:00pm and they had my tire replaced in three hours, even though they had to order the tire from offsite. That’s a fast turnaround, and the price was good. I was also impressed that they put my spare tire perfectly back in my car, even though there were many items in the way. They didn’t have to do that, but they have earned my future business.

My second time to use this business to evaluate a slow leak in tires. They are welcoming, prompt and professional. Neither time my tire was repairable and they weren’t going to charge me despite their time and effort to evaluate the issue. I gladly tipped them both times and recommend their service !

I was actually looking for Tires Plus but realized they moved from the area where Kansasland is located. I decided to walk in to get an estimate. Walker quoted me an estimate over $30 less than the competitors and expedited the delivery of the tires so that I could make this journey to the East coast. Walker exhibited exceptional service. I also remembered that I had met him before when my friend’s car broke down right off the highway. He ran over to help push the car and offered to check out his vehicle and even tow it to his ship if needed. I changed my mind and decided to precise all 4 tires instead of 2 because of his excellent service!!!

I specifically asked them to find the problem with my oil pressure sensor and to do an oil change. But to check the oil pressure sensor FIRST, knowing that changing the oil would somehow affect the oil pressure sensor. They decided to change the oil first and miraculously there’s no issue with the sensor. But it will root again in about a week, just like it did last time I got my oil changed. But I should buy some product that will help the oil be a better lubricant. How about you just do what I asked, because didn’t even get the quote I asked for to replace my side mirror. Edit: These guys are top notch, while I was frustrated, and still am, they called to fix the issues and work to regain my business.

Very helpful. Hustled to get tires from another location and had them installed by 430p and we only decided to buy tires around 230p. They caught an issue with using the appropriate tire for my truck and worked to get the right tires on and mounted. Also worked to get me the best price.

I had a low tire at 4pm and went to 4 other tire shops who all refused to look at it for me with various excuses like too busy, too late, or we can help you out maybe next week..... Well, the guys at Kansasland never hesitated and took care of me. I ended up so happy with them that I bought new tires which they installed a couple days later, quicky and professionally. I've had my car serviced at the N Rock Rd location for 12 years. Today reminded me why I will always recommend these talented and hard working mechanics. We all know supply chain has made it difficult to get parts. After searching for several hours for a gasket, they did not give up, drove to another town to pickup the gasket, worked after closing hours to get my car back to me. These guys are an awesome group to do business with! I had just bought a truck that had extremely bald tires on it and these guys replaced all five (including spare) for a great price. The following morning, I noticed that one of them was pretty low, so I called them to schedule a time to bring it in, knowing that they were going to be busy. To my astonishment, the manager asked how soon I could get there. I reiterated that I knew they were busy and was calling to schedule a time, to which he replied, "No, we put them on yesterday and there is an issue. You brig it in and we will make room for you to get figured out and fixed."

I had to take my Dad to a Dr. appt. (I live 2 hours away from Wichita) when I noticed my tire kept showing low. So I stopped in to see if they could help, to see if it had a leak. They weren't super busy & got me in immediately. Turned out it was a small nail in my tire. They were able to fix it & get me back on the road in less than 30 mins. What a great team. Very polite & professional. AND AFFORDABLE. I wasn't charged near what I thought it would be. I definitely recommend this place. Actuator went out on my 2003 Avalanche. Apparently I have a very unique model because the correct replacement part could not be found anywhere in the country. Although they never could find the part, the Kansasland guys kept trying for over a month. Always kept me informed along the way, and tried several different solutions that did not work. Although we couldn’t find a solution, Walker and his team did the best they could and I really appreciate their efforts.

I dropped my daughters car off to them today while she was at work. She was in a panic because her car suddenly stopped going over 30 mph. They immediately took the car in and checked it out. Found the problem and told her to call her dealership to see if it was still in warranty and it was! They could have just fixed it and charged her and went on about their day not even caring about her. But they went above and beyond! I’m just so happy they took care of my daughter and didn’t try to scam her like other shops would have. I am very happy to see a trustworthy and respectful company still exists! I had an experience you would only see watching NASCAR. I was doing the legal speed limit, 75 MPH, and I had a tire separate the tread from the sidewall. I called AAA to change the tire and was told I have a problem. I made a few calls and first talked with Mike at the Andover location. He said he didn't have my tire size, but he looked it up and the location on Rock Rd in Wichita did. Mike called Chris; Chris said send him our way. Since I was still in Andover, I made a few more calls to places nearby. I won't name, names. I am actually on my way to work and I thought I gave myself a large enough window to get the tire fixed. Only, like I said, the AAA guy said I have a problem. (BTW, I have to say, when the AAA guy calls you 20mins later and asks if you are still ok and gives you a recommendation, that's pretty cool) My car doesn't have lug nuts, it has lugs studs. And one had broken off. So they had to carefully remove the broken stud to be able to mount a tire correctly. No easy task. They got it done, it took some time. Because it took so long they threw in the other 3 matching tires for free. Actually, that was the dream I was having while I was asleep in the waiting area. But, here's the thing about repairs, do you want it done right? or fast? Anyone ever cook a Thanksgiving dinner that only took 15 minutes to an hour? I thank Mike, Chris, the gentleman that worked on my car. They only thing I would not recommend you have done at their locations is dentistry. They may know a guy.

I came in a few months back and got my tires replaced. Recently another unrelated shop filled my tire at the wrong PSI, which led to one going flat, and I replaced with full size spare because I had a trip ahead of me and couldn’t risk it. I took it to Kansasland to check out, and they quickly found nothing was wrong with the tire, got the original tire back on and got me on my way, even put the spare back underneath. These guys here are honest and straightforward, highly recommend for anything tire related. Thanks guys.

These guys were incredible! They went out of their way to make sure I had a great encounter. Efficient, honest and kind! Can't recommend these guys enough!!! My husband and I were driving through on our way from North Carolina to California. After some pretty bad storms, we realized we both needed our tires changed. These gentlemen not only made time for us on our way through, but were done within two hours and included an oil change for both of our cars at an EXTREMELY reasonable price! After picking up our cars, my tire pressure light came on about 15 minutes into our drive. We turned right around and they were able to check it out (just a few extra PSI in one tire) and did a quick test drive to make sure there were no other issues. Only wish I could bring them with me to California.

We are not from Wichita, but I called Kansasland the next morning and spoke with Walker and shared our story. Brought in my Dodge Ram 1500 to have it raised to stock suspension and my tailpipe repaired. Dropped it off early on a Friday morning, two hours later they called I was given a estimate and told it would take the whole day and possibly Sat. Well due to parts issues it took much longer got it back on Tues, I understood completely, you have to wait for parts to come in. Adam and everyone there we're very nice keeping me informed about what was going on and why it was taking so long. When I went to pick up my truck I was very pleased with the work that was done. The repair are exactly as they should be. To top it all off, they were wrong about their estimate, they were $250 UNDER their own estimate. The best compliment I know to give them is to be calling them the next time I need any work done.

Great Job! Noticed a nail in my tire and nobody on the east side could get me in before 7. I called here to see if we could get anything quicker. They said the tire could be started at 5. I was in a bind to get my tires rotated because of COVID-19 closing the auto care where I usually go. This store got me in, were friendly, speedy in completing the service, and very kind. I mentioned a friend referred me and would she get credit for me stopping in? In return, there wasn't a charge for today's service; I was blown away. In addition, I asked them to check the cabin and engine air filters because a local dealership said they needed to be replaced (my car was in for a seatbelt and airbag recall). Guess what? They weren't needing to be replaced but sill have life in them. Thanks guys! I'll see you again in future months.

While we weren't able to get the service we needed because of a warehouse issue, their service is top-notch due to their frontman Rob. He tried everything to get us what we needed in our time frame but unfortunately it just didn't work out. I was working on a Volkswagen recently (which I'll never do again). A lug bolt was stuck in the hub so I couldn't pull the tire off, no matter what I did with the limited tools I had. Took it here to see if they could help me and they extracted the bolt, ordered a new one, installed it, and had me out the door in under an hour. Most definitely will come here again if needed.

We were on my way out of town for our Labor Day vacation pulling our Fifth Wheel camper. While on K96 and Rock road, we had a tire blow out on the camper. I quickly turned off and went to Kansasland Tire. The manager was very helpful and had 4 new tired in stock for a trailer. I took 2 trailer tires in to be rotated. There was damage to one of the tires in the removal process, making it unusable. The bead was torn. It took some going back and forth but in the end they agreed to discount the replacements for both tires, which was a fair deal. I've had good luck with other Kansasland Tire locations and will keep going back.
