Truly excellent service. Unlike other quick oil change places, here they vacuum the car, wash windshields, and have the customer wait in the nice, air conditioned waiting room. The new manager and everyone else in the shop were great and helfpul. Went back to check the Serpentine belt under warranty because of unusual wear. It did take a while to finish the job but it was because they wanted to finish the job right and did not get the right part from one of their vendors the first time. They also were able to answer my other concerns with the car.

We started taking our vehicles to the 21st & Woodlawn location a couple of years ago, and they've always been great to us. I first went there when I bought an old "beater" pick up as a second vehicle and took it to them to help me get it up and running. Oil, tires, brakes...they had everything done quickly and done well. I've used them several times, and they've never tried to sell me something that I didn't actually need. I've never been in the habit of taking my vehicles to places like this, and I can't speak for any of the other locations, but this particular one changed my mind towards them. We now take all our vehicles, both new and old, there for services. A great crew. Highly recommend them.

GREAT! Don't always believe what you hear in the bad reviews below, they were overly polite and overly helpful as usual. Even doing extra work for the little 30 dollars you pay for an oil change with coupon. Perhaps the people of the North East side area this ones located in brought on some attitudes of entitlement and disrespect...which rightfully so was reciprocated possibly back to them and they want to run home and post about their hurt feelings trying to ruin business instead of saying something to the people right then and there which would of solved the problem.

These guys were phenomenal. I came in for an oil change from out of town (Dallas TX) and merely mentioned that my car was making a noise I hadn't heard before but was worried it may be a bearing going out in the wheel, and they went above and beyond to put us at ease. They checked out every possible thing it could be and honestly had every opportunity in the world to take advantage of us, and they told us it was a super simple fix. Very honest and super customer service oriented.

I went to a Firestone location last time and they told me I needed an alignment and that it would be $200. I didn’t get it at Firestone. I took the car to Jiffy Lube and they let me know I didn’t need an alignment! Very impressed with how fast their service is, and thankful for their honestly. Fantastic Service. I arrived for an oil change and needed more done. They showed me the damage before repair. They gave me a discount without my asking. An elderly gentlemen struggled with his Groupon app and was waited on and assisted by one of the men here very patiently. Another man was treated similarly by a different employee and that was just in the hour or so I waited. The lobby is comfortable and the employees are incredible. Highly recommended.

This place advertises false prices. I had a coupon for an oil change for 25 dollars then after they started they proceed to tell me its gonna be $89 plus tax. This place is absolutely ridiculous. $100 for an oil change? Absurd! I will never come back here again and I will absolutely tell everyone I know that these people will rob you blind! They wait until they've started to tell you how much they are going to charge you. Worst business ever. They need to be ran out of business! Edit!! I did have a horrible experience before. But I have used them since then and as long as you get the coupon off of Groupon and get a major discount, the price is well over reasonable. I still think $100 is way too much for a oil change, but the coupons definitely help. Otherwise they did great quick service and didn't try to upsell me too much.

Dan was a very professional manager. He was very honest, wasn’t pushy, basically laid the options on the line explained what was what. My truck had a oil filter that wouldn’t come off and it took extra time, but with the communication I kept receiving the inconvenience of having to be there extra long was acceptable. I love this place! I came in today and they took my car in right away. Terry was very nice. They are all so professional and knowledgeable here. I will also mention the waiting room is very comfortable and clean and there is free fresh coffee, soda, water and wifi. I normally hate getting my car serviced but this was completely painless. 2 weeks ago my car had been running hot and I mean spewing smoke from underneath the hood. Luckily, I had pulled in to JIFFY LUBE before closing and much to my dismay, one of the mechanics came out and helped me with my dilemma. Turns out that my radiator cap was off and after looking for something that I thought was a lost cause, he found it located in the bottom of the front grill. I knew right then and there that I was going to come in for any and all car maintenance, regardless of the cost. Not too many people qualify for being a good mechanic nowadays. Depending on how much you spend determines the level of professional care you receive. Not just mechanics either. When looking for a general contractor this past summer, I asked a guy for a quote on something that I wanted done to my family house. It took me by surprise the answer I received. "It depends on the quality you are wanting to pay for!" Nevermind the wind that left me speechless, but to think about the mindset of such an individual left me filled with remorse. If you're unable to fully understand the depth of my plight, this is for you. Why should the quality of your work be determined by the pay that you receive? It leaves something to be desired. Just can't find 'em no more. So, whenever you do find a person who has nothing to gain, that goes out of their way to ensure that you are alright, that is what I call a professional. I'll be back, whether I am rolling in a Porsche or a old school Chevy. I know that I am getting genuine care from genuine people.

Chivalry is not dead! I had a flat tire with my 4 year old and 1 year old in the car. This Jiffy Lube was the closest shop. I pull in and they checked the car. They told me they would air up the tire so that I could go get it fixed. It wouldn't air up. It had a huge hole. They put on the spare tire, gave me some good FREE advise and then sent me on my way. Thank you so much for being so generous with your time and your skills in order to help me when I needed it most!

Excellent service - they saved me hundreds or close to a 4,000. Mistake where other mechanics told me my entire rear end (ring Beating) was bad. Jiffy lube took off inspection plate, found ring bearing on good shape, cleaned out all metal shavings invasion, serviced unit and made a new gasket. There are no more leaks and all noises have ceased. Thank you Jiffy lube, that’s the second time you have saved me money and left me with a vehicle well looked after. You are now my first check point for all my car repairs.

Thanks to Terry and the crew for alerting me to a hazardous condition. I went in for a simple oil change. They told me I needed new strut towers and a fan belt. This seemed like classic up-selling to someone with far out of state plates. It turned out that at least one but likely both needed replacing. Jury is still out on the fan belt, but I know that they helped me avert disaster. My car clearly drives better and I won't be risking a fatal disaster on a 1,200 mile drive home in July. Much thanks to the staff there, who had me in and out with major repairs in an hour. Bravo!

I have been using this location for about three years. No problems with the job they do. But on my last visit in December no one was wearing a mask at any time. There were no signs up encouraging anyone to wear a mask. This is in direct violation of the Sedgwick County mandate. Subsequently, I took my other vehicle to the JL on central where all mask protocols were in place. I will not return to this location until they take their customers and employees safety seriously.

My experience was great. The technician let me know that I still had 1,300 miles before my next oil change. They checked and topped off all my fluids and let me know the reason for the check engine light on my car. All of this was done with no charge! Wonderful people. I'm a repeat customer!
