I was referred to Kelley’s Muffler by my mechanic and I wasn’t disappointed. I had my car fixed in no time on a Saturday and most importantly at a Reasonable price. I left satisfied with the quality of job done and sure didn’t waste no time in referring my mom to get her car fixed too. I highly recommend if you need competent mechanics. And yes, I like the fact you can grab some snacks and drinks from the vending machine while you sit in the waiting room. Got my flex pipe replaced here. Took about an hour and half with one year warranty. Pleased with the service. I paid $280 out the door, for anyone wanting to know, of course it may price may vary for others.

I was in a bit of a grind and really needed to swap out some bad bolts on my exhaust system. I gave Kelley’s Performance & Kustom a call in the morning and they told me to bring the car in the same day and they would get it done for me which was exactly what I needed! They catered to all my needs and made sure to take the upmost perfect care when handling my vehicle. They walked me through everything and were very professional. Had a great conversation with the owner and he was extremely helpful. They swapped out some bad bolts on my Vband clamps. I will be definitely be back as they have earned my business. Kelly’s went above and beyond my expectation. Again. Super helpful, they were honest, and straight up. Honesty and transparent goes a long way in my book and this shop is just that!

He is very honest, straightforward, professional, and personable, and he works very hard to accommodate his customers’ needs while applying his 24 years of experience at Kelly’s as a car repair technician. (He is also the operations manager for Kelly’s.) Many vehicle owners experience a trauma attack of some degree when their car or truck is in need of repair. Putting this task in trustworthy hands is a relief. The issues are knowledgeable and quality service at a fair price, as well as knowing whether the repair is actually needed. Choosing the quality level for the repair is also a decision that requires research and assistance. Kelly’s Performance is a really nice shop! Professional! Reasonable! Honest! I have been bringing my car to Kelly’s for over 2 years now and I am always satisfied with the results. Every time I go for repairs, I am always greeted with a warm welcome by the beautiful young lady at the front desk. You can watch them work on your car while you wait or you can just sit in the waiting room. Once the mechanics figure out the issue, they will call you and show you the problem, tell you how much it will cost and how long it will take to repair. They are conveniently located in the Maryland and close to the DC line, so you can get in and out. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️I would like to give a special thanks to CARLOS who helped make my experience nice and easy last week. I had to two issues with my vehicle and he made sure that they were properly and completely taken care of. He was very professional, calm and polite and very accommodating. quick professional fair. the dealer spec was $2 grand in parts and 2 hours of labor. Thats not a ripoff thats the dealer doing a factory spec repair. The people at Kelly fabricated a repair coupling out of stainless and welded it in for $250. They had me in and out in 90 minutes. Did they make money? Yes, but, I think they did an excellent repair for what was a good deal. Hopefully it will last 2-3 years.

I needed my horn replaced, passenger side view mirror, rear brake pads replaced and license plate assembly fixed. I received a free quote on labor, and was instructed on exactly which parts to get. This saved me a lot of money. My car was ready in 4 hours. Won't be going anywhere else as long as I live in the area!

5 Stars!!! I was recommended to stop here by my mechanic after my car failed inspection, I am glad I listened. I didn't get the gentlemans name that discussed my car issue with me but he was straight to the point, told me what they would do to fix it, and got it done. I would recommend going in early like other reviewers have said, I arrived at 8am and a few people were ahead of me but I was out by 9:20am. They are honest and priced fairly for the work. Awesome place. They give you free estimates. I got there and the customer service was great. There was lady by the name of Dee at the front desk who was very polite. Once the mechanic was ready they called my car make and model over the intercom. Dee asked me to go to back of the garage when they called my car make and model. There were clear directions posted on how to get to the back where the garage is. Once I was back my car was already lifted the mechanic told me a flex pipe needed to be replaced which would cost $200 for parts and labor and it would take 45 minutes, I agreed for the job. I went back to the front and I was able to pay by credit card no extra charge for using credit card. The charge was exactly $200. I was told I could go back to the back of the garage where you sit and watch the job being done. I was very pleased with my experience with this company.

I needed an alignment...tires...and brakes. They did the superb work. The thing is I recommend waiting for your car. Ignore the idea of having stereos and such. They have stopped doing that. That was my only disappointment. I was looking for a one stop shop. But other than that they do great work.

After 1600.00 the entire problem was not fixed. I still have rattle under my truck.The initial mechanic that work on the truck didn't know what he was doing, my truck was pulling hard to the right and my steering wheel was pointing to the left after he finished!!!! He said he test drove it before they gave it back to me, obviously not. I was boasting to others about them now I have to retract my words.

I searched the web for an exhaust shop in the Washington, DC area. The reviews for Kelley's were better than all the rest. I have a 04 Toyota Tundra and needed headers and oxygen sensors installed. I ordered the part and had them when I went into Kelley's. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and polite. I was called with an estimate before giving my approval to complete the work. The service technician asked if I had any questions related to the work before he started. He let me know how many vehicles were in front of me and gave me an estimated completion time. He called me at the end of the day to tell me my truck was ready but I was not in the area to pick it up. He politely told me that it was not a problem and that they would store it overnight for me to pick up the next day. I went in the next morning to pick up my truck. It sounds great and the headers look awesome. Mama Dee at the front desk checked me out. She reminds me of my mom, about her business but goes about it with a smile. This was a great experience for me. Far too often you go to a place and spend your hard earned money only to feel like you could have gotten better service but not here. Kelley's made me feel good about patronizing their business. I would highly recommend this place for exhaust work on your vehicle. They are super busy but that is the mark of a great business. Be patient and polite with them and I am sure you will be satisfied once the work is done. Job well done Kelley's I will return and recommend you to anyone who ask me about exhaust work.

Depends on what your looking for when you come to this auto shop. They do a good job but they over charge you dramatically. For a hose clamp they charged me $60 . I saw what needed to be done and knew it was only a matter of a new clamp ($10 piece at most but I was pressed for time and wasn’t dressed to get dirty; I would have done it myself )and someone to tighten it. They didn’t even replace the hose ,the fix took 10 mins. So a reasonable price would have been $30 sh** maybe even 45 but $60 was wayyy too much. Not going back , found a new mechanic place. So use your own judgment.

Had a problem with my honda odyssey. Initially they promised me to have it ready by a certain day. But it was delayed twice and the communication regarding the delays was spotty. Also ended up costing considerably more than the initial quote. So I complained and they said it was unfortunate the supplier kept on sending the wrong part to them and the part ended up costing more than expected. In the end he gave me a pretty good discount off the work so I was happy.

I must admit, my first interaction was bad and service was horrible even spoke to the manager "Kevin" and he couldn't fix the issue. I was trying to install custom exhaust and my friends got it done at $220 for full exhaust I come there and they took advantage of me and gave estimate of $900, for a 1993 Subaru Impreza, come on guys it's a old car get real. I got my muffler installed in Pennsylvania, 2.5" piping from headers back with An aftermarket exhaust all for $150, there are places that do it cheaper!! I went there second time and was shown respect, I guess the review opened up there eyes a bit lol. I needed my muffler to be welded as there were breaking points in the piping and got it done for $100 and still was a bit steep but I needed it fixed correctly. Now the finish is great my sound is amazing again. I can't be more happier. Their prices are steep, if you need affordable shop visit Airpark auto center in md and speak to Carlos!!

Went there to get stuff removed from my g37 coupe, they were able to remove the stud, they had to use blow torch to remove stud that was loose with lug on it they told me rim spoke might get burnt they did it as careful as they could possibly do it ,an only the inside of were lug an stud was at only got burnt. Then they spray painted on were it was burnt at made it look like nothing even happen everytime ive gone to them they never disappoint they go above an beyond to help out as much as they can 💯💯💯💯💯🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Well-run custom exhaust, car alarm and performance / bling exterior modifications for cars and trucks in Bladensburg MD. Fairly efficient service depending on the job you need done. Nice option is this place can install customer-supplied parts and do labor, or supply parts as well. I've only tried this place for custom exhaust work, they did a nice job with my supplied new cat-back exhaust. I'd come back for future work.

Going to Kelly's is an experience. If you are looking for professional quality, personal service, at the lowest price, go to Kelly's. If you want half-a$$ service, a suck up receptionist, and the cost of you first-born child, the go to a dealership. Kelly's is not going to pamper you. But you will pay bottom dollar for top product. The guy who said that they don't do custom work is a moron, they do. They built a true-dual, x-piped, straight pipe exhaust system on my truck, sounds like a dream! The whiner who complained about service is propably used to white glove service and Starbucks. The place is not that clean, the employees have thier quirks, but you WILL NOT find better service for lower cost anywhere! Nothing but great service!!!!!

This is the one stop, meet all your needs spot! Four cars tinted, wheels, tires, exhaust work, etc. This is my go to spot, always. They actually designed and installed a custom suspension for my Honda that was better than the factory setup!

First thing you get is a friendly smiling face Robert he informs you where to park in the parking lot then inform you to see Amm at front desk to be signed in and get a free estimate and get to know what type of service you might be requesting or need done for the day also always come in with an open mind just about anything might be possible, then you have your estimators they'll take a look at your truck or car and find out what the price will cost you to have it done if you want it done on that day if not it's a free estimate and you come back at any time with your set price, also know who you're talking with to give credit after the work has been done which mechanic and you're satisfied.

Amazing! Honest, well priced, fast, and highly professional work! I brought my car here after a certain "custom" fabrication shop was unable to install a semi-custom exhaust on a 2015 CLS and they simply enFURIated me to no end. Kelly's shop not only nailed the install as a walk in but treated me exceptionally well throughout the process. I recommend that all "car people" even those with high end luxury/sports vehicles (Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Maserati) bring their cars to Kelly's. Ms. Dee upfront was a delight to work with and actually returns calls promptly! Something my prior shop has yet to master. I give Kelly's my absolute highest rating for courtesy, professionalism, high standards, and most importantly friendliness (a quality that ensures repeat business). They are the best for a reason. Don't bother with small unestablished shops that are in still in their infancy. Kelly's has the best welders in the DMV hands down.

Scheduled a simple oil change. The front desk person was all over the place. The waiting area was just kind of dirty and gross. Not expecting a mechanics office to be clean, but I didn’t want to come in contact with anything. So I bailed. I’ll try again when I need something does that does not require parking, or touching anything.
