I have been going to Jiffy Lube since 2010 and it is 2023 now; I do not have any complaints at all. Customer service is top notch from CA to VA to MD. Their staff is trained very well. I highly recommend everyone to use their service for oil change.

Oil change was done well once I got serviced. Technicians were polite. However when I pulled up no one came to car to greet me. Sat in car over 30 min until some had me drive my car into service bay. Still no one came to my car. I sat in my car until service in front of me was complete. Then I motioned to drive over bay. At that time they came over ask what I wanted. Price was more than I expected. Came to jiffy lube for price and speed of service. Neither did I get.

The only bad thing I could say is that it took a very long time because they were understaffed but for the one who were there they did a great job. However I do not appreciate their a c test for, it does not tell you where you may have a leak. That was fifty dollars down the drain.

I had never been to Jiffy Lube before. I went to this one because I was doing a favor for someone. The staff was very courteous. The service was quick and efficient. The waiting room was clean. I will definitely be going back again with my car. Thank you Jiffy lube for making this a good experience! UPDATE: Came in today to bring my car for a signature oil change. Different staff or at least a different person doing the inspection and giving you the information for your car. He wasn't rude but definitely was not as friendly as the last man that was here. The rest of the staff was efficient.

Jiffy lube is a very underrated establishment. Customer service is very important to me. From the time you drive your vehicle on the lot, the service technician are greeting you with a smile. I feel good about leaving my car in their possession. The wait time is not overwhelming. The communication between the service technicians and the customer is very polite and straight to the point of what is suggested by the manufacturers . Then they allow you to choose according to your budget. They’re not pushy and determined to sell you services . I continue to come because I’ve never been disappointed. My car has changed over the last 10yrs but the service has been consistently great!

This place does a good job, but they do a very bad job of managing the line outside. Each of the three or four lines for oil changes move differently and it doesn't matter sometimes if you arrive first, other cars may get service before you. On my most recent visit, I waited well over an hour for service and cars that arrived after me received service before me.

I've been to other jiffy Lubes before but this will be my preferred location from now on. Customer service and satisfaction are important to them and it shows.

I stopped in on a whim. I had my oil changed. I must say these folks went out of their way to make me feel valued. Mark, in particular stood out , very engaging , helpful, knowledgeable and a fantastic sense of humor to boot. Everyone I met at this location was personalable and polite. The customer service here definitely sets this jiffy apart from their competitors. I felt like I was a “ regular” even though this was my first time there. I even suggested the place to a few different people later this day. I look forward to returning!

Timing varies, usually pretty quick, but has taken more than an hour the last couple times. Bring work to do. Not typically a lot of pressure for the add-on services. I take all our vehicles here for oil changes.

Miguel checked me in and out quickly and professionally. Mark explained the services that would be provided, and identified the ones that were necessary and those that could wait a bit. The whole thing took only 25 minutes and was very pleasant. I've been bringing my cars to the Takoma Park location for years and highly recommend it.

My first trip to this Jiffy Lube and first to any oil change place since covid began. They are very efficient and fast. Every employee has a specific job, which they do very well, while I was able to remain in my vehicle the entire time. The only glitch in the process was my sticker reminder. I have 85,000 miles on my vehicle and they gave me someone else's sticker stating that my next oil change was due at 148,000. Pretty sure I better do it sooner than that.

It was an extremely busy day (nice weather might've accounted for that), and my only suggestion for improvement is that someone from Jiffy Lube make contact with each driver in line ASAP, to direct them to the proper line. Got an oil change at this location last week. It was a busy Friday and I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. Carol and another gentleman (said he'd been there four months) were the image of professionalism and courtesy. I told the man (same guy) at the register how much much my experience at this location changed my mind about jiffy lube in comparison to my previous experience at the location in Silver Spring. Would recommend Takoma and will be returning.

Every time I come to this Jiffy Lube I receive great customer service and they do a great job servicing my car. The prices are also way better then the dealership and the service is just as good. The staff are polite, they explain the dealer recommendations, and they always explain any recommendations that they may have such as rotating tires, changing the fluids, changing the wipers, etc. Also, the office is clean and the outside picnic tables are clean, and they are always kind to my son who asks lots of annoying, little kid questions.

The most pleasant young man helped me when I arrived today. I only needed my tires filled with nitrogen and told him I had 3,000 miles to go before needing another oil change. Anyway, the young man (I wish I had gotten his name!) told me that they would top off the oil and check all four tires to make sure the pressure was correct on them all. Now, I don’t generally take my car in on a Saturday; however, since my tire pressure light was on I made an exception today. I will never go in on Saturday again! I was there for about 1 1/2 hours just for air in my tires! From now on, I will only go in on a weekday. Otherwise, my experience was fine, and the long wait made bearable by the friendly and attentive service.

Overall, great service. Concerned that they originally wanted to put the wrong weight oil in, so make sure you know what your car takes. Came back suggesting a new cabin filter, $50 (but he knocked off 10%). Silly me, I said ok. While I waited, I decided to find out how to replace it. Turns out, the filter would have cost me about $9 up the street at the auto parts store and taken 10 min to replace. Live and learn, but that kind of markup is obscene. Fine with getting an oil change here again, but I’ll never have extra services done again if that’s their standard markup.

They will ask if you want additional services such as air filter replacement but there is no pressure to pay for anything you don’t want. The staff was friendly and quick and they took care of the oil-change promptly and properly and didn't push us to do any other services. There was a minor problem with the hood after we left. Generally satisfied; I regularly use this shop. I would rather they ask before taking parts out, like cabin and engine air filters. After a while you might think tbey would begin to remember your likes and dislikes. They say they check your tire air pressure but according to my system check, all four tires have varying pressures 31, 39, 45, 51 What should I think of that? Hope they changed my filters.

A place that does the volume of business that this place does will inevitably incur a few negative reviews. My experience was that it was clean, orderly, well-staffed, and I got pretty quick service considering the volume of cars that were being serviced. For price comparison, their "Signature Service" detailing and a change of conventional oil was $44.

Everyone there is also very detailed and specific when talking about your cars needs or just informing you about your car period. I recommend any and everyone to come to this jiffy lube. The good first: their mechanic Raul is knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. Five stars for him! Unfortunately my car was greasy inside AFTER being "cleaned" because the guy doing the vacuuming had not washed his hands or protected his boots after his last oil change. It took my washing machine two cycles to get the dirt off the driver's side floor mat. Not cool.

Ive been really bad at taking care of my car as far as maintenance. I came in wanting alot done and the guys at this location told me what I did need and not need done. They didnt take advantage of the fact that I had no clue of any of it. I did ask other people and everything they did and said checked out. I frequent this jiffy lube often for my signature service oil changes and other issues, and they are always very friendly, provide great customer service, and they are very knowledgeable. They know what they are doing and will educate you in the process. I've learned about my car, different types of oil, and what you need for high mileage, low mileage, and new or old cars, and other tips based on their suggestions and knowledge.

They are good and fast but I do not trust 100% on the oil change like all places is better to do it your self because there is not transparence on the oil they just put the gallons your car need but you are not able to see if the oil is the one you are paying for because they have some different types and the thing is you can not see the brand clear with your eyes you just see when they bring the oil on brown gallons. But you do not see when they open the bottle and they taje the quality sell the guarantee that is what you are paying for they can show you on the screen but how you know is the right one like all places.!!
